When it comes to crime, evidence is an issue that plays an important role in the legal process. This evidence determines the fate of the accused. In the event that the results of the examination of evidence based on the evidence provided by law are not sufficient to prove the guilt of the accused, if the guilt of the accused can be proven based on evidence, the accused is acquitted. According to Article 184 of the Criminal Procedure Code, a defendant must be punished first before being sentenced. Expert testimony is valid evidence, and Visum et Repertum can also be used as evidence to replace a manuscript in the form of a letter because Visum et Repertum is one aspect of the role of experts and/or expert testimony, so the relationship between the two cannot be separated. This study aims to determine the role of forensic legal experts in proving the cause of death and the position of evidence to reveal the cause of death of the victim. Abstract. Semiotic analysis of advertising aims to uncover the hidden meanings behind visual and textual elements presented in promotional content. This study explores the semiotic features in smartphone advertising, focusing on Oppo as a case study. This study uses a comparative framework to analyze the similarities and differences between Oppo advertising and competing brands. The analysis is conducted through Charles Sanders Peirce's triadic model, consisting of representamen, object, and interpretant, as well as Roland Barthes' concepts of denotation and connotation. This study identifies symbolic, iconic, and indexical signs used in Oppo advertising to build brand identity and attract target audiences. Key findings reveal how visual elements, color schemes, and slogans emphasize innovation, premium quality, and emotional connection. Comparative insights highlight Oppo's differentiation strategies, such as integrating cultural nuances and leveraging aspirational imagery, to strengthen its market position. The results of this study provide a deeper understanding of how semiotic strategies influence consumer perception and purchasing behavior, as well as provide practical implications for marketers and advertisers. This study bridges the gap between semiotic theory and its application in modern advertising, providing a comprehensive perspective on the power of signs in shaping brand narratives.

In the process of forming a law or legislation, the DPD does not have the power to decide or play a role in the decision-making process at all. Even though there are support requirements to become a member of the DPR. This means that the quality of the legitimacy of DPD members is not at all balanced by the quality of their authority as representatives of the regional people. The aim of this research is to analyze the function and authority of the Regional Representative Council in the Structural Institution of the Republic of Indonesia State Legislative Institution and how to optimize the function and legislative authority of the Regional Representative Council. The type of research we use is normative legal research, namely research carried out by examining the body of literature or secondary data. Strengthening the authority of the DPD by consistently incorporating the Constitutional Court's decisions into statutory regulations and other regulations under it. This is being done pending the issuance of the fifth amendment to the 1945 Constitution. The current revision of the MD3 Law has not yet adopted the authority of the DPD in accordance with the Constitutional Court's decision. The need for the fifth amendment is to reorganize the function of legislation firmly and clearly in the 1945 Constitution, because by reorganizing the function of legislation it will touch all institutions, including the DPR, DPD, President and other institutions.

Land as the wealth of the Indonesian nation must be utilized for the greatest prosperity of the people. To achieve this utilization, land consolidation needs to be carried out as an effort to increase the utility and results of land use and to align individual interests with the social function of land in the context of implementing development. Land is the basic capital for development and supports the running of the economy, there is almost no development activity that does not require land. Land plays a very important role, even determining the success or failure of a development. The nature of this research is descriptive, the results of this research are expected to obtain a factual picture or description of the land consolidation policy towards the re-arrangement of land ownership and use in Tanjung Sena Village, Sibiru-Biru District, Deli Serdang Regency, where the objects of land consolidation are land, residential buildings, dry land such as oil palms and fields, and village roads. Land consolidation as one of the efforts to increase the utility and results of land use. Land utilization needs to be implemented in the form of land regulation, control, and management. The use and utilization of land is carried out by re-arranging, partnership efforts, transfer and release of land rights in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. In the framework of land use management, guidance and control are carried out. Guidance is carried out through the provision of guidelines, guidance, training, and direction, while control is carried out through supervision such as supervision, reporting and regulation. The implementation of the regional spatial planning design is not always effective in the field, some people still assume that land rights are absolute rights, meaning rights that cannot be violated against land even though land rights contain social functions, land can be used by anyone as long as legal procedures have been taken, especially if the prospective land user is the state and is used for public interest.are fun for children such as singing, storytelling, role playing and involving parents in learning at home.

Law that is just and in line with social values adopted by society. This role is increasingly relevant in facing modern challenges, where understanding and application of the teachings of the Qur'an have an important role in the formation of legal norms in Muslim society. As a holy book, the Qur'an provides moral and ethical guidelines that form the basis for the Islamic legal system. Through its various verses, the Qur'an establishes the principles of justice, goodness, and social responsibility that influence individual behavior and interactions between members of society. The purpose of this study is to explore the values of Islamic law related to the role of the Qur'an in the formation of legal norms. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, by making books, magazines, articles and journals related to the research theme to collect data, then codify it, and then describe it in this article. The results of this study indicate that the application of Islamic law is largely determined by the Qur'an and Sunnah. Laws taken from sources other than the Qur'an and Sunnah will not last long, because the law is made by humans. So that potentially whoever is in power is the one who determines the law. In addition, the Qur'an also provides concrete rules regarding aspects of life, such as marriage, inheritance, and crime, which are then interpreted and applied in the context of sharia law. Thus, the Qur'an not only functions as a spiritual source, but also as a basis for the formation of norms that need to be adjusted to social dynamics and developing legal needs.
