The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of Premarital Guidance at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) of Kapur IX District and what materials were given by religious counselors at KUA of Kapur IX District during premarital guidance. The research method that the author uses in writing this article is a descriptive qualitative research method with data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and interviews. The sources of data from this study were extension workers at KUA Kapur IX District and books related to this research. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Premarital Guidance at the KUA of Kapur IX District is carried out every Thursday starting at 10.00 WIB until it is finished. The methods used in providing premarital guidance to the bride and groom are lecture, discussion, and question and answer methods. In the implementation of premarital guidance at KUA Kapur IX District there were several supporting and inhibiting factors in achieving the successful implementation of the premarital guidance. The supporting factors are the willingness of the bride and groom, adequate facilities and infrastructure, and professional extension workers. And the inhibiting factor in the implementation of premarital guidance is that there are still prospective brides who are not punctual in following the guidance and there are still prospective brides who consider this premarital guidance not so important. The pre-marital guidance material given by the counselor to the bride and groom is material about the purpose of marriage, husband and wife's obligations, attitudes that support the realization of a happy/sakinah family, rules for husband and wife association, first night etiquette, mandatory bathing, times when it is forbidden to associate with the husband wife, things that are prohibited in the household, things that can disturb the harmony of the household, and so on.

Sales and purchase agreements that occur electronically between sellers and buyers create online buying and selling. Internet and social media users in Indonesia, online E-Commerce businesses are increasingly growing. E-Commerce is business activities involving consumers, manufacturers, service providers and intermediaries using computer networks, namely the internet. E-Commerce users are also of various ages, because there are many conveniences when shopping online, just open the desired E-Commerce application, choose the items you buy and the goods arrive as desired within a few days. The increasing number of online buying and selling has indirectly influenced changes in legal regulations. The rules that apply in Indonesia are still unclear regarding electronic buying and selling. This is due to the fact that the conditions necessary for the validity of an electronic agreement have not been specifically regulated. The aim of this research is to determine the validity of electronic contract agreements in E-Commerce transactions in terms of civil law. In this research, normative research methods were used. This method involves processing data from legal regulations and applying rules or norms as the basis for research. Research results Electronic documents are binding and recognized as valid evidence to provide legal certainty regarding the operation of electronic systems and electronic transactions, especially for proof and related to legal actions carried out through electronic systems

This study aims to examine how strategies strengthen student morale through school programs. In analyzing the problem, this research uses descriptive method with observation, interview and documentation techniques. Some of the findings obtained from research that the strategy of strengthening students' morale is implemented in several aspects; firstly on the school's vision and mission where the school compiles the school's vision-mission and goals which imply faith, piety and religious values ​​to strengthen student morale, second on activities both habituation activities within the school environment or activities outside the school environment related to religious activities to increase religious values, third on school facilities and infrastructure, fourth on school rules which are arranged based on the school's vision-mission and goals. The research results show that the strategy is quite successful in strengthening student morale. There are several findings that can hinder the success of applying student moral values, such as: the number of students that is not balanced with the number of classes, the lack of optimal use of facilities, the lack of commitment from school members, especially the lack of parental cooperation in efforts to strengthen student morale.

The purpose of this research article is to find out the concept of Governance / Corporate social responsibility (CRS) and ethics in strategic management in the field of education. Corporate governance is a set of rules that govern the relationship between shareholders, managers, creditors, employees, and other stakeholders to balance their rights and obligations. Corporate social responsibility (CRS) is an activity carried out by companies as a form of supporting sustainable economic development through community or global empowerment. Management ethics is a process and effort in order to examine the truth about managerial practices that are used as guidelines for a person in carrying out and determining decisions in the organization. Ethics is not only necessary in social life, but in the world of management and business, ethics is also necessary in order for organizations to organize moral systems prepared to limit the actions of people. 

This journal writing was conducted to discuss the topic of Islamic Inheritance Law, especially in terms of transferring assets through a mandatory will. This study uses normative juridical and empirical juridical methods with data in the form of secondary data. This research has the result that KHI (Compilation of Islamic Law), as a rational formulation of Islamic Inheritance Law, has practically explained the rules of Obligatory wills. Obligatory wills in KHI are an alternative in giving inheritance to adopted children. Then in the development of inheritance law in court institutions, in this case the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia, actually made the Obligatory will as a way to provide inheritance shares for heirs of different religions. The obligatory testament rules as an alternative to the transfer of rights to the wealth of non-Muslim heirs must still pay attention to the principles. The Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia has expanded Article 209 KHI by adding parties that can receive a mandatory will, including heirs who are prevented from inheriting because they are non-Muslims.

The purpose of this study is to examine specifically related to the governance and accountability of cooperatives that have been carried out in Indonesia. This study used a qualitative design, with a population of 125 journals and through purposive sampling, a sample of 35 journals was obtained. The results of the journal review can be concluded: (1). The trend of research on governance and accountability of cooperatives in Indonesia is mostly done with a qualitative design, obtained the concept: to improve governance can be done through socialization and training on SPI to managers; comply with ethical principles and rules; the accountability aspect must be audited by KAP; the role of government; principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness. Based on the quantitative design, it is concluded: cooperative governance and accountability have a positive and significant effect and accountability as a mediating variable on cooperative performance, there is no difference between financial accountability performance before and during the pandemic, cooperative reform has a positive and significant effect on cooperative governance and cooperative governance has no effect on the effectiveness of lending.  

  The purpose of this study is to determine the role of PPKn as a means of legal education in raising awareness of students complying with the school rules of SMA Negeri 8 Surakarta for the 2021/2022 academic year. This research is descriptive qualitative. The data source uses both primary and secondary. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. In order for the data to be valid, a triangluation of sources and techniques is carried out. Analyzed using interactive qualitative techniques. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded: The role of PPKn as a means of legal education in increasing awareness of the rights and  obligations  of students is  really like getting facilities.  The role of PPKn as a means of legal education in increasing awareness of  student attendance   is really like being present on time.  The role of PPKn as a means of legal education in increasing awareness of the  neatness  of  students  is true as in full uniform.  The role of PPKn as a means of education hukum in increasing awareness of  student hygiene is indeed  true such as participating in  community service work activities.     Â

Discipline is defined as an effort to control oneself and the mental attitude of the individual or society in developing obedience and obedience to the rules and regulations based on encouragement and awareness that arises from the heart. If it is associated with learning, the discipline of learning is more related to the mental attitude of the individual in his obedience to carrying out learning activities The research was conducted at SD Negeri Kaliwungu 01 and SD Negeri 02 in Kaliwungu Village, Kaliwungu District. The research sample was taken by purposive sampling. The variable of this research is learning discipline as the independent variable, which is measured by two sub-variables, namely learning discipline in the school environment and family environment. The second variable is learning achievement as the dependent variable. The results showed that there was a relationship between the sub-variables of learning discipline in the school environment and learning achievement, but its contribution was very weak. This can be seen from the value of the correlation coefficient is 0.064 with a significance value on both sides of 0.491>0.05. While the sub-variable of learning discipline in the family environment also has a relationship with learning achievement with the value of the correlation coefficient is 0.183 with a significance value on both sides of 0.043 <0.05. In addition, the two sub-variables are interrelated which shows the correlation coefficient value of 0.366 with a 2-sided significance = 0.000 <0.05. Overall, the results of this study also show that there is a relationship between learning discipline variables (both school and family environments) with student achievement at SDN Kaliwungu 01 and 02. This relationship is known by the Kendall concordance test with a correlation coefficient of 0.539 and Asymp. Sig. =0.000<0.05. These results indicate that there is a relationship between learning discipline and learning achievement. In addition, the magnitude of the effect on achievement is 53.9%.

Religious education aims to increase religious potential and shape children to become human beings who believe in and fear God Almighty and have noble character which includes ethics, character and morals. Religious value in children is a child's ability to understand religion that is obtained from parents, society and the surrounding environment. One of the efforts that can be made to achieve children with religious character is to instill religious values ​​themselves in children through religious activities such as the habit of praying dhuha in congregation and tahfiz Al-Qur`an activities both starting from the school environment. This study aims to instill religious values ​​in children which must be instilled since childhood, so that children get used to behaving well towards other people in their surroundings and have a love for the Al-Qur`an which increases their faith and piety to God Almighty. This research was conducted at the Subsidized Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Galagah Hulu. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method in which data collection uses observation techniques, interview techniques and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that in the habituation of Duha prayer carried out by children in congregation, they find several religious values, namely the value of worship, the value of spirit of jihad, moral values ​​and exemplary values. Strategies in instilling religious values ​​by motivating and setting an example. One way to instill religious values ​​is to always keep the Duha prayer time. tells the virtues of dhuha prayer, tells the virtues of memorizing the Qur'an in life so as to foster a sense of love in children. In the activities of tahfidz Al-Qur`an the religious values ​​found are children who are used to being disciplined in carrying out activities to memorize surahs while at school, children are disciplined in obeying school rules. Memorizing the Koran is one form of our efforts to get closer to Allah SWT through His words. The tilawati method is a book of teaching and learning methods to read the Koran with a balanced classical-read-listen approach. The implementation of the Tilawati Method in learning the tahfidz of the Koran to improve the quality of reading the Koran is a process of reading verses that must be memorized perfectly and becomes a good quality reading. This study aims to find out how the tilawati method becomes a method that focuses on how to read the Koran easily and pleasantly, by using this tilawati method students can find out how to recite the Koran so that reading the Koran becomes quality reading at TPA Hidayatul Science Unit 332 Village Paliat. The methodology used in this study was carried out by field observation which is a descriptive qualitative research. Based on the results of this study, the Implementation of the Tilawati Method in Tahfidz Koran at TPA Hidayatul Ilmi Unit 332 in Paliat Village can support learning tahfidz Koran because it makes it easier for teachers and students to teach and learn, and improves the quality of reading and memorizing the Koran, can make it easier for children to read the Koran well and correctly in accordance with applicable rules, making students fluent in reading the Koran and avoiding mistakes in the meaning of the Koran

. Child delinquency is an act that violates the norms or rules in society that is committed by children. Child delinquency is a social phenomenon caused by a form of social neglect which ultimately leads to deviant behavior or delinquency. But there are several factors that influence children to do these actions. This study aims to determine the psychological dynamics of children as perpetrators of theft, so they can handle or even prevent other children. This research uses a qualitative method, because this method can be used to explore and understand the meaning of a number of individuals or groups who are considered to have social or humanitarian problems. The results of this study indicate that children commit acts of theft because of a lack of attention from the family or even from their own parents to become a bad figure for their children. Likewise, the influence of peers who are naughty in association can also influence the behavior of children to become naughty. And a bad environment can influence children's behavior to be bad, because children tend to imitate what they see in their environment whether it's good or bad.

Character Education of students in an educational institution today is often neglected because of the impact of technology and lack of supervision by parents and teachers. One of the successes in improving the character education of students is determined by the existence of standardized teachers who have competence through the teacher standardization process. This is what underlies the conduct of research at MI Tawakkal Denpasar Bali which has students whose learning achievement is quite good. The research objectives in this thesis were to determine the implementation of the teacher standardization program at MI Tawakkal, to find out the teacher standardization program in improving the character education of MI Tawakkal students, and to find out the obstacles faced and solutions made in improving the character education of MI Tawakkal students. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach with three data collection techniques, namely: observation, documentation, and interviews. The results of the study reveal that: The teacher standardization program at MI Tawakkal is running well because it is guided by the rules set by foundations and institutions, the Teacher Standardization Program produces quality teachers according to teacher competency standards, so as to improve student learning and character education, and factors. the obstacle is the family that does not fully play a role in implementing character education at home, the negative influence of social media, and the negative environment.  

The purpose of the research is to optimize the contribution of billboard tax as a source of local funds and minimize the potential for lost billboard tax (EOL) in Demak Regency. This type of research is an explantative study that aims to find an explanation of the phenomenon of not optimal Reklame Tax as a Source of Regional funds. The object of this research is The Billboard Tax in Demak Regency. The sub-districts selected as research samples are potential sub-districts for billboards in the sense of easy access from various corners, crowded centers and or city centers including (1) Demak kecematan, (2) Guntur subdistrict, (3) Karangawen subdistrict, and (4) Mranggen subdistrict. These four subdistricts are used as analysis bases to then be generalized as a representation of Demak Regency. The data source is obtained by documentary studies, interviews with relevant officials, as well as field surveys. Data analysis is conducted with the following stages (1) calculation of potential tax receipts, (2) calculating the effectiveness of billboard tax management, 3 analysis of the causes of high low EOL and (4) formulation of policies for the optimization of billboard tax. From the results of the analysis will be formulated the right strategy to minimize EOL. The results showed that the contribution of billboard tax as a source of regional funds is still very small and not yet optimum. This happens because of the high tax on EOL (expected opportunity lost) and the number of wild billboards. The high EOL and wild billboards are due to the relatively weak governance (weak information system, coordination and supervision) and the motivation of the work of officers that has not been optimal. To optimize the potential of tax receipts need to be carried out the development of governance based on integrated information systems. To minimize EOL, a policy of strengthening the governance of The Billboard Tax is necessary: (a) establishing an integrative information system for the management of billboard taxes, (b) reorganization of the billboard tax management organization. (c) improve work rules, (d) improve more effective mechanisms of action, and (e) develop the professionalism of the officers involved.

Social Security employment is one of the government's programs to protect Indonesian workers because this is the mandate of Article 28H paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution, after which the government established Law No. 40 of 2004 concerning the National Social Security System and Law No. 24 of 2004 concerning the Social Security Organizing Agency. The regulations mentioned are an active form of the state to protect its people, one of which is from the labor sector. The authors took a study based on some of these rules by taking the title of the analysis of social security participation in employment for micro and small businesses. The formulation of this research problem is 1) what employment social security programs have been followed by job providers in micro and small businesses 2) What factors are the obstacles for job providers in micro and small businesses in participating in the employment social security program. This research is exploratory with a qualitative approach with research objects in small and small businesses, the use of data using primary and secondary data sources. The large number of participants who do not know and participate in BPJS Employment is an obstacle to the lack of participation of BPJS Employment.

Community service based on the development of the target schools at MA Hasyim Asyari Bangsri Jepara is intended as an effort to improve learning management in partner schools. The purpose of this community service program is to build academic cooperation, develop human resource potential and improve the quality of school education through skill program innovation. The training was held in two stages, namely the theory-discussion stage and the field stage. The participants of this training were teachers, assistant teachers, and students. The class training materials are the rules of fish farming, getting to know the tools and functions of the equipment, knowing how to design aquaculture containers, the sequence of cultivation activities, caring for and feeding and monitoring fish health. While the field training includes the design of aquaculture pond containers to fish farming techniques. The result of the activity was the implementation of community service activities for the development of the target schools in the form of training on catfish cultivation techniques for students and teachers of MA Hasyim Asyari Bangsri. The training participants understand cultivation techniques, starting from preparing cultivation media, spreading seeds, managing feed and maintaining water quality so that the fish grow well.

Over the years, Indonesian has developed into the state language and national language, but many Indonesians cannot be proud of it. When they talk about Indonesia without really understanding it, the fact is clear. One of the reasons for this lack of pride is the implementation of the educational process by the government, the community, and the teaching staff. Although there are several rules regarding the use of the Indonesian language, the government has not taken serious action against public violations. people are more proud to use a foreign language than Indonesian, and young people today are less interested in learning it so they cannot create pride in their language, namely Indonesian.

Tomato (solanum lyco persicum) is a plant from the solanceae family, native to Central and South America, from Mexico and Peru. Tomatoes have a short life cycle and a height ranging from 1 to 3 meters. Currently, farmers often experience disturbances from pests and diseases of tomatoes due to a lack of knowledge. They do not know how to control it and to eliminate pests that reduce productivity. In identifying diseases in tomato plants we use the Forward Chaining method which is a description that starts from knowing the facts and then matching them with IF and IF-THEN rules. Diseases with a high prevalence in tomatoes are: fruit worms, earthworms, green aphids, white flies, fruit flies (bractrotera) and the diseases are: fusarium wilt, leaf spot disease, bacterial spot, fruit rot. This expert system application provides tomato disease information and disease diagnosis, including control solutions that can be used to reduce the risk of tomato crop damage    

In practice, journalism has a great influence on the news that is disseminated, the use of journalistic codes of ethics is used to guide the process of retrieving and disseminating the information collected. In this urnal examines the formulation of Islamic journalistic ethics. The rules in carrying out journalistic duties are inseparable from the teachings of Islam which are guided by the Qur'an. So far, some Journalism has made western press theory a guide to the implementation of journalistic duties rather than press theory in an Islamic perspective. Thus, the purpose of this activity is expected to add insight to readers about the implementation of journalism in accordance with Islamic law and can be applied in journalism activities. This research also used supporting documents from both several existing books and journals. The results showed that the formulation of Journalistic Ethics According to an Islamic Perspective needs to be continuously socialized in various activities, both lectures and journalistic trainings, especially on Islamic campuses.

Adat is a way of life that has been passed down from generation to generation, sometimes considered sacred, so that when religion with rules/teachings that are considered new by the community becomes a new way of life, it becomes a problem to be considered as throwing away custom, or people who have forgotten the land, or are arrogant. , fanatic or dubbed uncivilized. From a religious perspective, Christians are divided into several interpretations. The attitude of rejection, which considers customs a sin with the assumption that everything in the world is sin (1 John 2:15-16). Meanwhile, other interpretations are fully accepting of adat. Custom is a gift from God, the fall of man into sin has damaged and confused traditional values, customary values need to be tested with the Word of God. This study uses a qualitative methodology with an interview and literature approach. The result of the research is that Christians should not reject customs, they only need to sort out what is contrary to God's word and what is not contrary to God's word. Customs that are contrary to God's word must be abolished, while customs related to God's word must be cultivated. Conclusion: Christian faith must be above customs because Christian faith is directly related to faith in Christ

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besar tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap produk roti Pinkan Bakery & Cake. Dengan mengetahui tingkat kepuasan konsumen, maka pihak toko dapat memperbaiki dan meningkatkan faktor kepuasan konsumen apabila ada kelemahan dan kekurangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan data mining yaitu Algoritma C4.5, sumber data diambil dengan menggunakan angket/kuesioner pada tahap survei pengisian lembar kertas kepada pengunjung toko atau masyarakat sekitar di lingkungan Desa Bangun. Adapun variabel yang digunakan yaitu (1) Harga, (2) Rasa, (3) Kualitas Produk, (4) Kebersihan Tempat. Untuk memudahkan proses pembuatan pohon keputusan proses uji penelitian menggunakan software Rapidminer 5.3. Berdasarkan seluruh hasil tahapan penelitian yang telah dilakukan pada Penerapan Algoritma C4.5 pada analisis faktor Kepuasan Konsumen terhadap Produk Roti Pinkan Bakery and Cake dapat disimpulkan bahwa permasalahan menentukan faktor kepuasan konsumen terhadap produk Roti dapat diselesaikan menggunakan teknik data mining, yaitu dengan Algoritma C4.5. Menghasilkan 5 rules dan Tingkat akurasi yang dihasilkan oleh metode tersebut adalah 93%. Dari perhitungan dengan Algoritma C4.5 maka didapatkan faktor yang paling dominan adalah Rasa (C2) dengan nilai gain sebesar 0,333610402.
