In order to support the smooth teaching and learning process at the State Junior High School (SMP) 1 Lambu, Bima Regency, a department that supports these activities is needed, namely administration. Administration is a part of the school that functions as a supporter of teaching and learning activities that take place at the Junior High School (SMP) Negeri 1 Lambu, Bima Regency so that it runs smoothly according to what has been planned and can be achieved as desired. With the development of the era which is now better known as the era of globalization, the administrative function must be able to improve its quality regarding technology, especially information technology or better known as the computerized era.

The current era is the era of globalization, and many companies are starting to develop with increasingly sophisticated technology. CRM is a comprehensive tactic from the company so that every process of the customer life cycle can be utilized optimally. The purpose of this study was to establish a website for the CRM-based WiassShop Shoe Store. The method that will be built in this research is a website-based information system at WiasShop using the Waterfall system development method. The use of this method begins with listening to all obstacles, obstacles and suggestions from customers. Then a system design will be carried out that is tailored to the needs and complaints that have been submitted by customers, after which the development design is implemented in the form of a website. After that, the system will be tested to find out where the bugs (weaknesses) are, which will later be repaired and refined. This system will be built using Php Native and using MySQL database. Hasil penelitian yang penulis buat dengan judul Rancang bangun website pada toko sepatu wiasshop berbasis CRM adalah untuk memudahkan pengelola Wiasshop dalam melakukan pengolahan data produk, memudahkan dalam pencatatan data transaksi,dan mempermudah user dalam melakukan pembelian produk.

In this era of globalization, many people, especially young people, are very fond of various kinds of beauty decorations for residential. After seeing this situation through social media, there are many business opportunities in this field. With that the author has an idea where a textile craft is an item that is easy to process and is in great demand by connoisseurs of decoration design. With an aesthetic and contemporary style, macrame craft is also a necessity for millennials to make room, living room and other decorations that look good and look aesthetic. There are many factors that need to be considered and maintained, the most important factors being in terms of technique and design, so that the macramé made looks more beautiful and becomes an attraction for art connoisseurs and buyers of the macramé. Where the author uses the concept of Art deco style as the initial goal to decorate the room.

Yogyakarta is one of the provinces in indonesia that has many culture, among them is sekaten tradition. Sekaten is a culture to commemorate the birth of prophet Muhammad SAW by Kesultanan Ngayogyakarta Hadiningrat. The activities include playing gamelan in Masjid Gede from 5 to 12 Rabiul Awal and closing by grebeg, parade of gunungan to be shared to society. Implementation sekaten in physics learning is a challenge for physics teacher in globalization era. This article aims to integrate physics curriculum in Indonesia and sekaten tradition. This reseach used qualitative method. The impacts are physics teachers can improve skill to manage learning from local culture. Hence, this article discuss method to analysis competence from physics curriculum in Indonesia which integrated sekaten tradition. This result is expected to be guidelines physics teachers to teached physics based sekaten tradition. Futhermore, it can improve student knowledge and attention about local culture

Civic education plays an important role in shaping the morals and character of the nation's children, especially in the midst of the increasingly strong current of globalization. This article aims to explore the importance of civic education in the context of Jayapura City, by emphasizing the moral and ethical aspects that need to be instilled in the younger generation. Through literature review and data analysis, this article seeks to provide insight into how civic education can be a tool for building the morals of the nation's children in the era of globalization.

ABSTRAK Bangsa Indonesia selaku negara yang tidak dapat menjauhi tantangan globalisasi, namun dengan berpegang pada Pancasila selaku panduannya, prinsip Indonesia hendaknya bisa mempertahankan jati diri serta eksistensinya. Riset ini berisi tentang apabila memelihara semangat nasionalisme dalam benak generasi muda semenjak masa anak- anak akan membuat mereka lebih tangguh terhadap pengaruh negatif serta pergantian moral yang menjadi- jadi di masa globalisasi. Jadi, dengan memantapkan moralitas serta etika lewat pembelajaran Pancasila, generasi muda Indonesia bakal lebih siap buat hadapi globalisasi serta mempertahankan fakta diri Indonesia dikala yang bersamaan. Nilai kebudayaan yang jadi ciri bangsa Indonesia, semacam gotong royong, silahturahmi, ramah tamah dalam warga jadi keistimewaan dasar yang bisa menjadikan masing- masing orang warga Indonesia untuk mencintai serta melestarikan kebudayaan bangsa sendiri. Tetapi ciri masyarakat Indonesia yang diketahui selaku masyarakat yang ramah serta sopan santun disaat ini mulai pudar semenjak masuknya budaya asing ke Indonesia yang tidak bisa dipilih dengan baik oleh warga Indonesia. Hingga, dalam Mengenai ini pemerintah mempunyai peranan berarti buat mempertahankan nilai- nilai kebudayaan Indonesia dalam kehidupan masyarakatnya. ABSTRACT Indonesia as a country that cannot resist the challenges of globalization, but by adhering to the pancasila as its guidelines, its principles should be able to defend itself and existence. The research is about keeping a nationalistic spirit in the minds of youth since childhood will make them more resilient to the negative influences and the demoralizations of globalization. So, by reinforcing morality and ethics through pancasila study, the Indonesian younger generation will be better equipped to face globalization and maintain Indonesian fact at the same time. The cultural value of the Indonesian people, such as cooperation, silahturahmi, isa basic privilege that can make indonesians love and preserve their own culture. But the Indonesian people known as a friendly and civilised society have begun to wane since the influx of foreign cultures into Indonesia that Indonesia has not been able to choose well. Until then, governments have a meaningful role to maintain Indonesian cultural values in their societies

Pancasila is taken from the noble values that exist and are well-grown in the life of Indonesian society. It shows that the position of Pancasila itself is the source of all sources of law. This research aims to find out the effect of Pancasila values on the attitudes of the younger generations attitude in this era. Whether the changing period can cause the understanding of Pancasila values has changed during the current development, and it affecting the millennial lifestyle and attitude. This study uses a literature review method by collecting and analyzing articles related to the effect of understanding the values of Pancasila on the millennial generation. The article criteria that will be used are articles published in the year 2019-2021. Based on the article that has been collected, it is found that a person’s understanding of the values of Pancasila dramatically affects the way a person behaves. The more a person understands the values contained in Pancasila, the attitudes and lifestyle shown reflect the good Indonesian culture as taught by ancestors and religion. On the other hand, if the understanding is lacking, someone will tend to be more open to habits from foreign cultures that do not match our ancestors’ teachings.

This research elucidates the impact of globalization on the content and subjects of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah curriculum, focusing on the challenges and opportunities it presents. The study utilizes a combination of literature review and thematic analysis to explore the influence of globalization on the curriculum and the strategies employed by Madrasah Ibtidaiyah to strike a balance between traditional Islamic teachings and global knowledge and skills. The findings reveal that globalization has influenced the content and subjects taught in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah curriculum by necessitating the incorporation of global perspectives, emphasizing universal values, and contextualizing global knowledge within an Islamic framework. However, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah faces challenges in adapting its curriculum, including the need to ensure the preservation of Islamic teachings, address cultural sensitivities, and navigate societal expectations. Despite challenges, globalization offers opportunities for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah to enhance its curriculum and prepare students for a globalized world. This includes fostering intercultural communication, promoting global citizenship, encouraging critical thinking, nurturing tolerance and inclusion, and developing cultural sensitivity. The incorporation of global perspectives significantly impacts students' understanding of diversity and multiculturalism by exposing them to different cultures, challenging stereotypes, promoting intercultural communication, and fostering a sense of global citizenship.

Political education is an important tool in increasing political awareness of the community, especially in the challenging era of globalization. This study aims to explore how political education at SMK N 1 Jayapura can contribute to increasing political awareness of students and the surrounding community. The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that structured political education can improve students' understanding of political issues and globalization, and encourage them to actively participate in the democratic process.

Teachers' literacy teaching creativity is the ability of teachers to constantly develop literacy materials or lesson materials and be able to create an interesting and active atmosphere and be able to modify lessons.  Creativity development in literacy learning is also very important and teachers are required to demonstrate and show the creativity process. One alternative that teachers can do is to create, compile and develop effective, efficient and creative literacy teaching materials.  This study aims to determine the development of teacher creativity in making reading, writing and counting teaching materials. The method used was descriptive qualitative method. The research subjects were teachers in Cimanggu sub-district. The results of this study indicate that: creative teachers are teachers who are able to develop pedagogical skills, namely being able to compile more varied teaching materials. In addition, they are able to improve pedagogical skills in developing reading, writing and counting literacy teaching materials so that learning becomes more innovative and effective. The development of quality literacy teaching materials can support human resources who are more competent, creative, productive and have high fighting values to face the era of globalization.

The increasing need for information, especially for medical devices, not all areas exist, even if most of them are in big cities, getting customer remote information takes a long time and customers want to do work quickly so that all work can be completed in the least possible time. The use of computer technology is more likely to meet the information needs of customers. Medical device information system at PT. MERAPI UTAMA PHARMA Semarang based on the web is expected to be useful, because with the information via the web like this, customers can place orders remotely and know the amount of stock available so they do not have to come directly to PT. MERAPI UTAMA PHARMA which can take a long time, and by using the web makes it easier for customers to place orders quickly by minimizing the risk of errors in writing item codes.

The purpose of this study is to determine legal protection for international trade in the era of globalization and digital as a form of legal certainty for business people, especially international businesses. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. The method in research uses the literature study method with a normative juridical approach supported by a variety of relevant library materials, especially journals. The results show that the legal principles that are carried out in international business transactions (trade) which are global in nature can be found in the legal principles of international agreements, the rule of law that regulates various kinds of provisions and procedures for implementing transactions. The provisions are concerning Contracts for the international Sale of Goods and the UNIDROIT Principle of International Contracts (1994). Legal certainty given to international business actors in business engagements based on the legal source of the international business engagement itself.

Family becomes the smallest social unit in a society. The socialization process was first carried outin the family. Educate children to get to know children and how to treat children according to theirneeds and development. By recognizing and understanding their children, parents as educators inthe family will be able to increase their potential as optimally as possible, especially in formingpositive behaviors. Behavior is any form of action taken or planned. While positive behavior is anaction that is in accordance with the character, culture, norms and noble values in the community.In order for children to grow and develop optimally, the family or parents need to increase theirrole. Along with the times and the assimilation of culture in the era of globalization of positivebehavior in children such as manners, tolerance, caring for others and respect for others isincreasingly lost. The effort that can be taken to develop positive behavior of children in the familyenvironment is through a behavioral approach.The target of service is the Beneficiary Family(KPM) of the Hope Family Program in Wonosegoro District. The purpose of this communityservice activity is to provide training methods in enhancing family roles to foster positive behaviorthrough a behavioral approach. The method used in this community service is the behaviorismapproach in increasing family roles to form positive behavior. In this behavior approach usesseveral techniques, namely modeling techniques, reinforcement techniques and Asertive trainingtechniques. The implementation of community service carried out with seminars and trainingthrough lectures, discussions and brainstorming, questions and answers, and direct practice. Theimplementation of the behavioral approach training as an effort to improve the family's role informing positive behavior was Carried out in four meetings. Internet development causes the formation of a new world, every individual has the right and ability to interact with everyone who can prevent him. Perfect globalization connects the entire digital community, one of which is a business sector called E-COMMERCE.E-COMMERCE has a difference from conventional sale and purchase agreements and brings different legal consequences and there are also some problems that are not yet commonly describedthis is a problem that is not immediately anticipated to cause problems in the future. Based on the description, the research is carried out with the title: “SALE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT VIA INTERNET E-COMMERCE IN TERMS OF CIVIL LAW ASPECTS”.                The formulation of the problem in this study is: (1) What is the validity of the SELLING BUY agreement through the internet if it is involved with Article 1320 of the Civil Code? (2) What is the legal consequence if there is a default in the purchase agreement through the internet (E-COMMERCE)? (3) Solution if there is a default in buying transactions through the internet (E-COMMERCE)? The method used is a normative juridical approach. To approach the problem in this study the author uses descriptive analytical research specifications. Data collection uses secondary data. The method of presenting data in this study was carried out in a descriptive manner. The analysis used in this sketch is qualitative descriptive.             The results of the study indicate: (1) The validity of the agreement through the internet must have the same validity as the agreement that can be proven and in accordance with the provisions in Article 1320 BW. (2) The legal consequences of wanprestasi are compensation. the wanprestasi can be in the form of agreement fulfillment, contract fulfillment and compensation, ordinary compensation, cancellation of the agreement.(3) Solution if there is a wanprestasi in the sale and purchase agreement through: Litigation, Non Litigation, online site (kredibel.co.id, lapor.go.id, cek rekening.id), report directly to the police station and report to the bank.

The objective of this paper is to discourse critical paradigm to respond economic globalization, especially in higher education liberalization.  Higher Education liberalization is employed by World Trade Organization (WTO), firstly  is introduced concept of higher education corporatization. Corporatization is one of implementation strategy of New Public Management (NPM) in public sector.  This paper based on results of case study in one of Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Badan Layanan Umum (PTN BLU). PTN BLU is an example of NMP implementation. NPM is campaigned by International Institution such as World Bank (WB) and Internationally Monetary Fund (IMF). WB, IMF, and WTO use accounting as  a surveillance system. In  Habermas’s Critical Theory perspective,  higher education corporatization is lifeworld moneterization, with accounting as steering media. The effects of that are social pathologies, they are loss of meaning, anomie, and psychopathology. Loss of  meaning in higher education as a knowledge development institution, that dedicate to humanism has transform a corporate, that produce knowledge based economy (KBE) according to market demand.  Losses of academician identities, psychological disease are other examples of social pathologies. Globalization is a process of economic activity and trade, where countriesaround the world into a single market forces increasingly integrated with theterritorial limits of the country without hindrance. Developments in this eraof globalization impact to human life. Based on these conditions, affect theappearance of many engaged in the retail trade of daily consumer goods invarious cities in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the effect of Display,Positive Emotion and Store Atmosphere toImpulse Buying.This study used accidental sampling method on the visitor AlfamartCitarum Raya Semarang. Data obtained by distributing 100 questionnairesto the visitors Alfamart Citarum Raya Semarang. The independent variablein this study is the Display of Positive Emotion and Atmosphere Store whilethe dependent variableis the Impulse Buying. The statistical methods used inthis study is the Multiple Linear Regression AnalysisThe results oft his study indicate that the variable Display and PositiveEmotion there is a significant effect on Impulse Buiyng. As for theAtmosphere Store variables showed no significant effect on Impulse Buying.The results of this study also showed that the value of R Square of 21.6%while the remaining 78.4% is explained by other variables that are notproposed in this study.

This research is based on the emergence of globalization whichaccording to Anthony Giddens in Runaway World (2001) and FrancisFukuyama in The Great Disruption (2002) which argues that with theglobalization the social structure of society becomes chaotic and the role ofreligion becomes nil proved by the number of criminality, self (suicide). This isdue to the weakening of the locus of control of society against itself that weakenstheir ethics. This research tries to know the truth of work ethic of Sharia whichinfluence to locus of control and employee performance. This research useindependent variable that is locus of control, moderating variable that is workethic of Sharia and employee performance as dependent variable.The study using questionnaires method distributed to 100 permanentemployees BMT Fosilatama Semarang who embraced the religion of Sharia byusing purposive sampling. While the analysis is done by data processing usingSPSS 13.0 for windows. Regression analysis results and t test can be seen thatthe variable locus of control and variable ethics of Sharia work have a positiveeffect on employee performance variables. The result of coefficient ofdetermination R2 from Sharia work ethic variable is 25,6%. This means that themoderating variable is able to explain 25.6% variation while other variations of100% - 25.6% = 74.4% are explained by other variables not described in thisstudy
