Learning guidance assistance for students is one of the ways used to improve student learning outcomes. There are two factors that influence student learning outcomes, namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors are factors from within the student such as the student's willingness to learn, while external factors are factors from outside the student's self such as the learning atmosphere. The purpose of carrying out tutoring assistance by STKIP Modern Ngawi students for students is that it is expected to be able to increase student motivation in learning so that student abilities increase with a maximum and enjoyable learning process. Learning guidance assistance is carried out in four stages, namely: (1) Providing practice questions to determine students' basic abilities, (2) Providing motivation to learn to students, (3) Providing material explanations to students, (4) Question and answer to find out students' abilities after the learning assistance activities have been completed. The results of the tutoring assistance had a positive impact which was marked by high student enthusiasm and increased learning outcomes.

This study aims to find out how the analysis of HR competency characteristics in improving employee performance at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya. This study uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive. The data used in this study uses primary and secondary data. The objects in this study were ASN employees at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya. This data collection technique is by interview, observation, and document study. The results of the analysis of the characteristics of HR competencies based on knowledge, employee knowledge of the SMC District Hospital. Tasikmalaya in carrying out its duties has increased. Analysis of HR competency characteristics based on skills, employee skills in carrying out their duties at RSUD SMC Kab. Tasikmalaya is increasing because employees feel motivated in completing the tasks given, this is due to supervision from each superior over employees in carrying out their duties. However, supervision alone is not enough because it is important for each employee to receive training in order to hone their skills or abilities so that they can maximize their performance. Analysis of the characteristics of HR competencies based on self-concept and values, self-concept and employee values ​​in this case education which greatly influences the productivity of an employee in carrying out his duties. From the results of the study it can be seen that the educational background of employees at the SMC District Hospital. The sample of this research was 250 people using saturated sample technique. The data analysis technique uses SEMPLS with the help of the SmartPLS program. The results of this reseacrh are that the work environment has a direct positive and significant effect on work motivation, work discipline has a direct positive and significant effect on work motivation, the work environment has a direct positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a direct positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a direct positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant indirect effect on employee performance through work motivation, work discipline has an indirect positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation.    

The world of education plays a significant role in the development of students. So, to facilitate the learning process for students is the main task of a teacher. For this reason, teachers are not only required to make the learning atmosphere comfortable and exciting. However, the teacher must also be able to improve maximum learning outcomes for students. This study aims to determine whether the application of interactive PowerPoint learning media in the classroom can help improve student's learning outcomes in class VIII on the material of the human movement system as well as research. In contrast, the object used in this research is the application of learning media using interactive PowerPoint media at Arrival Junior High School Kaima. The type of research used is classroom action research by applying two cycles of data collection obtained from observations of teacher activities and observations of student activities as well as tests before and after the action and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is a qualitative descriptive technique. Based on the study results, the class action that the researchers had carried out found that before the action was taken, the student's learning outcomes were 0%, or the number of students who had completed was absent. At the same time, there was an increase of 83.33% in the first cycle, and in the second cycle, again experienced an increase of 100%. This means that learning using interactive PowerPoint media is proven to help teachers improve learning outcomes in Kaima Adventist Junior High School class VIII students.

Training and development of human resources (HR) is very important for every company to maximize the skills of its employees. The quantitative approach focuses on symptoms that have certain characteristics in order to observe the relationship between 2 or more variables. According to the results of the study with the PLS SEM test, descriptive analysis, and hypothesis testing, the results can be seen: training has a significant positive effect on employee performance when viewed from the results of p values, namely 0.019 <0.05. HR development has a significant positive effect on employee performance if you look at the p values of 0.000 <0.05. Job training has a significant positive effect on motivation from the hypothesis test, namely p values 0.002 <0.05. HR development has a significant positive effect on work motivation seen from the results of the hypothesis test, namely the p value of 0.000 <0.05. Motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance seen from the hypothesis test, namely the p value of 0.002 <0.05    

The risk of falling can be a serious complication in the elderly because falls in the elderly can cause serious injury and disability. Handling that can be applied to reduce the risk of falling is by otago  and ankle exercises. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of otago  and ankle exercises on reducing the risk of falling in the elderly in Tegalsiwalan Village, Tegalsiwalan, Probolinggo.This type of research is a pre experimental design with a pre post design approach. The population of 40 people with 36 respondents who met the inclusion requirements of the study, were selected by purposive sampling technique. The berg balance scale obsevatio sheet is the tool employed, and the data is subsequently gathered using the editing, coding, scoring and tabulating processes. The data obtained were analyzed using the Chi square and the Wilcoxon hypothesis test in both groups. The results showed that the p value was 0.002 in the group given the otago exercise and the p value was 0.014 in the group given the ankle exercise. For the comparison test, the value of sig(2-tailed) was 0.245 > 0.05. So there is no difference between otago exercise and ankle exercise in reducing the risk of falling in the elderly.The next researcher gave the same intervention both for group one and group two. So that further researchers can combine these two interventions, so that the result are maximized.

Based on the results of the flexural strength test of concrete after 28 days of age, the highest test results obtained for the flexural strength of concrete were the addition of 100 grams of granulated sugar worth 3.00 MPa for the second was the addition of 50 grams of granulated sugar worth 0.515 MPa and for the third was the addition of sugar sand 70 grams 0.454 Mpa. This composition cannot be said to have decreased due to immersion in sea water, because there is no proven comparison with immersion using ordinary water.

There are a number of factors that can impact the value of uric acid levels, which can result in increased blood uric acid levels.This study aims to determine variables influencing uric acid levels. This research method used correlational analytic with cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used  total sampling of gout respondents with a total sample of 51 responents. The results of this study found that there was a relationship between all the  factors stuied, both from diet, age, physical activity  and BMI with p value ≥ 0.05, while the dominant factor releted to the level of uric acid levels is the dietary factor with p value = 0.000, a ≥ 0.05 and OR value = 30.664. It can be concluded that diet, age, physical activity  and BMI can affect uric acid levels but the most dominan factor in creasing uric acid levels is diet, so that future researchers are expected to provide can examine dietary variables in gout patients and increase the number of samples so that the results of the study are maximized .                                                                                  

This study investigates the relationship between employee performance, training, and human resource development at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIV in Makassar City. This study aims to identify and analyze the causes and legal consequences of falsifying a health certificate or a Rapid Test Covid-19 letter. This research is included in descriptive empirical research with data collection carried out through document studies and interviews, and is supported by primary legal materials in the form of applicable regulations and related to forgery of rapid test letters, secondary materials of law books and also legal journals related to forgery of letters rapid test. The data collected through research was analyzed qualitatively by arranging existing sentences so that they were easy to understand. The results of this study indicate that the factors that cause rapid test letter falsification are economic factors, time factors, factors of someone who wants to pass to travel outside the region, factors of intention and opportunity. The application of sanctions for perpetrators of crimes in the form of document forgery is generally regulated in the Criminal Code in Article 263 paragraph (1), so that criminal sanctions for perpetrators of forgery of rapid test letters are punishable by a maximum penalty of 6 (six) years in prison.

With the increasing demand for air transportation services, it must be accompanied by an increase in aviation safety and security, both safety and security in airspace, aircraft and airports. Increasing the quality of AVSEC is very urgent and needs to be carried out in a planned, directed and sustainable manner in order to increase capability and professionalism. To support this, it is necessary to have soft skill behavior to guide performers to improve and form quality attitudes and behaviors that can produce maximum performance in order to realize goals and benefits properly. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of soft skills on the performance of aviation security and to find out how much influence soft skills have on the performance of aviation security at Mopah Merauke International Airport, Papua. This research used a quantitative method using the Non Probability Sampling technique using a saturated sample. The sample used was 30 respondents, the results of distributing questionnaires to all Avsec employee respondents at Mopah Merauke International Airport, Papua. Retrieval of data on the number of samples using a survey with an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression, T test and coefficient of determination with soft skills as the independent variable and Avsec employee performance as the dependent variable which were processed using the SPSS Version 26.0 application. The results showed that the t count > t table with a value of 7.987 > 0.374 with a significant level of 0.05, so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means that there is an influence of soft skills on the performance of Avsec employees at Mopah Merauke International Airport, Papua partially accepted . The percentage based on the coefficient of determination test shows that the R square is 0.695. This means that the influence of soft skills on the performance of Avsec employees at Mopah Merauke International Airport, Papua is 69.5%.

PBA Surya Alam is one of the industries engaged in the natural stone processing industry (PBA) which has a fairly high risk of work accidents due to the lack of hazard control in the production process for workers. The application of occupational safety and health at PBA Surya Alam has been implemented, but its application has not been maximized, such as in terms of worker awareness in using personal protective equipment (PPE). From 2020 the cutting station experienced 7 work accident cases, in 2021 the cutting station experienced 4 work accident cases, and in 2022 the cutting station experienced 2 work accident cases. The purpose of this study was to determine the potential for work accidents, risk assessment, and efforts to control hazard risks in natural stone production process activities. In addition, this study aims to determine the most dominant risk controls and provide suggestions for controlling work accident factors in the natural stone production process. Therefore, this study uses the HIRARC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control) method, which is a method for determining potential hazards that occur, knowing risk assessment to determine risk levels and knowing risk controls to reduce the occurrence of work accidents. The results of calculations using the HIRARC and 5W + 1 H methods show that there are 6 cases of potential hazards recorded at PBA Surya Alam with each risk, namely 6 cases of potential hazards with extreme risk, then as many as 8 potential cases hazard with high risk (high risk), as many as 5 cases of potential hazard with high risk. Whereas for the 5 W + 1 H method in the process of cutting Natural Stone from the results of observations and observations in the field making control proposals such as installing SOP signs at Natural Stone production stations so as a reminder when operators are working, safety controls for employees and safety helmets to minimize falling products (PPE), and controlling the use of gloves.

The conclusion of this study is that the handling of campaign violations in the Riau Archipelago province will continue to be improved and improved and tighten supervision so that unwanted things do not occur and quality elections will be achieved.

This study aims to determine the performance of Ramp Handling in handling aircraft at Wings Air at PT. Merpati Angkasa Abadi at Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin Airport Sumbawa and for 2.knowing the stipulation of aircraft departure time on Wings Air airline At PT. Merpati Angkasa Abadi at Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin Airport Sumbawa. This research is qualitative with data obtained from observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. This research will be conducted in July 2023 at PT. Merpati Angkasa Abadi at Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin Airport Sumbawa. The result of this study is the performance of Ramp Handling in handling aircraft is to ensure all tools, needs and employees are ready to be positioned with their respective duties, and monitor the weather for the aircraft in order to land. In addition, the Ramp Handling Unit serves as a liaison between operational activities at the facility and operational activities at the terminal. To provide or ensure all activities on the aircraft and in the terminal run properly. The achievement of On Time Performance has been maximally optimized according to the time given by the company for 20 minutes the aircraft while on the ground, the Ramp unit makes excellent use of this time. The achievement of punctuality has been carried out optimally starting from before the plane landed. Phishing is a crime that uses social engineering techniques, both in deceptive statements and technically, to steal consumers' personal identification data and financial account credentials. With the new Phishing machine learning approach, websites can be recognized in real-time. K-Nearest Neighbor(KNN) and Naïve Bayes (NB) are popular machine learning approaches. KNN and NB have their own strengths and weaknesses. By combining the two, deficiencies can be covered. So this study proposes to combine K-Nearest Neighbor with Naïve Bayes to classify phishing websites. Based on the results of the accuracy test of the combination of KNN with k=8 and Naïve Bayes, a maximum accuracy of 93.44% is produced. This result is 6.25% superior compared to using only one classifier.

Skin is the largest organ in humans, it functions as the outermost protector of the organs inside. Therefore, the skin is often attacked by various diseases, especially cancer. Skin cancer is divided into two, namely benign and malignant. Malignant has the potential to spread and increase the risk of death. Skin cancer detection traditionally involves time-consuming laboratory tests to determine malignancy or benignity. Therefore, there is a demand for computer-assisted diagnosis through image analysis to expedite disease identification and classification. This study proposes to use the K-nearest neighbor (KNN) classifier and Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) to classify these two types of skin cancer. Apart from that, the average filter is also used for preprocessing. The analysis was carried out comprehensively by carrying out 480 experiments on the ISIC dataset. Dataset variations were also carried out using random sampling techniques to test on smaller datasets, where experiments were carried out on 3297, 1649, 825, and 210 images. Several KNN parameters, namely the number of neighbors (k)=1 and distance (d)=1 to 3 were tested at angles 0, 45, 90, and 135. Maximum accuracy results were 79.24%, 79.39%, 83.63%, and 100% for respectively 3297, 1649, 825, and 210. These findings show that the KNN method is more effective in working on smaller datasets, besides that the use of the average filter also has a significant contribution in increasing the accuracy.
