This community service activity was conducted in Pantai Amal Village, Tarakan City, aiming to introduce and preserve traditional games that are increasingly neglected due to the dominance of gadgets among children. The program began with a brief socialization session on the importance of preserving traditional games in the digital era, followed by the practice of five traditional games: marbles, rubber jump, congklak, cabang, and bekel ball. Pre-test results showed that most children were unfamiliar with the rules and gameplay, while post-test results indicated a significant improvement in their understanding and ability to play. Children demonstrated great enthusiasm throughout the activity and even requested for future sessions. This program serves not only as entertainment but also as a medium to strengthen physical health, cognitive skills, social character, and local cultural preservation. The waning enthusiasm for preserving the nation's wealth, one of which is regional languages, has become a serious problem that has occurred in recent years. However, only a few Indonesian people are aware of it. Regional languages, especially Serang Javanese, are on the verge of extinction. According to the data obtained, there are three million speakers of Serang Javanese, while the majority of Jaseng (Serang Javanese) speakers are in Cilegon, Serang and a small number in Tangerang, Banten Province. Unfortunately, Banten Javanese language users are starting to be eroded by the progress of the times, people are more in favor of slang communication, South Jakarta language, and the influence of other foreign languages. If the number of speakers decreases from before, it is possible that in the next few years the Jaseng language will experience extinction, which will result in the loss of the local wisdom of the people of Serang district. The good news is that the role of social media, which does not always have a negative impact on society, is actually one of the savior media in preventing the extinction of regional languages. One of them was proven by the owner of an influencer Instagram account from Serang who planned to create content that speaks the Serang Javanese language even though it is part of the code-mixing phenomenon. This research aims to reveal every content with the concept of the code-mixing phenomenon in Mang Aplen's Instagram account in detail, starting from the words, phrases and particles used in the communication. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method which is carried out by analyzing data obtained from speech on Instagram content. The results obtained from this analysis are that there are several single words, phrases, affixes, word repetitions and particles of the Serang Javanese language, dialects and customary activities of the Serang Banten people in the context of entertainment, which are very popular with the community, which reflects the maintenance of the Serang Javanese language. and the local wisdom of the Serang Regency community, this is believed to be able to build community enthusiasm in maintaining the Jaseng language and the local wisdom of the Serang community so that it remains sustainable and strong.

This study examines the effectiveness of integrated marketing communication in the development of community-based ecotourism at Bukit Tungkuwiri, Papua, with the aim of linking channel strategies and governance structures to socioeconomic impacts. A qualitative descriptive method was applied using purposive sampling involving visitors, managers, and local leaders. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, and analyzed through reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing using source and method triangulation. The results indicate that the orchestration of local government social media and printed materials expanded outreach and enhanced engagement, while community oral communication strengthened trust, identity, and educational experience. The appeal of the landscape, culinary and guide training, and local participation stimulated the economic turnover of stalls and small businesses, with tourist reach extending across provinces. The main constraints include dual authority systems, limited funding and human resources, and the absence of ticketing regulations and service SOPs. The discussion highlights the importance of cross-channel message consistency, brand architecture, and a monitoring–evaluation system linking digital metrics with on-site feedback. The study concludes that strengthening governance and local capacity is key to balancing promotion, conservation, and economic empowerment. The findings offer an operational model that can be replicated in similar rural destinations. Implications include establishing transparent ticket pricing, seasonal content calendars, curated experience packages, and cross-level collaboration among provincial, district, community, and business actors to ensure long-term sustainability.

In response to the major impact of rapid developments in the era of globalization on the public service paradigm, many government institutions have implemented the New Public Service (NPS) concept. This concept is community-oriented and prioritizes the principle of innovation to create more efficient and responsive public services. To understand and analyze the implementation of the New Public Service (NPS) in Digital Population Identity (IKD) services at the Tangerang Regency Dukcapil Office, this research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods and is based on the seven NPS principles initiated by Denhardt J.V & Denhardt R.B (2003). The research informants came from the Population Administration Information Systems Section. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The implementation of the New Public Service (NPS) in the Tangerang Regency Dukcapil Disdukcapil in IKD services has generally illustrated an effort to create a better public service environment, sensitive to community needs, and respecting the rights of citizens. However, the research results show that there is still one principle that has not been implemented, namely "Value people, not just productivity." Therefore, to maximize results, continuous efforts are needed to increase public awareness, provide adequate resources, and utilize the latest information technology in public services.
