This study aims to examine the effect of Good Corporate Governance on Voluntary Disclosure. The company's voluntary disclosure uses indicators consisting of 3 categories: Strategic Information, Non Financial Information and Financial Information. The Corpo rate Governance in this study uses 5 indicators,namely the proportion of independent board of commissioners, the proportion of independent audit committee, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and size of public accounting firm, and company size as control variable. By proportional random sampling method, 70 annual reports of Indonesian manufacturing companies were selected. Analytical tool to test the hypothesis is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 16.0 program. The results of this study indicate that the proportion of independent board of commissioners, the proportion of independent audit committees, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and the size of public accounting firms simultaneously affect voluntary disclosure. While in part, the results show that the portion of the independent audit committee and the size of the public accounting firm have a significant positive effect on voluntary disclosure. Institutional ownership negatively affects voluntary disclosure. While the prop ortion of independent board of commissioners, managerial ownership and firm size has no significant effect on voluntary disclosure in the annual report.

This paper develops a research model to examine the relationshipamong e-service quality, quality customer problem management, customersatisfaction and customer loyalty. Data from a survey of Bukalapakcustomers were used to test the research model. Confirmatory factoranalysis was conducted to examine the reliability and validity of themeasurement model, and the structural equation modelling technique wasused to test the research model. The analytical results showed that thedimensions of e-service quality, quality customer problem management,affect overall customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Moreover, thelatter in turn are significantly related to customer customer loyalty.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of celebrity endorsers on buying decisions. Using purposive sampling technique with 70 respondents which obtained from distributing questionnaires to buyers at PT. Timbul Jaya Motor Boyolali. Based on the multiple linear regression analysis method, either partially or jointly, it shows that the variables of attractiveness, credibility, and expertise of the celebrity endorser studied have a significant effect on buying decision. The Adjusted R-Square value is 0.670, which means that 67% of the buying decision variables can be explained by the attractiveness, credibility, and expertise of celebrity endorsers, while the remaining 33% is explained by other variables that not examined in this study.

Java Mini Semarang needs new promotional media which is faster and more accurate in conveying information, this new promotional media is expected to complement the old promotional media that still uses brochures. Promotional media using brochures are still considered to be lacking because the scope is less extensive. SMK Kyai Ageng Pandanaran Semarang  is one of the private vocational high school that want to improve quality of teaching and learning to produce quality graduates. During these teaching and learning methods that are used less than maximum, students are easily saturated, study time is limited and there are no facilities for new teachers to learn service and auto repair material  efficiently. The authors develop a learning media services and auto repair expert system based that aims to resolve the issue. Learning media is developed by prototype approach. Expert system technology advanced trace method is applied into the learning media through   the facilities of diagnosis and troubleshooting to help new teachers and student learning to identify the damage automobile. Database can be managed and updated by senior teachers by utilizing the MySQL database and PHP programming language. In addition, this learning media also features video demonstration of the *.swf file and the theoretical material in the form of a *.pdf file. The results of the development has produced a new system of web-based expert system as a supplement learning media services and auto repair in the process of teaching and learning activities.

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of proportion of independent directors and the existence of an audit committee against tax avoidance. The population in this study is an industrial companies and real estate properties listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period of 2012-2016. The sample selection is conducted by using purposive sampling method, therefore as many as 173 of observation sample was obtained. Analysis technique to examine the hypotheses is multiple linier regressions. The result of this research shows proportion of independent directors have no significant on tax avoidance. The existence of an audit committee has positive significant influence on tax avoidance

Studi ini menggunakan metode deskriptifanalitik yakni dengan menganalisis secara kritis terhadap permasalahan secaramendalam mengenai globalisasi, dengan mengedepankan alternatif penyelesaianpermasalahan melalui Pancasila.Rumusan sila-sila dalam sila Pancasila adalah hukumpositif indonesia secara yuridis-konstitusional sah, berlaku, dan mengikat seluruhlembaga negara, lembaga masyrakat, dan setiap warga negara tanpa terkecuali.NamunPancasila yang begitu penting tidak lagi dipikirkan. Pengaruh globalisai kehidupan yangsemakin meluas dan persaingan antar bangsa yang semakin tajam. Karakteristikglobalisasi yang individual-liberal menggerus nilai-nilai keluhuran Pancasila. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan antara pembelajaran PendidikanKewarganegaraan (PKn) dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Kerohanian Islam (ROHIS) terhadappembentukan karakter siswa MAN 1 Surakarta Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018 berbentukdeskriptif kualitatif, dengan strategi studi evaluasi dengan pemberian penilaian untukmenarik suatu kesimpulan yang dilakukan secara struktual kepada responden sebagaisumber informasi untuk keterangan peranan pendidikan kewarganegaraan (PKn) dankegiatan ekstrakurikuler kerohanian islam (rohis) terhadap pendidikan karakter siswaMAN 1 Surakarta Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018. Sumber data berupa data primer dan datasekunder. Subyek penelitian antara lain: Wakil Kepala Sekolah, Pembina Rohis, PengurusRohis dan siswa anggota rohis. Obyek penelitian, peranan pendidikan kewarganegaraandan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler kerohanian islam (rohis) terhadap pendidikan karakter.Teknik pengumpulan data: observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Keabsahan datamenggunakan trianggulasi metode. Teknik analisis data terdiri: reduksi data, penyajiandata dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pembelajaran PKn yang dilaksanakan guru telahberjalan dengan baik, siswa mampu memahami dan mengamalkannya, siswa bisamenghargari orang lain, bisa bertoleransi dengan sesamanya, berkata jujur, bersikap sopandengan orang lain. Kegiatan Rohis telah memberikan peran yang sangat berarti dalampembentukan karakter siswa, program-program yang direncanakan telah dijalankan denganbaik, sehingga siswa bisa terbiasa melakukan kegiatan yang bersifat positif, seperti halnyamelakukan sholat dhuha, menjalankan sholat wajib tepat waktu, melakukan bakti sosial,berperilaku sopan, dan berperilaku disiplin.Kata Kunci : Pembelajaran PKn, Kegiatan Rohis, Pembentukan Karakter

This study aims to examine variable-variable firm size, profitability,financial leverage, managerial ownership and devident payout ratio to findcompanies that perform income smoothing practices and that not doingincome smoothing practices listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) ofthe year 2008-2012. This study uses a quantitative approach, where the dataused for the study are the financial statements of the years 2008-2012. Thesamples are 265 companies for 5 years in companies listed on the IndonesiaStock Exchange and were selected using purposive sampling method.Subsequently the samples were classified into groups grader profit and notincome smoothing using Eckel. Analysis of the data obtained performed usinglogistic regression analysis. The test results of five independent variables usinglogistic regression showed that company size and financial leverage effect onincome smoothing practices while to profitability, managerial ownership , anddevident payout ratio has no effect on income smoothing practices

Academics as well as managers have long been interested in the roleof satisfaction with complaint handling (SATCOM) in shapingcustomers’ attitudes and repurchasing decisions. This interest hasgenerated a widespread belief that SATCOM is driven by the perceptionthat the complaint handling process is just. To test how SATCOM ismodulated by distributive, interactional, or procedural justice, weperformed a meta-analysis of 60 independent studies of the antecedentsand consequences of SATCOM. Results indicate that SATCOM isaffected most by distributive justice, then by interactional justice, and onlyweakly by procedural justice. We also find that SATCOM mediates theeffects of justice dimensions on word-of-mouth. However, contrary tocom-mon belief, SATCOM does not mediate the effects of justicedimensions on overall satisfaction and return intent. We draw on ourresults to suggest several avenues for further research.

Intellectual capitalis recognizedas a strategic asset that provides acompetitive advantage to the organization for superior performance in themodern era of the knowledge-based economy. This study aimed to examinethe effect of the components of the Intellectual Capital (VAICTM) to marketperformance is proxied by TVA , CAR and MtBV.The Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAICTM) methode is used tomeasure ofIntellectual Capital. This study uses data from 120 publicly listedcompanies in Indonesian Stock Exchange between the years 2008 to 2012. Itis an empirical study using Partial Least Square (PLS).The results show that: Intellectual Capital influences positively to marketperformance. Its prove that manufacturing companies in Indonesia have beenmanaging knowledge assets well so its important role in the formation ofadded value and contribute to the improvement of company's marketperformance.

Hemodialysis is an action used in kidney failure patients to remove and clean up metabolic waste substances and other toxic substances. Giving xylitol gum can stimulate saliva to overcome xerostomia. The purpose of this case study is to describe the application of xylitol gum to reduce xerostomia in patients. The method used in this study is Quasy Experiment. The instrument used was SXI-D (Summated Xersotomia Inventory-Dutch Version). Subjects of 2 people over the age of 30 years. The intervention was done in the form of chewing 2 grains of xylitol gum 3 times a day after a large meal and brushing his teeth for 2 consecutive weeks. The results of case studies on subject 1 showed a decrease in xerostomia before being given the first hemodialysis measurement intervention, namely 23 severe xerostomia, on the last day of intervention, 7 mild xerostomia. In subject 2 there was a decrease in xerostomia before the first. gum administration is recommended as a nursing intervention in the management of patients with hemodialysis measurement intervention was given, 23 severe xerostomia, on the last day of intervention, 10 mild xerostomia. The population is the entire company included in the CGPI ranking for the period of 2013-2016. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. The sample criteria in this study are (a) Companies that follow CGPI ranking in 2012-2016. (b) Companies listed on the Stock Exchange (c) The Company earns a positive profit. Analyzer used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Good corporate governance positive effect on earnings quality. Leverage has no effect on earnings quality. Profitability has no effect on earnings quality. Company size has a positive effect on earnings quality. A musical instrument is a device created to produce sound. The price of musical instruments themselves varies depending on the type of instrument and the quality of the material used to make the instrument. At NU 07 Brangsong Middle School, there were no instruments except tambourines. That is because there is no funds to buy a musical instrument. The school allocates more funds to buildings or school buildings and scholarship assistance for underprivileged children and intelligent children. Thus students at the school cannot practice or hone their skills in music. From these problems can actually be solved by an arduino-based Piano, Harp, Marching Bell Digital instrument using laser light and LDR. Because this tool can be made at a low cost and can function more than one musical instrument. The working system of this tool is that there are several lasers that will emit light directly on the LDR sensor (in pairs). And when a pair of laser beams and LDR number one are blocked by an object or hand it will emit a piano sound with a "DO" motif. Furthermore, when a pair of laser beams and LDR number two are blocked, it will emit piano sound with the "RE" orientation and so on. This tool is also equipped with buttons that function as a selector of the type of sound that will be generated and the desired octave.

This research generally aims to design a system that can overcome the problem at Wisma Menoreh Sampangan Hotel Semarang. In addition to the process of using bathroom equipment, a gas controller is needed in the bathroom, especially the ammonia and other gas levels in the bathroom . The bathroom control system at the Wisma Menoreh Sampangan Hotel in Semarang is currently considered ineffective, in the use of the bathroom equipment to hotel guests and hotel staff.The research method that I use is a Research and Development (R&D) research method that goes through stages of preliminary studies, planning, product development, testing, product design, product revision, and product testing. This system is made with the Arduino programming language. Based on the analysis, the ammonia gas detector in the Arduino-based bathroom can overcome the existing problems and help the hotel in controlling the bathroom, both to guests and hotel staff effectively and efficiently, as well as making it easier to manage bathroom rooms in the Hotel Wisma Menoreh Sampangan Semarang.

The purpose of this study is to provide convenience when processing sales, purchasing, product data, supplier data and customer data, minimizing errors in recording. The research method used in this study is to use the R & D (Research and Development) method. This method is used to produce a certain product that is analytical and its effectiveness can be tested so it can be used in the wider community. In designing the system tools used are Flowcharts, Entity Relationship Diagrams and Context Diagrams, while for data collection using observation, interviews, and literature study. Database application development tools using MySQL and programming languages ​​using Visual Basic 6.0. Rapid technological advances have a strong influence on various fields of life, one of which is the field of education. In the field of computer education is a familiar tool for use in the learning process. An educational institution such as a school certainly needs a learning medium as one of the methods in the teaching and learning process. SDN 4 Krajan Kulon is one of the educational institutions that always strives to improve quality both in terms of achievement and service. SDN 4 Krajan Kulon needs a learning media that can support the learning process to improve student performance that is still lacking, especially in science subjects. The solution offered in this study is a learning media with self direct learning method that makes it easy for users to understand the material being studied. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement and product trials. The results of this study are to produce learning media with the method of self-direct learning. As for the validity value of the media expert at 2.7 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of the material expert is 3.4 which is declared feasible, and increases the average grade of the class of students 4 SD is 12% from the initial average score of 71 to 83.56.

The author designed the application "Electronic component recognition game" as a learning media or educational game for class X students majoring in Audio Video Engineering SMK N 2 Pati. The author chooses Grade X Audio Video Engineering students as the target user because it considers theoretically the initial difficulty of the students of Audio Video Engineering about the understanding of electronic components specifically and the learning methods that are still practically conventional. With educational games, it is expected to create an interactive and fun learning process that is expected to overcome existing problems.This application will provide an understanding of the initial introduction of electronic component materials simply and easily. Through the introduction of electronic component games can be the beginning to create interactive educational games for students to give and build positive imagination to students and teachers. This application is designed by considering graphic concepts, education game criteria and user requirements. This research was implemented using the Action script programming language and Adobe Flash CS3 software. This application is very interactive and can be used as a teaching aid in learning electronic component materials at school or independently by the user. This application can also be improved to improve the quality of the application in the future.

Calculation of Cost of Production is one of the important aspects in carrying out business activities. Cost of Production is one of the determinants of the selling price of a product. Besides the cost of production can indicate a company's profit. But the activity of recording the cost of production at PT Semeru Karya Buana still uses a manual method that is using excel. This causes ineffectiveness in time, the resulting information will take longer because they have to look for the components one by one. Not to mention the data generated is most likely an error in the calculation. This research is intended to study the system that is already running. And later it will produce a program to calculate the cost of production as a determinant of the selling price which is implemented with the PHP programming language and MYSQL database. The calculation method uses the Job Order Costing Method where the price of the product to be given to consumers is calculated by dividing all costs incurred to produce a product by the number of orders. So the benefits of each product can be directly calculated. The more accurate the data produced, the better the company is in carrying out the buying and selling process.

This study aims to determine the level of financial health in Rachma Jaya Savings and Loans cooperatives by using the CAMEL method of financial health research models that serve as benchmarks for cooperative inspection objects conducted by supervisors. The subjects in this study were the leadership of KOSPIN accounting department, the object of the research was analyzing financial statements such as the Profit and Loss report, Balance Sheet Reports, Cash Transaction Reports and Journals on KOSPIN during each period. This research is a type of descriptive research by means of which financial statements are used. For data collection techniques using documentation. Analysis of the data used is the CAMEL.CAMEL analysis itself consists of five criteria, namely Capital (Capital), Asset (Assets), Management (Management), Earning (Rentability), Liquidity (Liquidity). The results showed that the level of financial health that would indicate favorable or detrimental conditions for cooperatives. In this study, the results obtained in the 2017 period were 74.3. These results are in the numbers 60-80 on the accuracy of the predicate, so Rachma Jaya Semarang savings and loan cooperatives are included in the category HEALTHY ENOUGH. Then this indicator needs to be improved again so that all indicators on financial performance, especially those related to the level of health of the cooperative's financial well maintained.So this research resulted in Accounting Information System for Savings and Loans Cooperatives Using the Camel Method as a Health-Based Analysis of the Cooperative web-based (Case Study of Rachma Jaya Cooperative).
