The rapid development of information technology and telecommunications has driven companies and MSMEs to adopt desktop, mobile, and web-based applications to enhance operational performance. PT HPS Painan Padang, previously relying on manual ticket bookings, faced challenges in efficiency and susceptibility to brokering practices. To address this, a web-based travel ticket booking application was developed, enabling customers to book tickets online more practically, quickly, and conveniently, anytime and anywhere. The integration of Natural Language Processing (NLP) technology in the form of a chatbot further enhances service efficiency and responsiveness. This feature provides real-time information on departure schedules, seat selection, and payment transactions while also supporting sentiment analysis and swift responses to customer feedback, ultimately improving service quality. The application, built using PHP, MySQL, and CodeIgniter with a Prototype development approach, adapts to changing market demands. Testing via GTmetrix on the https://desistravel.xyz/backend page demonstrated excellent performance with an 88% Performance score, 95% Structure score, and optimal Web Vitals metrics, indicating a fast, responsive, and stable platform. The final product is a user-friendly web-based ticket booking application supported by an intelligent chatbot, offering a seamless user experience, enhancing customer satisfaction, and streamlining the travel booking process efficiently.

Significant changes have occurred in the economy, especially in developing countries such as Indonesia, where the economic, development and industrial sectors continue to improve. Manufacturing companies in the cosmetics subsector are an industry that has quite intense competition in Indonesia. According to the first quarter of 2020 data from the Central Bureau of Statistics, the market growth of this industry averaged 5.59% per year. This is expected to continue in the coming year. The implementation of supply chain management (SCM) will support organizations to have a good performance system. PT Zoey Cosmedica Putra (Maklon Kosmetik) is one of the manufacturing companies engaged in the cosmetics industry. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of supply chain management on company performance. Data processing using the Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method using Smart PLS software version 4.0. The results of SCM factor analysis research measured by independent variables, namely relationships with suppliers (X1), relationships with customers (X2) and the level of information sharing (X3) with the dependent variable, namely company performance (Y). Shows X1 and X3 hypotheses have an influence, while the X2 hypothesis has no effect.

This research aims to find out how personalization and big data analytics can be used as an effective marketing strategies in the era of society 5.0. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach which aims to explore, analyze and interpret phenomena related to the topic. The data in this research was obtained through literature study, by exploring information from various primary and secondary sources consisting of books, scientific journals, articles and other relevant publications. The research results show that personalization and big data analytics are effective strategies in marketing in the era of society 5.0. personalization and utilizing big data analytics technology, companies can understand consumer behavior, optimize marketing campaigns, and manage customer relationships more effectively. So it can increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

In the rapidly evolving digital era, online commerce has become a phenomenon that dominates the business world. One important aspect of the online trade ecosystem is the role of resellers. Online shop resellers have become a vital element that connects producers or product owners with end consumers through digital platforms. Resellers act as intermediaries that bridge the process of product distribution from its source to the hands of consumers. The main issues include marketing competition, unilateral product cancellations by customers, and defective or incorrect items. The research question used by how online shop resellers overcome business competition challenges in the era of digitalization? This research adopts a qualitative approach using field study methods. This research concludes that operating as an online shop reseller involves several risks, and to address these challenges, various improvements can be made in marketing techniques, risk management implementation, and cash flow recording techniques to overcome the ambiguity of profits generated in the online reseller business.

Customer satisfaction is very important for the continuation of a business because customer satisfaction can influence customer perspectives on products and services. The phenomenon that occurred in this study was a decrease in the market share of starbucks products in 2021-2023. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of innovation, promotion, product quality, price and service quality on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted on consumers of starbucks products in the Indonesian region. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to respondents using google form. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 26. The sample in this study were 97 respondents. The sampling technique used probability sampling with accidental sampling method. The results of this study explain that 1) innovation has a positive effect on customer satisfaction 2) promotion has a positive effect on customer satisfaction 3) product quality has no effect on customer satisfaction 4) price has a positive effect on customer satisfaction 5) service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction.

The existence of the Regional Public Company (PERUMDA) of Kupang City aims to distribute water to residents in the surrounding areas. This study aims to evaluate the performance of PERUMDA in providing clean water services in Alak District, Kupang City. This research employs a combination of juridical and empirical approaches. The study was conducted at the PERUMDA Kupang City office and in the Alak District area of Kupang City during January 2025. The population in this study includes all PERUMDA employees and drinking water customers in Alak District, Kupang City. The sample was obtained using purposive sampling techniques, consisting of the head of the customer relations division (1 person), PERUMDA employees (10 people), and community members who use PERUMDA services (50 people), resulting in a total sample of 61 respondents. Data were collected through document review and in-depth interviews guided by an interview protocol. Based on the interview results, it was found that clean water services provided by PERUMDA were still suboptimal. Although PERUMDA Kupang City already has Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), the implementation in the field still faces various obstacles, such as unequal distribution of clean water, limited infrastructure, occasional poor water quality, ineffective complaint handling systems, and outstanding payment arrears. PERUMDA Kupang City needs to expand its clean water distribution network, improve water quality, strengthen the customer complaint system, and conduct education and outreach to the community regarding the importance of efficient water use and the obligations of the community as service users.

This study aims to determine the factors that influence customer decisions in choosing Mudharabah deposit products at PT Bank Sumut Marelan Raya Branch Office. This study uses variables of Service, Location, Religiosity that influence Mudharabah Deposit Customer Decisions. This research method uses quantitative research using data collection methods, namely questionnaires or questionnaires, while the data analysis technique used is the multiple regression analysis method. The population in this study were customers at PT Bank Sumut Marelan Raya Branch Office totaling 139 respondents from these respondents, the researcher only took a sample of 103 respondents. The data that has been obtained is then processed using the SPSS Version 25 application. Data processing and analysis techniques are, instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. From the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing, the Fcount value (85.042)> Ftable (3.09) was obtained, so it can be concluded that service, location and religiosity simultaneously have a significant effect on customer decisions. In addition, from the results of the determination test, it is known that the determination coefficient value in the Adjusted R Square column is 0.720, meaning that the variables Service, Location and Religiosity have an influence of 72.0% on the Customer Decision variable. While 28.0% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study. For the Service variable, the partial t-count value (2.572)> t-table (1.984) is obtained, meaning that the Service variable partially has a significant effect on Customer Decisions. The Location variable partially has a t-count value (3.090)> t-table (1.984), meaning that the Location variable partially has a significant effect on Customer Decisions. The Religiosity variable partially has a t-count value (4.842)> t-table (1.984), meaning that the Religiosity variable partially has a significant effect on Customer Decisions. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Service, Location and Religiosity have an effect on Customer Decisions Using Mudharabah Deposit Products at PT Bank Sumut Marelan Raya Branch Office

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of employee roles (Attitude, Attention and Action) on achieving customer loyalty at PT. North Sumatra Bank Medan Karya Sharia Branch Office. The influence of employee roles (Attitude, Attention and Action) has a positive effect on achieving customer loyalty at PT. North Sumatra Bank Medan Karya Sharia Branch Office. Quantitative research is research that uses data in the form of numbers. This shows that (Attitude, Attention and Action) have a positive effect on achieving customer loyalty at PT. North Sumatra Bank Medan Karya Sharia Branch Office. (Attitude, Attention and Action) has an influence of 98.4% on achieving customer loyalty at PT. North Sumatra Bank Medan Karya Sharia Branch Office. Meanwhile, 1.6% is influenced by other factors not included in the regression model. The significance of the variables (Attitude, Attention and Action) is 0.000, which is less than the significant value level used, namely 0.05. The attitude variable is 26.116, the value is above the research value, namely 1.984. The Attention variable is 7.708, the value is above the research value, namely 1.984. The Action variable is 8.256, the value is above the research value, namely 1.984.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of trust, facilities and transaction speed on customer satisfaction The method used is a questionnaire with a quantitative approach. The types of analysis used are descriptive analysis and verifiable analysis. This research was conducted on Bank Syarikat Madani Batam customers with a sample of 100 respondents. The nonprobability sampling method with the purposive sampling technique is the sampling technique used in this study. The findings in this study show that trust has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The Facility variable has a t calculation of 19,853 > 1,984 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, then it can be concluded that Facility has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. And the Transaction speed variable has a t calculation of 38,793> 1,984 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, then it can be concluded that Transaction speed has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Faisal Islamic Hospital Makassar currently has good service quality on the interest in repeat visits to outpatients in polyclinics with an increasing number of outpatient visits. However, there are also services that are desired by patients and families of patients so that the service is said to be bad. This is felt by patients visiting the hospital, namely the better the services provided where before the researchers conducted the research there were still many shortcomings in the form of medical devices and irregular service hours. Where the quality of service can also be said to be good if the service provided is in accordance with what the patient wants and can be said to be satisfactory service. Therefore, to increase the number of patient visits, the hospital tries to provide quality service so that patients feel satisfied. Revisit interest is the behavior that occurs in response to a service that shows the customer's desire to revisit the hospital. This study aims to determine the quality of service and its effect on outpatient revisit interest in polyclinics at Faisal Makassar Islamic Hospital. The population in this study was 750 patients and the sample size was 254 patients who made a repeat visit at the polyclinic of the Faisal Islamic Hospital Makassar. The results of this study are the level of repeat visits on an outpatient basis at the Faisal Makassar Islamic Hospital can be seen from the aspects of tangible (physical evidence) of good value, reliability (reliability) of good value, responsiveness (responsiveness) of good value, assurance (certainty) of good value, and empathy (empathy) of good value.

The rapid advancement of information and communication technology has transformed and opened business perspectives and operations, particularly in UMKM the photography industry. As the demand for online photography services continues to rise, it is crucial for service providers to develop efficient information systems to manage photo sales effectively. The research titled "Development of the POVSHOT Mobile Application for Online Photo Sales Using Flutter and MySQL" aims to facilitate online photo sales through the implementation of Flutter technology and a MySQL database. The findings indicate that the "POVSHOT" application successfully integrates features such as photo uploading, payment management, and user administration within a user-friendly interface. This study suggests that the use of mobile applications can enhance security in the photo sales process and provide a better experience for users. The implications of this research highlight that photography service providers can leverage mobile technology to expand their market reach and improve customer satisfaction through a more integrated and responsive system.

This research aims to analyze the influence of Service Quality and Price on Customer Loyalty at Red Chilies Hotel Solo. The method used in this research is quantitative with data collected through questionnaires to hotel customers and processed using SPSS 26. The total number of respondents was 99 people. The data analysis techniques applied include validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and F and T tests to determine the relationship between variables. The research results show that Service Quality (X1) and Price (X2)  have an effect on Customer Loyalty (Y), proven through a significant T test of more than 0.05 and a calculated r value that is greater than r table 1.661.

This study aims to understand the effect of product innovation on customer satisfaction and trust, focusing on customers in the electronics sector. Product innovation is considered a strategic element capable of increasing customer utility, creating competitive advantage, and strengthening the relationship between companies and customers. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected through a survey to explore customer perceptions related to innovation, satisfaction, and trust. The results show that product innovation significantly affects customer satisfaction, especially through the relevance of the features offered, product quality, and adequate after-sales service. Customer trust in the company is also influenced by the success of product innovation to create real added value. This trust is formed through consistency in product quality and transparency in communication. This research implies that companies need to make innovation a strategic priority that is oriented towards customer needs. A deep understanding of customer preferences and expectations through market research and direct feedback is essential to support the innovation process. Effective communication to explain the benefits of innovation to customers should be part of the marketing strategy. With this approach, product innovation can be an instrument that increases customer satisfaction and trust, and creates long-term beneficial relationships.

This study aims to determine how satisfied people are in using the Action Link application which is a mobile banking owned by Bank Aceh Syariah. The growth of technology that continues to increase from year to year so that this can have an impact on society. Technology has developed rapidly and is increasingly modern, many companies are developing performance in the information sector so that people are adopted in using online services via smartphones such as the Action service (Aceh Online Transaction) at Bank Aceh Syariah. This study uses descriptive analysis as a research approach that uses qualitative research. The technique used in this study is to conduct interviews with customers and distribute questionnaires to users of the Action application. The results of the study show that M-Banking Action makes it very easy for customers to make transactions, but there are some shortcomings in the application because there are no complete features. The quality of service also certainly has an impact on customer perceptions in using the application so that customers are still less confident in using Action if the service provided is bad and there are still those who feel less safe in using it.

The rapid development of information technology has provided great opportunities for the service sector to improve efficiency and convenience, including in vehicle washing services. This research aims to develop a web-based system using the Laravel framework, which is designed to simplify the online ordering process and overcome queuing problems. The system features user authentication, location-based booking, payment gateway integration for real-time transactions, and an interactive dashboard for service providers. The case study was conducted at Carenmore, a vehicle wash service in Krian. The implementation results show that the system is able to reduce customer waiting time, provide a better user experience, and improve service efficiency. Further development is recommended to add a variety of features, improve interface design, and increase the system's ability to handle larger user loads.

This research aims to analyze the role of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation in increasing customer loyalty in the digital era. With the rapid advancement of technology, CRM has become an essential component of an effective digital marketing strategy. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach involving several companies that use CRM as a strategy to maintain and increase customer loyalty. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, surveys and secondary data analysis from companies using CRM platforms. Research findings reveal that effective CRM implementation—through personalization, regular communication, and leveraging customer data—can significantly increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, this research highlights that the use of CRM allows companies to better understand customer needs and preferences, thereby providing more customized services. As a result, implementing CRM in the digital era has proven to be an important strategy for businesses to compete in an increasingly competitive market.

This research aims to analyze the gold investment mechanism through gold savings products at PT. Sharia Pawnshop Cab AR. Medan Judge and To determine the suitability of the gold investment mechanism through gold savings products, the mechanism is in accordance with MUI Fatwa No. 77/DSN-MUI/V/2010 or not.This research uses descriptive qualitative methods, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with employees and Nadabah PT. Sharia Pawnshop Cab AR. Medan Judge as well as observations, documentation and literature studies. The research results show that the gold investment mechanism in gold savings products has been running well, providing easy access for customers, and is assessed in accordance with sharia principles, namely DSN-MUI Fatwa No.77/V/2010 with a combination of wadiah (deposit) and murabahah (sale) contracts. buy) which provides flexibility and certainty for customers in managing gold savings. However, in the mechanism, various challenges arise. Such as customer understanding of the benefits and mechanisms as well as compliance with sharia principles (National Sharia Council Fatwa). The benefit of this research is to provide clear information to customers (the public) regarding the benefits and mechanisms of investing in gold through gold savings, so that it can serve as a guide in making investment decisions. Apart from that, the results of this research can be input for PT. Pegadaian Syariah always provides outreach and education to customers regarding the benefits and mechanisms as well as compliance with sharia. For the University, it can provide useful input and provide references in the field of sharia investment, especially regarding gold savings. This research concludes that gold investment through gold savings products at PT. Sharia pawnshops are a safe and sharia-compliant investment alternative, and have the potential to increase financial inclusion in Indonesia

This study delves into an integrative management approach within the context of Wimarion Hotel, with a dual focus on augmenting guest satisfaction and enhancing financial viability. Through the incorporation of pivotal factors encompassing front office services, pricing dynamics, customer communication strategies, interior design aesthetics, and overarching business strategies, the research endeavors to pinpoint variables that can be optimized to synergistically boost employee productivity and fiscal gains. Employing a quantitative cross-sectional methodology, data was gathered from a sample of 100 randomly chosen hotel patrons via questionnaire dissemination. Analysis underscores a statistically significant positive correlation between guest satisfaction, financial profitability, and the realization of an integrated management framework. These findings underscore the imperative of adopting comprehensive strategies in hotel administration, underscoring the intrinsic linkages between guest contentment and fiscal prosperity in achieving overarching management cohesion

Optimizing human resources (HR) in digital marketing through the synergy between creativity and technology is an important strategy to create effective and innovative marketing campaigns in the digital era. Creativity plays a crucial role in producing engaging and relevant content, which is able to build an emotional connection with consumers as well as strengthen the brand identity. Meanwhile, technology allows for personalization, data-driven analysis, and efficiency in the implementation of marketing strategies. This study examines how the combination of human resource creativity and the use of digital technology can create a competitive advantage for companies. The results of the study show that companies that successfully integrate these two elements can increase consumer engagement, customer loyalty, as well as the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. From a conceptual perspective, this approach is changing the way companies view innovation and cross-functional collaboration within organizations, which in turn improves responsiveness and adaptability to market changes. The practical implications of this research are the importance of investing in the development of creative and skilled human resources in technology, to create a sustainable digital marketing strategy and be able to compete in an increasingly competitive global market.
