This article discusses the role of PAI teachers in implementing the Tahfidz Program in Junior High Schools (SMP). Not only does it require the participation of children and educators to help improve memorization of the Al-Quran/tahfidz, but the help of parents is also needed. This article also explains the involvement of parents in facilitating children's learning goals, where parents can guide their children to always learn to read the Al-Quran and memorize the Al-Quran after every Maghrib prayer so that children get used to it until they grow up. This research is motivated by the importance of increasing memorization of the Koran from an early age. The aim is to introduce children to the benefits of reading the Al-Quran every day and so that children can become great Hafidz of the Al-Quran. The type of research used by the author is qualitative research with a descriptive approach, to obtain data from the problems studied, the data collection techniques used by the author include observation, interviews and other documentation. The Tahfidz program is one of the efforts that can be made to help children read and memorize the Al-Quran every day and give birth to many pious children who will definitely give birth to Al-Quran hafidz children in the future. Currently, there are still many children who do not read the Al-Quran fluently and some even do not know the Hijaiyah letters, making it difficult for them to read and memorize the Al-Quran.

Waqf is one of the Islamic social instruments that has a dual role, namely as a religious institution and as an economic instrument. Waqf can improve the welfare of the ummah, support government spending, and absorb labor. The author applies a descriptive qualitative approach using the literature study research method. This method involves collecting data from various literatures, especially articles from scientific journals relevant to the research topic. Halal tourism is a travel concept that fulfills the principles of Islamic sharia in every aspect. The purpose of halal tourism is to provide a vacation experience that complies with religious principles for Muslim tourists, which includes spiritual, cultural, and also their practical needs while traveling. From the research conducted, it appears that the optimization of waqf assets has great potential in creating significant employment opportunities and can reduce the unemployment rate.

The aim of this research is to look at the role of technology in a literary work. The literary work used in this research uses the novel genre entitled Saturday with Father by Adhitiya Mulya. The problem discussed is how technology plays a role in shaping the dynamics of family life in the novel. This includes, among other things, how technology can change the way families communicate, both positively and negatively, and its impact on the dynamics of relationships between family members, then how technology can act as a liaison between family members who are physically separated or otherwise based on the context of the story described. in the novel. The method used in the research uses a hermeneutic approach to explore the role of technology in shaping the dynamics of family life. Through this research, we can understand how technology is not only a tool used in everyday life but also influences how families interact, communicate, and form emotional bonds in their lives.

Rantau Rasau Village, which is one of the villages in Berbak sub-district, Tanjung Jabung Timur district. To get to Rantau Rasau village we have to use river transportation services in the form of ketek (a type of large boat equipped with a robbins engine), this water transportation. It is the only access to Rantau Rasau village because there is no land road to the village. This thesis aims to determine the role of air transportation in the economy of the people of Rantau Rasau village, East Tanjung Jabung district, to find out what obstacles exist in the use of this transportation.This research is qualitative research with descriptive methods, data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that the role of air transportation in the economy of the Rantau Rasau village community, East Tanjung Jabung Regency, includes mobility for people in and out of the village and also as a bridge for all economic activities of the Rantau Rasau village community. This study aims to investigate various aspects related to madrasas, Islamic educational institutions that have an important role in educating generations of Muslims. This research involves literature analysis and empirical studies to understand the history, curriculum, teaching methods, and social and cultural impact of madrasas in society. Historical research involves analysis of the development of madrasas from the past to the contemporary era, while analysis of curriculum and teaching methods includes evaluation of the educational approaches used in madrasas. In the context of social and cultural impacts, this study tries to explore the contribution of madrasas to religious identity, social values and community integration. It is hoped that the results of this study will provide deeper insight into the role and significance of madrasas in the context of Islamic education and their contribution to the social and cultural development of society. The implications of these findings can be the basis for further improvement and development of the madrasa education system to meet the demands of the times and the need for quality education.

The purpose of this study is to find out how the role of family learning center counseling services (PUSPAGA) in preventing early childhood violence. This research was motivated by the high problem of cases of violence in early childhood in Indonesia. The rise of cases of violence against children shows the need for effective protection and prevention efforts. PUSPAGA acts as the frontline in providing information, education, and counseling to prevent violence in early childhood. This study used the Library Research method with a literature review approach. Data collection techniques carried out are by reading, analyzing, and evaluating the results of existing research. The results of this study show that the factors causing an act of violence in children are economic factors and broken homes or divorce that can occur due to early marriage that causes parents not to have a mature emotional state in parenting. In the prevention of early childhood violence, PUSPAGA (Family Learning Center) will hold role playing classes, counseling programs for children and families, and premarital assistance for minors.

The maternal mortality rate of post-SC infection reaches 7.3%, and 90% causes postpartum morbidity. This study aimed to determine the factors associated with the SC wound healing process. This study used a quantitative method, a type of analytic survey research with a cross-sectional design approach. The population of this study were all post-SC mothers in the postpartum ward of Permata Medika Hospital. The sampling technique used was a consecutive sampling of 34 respondents. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data analysis was done using univariate and bivariate (chi-square test, alpha = 0.05). The results of this study showed that there was a relationship between the SC wound healing process and early mobilisation (p-value 0.000 < 0.05), which means there was a relationship between the SC wound healing process and nutritional status (BMI) (p-value 0.04 < 0.05), and there was a relationship between the SC wound healing process and anaemia (p-value = 0.00 <0.05) because if p-value <  0.05, then Ha is accepted. Ho is rejected, meaning a significant relationship exists between early mobilisation, nutritional status, and anaemia in SC wound healing. Many factors affect the SC wound healing process, three of which are early mobilisation factors, which, if done before 6–8 hours after SC, has more potential to accelerate SC wound healing; normal nutritional status as an expression of a person's nutritional balance, which plays a role in the process of body tissue growth and has an impact on the duration of wound healing; and anaemia, which anaemia is a symptom of low haemoglobin levels in the blood and obstructs oxygen flow and prevents the growth and repair of tissue from the SC surgical incision.

Every activity is bound to be presented with obstacles, this research describes the obstacles to the solutions suggested by the researchers. Based on the research results, extracurricular activities are divided into 2 (two) parts, namely mandatory and optional extracurricular activities. This is in the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation Number 63 of 2014 concerning extracurricular activities in educational units. One of the extracurricular activities that must be implemented at every level is the Scout Education extracurricular as implemented in the 2013 curriculum. Scout Education plays a role as a vehicle for complementary activities in the learning process with the aim of forming and developing student character. In the implementation of Scout Education extracurricular activities there are 3 (three) models, namely the Block Model, Actualization Model and Regular Model. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative method, namely the research results are presented descriptively.  

Al-Ghazali's views regarding economics and business are not only limited to the philosophical realm, but are a synthesis between realities that occur in a society that has philosophical principles supported by reasonable reasons. Al-Ghazali based his theory on the school of Sufism in relation to business economics, which is reflected in his work, the book Ihya 'Ulum al-Din. Al-Ghazali considered many commercial and economic aspects of society, including the hierarchy1 of utility4 and its characteristics6 in determining social tasks related to welfare (mashlahah). He emphasized that individual behavioral intentions that are in harmony with Divine rules in every economic activity have the value of worship. Apart from that, Al-Ghazali views safety as the ultimate goal. His theoretical ideas about market exchange and growth, activities and hierarchies of production, barter systems and the use of money, the role of the state in creating a just, peaceful, and stable economy, and public financing are all relevant today.  

This research aims to see the influence of the director's policy on a company contained in a literary work. The literary work used in this research is entitled Tuan Direktur by Hamka. The problem identified in this study is how the character's policy affects the performance of his company and the importance of coworkers. The descriptive qualitative method is used to describe and analyze the policies and strategies taken by the character Tuan Direktur in leading his company. Stakeholder theory becomes the theoretical basis to understand how the director's policies can affect various parties involved or interested in the company. The analysis was conducted by considering the perspectives and interests of various stakeholders, including employees, shareholders, customers, and the surrounding community. The results show that the director's policies in the novel include factors that make the policies appropriate or inappropriate. Each policy has a different impact on company performance and affects the interests of stakeholders differently. The implication of this study is the importance of the director's role in forming policies that consider the interests and perspectives of various stakeholders. By understanding the implications of directors' policies, organizations can improve corporate strategy and management to achieve better and sustainable performance.

Tax compliance is an attitude when taxpayers are able to fulfill their tax obligations with their own awareness. The change in the tax system which originally implemented an official assessment, changed to a self-assessment, is hoped that taxpayers will be more compliant in fulfilling their tax obligations, because taxpayer compliance and awareness greatly influences state revenues from the tax sector. The government also has another way to increase taxpayer compliance, namely by implementing tax amnesty. For taxpayers who take part in the Tax Amnesty program, they can receive forgiveness for the taxes they should pay as well as the elimination of administrative and criminal sanctions. Almost every country has an infrastructure development program to meet the welfare of the general public, including Indonesia and to run this program the main funds come from taxes. So taxes and values ​​have a very important and influential role in the country's development process and as financing for government expenditure for its implementation. This research aims: 1) to find out whether self-assessment has an effect on taxpayer compliance. 2) to find out whether the tax amnesty has an effect on taxpayer compliance. The writing in this article uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. So the research results show that self-assessment and tax amnesty have a positive effect on taxpayer compliance.    

This research ais to descrribe implementation of the Masteryy Learning Mode in teaching writing of advertisements, posters, and slogans in the eighth-grade class at SMPN 17 Semarang. The research method employs a qualitative descriptive approach, focusing on variables such as mastery learning, advertisements, slogans, and posters. The sample consists of one Indonesian language teacher and 30 eighth-grade students selected through purposive sampling. Data collection involves observation, Student Worksheets (LKPD), interviews, and documentation. The results indicate the effectiveness of the model's implementation, characterized by structured steps, a crucial role for the teacher, and active student involvement. Formative evaluation also aids in students' understanding and prepares them for higher levels.  

This research aims to analyze the implications of business law on business ethics practices in Indonesia. The research method used is library research, where data is collected from various literature sources that are relevant to the research topic. The research results show that business law has an important role in shaping business ethical practices in Indonesia. Business law regulates the rights and obligations that arise from agreements and engagements in business practices. In addition, factors such as national development developments, business ethics, internal and external factors, and legal awareness influence the implementation of business law in ethical and responsible business practices. Therefore, the solutions and recommendations provided to improve the implementation of business law and ethical business practices in Indonesia include strengthening regulations, effective law enforcement, education and awareness, collaboration between government and the business world, transparency and accountability, and the establishment of a supervisory body. independent. It is hoped that the implementation of this solution can create a business environment that is fair, transparent and has integrity, as well as making a positive contribution to economic development and social welfare in Indonesia.

This research delves into the development of the tourism sector in Makassar through the lens of the concept and the role of the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) in the Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions (MICE) in Makassar. Employing a qualitative method and document analysis, the study explores the implementation of sustainable tourism principles amidst technological evolution. UNWTO is identified as a key catalyst in driving the adoption of cutting-edge technology in the tourism sector, enhancing tourism security, and improving industry skills. The research findings indicate that collaboration with UNWTO can have a positive impact on advancing tourism in Makassar, particularly in introducing innovative technologies and enhancing service quality. This study provides a profound understanding for stakeholders regarding sustainable tourism development strategies, positioning Makassar as a prominent destination. The implications of these research findings stimulate further considerations, including strengthening collaboration with UNWTO, continuously improving tourism infrastructure, and intensifying industry training to ensure the sustainability and competitiveness of this destination on the global stage.

Education plays an important role in improving the quality of human resources. Sleep is a crucial part of the human circadian cycle. The quality and quantity of sleep significantly influence various aspects of health, both physical and psychological. The hormone melatonin, which plays a vital role in sleep regulation, is produced as the intensity of light received by the eyes decreases. Currently, the use of lights and electronic devices emitting blue light is widespread, especially among teenagers to adults. This blue light can interfere with the production of melatonin, potentially disrupting sleep quality and patterns. In this age group, most are active students with busy schedules. This study uses a sequential explanatory design approach, combining quantitative and qualitative questionnaires to collect data and measure the impact of light on sleep duration and patterns. The respondents of this study were 71 people, coming from various universities and different study programs in Bandung City, ranging in age from 18 to 25 years. The research data results show that 38.6% of respondents experience sleep disturbances when the light is on, impacting sleep quality. Conversely, sleep quality improvement occurs in 81.4% of respondents when sleeping with the light off. The use of night mode on electronic devices, designed to reduce blue light emissions, positively impacts sleep quality, as felt by 38% of the 67.1% of respondents who use the night mode feature.
