This research was carried out at the Laboratory of the Mathematics and Natural Sciences Faculty of the 1945 NTT Teachers' Association University from July to September 2022. With the aim of 1) to determine the effect of papaya leaf extract (Carica papaya) on the death of house flies (Musca domestica). 2) to determine the effectiveness of papaya leaf extract (Carica papaya) against the death of house flies (Musca domestica). The design used in this research was an experimental method for each papaya leaf extract concentration of 1%, 2% and 3% carried out 3 times. . The aim of the experiment was to provide accurate data on the death of house flies (Musca domestica) where the death of house flies that occurred in the study was due to the administration of papaya leaf extract. The results of the research showed that papaya leaf extract could kill house flies. This proves that papaya leaf extract is effective against the death of house flies. The appropriate concentration of papaya leaf extract for the death of houseflies from the tests that have been carried out is at a concentration of 1%, the lowest range and the highest range is 3%.

Institute of Business and Informatics STIKOM Surabaya (STIKOM Surabaya) is one of the private universities in Surabaya. STIKOM Surabaya has two faculties namely Faculty of Technology and Informatics, and Faculty of Economics and Business. The Faculty of Technology and Informatics has six departments, while the Faculty of Economics and Business has three departments. The department handling academic administration of students from all departments is Academic Administration and Student Affairs Department (AASA). The problem arises is STIKOM Surabaya had a will to evaluate the service quality in AASA based on student’s perceptions which would be used as an input to improve the service quality of AASA

Liquid organic fertilizer from goat urine is a fertilizer that dissolves easily in the soil and carries important elements for soil fertility. Fertilizers an important role in increasing crop yields, especially in soils with low nutrient content. The aim of the study was to obtain the optimum dose of goat urine liquid organic fertilizer for cucumber growth and to obtain the optimum dose of goat urine liquid organic fertilizer for cucumber yield. This study used a completely randomized design  method and the treatment was goat urine liquid organic fertilizer (POC) consisting of 5 treatments, namely 0 ml/liter water, 50 ml/liter water, 100 ml/liter water, 150 ml/liter water, and 200 ml/liter of water. The administration of goat urine liquid organic fertilizer at a concentration of 200 ml/liter of water affected the cucumber growth variables, namely plant height, number of leaves, flowering age, and harvest age. Administration of goat urine liquid organic fertilizer at a concentration of 200 ml/liter of water affected the yield variables of cucumbers, namely number of fruit, fruit weight per fruit, fruit diameter, and fruit length.

Background: Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a degenerative disease caused by damage to the pancreas in production or insulin cannot work effectively. Purslane Leaf Extract (Portulaca Oleracea) can help lower blood sugar levels. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of purslane leaf extract (Portulaca Oleracea) on blood sugar levels in alloxan-induced rats as a diabetes model.Methods: The rats in this study were 30 rats divided into 5 groups, each group consisting of 6 rats. The negative control group was only given aquadest and standard rat feed, while the other group was induced with 35 mg/200gBW of alloxan. The positive group was treated with standard rat diet, treatment group 1 was given purslane leaf extract at a dose of 60 mg/200grBB, treatment group 2 was given purslane leaf extract at a dose of 90 mg/200grBB and treatment group 3 was given purslane leaf extract at a dose of 110 mg/200grBW rats. Analysis of the results used the Kruskall Wallis test followed by Post Hoc Mann Whitney analysis. Results: The results of the Kruskal Wallis test on blood sugar levels showed that there was an effect after administration of purslane leaf extract among the five treatment groups p= 0.000 (p<0.05). The results of the Mann Whitney test showed that purslane leaf extract had effective antidiabetic at a dose 60 mg/200grBB p= 0.011 (p<0.05).Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that purslane leaf extract can reduce blood sugar levels.    

Mailing is one of the Web systems that is now widely used in modern administrative systems. The correspondence system is a system related to administration that virtually concentrates the components of an organization, where data, information, and communication are made through telecommunication media with the aim of building a system that is able to accommodate each element. This correspondence system is built using the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) method with the Waterfall Model software development technique. For the use of the correspondence system, a study was conducted entitled "Web-Based Correspondence System at the Bale Musara Village Office". This research uses quantitative research methods. The results of testing the Web-based Correspondence System are in accordance with the system proposed and expected by system users, especially for village operators and secretaries. Based on the research and creation of the system that has been carried out, there are several conclusions, namely the Making of a Correspondence Information System at the Bale Musara Village Office can be used to facilitate the work of village officials.

PG were still using a manual system, especially the administration section which is handling information process that was not regulated in a good information base system, namely data processing.Procurement of heavy equipment which takes quite a long time from manual recording, preparation of reports, to searching for meaningful data on the company's heavy equipment, and can also assist the administration in searching for information contained in the procurement of heavy equipment. To overcome this problem, a program was created that could assist administration staff in managing data on heavy equipment procurement, speed up data collection on heavy equipment procurement, make it easier for administration to store data, assist in knowing financial income and expenditure transactions, help speed up data search and creation, reports and others. With the protoyping model (life cycle using prototyping) for the programming languages ​​used are PHP and MySQL. The result is to make it easier for CV. PG in the process of procuring heavy equipment data, and can also help the administration in searching for data that is in the procurement of heavy equipment.

Hyperglycemia occurs when the body's condition is too much blood glucose that exceeds normal limits in the body because the body does not produce insulin properly. Betel leaves and ginger rhizomes have long been used by the people in Indonesia as traditional medicines that are believed to reduce blood glucose levels. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of betel leaves and ginger rhizomes empirically to reduce blood glucose levels in hyperglycemia male rats. Betel leaves and rhizomes of ginger are made in the form of infusions and used on 30 heads of hyperglycemia mice divided into 6 groups. Normal group, negative group induced alloxane, positive group (glibenklamide), betel leaf infusion group, ginger rhizome infusion group, betel leaf infusion combination group and ginger rhizome infusion, testing was carried out for 30 days. Data were analyzed with IBM SPSS 20.0 ANOVA and post hoc tukey HSD assays. The results showed that betel leaf infusion at a dose of 2 ml / kg BB and ginger rhizome infusion dose of 2ml / kg BB single administration could reduce blood glucose levels while in combination administration it was seen that there was less effective in reducing blood glucose levels in male white rats.    

In order to support the smooth teaching and learning process at the State Junior High School (SMP) 1 Lambu, Bima Regency, a department that supports these activities is needed, namely administration. Administration is a part of the school that functions as a supporter of teaching and learning activities that take place at the Junior High School (SMP) Negeri 1 Lambu, Bima Regency so that it runs smoothly according to what has been planned and can be achieved as desired. With the development of the era which is now better known as the era of globalization, the administrative function must be able to improve its quality regarding technology, especially information technology or better known as the computerized era.

The implementation of democracy in the management of public services is an important part that must be carried out by the bureaucracy. In its implementation, it must uphold democratic principles that are in line with the state constitution, namely freedom/equality, people's sovereignty, and open and responsible government. Better and more satisfying services for the community must be carried out by public service providers. The government's attitude is still inclined to only provide good services to certain people, who have the same political views and thoughts as the government. The paradigm of the management of the administration of the public service bureaucracy must be changed, which initially "regulates" the community to "serve" the community. because the public service bureaucracy is the main benchmark in assessing the performance of the central government and local governments in serving the community. A common disease experienced by the elderly is hypertension. Cases of hypertension in Demak are quite high, one of them is in Mranggen village. This reality proves that many people still ignore hypertension. Because there are sufferers who feel no symptoms and there are symptoms such as headaches, weakness, fatigue, shortness of breath and blurred vision. If not treated immediately it will cause complications such as kidney failure, stroke, coronary heart disease and retinopathy. It is of course important to make efforts to control blood pressure. A combination of non-pharmacological management of deep breathing exercise and religious music is one of the efforts that can be made. The purpose of this study was to describe the administration of a combination of deep breathing exercise and religious music therapy to the blood pressure of elderly hypertensive patients. This research uses descriptive case study research with a nursing care process approach.The number of samples is 2 respondents, with the criteria of elderly clients who have hypertension, clients who do not take medication during hypertension in order to determine the effectiveness of the action, clients who can communicate well, and clients who are willing to be respondents. Deep breathing exercises and religious music are carried out once a day for 3 days in 1 week with a duration of 15 minutes. Blood pressure measurement using a sphygmomanometer and stethoscope. Blood pressure measurements were taken before and after the procedure. The results showed that the blood pressure of respondent 1 before and after being given deep breathing exercise therapy and religious music for 3 consecutive days with a duration of 15 minutes, the blood pressure on the first day before receiving therapy was 160/70 mmHg and after being given therapy for 3 days on the last day the blood pressure became 150/60 mm Hg. In respondent 2 before and after being given deep breathing exercise therapy and religious music for 3 consecutive days with a duration of 15 minutes the blood pressure on the first day before receiving therapy was 179/80 mmHg and after being given therapy for 3 days on the last day the blood pressure was 156/70 mmHg .

  Addition of Palm Enzymes in with Different Variations in Chicken Performance of Undergraduate. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving palm oil enzymes to the weight gain of broiler chickens. the consumption of broiler chicken feed. To determine the administration of palm enzymes influence the increase in broiler chicken feed conversion. The design used in this study was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD), the provision of Palm Enzymes and without the provision of Palm Enzymes. By giving chicken ration given to Broiler Chicken P0: Without the addition of 0% palm enzyme (control), P1: addition of 25 ml palm enzyme + 75 commercial feed, P2: addition of 50 ml palm enzyme + 50 commercial feed P3: addition of palm enzyme 75 ml + 25 commercial feed. On the parameters of observation of body weight, feed consumption and broiler chicken feed conversion obtained during the study were best found in treatment P1: addition of 25 ml palm enzyme + 75 commercial feed. In the sidik analysis, the various effects of body weight, feed consumption and feed conversion between treatments different significantly.    

This study aims to 1) describe and analyze the professionalism of the apparatus of the District of North Luwu Regency in carrying out the duties and functions of the organization professionally, especially from the aspect of responsiveness and innovation, 2) analyze what factors are faced and affect the Masamba District of North Luwu Regency in developing the apparatus. professional in terms of responsiveness and innovation in carrying out the duties and functions of the organization. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. With data analysis techniques, namely: data reduction, data organization, and interpretation. The results of the study indicate that 1) The responsiveness and innovation of the Masamba District apparatus both in the context of serving the community and in carrying out other tasks are considered lacking, so that the noble goals of the organization and providing the best services for the community have not been achieved; 2) The vision and mission of the organization is limited to being a decoration of the cabinets and walls of the Masamba District Office; 3) The authorities and responsibilities of each Masamba District apparatus have been well understood and implemented from the top leadership (Camat), middle officials (Sekcam and Section Heads) to the implementing staff although they still use a hierarchical system in carrying out tasks and making decisions; 4) The leadership of the Masamba Camat in managing the administration and managing the running of the organization can be said to have gone quite well where in addition to using a formal approach, the Camat also uses an informal approach so that there is an emotional closeness with his subordinates; 5) The awards received, especially financial awards based on seniority of service period and meritocracy, are still considered inadequate and do not reflect justice by several Masamba District employees; 6) Another factor that has a considerable influence on the professionalism of the apparatus is seen from the responsiveness and innovation of the government apparatus in Masamba District, namely the organizational culture that grows and continues to develop.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi mempengaruhi berbagai lini kehidupan, termasuk perkembangan sistem pemerintahan. Saat ini pemerintah pusat maupun daerah gencar menggunakan media teknologi informasi dan komunikasi sebagai sarana publik, tuntutan terhadap keterbukaan informasi yang menyeluruh, serta layanan publik berbasis internet akan mempengaruhi sistem birokrasi yang akan datang. Pelayanan publik yang selama ini dilakukan dengan beinteraksi secara langsung harus dibatasi bahkan harus beralih kepada pelayanan secara online.  Penelitian ini hendak mengkaji urgensi refornasi administrasi dalam citizen-centric dan e-government di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kwalitatif. Penulis menemukan bahwa penggunaan e-government di Indonesia masih perlu ditingkatkan. Indonesia perlu mengoptimalkan penggunaan model integrasi vertikal dan integrasi horizontal yang menghadirkan network service layanan satu pintu yang membutuhkan transformasi pelayanan publik dari model Old Administration Public menuju New Public Service. Hal ini perlu juga ditunjang dengan adanya reformasi regulasi di bidang Administrasi Publik untuk meningkatkan sinergitas dan harmonisasi antar lembaga pemerintah, agar tidak terjadi tumpang tindih kewenangan dan konflik antar lembaga yang dapat menghambat pemberian layanan kepada masyarakat.

The research objective was to find out what kind of system used in processing the existing finance on Rt.04 Rw. 13 Desa Waringin Jaya and the obstacles faced in implementing the application. In addition, the authors hope that readers can understand the use of an application, especially the financial administration system. The research method used by researchers is the Extreme Programming (XP) method, which is a method that includes several rules in practice, consisting of planning, design, implementation / coding and test. During the study the authors found that at Rt. 04 Rw. 13 Desa Waringin Jaya does not yet have an effective and efficient financial administration system. After conducting the research, the authors gave conclusions, especially Rt. 04 Rw. 13 Desa Waringin Jaya requires a computerized system that is effective and efficient so that it can help the treasurer work. Kelurahan is one of the government agencies which is the spearhead in administrative services to the wider community, the Kaliwungu subdistrict is an administrative part of the Kaliwungu sub-district, Semarang Regency which is located at Jl. Raya Ampel –Simo KM 8, in the service and processing of population administration data in the Kaliwungu village, they still use the conventional method, namely the data is still stored separately in books, this of course has weaknesses such as when looking for data records, difficulties in making reports population that cannot be obtained immediately and the process of data collection and storage of population archive data that is still stored and recorded manually. This research was conducted using the Research & Development Method through the system design stages which were validated by experts and product prototypes that were field tested by involving users. Making a prototype of an electronic filing system (e-filing) system application using the ALFRED method approach to analyze the system, the software used using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 as a design medium and as a programming language, and a SQL Server database as a storage medium. The final result of this research is a product prototype of a filing system using an electronic filing system (e-filing) which has been declared to be functioning properly so that it can produce useful information for the archiving process up to the stage of making reports, which can be done quickly and accurately in accordance with established procedures. already exist, making it easier to re-access archives and provide public services with accurate and integrated information 

Provisions regarding dishonorable discharge are regulated in Article 53 paragraph (1) of Government Regulation Number 39 of 2010 concerning Administration of TNI Soldiers, which regulates dishonorable discharge from military service, as an implementation of the provisions of Article 62 paragraph (3) of Law Number 34 of 2004 concerning Indonesian national army. The aim of this research is to show that the norm for imposing an additional penalty of dismissal by a judge in a court trial is Article 26 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code which confirms that the defendant, based on the crime he committed, is deemed no longer fit to remain in the military. Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description at the time of the research. The results of this research show that from the perspective of Military Criminal Procedure law, it can be said that dismissal is the sole authority of the Military Judge taking into account the unfitness of the soldier to be retained to continue serving in the military environment, so that this authority cannot be delegated to a civilian Judge, because the decision will be made basis by the TNI leadership to be followed up. For these military members, dismissal from military service is the end of their career and service within the Indonesian National Army (TNI), the consequences of which will be followed by the termination of the rights they have received so far.

This study attempts to describe how the stages of planning in village financial management in Jembrak Village in Pabelan District, Semarang Regency. This research was carried out because of the phenomenon in the field which showed that the delivery of APB Village from the village to the District still often experienced delays. This research method is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The informants of this study consisted of 5 village employees in the Jembrak Village District, Pabelan District and the village administration. Data collection techniques used in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was performed by data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Jembrak Village in the District of Pabelan District has carried out a plan in managing village finances quite well in accordance with the stages set by applicable regulations. The local government has conducted socialization related to regulations, providing training, assistance and supervision. The village has developed a village RPJM that is aligned with the Semarang Regency RPJMD. The village medium term development plan is then set out in the village RKP which is used as the basis for preparing the village budget. In the process of making the village medium term development plan and the village RKP, the village has involved village institutions and the local village community to play an active role. However, there are still some weaknesses that need to be fixed. The main weakness that must be corrected is the quality of human resources in this case village officials. The number of village assistants with only 3 people to handle 17 villages also became an obstacle related to coordination and assistance in the village. For 2017 the village government felt greatly helped by the use of the siskeudes. September 13, 2019, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the European Medicine Agency (EMA) issued a warning through the official FDA website, that contaminants were found that were thought to trigger cancer. It is known that the contamination is an impurity or nitrosamine compound or commonly called N-Nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA) which is included in chemical contamination originating from chemical elements or compounds that can endanger human health. Symptoms that appear are the skin and the whites of the eyes turning yellow, fatigue, darker urine, and abdominal pain. Based on this, there is a problem that needs to be analyzed, namely how the law protects consumers from consuming these materials, especially in the city of Semarang, are there any obstacles in the effort to protect consumers from consuming drugs containing NDMA. The methodology used in this research is juridical normative with secondary data, which is analyzed by analytical descriptive. The results of the analysis, it is known that the state through various provisions has protected consumers from consuming hazardous materials, including those in Article 8 "Regarding actions that are prohibited for business actors; Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health Articles 98, 99, 104 & 106 "Regarding the Security and Use of Pharmaceutical Preparations and Medical Devices" AND Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia 101 / MENKES / PER / XI / 2008 concerning Drug Registration. That in this protection effort, the government c.q BPOM is experiencing internal and external obstacles. Internal constraints, namely limited human resources and still low external business actors to meet the requirements for good production methods, with relatively low legal sanctions.   Keywords: Consumer Protection, NDMA Drugs, BPOM
