Murder is an act that is prohibited in Islam. One of the factors that causes someone to commit murder is low emotional control. Taking someone’s life or what is know as killing is an act that can be criminalized. The prohibition on committing murder has been regulated in Indonesian positive law and the perspective of Bukhari and Muslim Hadith. The crime of murder when viewed from the perspective of Indonesian positive law is contained in Law No. 1 of 1946 (KUHP) and in article 338. Apart from focusing from the perspective of Indonesia positive law, this research also focuses on the perspective of Islamic law and Hadith. The purpose of this article is to find out of relevance of Indonesian positive law to the Bukhari and Muslim Hadith regarding the crime of murder. In this case the author uses a descriptive qualitative research method, namely by collecting various data using literature studies. From this research, it was found that there is a connection between Bukhari and Muslim Hadith and positive Indonesian law regarding the prohibition of murder. This research aims to see the extent to which Self efficacy and emotional intelligence affect employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional 1 Sumatra. The sample selection technique used random sampling and a sample of 42 respondents was obtained. Data analysis techniques use multiple regression analysis and path analysis. From the results of the hypothesis test it can be concluded that Self Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction at PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional 1 Sumatra. Emotional Intelligence does not have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction at PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional 1 Sumatra. Self Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional 1 Sumatra. Emotional Intelligence has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional 1 Sumatra. Job Satisfaction does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional 1 Sumatra. Motorcycle storage without collateral is a service increasingly popular in dense urban communities. However, it raises various legal questions regarding the responsibilities and risks involved, both for service providers and motorcycle owners. In this study, we analyze the motorcycle storage service without collateral from the perspectives of Islamic law and civil law. From the perspective of Islamic law, the sayings of Prophet Muhammad emphasize the importance of maintaining trust in every transaction, while civil law provides a structured framework through Article 1714 of the Indonesian Civil Code. Although there are differences in approach between these perspectives, there are also important points of convergence regarding the maintenance of trust and justice in every transaction. The implication of this analysis is the importance of understanding and respecting legal principles, both from the perspective of Islamic law and civil law, in providing and using motorcycle storage services without collateral.

Sales of goods and services are significantly impacted by fluctuations in the level of people's income. The community’s financial stability is crucial for the continuity of economic operations according to sharia principles in Islamic microeconomics. Islamic microeconomics does not only seek profit, but additionally aims to enhance the welfare of the people in a fair and sustainable manner. Because justice, brotherhood, and cooperation are elements that can offer options for fluctuations in human income. The object of this research is BTC Watampone. This study’s objective is to examine how changes in income impact the level of sales from an Islamic economic point of view. This study employs a literature review-based quantitative method, which relies on various library sources to gather the required information. The study’s findings indicate of this study show that the elasticity of sales volume in 2015 was Ep = 0.723, which indicates that Ep < 1 and sales volume is classified as inelastic. While the elasticity of sales volume in 2016 is Ep = 17.2, which indicates that Ep > 1 and sales volume is classified as elastic.

The development of information technology in the modern era is increasingly rapid. and influences various aspects of life, including early childhood education. The Internet, as a component of information technology, connects computers around the world into a very large network, enabling instant and global exchange of information. This has a significant impact on Religious and Moral Competencies in AUD. The qualitative approach used in this research is a case study design at the Bung Karno State Kindergarten. Data was collected through classroom observations, semi-structured interviews with PAUD teachers, and questionnaires for parents or guardians of students. The research results show that technology, especially the use of gadgets, has a significant influence on the moral and religious values ​​of young children. Children who use technology excessively tend to have difficulty socializing, have apathetic behavior, and show signs of addiction. Challenges in teaching moral and religious values ​​​​include the difficulty of conveying abstract concepts to children who are still at the fundamental cognitive development stage. This research concludes that moral and religious education needs to be fostered from an early age to form quality character. Although technology can facilitate various activities, uncontrolled use can have a negative impact on children's moral and religious development. Therefore, parents, educators and other stakeholders need to do better to manage the use of technology and strengthen the education of moral and religious values ​​​​in early childhood.

The utilization of technology in environmental law has become crucial in enhancing the efficiency of monitoring and enforcement of environmental violations, with the use of technology-based monitoring systems such as sensors and drones enabling more accurate and real-time monitoring. Engaging inclusive and sustainable community participation is also a key step in achieving environmental justice, with efforts to improve accessibility of environmental information to the public and address challenges such as information gaps and access limitations. Furthermore, addressing the equitable distribution of environmental burdens and benefits among all members of society is a primary focus, by applying the principles of environmental justice and strengthening community involvement in environmental decision-making to reduce social and economic inequalities. Finally, creating an adaptive and responsive environmental legal system is increasingly important as environmental issues continue to evolve in complexity, requiring flexible environmental regulations, monitoring institutions capable of keeping pace with technological and environmental advancements, and collaboration among stakeholders to effectively address future challenges in a comprehensive manner.

This is because the business can continue and develop amidst intense competition. According to Pedersen and Ritter (2020), strategy is a plan before it is carried out and followed up through practical activities. Strategy is a unique special preparation activity that differentiates the owner's business strategy from competitors in order to optimize competitiveness. Strategy is a project, meaning it provides solutions for the future and potential users. Strategy is defined as a pattern and shows company activities that can be explained through patterns that emerge from activities that have been planned and carried out previously. Strategy as a position means that entrepreneurs can use all the resources they have, both physical and scientific, to provide unique products to find a market that aims to be superior to competitors. Finally, the strategic perspective refers to the organizational culture of business people to view themselves and their environment as a strategy.

Land is something that is very important for human life. From the land humans come from, on the land humans live and into the land humans will return. Ownership, control, use and utilization of land need to be regulated in such a way in national agrarian law. In particular, land rights also need to be regulated in the agrarian law. In this context, the teachings and laws in Islam as the largest religion in Indonesia also influence the conception and policies regarding land rights. In this case, the teachings contained in the verses of the Quran and the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW as a source of Islamic law become the theological and philosophical basis of the substance of land rights regulated in the constitution and other laws and regulations in Indonesia.

A strong need that is always expressed in tangible form has a significant impact on the defense of these interests. So is interest in the world of sports, one of which is interest in pound fit sports which is hot and widely known by the public, especially the younger generation. The main reason for the high interest in pound fit sports is its pleasant movements. Moreover, the amount of pound fit content uploaded on social media is an attraction for the younger generation to express their interest in pound fit sports. Many sports venues also present pound fit, one of which is Atlas Sports Club Surabaya. Pound fit exercise carried out on the page of Atlas Sports club Surabaya in addition to providing health benefits can also increase the social sense and familiarity of the members who have joined. This study aims to determine members' interest in pound fit sports at Atlas Sports Club Surabaya. The research method in this study used quantitative descriptive and survey methods which were carried out directly by distributing questionnaires to 20 respondents. The results of this study show that members' interest in pound fit sports at Atlas Sports Club Surabaya is included in the high category. This is evidenced by the results of calculations and data analysis of 92% of the interest of Atlas Sports Club Surabaya members intrinsically and 91% of the interest of Atlas Sports Club Surabaya members extrinsically.    

This study investigates the benefits of augmented reality (AR) in the tourism industry and its impact on data security. The background of the research highlights that information technology is becoming increasingly important in the tourism industry, with augmented reality (AR) being a major focus for enhancing visitor experiences. In this context, concerns about user data protection arise since AR applications may require personal information such as user location and travel preferences. A comparative research method was used to compare two popular augmented reality (AR) applications: Smartify, Arts and Culture, Zome, Augmented Reality, Maps AR, Guideo, and AR Trial. The results indicate that most applications have adequate data security policies, including data transfer encryption and user control over their data. Zome was found to be the best in terms of data security and user privacy, scoring 90% in the assessment. This research underscores the importance of using AR applications to maintain data security and user privacy in the tourism industry and suggests further research to learn more about the data privacy practices of AR applications.

This study aims to determine the urgency of the effectiveness of the role of internal audit as an effort to detect and prevent fraud in banking in Indonesia. This research was also conducted to determine the stages of implementing internal audit effectively with the aim of minimizing or as a form of fraud prevention and knowing things that can increase the effectiveness of internal audit. The writing method used is literature review both from books and journals related to the topic of discussion. The data source used is secondary data that is analyzed which is developed to explain the research topic. Based on the results of the research analysis, there are several stages carried out by internal audit to detect and prevent fraud in banking. In addition, internal audits can pay attention to several things that are crucial in improving banking effectiveness. The existence of a high level of effectiveness can create an independent internal audit department in banking, so that it can make a milestone of the company's strength by having expert, professional, and high-integrity resources.

This article discusses the ideology of Muhammadiyah, the largest Islamic organization in Indonesia which was founded by KH. Ahmad Dahlan in 1912. Muhammadiyah ideology focuses on purifying Islamic teachings, with the aim of returning religious practices to the Koran and Sunnah of the Prophet. Throughout its journey, Muhammadiyah has also adopted a modern and progressive approach in the fields of education, health and social welfare. This article explores the basic principles of Muhammadiyah ideology, including the concepts of purification (tajdid) and renewal (islah), as well as their implementation in various social programs and activities. Apart from that, the challenges and adaptations of this ideology in facing social, political and cultural dynamics in Indonesia are also discussed. Through this analysis, this article aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the contribution and relevance of Muhammadiyah ideology in the context of modern society.    

Construction work is one of the jobs that has various high risks for workers and people who are around it. These risks come from various sources, one of which is noise from various equipment and ongoing activities. One of the jobs that cause high noise in construction work is MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) work. Based on Permenaker Number 13 Year 2011, the Threshold Value (NAB) for noise that can be accepted by workers is 85 dBA for 8 hours a day. Based on the measurement of the construction of the flats, the MEP work in the form of Beam Separator Elevator Installation, Pipe Fabrication, Electrical Wiring Lighting Installation, as well as Welding and Grinding of Iron Pipe causes noise above the NAB. The highest noise comes from pipe fabrication in the form of iron pipe cutting activities using large grinding tools and bevel machines that produce noise of 107 dBA. From the Daily Noise Dose (DND) calculation, the noise generated from MEP work has a dangerous risk level for workers' hearing. Risk control efforts that can be done are preventive actions based on the K3 hierarchy in the form of administrative controls such as changing working hours or shifts and conducting safety talks before work is carried out. In addition, another preventive measure is the use of PPE such as ear plugs. Based on the calculation of the noise reduction level, the use of ear plugs has not reduced the noise level to reach the NAB, so it is recommended that workers in pipe fabrication work use ear muffs to reduce noise exposure.

The title of this activity is "Training on Human Resource Management to Improve the Performance of Educational Personnel," conducted at SMK Lowis Sakti. The objective of this activity is to provide guidance and counseling to the Principal, Vice Principal, Administrative Staff, and Teachers of SMK Lowis Sakti regarding the basic concepts of human resource management. This counseling aims to enhance their understanding and knowledge. The implementation of this activity involves several stages, including the survey and socialization stages. During the survey stage, preparations were made by organizing the materials, setting the schedule for delivery, and conducting a survey of the activity location. Before the activity was carried out, a socialization stage was conducted, involving an initial meeting to explain the purpose and objectives of this activity to the SMK Lowis Sakti team, as well as to establish a schedule for cooperation and activities. The execution team for this activity consists of six lecturers from the Public Administration Program of ITSKes Muhammadiyah Selong. The materials presented by the community service team cover topics such as Human Resource Management, Management, Human Resource Management Concepts, Reward Systems, Education Quality, and Performance.

Pencucian pakaian merupakan salah satu proses yang penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Meskipun mesin cuci otomatis telah memberikan kemudahan dalam melakukan proses pencucian, penggunaan teknologi terbaru seperti kontrol logika fuzzy dapat meningkatkan kinerja mesin cuci pintar untuk mencapai hasil pencucian yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan kontrol logika fuzzy dengan metode Mamdani pada mesin cuci pintar guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pencucian. Metode penelitian ini terdiri dari beberapa tahap, pertama, melakukan analisis terhadap variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi proses pencucian, seperti beban pakaian, ketebalan pakaian, tingkat kekotoran, dan suhu air. Selanjutnya merancang sistem kontrol logika fuzzy Mamdani dengan menentukan fungsi keanggotaan untuk setiap variabel serta membuat aturan-aturan fuzzy untuk menghubungkan variabel input dan output dan yang terakhir melakukan evaluasi hasil pencucian terhadap variabel input yang telah ditentukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kontrol logika fuzzy Mamdani pada mesin cuci pintar dapat meningkatkan kualitas pencucian yang signifikan dan adaptif dalam menentukan parameter-parameter pencucian dengan menghasilkan kualitas pencucian yang lebih bersih. Dengan demikian integrasi kontrol logika fuzzy Mamdani pada mesin cuci cerdas memiliki potensi meningkatkan kinerja pencucian secara keseluruhan. Kesimpulannya, penggunaan kontrol logika fuzzy Mamdani pada mesin cuci pintar merupakan langkah yang efektif untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pencucian pakaian. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan teknologi mesin cuci pintar yang lebih adaptif dan ramah lingkungan, serta memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pengembangan teknologi dalam bidang kontrol logika fuzzy untuk aplikasi rumah tangga pintar lainnya.

The franchise business trend is growing rapidly, including in the iced tea trade. One of them that is currently viral is the Solo iced tea franchise business. This research examines the widespread trading of solo iced tea franchises from the field and habitus perspective of Pierre Boudieu. In this research, researchers used a qualitative and descriptive approach about the rise of the Solo Ice Tea Business. The author uses case study research with literature study and in-depth interviews. Habitus' perspective shows that people's consumption habits and preferences for local products contribute to the popularity and growth of this franchise. The development of the Es Teh Solo franchise is strongly influenced by the interaction between social structure (Field) and individual disposition (Habitus). The combination of economic, social and cultural capital is the key to success in a competitive market.    

This study examines the positive factors of Western culture that contribute to enhancing Islamic religious education. Western culture brings forth various influences that can positively impact the development of Islamic religious education. The study explores factors such as increased access to information, innovative educational approaches, critical thinking, and the promotion of pluralism and tolerance. These factors provide opportunities for Muslims to broaden their knowledge and deepen their understanding of Islamic teachings through wider access to information, engaging educational methods, and the development of critical thinking skills. Additionally, Western culture's emphasis on pluralism and tolerance can contribute to fostering a more inclusive and harmonious environment within Islamic religious education. By analyzing and utilizing these positive factors, Islamic religious education can be enriched and made more relevant in the context of contemporary challenges while upholding the core values of Islam.

Investment is one of the ways Indonesia can develop economic growth to realise a golden Indonesia by becoming the fifth largest economic power in the world. With that, Indonesia needs to regulate and make regulations that can facilitate investment by making the Job Creation Law. With the birth of the work copyright law by concocting, combining, deleting and changing several laws into one form of applicable law, namely omnibus law. Thus I conducted research through a normative juridical approach based on primary legal materials by using statutory materials and conceptual approaches by tracing legal materials using analytical study techniques and quantitative studies. From the results of the study found that the copyright law relating to environmental permits did not result in changes and is still relevant to the previous rules. Then the changes that occur only relate to environmental approval which is facilitated in order to simplify environmental licensing by integrating with the licensing system also strengthens the law indirectly.

This publication explains the benefits and drawbacks of integrating IoT into MIS and how this technology can improve customer experience of products and services, in-depth data analysis, operational efficiency, energy efficiency, and creativity. Implementing IoT in SIM is not without challenges, because there are issues such as data security, interoperability, infrastructure availability, advanced data management, data protection and ethics. With a clear understanding of these pros and cons, companies can take the necessary steps to take full advantage of IoT integration in MIS while maintaining operational security, data protection, and Masu requirements.
