This article will discuss the role of "debata" theology of calling within the context of Christian faith in Batak society, Indonesia. "Debata" theology of calling refers to the teachings and customary traditions of the Batak people that regulate the duties, responsibilities, and obligations of individuals within the community. This article will analyze how "debata" theology of calling influences the practices and perceptions of the Christian faith among the Batak community. The literature sources utilized in this article include research, books, and papers related to Christian theology and Batak culture.

Oaths play a crucial role in human life, particularly in religious and cultural aspects. This paper elucidates the concept of oaths as an endeavor to bolster the veracity of a statement by invoking sacred entities such as God. In Israeli culture, oaths are regarded seriously and involve the name of God, with the threat of divine punishment if the oath is breached. Challenges for Christians arise when they encounter the influences of local culture and traditions, such as the Tippu’ Sasa oath ritual of the Mentawai tribe, which contradicts biblical teachings. Therefore, a profound understanding of oaths and the challenges of maintaining the sanctity of the Christian faith amidst local culture becomes imperative. This underscores that oaths are not merely verbal acts but also reflect profound spiritual commitments, serving as the foundation for a meaningful and responsible life.

This article explores the exemplary nature of Jesus Christ as depicted in the Gospel of John, with an emphasis on aspects of leadership, teaching, and wisdom that can serve as examples for educators. Through a thorough examination of the Gospel text, this article illustrates how the attitudes, behaviors, and teachings of Jesus Christ provide a foundation for exemplary leadership that influences and inspires the teaching profession.

Hospitals are a comprehensive part of social and media organizations whose function is to provide complete health services to the community, both curative and rehabilitative, hospital services reach family and environmental services. The aim of the research is to analyze the influence of health service quality on patient satisfaction in the inpatient room of Melati Perbaungan Hospital. Analytical survey research design with a cross sectional design. The total population of patients treated from June 2023 to August 2023 in the Inpatient Room at Melati Perbaungan Hospital is 167 people. The number of samples was 62 people. The results of the chi square test research show that there is an influence of 8 variables, namely technical competence, human relations, effectiveness, efficiency, continuity, security, human relations and comfort, which have a p-value <α 0.05, meaning that technical competence, human relations, effectiveness, efficiency, continuity, safety, human relations and comfort influence patient satisfaction in the Melati Perbaungan Hospital inpatient room. The results of the multiple logistic regression test are the most dominant comfort variable with an odds ratio (OR) of 18.455, meaning that it influences patient satisfaction 18 times. The conclusion is that the comfort variable is the dominant variable that has the most influence on patient satisfaction in the Melati Perbaungan Hospital inpatient room. It is recommended for hospitals to adopt policies to increase patient comfort in treatment rooms in order to produce optimal satisfaction for patients.

This research aims to analyze the influence of company growth, funding decisions and dividend policy on company value. This research was conducted by analyzing the financial reports of companies in the transportation and logistics sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the period 2018 to 2022. The sample used in this research was 9 technology sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2018 to 2022 using purposive sampling techniques. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of financial reports from each company that has been used as a research sample. The variables used in this research are Company Growth (X1) as the first independent variable, Funding Decisions (X2) as the second independent variable, and Dividend Policy (X3) as the third independent variable and Company Value (Y) as the dependent variable. The panel data regression method was used as the research methodology in this study. Analysis of research results using EViews 12 Student Version Lite software. The research results show that the best model is the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The results of this study show that partial company growth has no effect and is not significant on company value, partial funding decisions have a significant effect on company value, partial dividend policy has no effect and is not significant on company value, and simultaneously company growth and funding decisions and Dividend Policy influences Company Value.

This holistic strategy integrates psychological and palliative care, acknowledging the diverse aspects of a patient's journey. The findings contribute significantly to informed healthcare policies, urging the development of targeted interventions based on the nuanced understanding of reproductive organ tumors in the Indonesian context. Furthermore, the study suggests fruitful directions for future research in women's health, paving the way for continuous advancements in the field.

This research was conducted based on the results of observations and concerns experienced by the community. Stunting is one of the focus problems in Cipinang village which influences children's development as efforts to optimize stunting prevention take the form of child health and nutrition counseling through community service activities. The research method uses a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach design. Starting with observing the problem, interpreting and analyzing it, then action is taken to alleviate the problems in society. Based on these Actions gradually understand the important role they play in maintaining children's Health. Apart from that, the community also has the potential to create broad social change because the community plays an active role in being collectively involved in jointly maintaining the health of children, preventing and alleviating stunting in Cipinang Village.

The rapid development of science and technology can now be felt and influences human life. In the world of education, technology has a real positive impact on learning. Students can access more information and faster from various sources. Apart from that, there are many applications that teachers can use, such as PowerPoint, YouTube, or e-learning based systems as learning media. By utilizing technology, this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This research contains a systematic explanation or presentation regarding the analysis of students' responses to the use of the Quizizz application as a learning alternative, there are 36 subjects from students at SMK Muhammdiyah 3 Pekanbaru. The aspects that you want to know are how learning activities are carried out using the Quizizz application, whether the Quizzizz application makes the learning atmosphere less boring, whether the application during learning using the usual method is a lot of dynamics felt by students. Of the 36 research respondents, some students said that learning went smoothly, but the majority of students said that learning was less effective, not conducive, boring, and that it was difficult to understand the material presented by the teacher. The problems experienced by these students occurred because of the guidance for students to always obey the rules and based on the results of the analysis found as study material, it can be concluded that the application of the Quizizz learning media is effective in improving the learning outcomes of elementary school students. Therefore, students need fun activities in learning, as well as building an active learning atmosphere so that they can understand the learning material better

Environmental health problems are one of the social problems in life that have not been resolved since then until now. Individuals' lack of awareness of cleanliness is a factor that greatly influences environmental health. Therefore, providing understanding to the public regarding the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness, especially in managing household waste, must be improved. Raising public awareness to live clean and free from waste is our common goal, not only for people in urban areas but also for people in rural areas. The lack of knowledge and awareness of the people of Serang Subdistrict regarding the importance of protecting the environment, and how to manage waste, can be seen from the large number of Serang Subdistrict residents who throw rubbish in gardens and even rivers, as well as the lack of rubbish bins in homes or in public places. To raise public awareness about caring for the environment requires education that must be carried out continuously, in order to change people's habits and mindset. This service aims to raise public awareness about throwing away rubbish in its proper place and socializing how to make rubbish bins from used plastic drums. The author uses the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method to solve environmental problems. The activities take the form of socializing information about environmental cleanliness and providing training to the community to make trash cans from items around us that are no longer used, one of which is using used plastic drums. The result of the activity is an increase in public knowledge of the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness through the use of trash cans that have been made in view of the residential environment being free of rubbish, as well as the community's ability to make their own trash cans from used plastic drums.

The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of service quality and promotion on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Jetindo Nagasakti Transekspress Medan. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method which is carried out through data collection using questionnaires and statistical testing data analysis. The samples taken in this research were all customers who had used the services of PT. Jetindo Nagasakti Transekspress Medan, numbering 85 people. The data analysis used is path analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics version 26 application. The research results show that Service Quality influences customer satisfaction at PT. Jetindo Nagasakti Transekspress Medan. Promotions influence customer satisfaction at PT. Jetindo Nagasakti Transekspress Medan. Service quality influences customer loyalty at PT. Jetindo Nagasakti Transekspress Medan. Promotions influence customer loyalty at PT. Jetindo Nagasakti Transekspress Medan. Customer satisfaction influences customer loyalty at PT. In the property sector, decisions on project work take into account the correctness of the information, certainty of payment methods and profit margins that are appropriate to the level of project difficulty. Employees' skills and abilities in negotiating, planning, being keen to see opportunities and making decisions in the project process from start to finish are always needed to counter changes and environmental influences that will inevitably occur in the project work process. The success of a project work can be seen from the company's performance which is based on the completion of a project according to or faster than schedule and conformity to the detailed project specifications agreed with the project owner.    

The quality of labor and supervision of labor is an important aspect in the success of an organization or company. Good workforce quality greatly influences the productivity, efficiency and overall performance of the organization. On the other hand, labor inspection plays a key role in ensuring that workers carry out their duties according to established standards, as well as ensuring compliance with existing policies and procedures. This research aims to analyze the relationship between labor quality and labor supervision in the context of a modern work environment. The research method used involves a comprehensive literature review to explore concepts, theories and practices related to these two aspects. The results of the analysis show that there is a close relationship between labor quality and labor supervision, where effective supervision can improve labor quality and vice versa. The implication of this research is that it is important for companies to develop effective monitoring strategies to ensure optimal workforce quality, which in turn will contribute to achieving overall organizational goals.    

Consumptive behavior can be said to be the behavior of buying goods without strong consideration and prioritizing desires over needs. Consumptive behavior is influenced by two main factors, including internal factors that cause consumptive behavior including self-esteem, drive, self-concept, and personality. As well as external factors that cause consumer behavior due to social class, culture, reference groups and family. This research aims to determine the influence of peer behavior, use of social media, and lifestyle on the consumptive behavior of students at SMKN 1 Tanjung Jabung Barat for the 2023/2024 academic year. The method in this research is quantitative research. The samples were taken using nonprobability techniques. The sample in this research were class The analysis used is multiple linear regression with the SPSS 27 program. The research results show that peer behavior (X1) partially influences consumptive behavior (Y), social media (X2) partially has no influence on consumptive behavior (Y), lifestyle (X3) partially influences consumptive behavior (Y). Meanwhile, simultaneously the behavior of peers, social media and lifestyle on consumer behavior is 32.9%. And the remaining 67.1% is influenced by other variables outside this research.

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a serious chronic disease caused by the pancreas that does not produce enough insulin. His high blood sugar levels marked the influence of factors that occur. Therefore, the patient must understand what influences make his blood sugar levels higher. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect blood sugar. The research method used correlational analysis with sectional design and total sampling techniques.

Banking is an important sector for a country's economy, therefore maintaining banking stability is very important because if there is a problem it can have a direct impact on economic conditions in that country. One of the factors that influences growth stability is competition. This research aims to determine the effect of competition on banking stability in Indonesia. This research was carried out with data samples from 43 banks in the 2018-2021 period. The analytical tool used was Z-score value analysis, the Leaner Index with Stata 17.0 panel data regression. The research results show that competition can explain the dependent variable, namely stability of 5.20%.

This type of research is experimental research in the form of Pre-Test Post Test Design, namely an experiment which in its implementation only involves one class as the experimental class without any comparison class (control class). The sampling technique used was a saturated sample, using the population as a sample, namely 20 students. Data collection techniques in this research used tests and observation. The data analysis used is descriptive data analysis and inferential data analysis. The results of inferential statistical analysis using the t-test formula show that the t value obtained is 10.52 with a frequency of dk = 20-1 = 19, at a significance level of 0.05, t table = 1.729. So, tcount > ttable or the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted. This means that the use of snack packaging media influences initial reading ability in class I Indonesian language subjects at SD Inpres Tamattia, West Bajeng District, Gowa Regency.

Research on the use of beach sand as a fine aggregate in concrete is due to the abundance of beach sand in the area. This research was carried out to analyze sand and find out how much compressive strength is produced when sand is treated without being washed with sand that is treated with washing, so that from this research the local community will know and can use it as a building material. The sand used is Pondok Permai Beach Sand, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The planned compressive strength of the concrete is 21.7 Mpa with 40 cylindrical test objects. Tests for compressive strength of samples were carried out at ages 7, 4, 21 and 28 days and each treatment was given 5 concrete samples. This research only focuses on beach sand concrete. The analysis results show that this beach sand is included in zone IV sand, namely sand with fine grains. The average compressive strength test results of concrete for sand not treated with washing and treated with washing at age 7 were the same, namely 16.22 Mpa. For compressive strength aged 14 days, concrete with sand that was not treated with washing produced a compressive strength of 15.58 Mpa, while concrete with sand that was treated with washing reached 17.44 Mpa. For compressive strength aged 21 days, concrete with sand that was not treated with washing produced a compressive strength of 16.10 Mpa, while concrete with sand that was treated with washing produced a compressive strength of 18.55 Mpa. In the compressive strength test aged 28 days, concrete with sand that was not treated with washing produced a compressive strength of 17.33 Mpa, while concrete with sand that was treated with washing produced a compressive strength of 19.55 Mpa. From the results of this research, the researchers concluded that the fineness of sand influences the compressive strength of concrete and washed sand can increase the compressive strength of concrete.

Labuhan Batu Regency is famous for its abundant palm oil production, this influences the agricultural sector in supporting the economic growth of a region. The aim of this research is to analyze the contribution of the agricultural sector to the District's PDRB. Labuhan Batu and what factors influence the contribution value. The research method used is quantitative research using a descriptive approach and contribution analysis method to determine the contribution of the agricultural sector to the PDRB of Labuhan Batu Regency. The results obtained by the agricultural sector on the PDRB of the District. Labuhan Batu experienced an increase with an average of around 42% during the 2018-2022 period. Significantly, the contribution of the agricultural sector is influenced by several factors such as government spending, investment and labor which have a positive relationship with the contribution of the agricultural sector.

Gadgets are a real form of the development of science and technology (Science and Technology) in the present and future. Of course, with the development of Science and Technology, this greatly influences human life patterns both in terms of thought patterns and behavior. Nowadays, not only adults, children can also use gadgets in everyday life and also enjoy using them, but this can lead to gadget addiction, mental, emotional and negative behavioral disorders. Research objective: to determine the relationship between the role of parents, use of gadgets, growth and development with the social behavior of children aged 6-12 years in Pabuaran Village rt05/rw13 Cibinong, Bogor, 2023. Method: The type of research used in this research is quantitative research , namely with a cross sectional approach. The population of this study was 80 respondents aged 6-12 years at Rt 05/Rw 13 Pabuaran Cibinong, Bogor. The sampling technique used total sampling with a total of 60 respondents. Data collection uses a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out in the form of a frequency distribution and used the Chi Square test. Research results: There is a relationship between the role of parents and social behavior at Rt 05/Rw 13 Pabuaran Cibinong, Bogor in 2023, with a p-value of 0.005 with an OR value of 0.231. There is a relationship between gadget use and social behavior at Rt 05/Rw 13 Pabuaran Cibinong, Bogor in 2023, with a p-value of 0.006 with an OR value of 5.000. There is a relationship between growth and development and social behavior at Rt 05/Rw 13 Pabuaran Cibinong, Bogor in 2023, with a p-value of 0.003 with an OR value of 0.184. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the role of parents, use of gadgets, growth and development and the social behavior of children aged 6-12 years in Rt05/Rw13 pabuaran Cibinong, Bogor in 2023.

Analysis Data analysis used univariate analysis, bivariate with chi-square test and multivariate with logistic regression. The results of logistic regression research show that there is an influence of parenting patterns p = 0.017, exclusive breastfeeding history p = 0.000 and history of infectious diseases p = 0.005. While the dominant factor influencing the incidence of stunting in toddlers is the history of exclusive breastfeeding p = 0.003 <0.05, with Exp (B) = 11.041 and 95% CI = 3,610-33,768. The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of parenting, exclusive breastfeeding history and history of infectious diseases, which does not affect knowledge, attitudes, feeding patterns and immunization status. The dominant factor, namely exclusive breastfeeding history, influences the incidence of stunting in toddlers in the Tarempa Health Center Working Area, Siantan District, Anambas Islands Regency, Riau Islands. It is suggested that the Tarempa Health Center can create interesting education for mothers, such as conducting workshops/ demonstrations on how to provide good and correct and nutritious food for their children, as well as how to process diverse and nutritious foods so that children get good nutritional intake.
