Transformational leadership is a leadership approach that focuses on developing and empowering subordinates, with the aim of creating significant change in the organization.  This leadership style involves inspiration, motivation, and positive influence of a leader on subordinates. In the context of state administration, transformational leadership can directly impact the performance of civil servants, including civil servants in the Lamuru sub-district office of Bone Regency. Bone Regency is one of Indonesia’s regions with its own potential and challenges in development. In carrying out its duties, the Lamuru Subdistrict Office as a representative of local government at the sub-district level has a strategic role in organizing various state administration activities, coordinating development programs, and providing public services to the community. To achieve these goals, quality and effective ASN performance is essential.The research method used in this study is a Qualitative Research Method on the Effect of Transformational Leadership on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency can be used to gain a deep understanding of the experiences, perceptions, and meanings associated with the phenomenon of leadership and the performance of civil servants in specific contexts.Transformational leadership has a significant influence on the performance of the state civil apparatus (ASN) at the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency. Through transformational leadership, a leader is able to inspire, motivate, and influence civil servants to achieve better performance and make maximum contributions in carrying out their duties. This study highlights several important findings related to the influence of transformational leadership on the performance of civil servants in the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency. By paying attention to the influence of this transformational leadership, the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency can improve the performance of civil servants, and quality public services, and strengthen public trust in the local government. Effective implementation of transformational leadership requires organizational support, leader commitment, effective communication, subordinate participation, good team building, and appreciation for achievements.

Introduction: Adolescents who used to be strongly maintained by the family system, cultural customs and existing traditional values, have experienced erosion caused by rapid urbanization and industrialization, this was also followed by a media revolution that was open to a variety of lifestyles and career choices. These various things have resulted in an increase in the vulnerability of adolescents to various kinds of diseases, especially those related to sexual and reproductive health, including the increased threat of HIV/AIDS. Method: Empowering Adolescents about reproductive health in premarital sex. Results: Participants in this activity were 30 pregnant women in the village of Bangun Rejo. In its implementation, the objectives are explained about the dangers of reproductive health, Benefits: how to detect premarital sexual attitudes. Next, it explains how teenagers avoid premarital sex to avoid disrupting reproductive health. Conclusion: community service activities are carried out based on counseling. Service activities carried out for 3 months. The results of this Community Service regarding the danger signs of adolescent reproduction. This community service has been carried out from May-July 2023 to be precise for 3 months

Nutritional problems in infants and toddlers are still a major problem in community administration, one of which is the problem of malnutrition. Tanjungpinang City still finds cases of toddlers with malnutrition disorders, among others, malnutrition, undernutrition and stunting. cases of malnutrition in Tanjungpinang City have increased over the past three years. In 2020 there were 97 toddlers, in 2021 there were 121 toddlers and in 2022 it rose to 245 toddlers. The purpose of this study is to Evaluate the Poor Nutrition Management Program in Toddlers at the Tanjungpinang City Health Office. Researchers use a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the program evaluation show how the achievement of the implementation of the malnutrition mitigation program carried out by the Tanjungpinang City Health Office. The context indicator explains the background of the program and the strategy carried out by the Health Office has run optimally to achieve program goals. Furthermore, input indicators still require complete human resources and infrastructure so that malnutrition management programs can run effectively. Then, the HR process indicators in this program have been running through coordination so that activities can run regularly but there are still some things that need to be considered in increasing participation and knowledge about parenting. Furthermore, product indicators are evaluated in running the program, but there are still some negative sides that still think that handling nutritional problems is a health task. The conclusion of the evaluation of the malnutrition mitigation program by the Tanjungpinang Health Office is that the malnutrition program is effective enough but has not been optimally implemented. Suggestions as an improvement effort are to increase community understanding of the program, strive for the fulfillment of additional feeding for all toddlers, fulfill program training, add officers and improve training.

The use of digital technology which is still low and the lack of knowledge in utilizing branding efforts as an effort to introduce products to consumers are still obstacles faced by UMKM Berkah Soybean Crackers. UMKM Kerupuk Soybean Berkah only focuses on product trading but still has not implemented good product branding. UMKM business actors have not fully implemented digital marketing by utilizing social media so that they do not support the expansion and market reach of the products they produce. LPPM lecturers and KKN students collaborated in the Community Service Innovation Program which was carried out by holding training and socialization activities related to product branding strategies and the use of digital marketing in supporting business stability and reaching a wider market. The implementation method is carried out offline which is offered by business actors and some of their workers. The results of the community service activities obtained by UMKM business participants are satisfied with the material presented and increasing awareness of the importance of using product branding as the spearhead of the products produced as well as training in making logos as a product branding effort by practicing directly has increased the ability to make attractive product branding in accordance with the wishes so as to create consumer loyalty to the products produced

The method used in carrying out this community service is the method of preparation, implementation and monitoring of what has been explained to find out how far the PKM participants understand the use of the English electronic dictionary application This. This application media can be one of the media that can increase motivation so that learning English becomes more effective and efficient so that the results obtained are maximized.

Children as the next generation of the nation, must be protected from childhood to adulthood. If a child has been in an environment of crime since childhood, that child can become a criminal in the future, and will disturb people's lives. It is wise for child protection to start in junior high school. Junior high school (SMP) as a place for children to gain knowledge, begins to learn to get along with peers, smaller friends or teachers and begins to understand ways to commit violence against others. Therefore, the protection of children and teachers is currently an important matter and must be a common concern. Lack of understanding and knowledge of legal protection for children in the school environment has resulted in many violations and even criminal acts of violence against children in the school environment. As a result, children do not feel comfortable at school, skip school, or even drop out. Taking into account the legal issues above, the law faculty community service team carried out this service activity as an effort to increase public awareness and teachers that the importance of child protection starts from a child-friendly school environment and teachers. Regarding these problems, we all must pay attention to the protection of children and teachers, including at SMP Negeri 2 Luwuk. In this community service, we provide counseling and outreach to the concept of child protection, namely the urgency of legal protection for children and teachers in schools. The outputs that will be produced through this service are legal counseling activities for the community, scientific articles in the Community Service Journal, Publication in the Media Period (Print/Online), then Mandatory Reports in the form of Service Implementation Results Reports, Activity Diary Books and Financial Record Books.

Traditional health services are expected to be implemented in health care facilities. Puskesmas had a traditional health clinic that has been running since 2019, but there is no evaluation on that program. This study aims to identify the implementation that has been carried out, in order to find out which aspects still need improvement. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. Researchers collect data by interview, observation and secondary data. The results of the study show that traditional health services at the puskesmas have been implemented fairly well. In 2022 there were 20 visitors with the majority of visitors aged 31-45 years (50%), female (90%), all coming from the Javanese and Muslim religions. Meanwhile, the average number of visits was 1 time (55%) and 5% of visitors made 4 repeat visits. The most frequently treated complaints were dizziness/headaches (35%) and other pain complaints (45%). Treatment in traditional health polyclinics is provided with oral medication as much as 40% and 60% without drug administration. The traditional treatment given is acupressure (65%), cupping (15%) and a combination of both as much as 20%. Officers who provide traditional health services at the Palm Health Center are nurses with acupressure training. The implementation that has been carried out still requires various improvements in order to increase the number of patient visits. Further research is needed to find the right implementation model so that traditional health services at puskesmas are widely utilized by the community.

Quality Service Telephone Operator implementation is quite good, but in some dimensions of service indicators are still not satisfactory in serving guests or customers who visit and stay . The lack of speed in serving guests so that guests wait long to be serve, guests often have to try and repeat phone calls to get a response from officers operators in this case guests do not feel the comfort and satisfaction with the services provided by staff. The qualitative method used to examine the condition of natural objects, where the researcher as the key instrument and using data collection by observation, interviews and document research. In terms of responsiveness is still lacking due to the lack of speed in serving guests who need assistance. So is the form of direct services that there are still obstacles in communication , technical issues weak telecommunications network is the main thing for in hibitor maximum service. From these results it can be concluded that should be directed to improving the quality of service to guests or customers .

In this research we design and build a portable gas leak detection system for household gas distributors. The performance of the designed system is described and evaluated. The system aims to speed up the time in detecting gas leaks. System portability allows implementation and monitoring in the form of a website. System design and performance are assessed and proven effective in detecting gas leaks, providing a reliable and efficient solution for gas distributors. The method used is the conditional method where the gas leak detection system is made with Nodemcu esp8266, sensor mq6, buzzer, step-down lm2596, and led. The results obtained from testing the leak detection system explain the testing and evaluation of the gas cylinder inspection system. The system is designed to check 3kg gas cylinders, category level 1 with numbers 300-500, category level 2 with numbers 500-750, category level 3 with numbers 750-1000, and category level 4 with numbers higher than 1000. Detection of gas leaks in each valve takes about 13 seconds to detect leaking gas, send data to the website and provide output to the buzzer.

The standards for educators and education staff are standards that regulate the qualifications that must be possessed by educators and education staff, both academic and non-academic qualifications. the standards of educators and educational staff at SDN 2 Sukamaju still do not meet the standards in accordance with PP No. 57 of 2021 Article 20 paragraph 1 and Article 23 paragraph 1. Therefore this research was conducted to find out the educational standards contained in SDN 2 Sukamaju based on some indicator. The research method used is a qualitative method with a SWOT analysis which is divided into Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats. The results show that educators and education staff at SDN 2 Sukamaju have met the standards of educators and education staff, but at the point of recruiting teaching staff there are a few obstacles where these obstacles are caused by the education moratorium, more precisely as stated in the Tasik City Regional Regulation No. 4 of 2007 concerning the Implementation of Education, so that there is a need for adjustments.

Geographically, Nyama Yang Hamlet is located on Moa Island, Southwest Maluku Regency, which has very rich natural resource potential, with the potential for coconut plantations. The right skills training can help increase productivity and create jobs. Answering these problems, the main purpose of this community service activity is to provide education and knowledge to the public about the benefits and process of making VCO. This service activity uses a descriptive method whose implementation begins with a preliminary study, mentoring and guidance, processing and production training, marketing, promotion, and evaluation using pretest and posttest to assess program effectiveness. The results of the questionnaire showed that 20 Nyama hamlet residents who participated in the training activities did not know how to process VCO. 3 people or 15% of residents do not know the benefits of VCO. However, after the activity ended, the results of the questionnaire showed that 100% of the residents of Nyama Hamlet were skilled in processing VCO and understood the various benefits of VCO both in daily life and having a high selling value.

In the tourism village scheme, KKN students focus their work program in Sumberagung Village, Gondang District, Nganjuk Regency on developing tourism potential. One of the tourism potentials in Sumberagung Village is embung or reservoir. In developing the tourism potential of Embung Sumberagung, KKN students conduct branding and promotion for the tour. The implementation of this activity is carried out using the participation method where KKN students actively participate and take the initiative in branding and promoting Embung Sumberagung tourism. With the branding and promotion of Embung Sumberagung tourism, it can add information to the community or tourists so that this tourism potential can be known by a wider community.

Therefore, the service team will create an information system that can produce appropriate, relevant, accountable and accurate information for internal and external interests. The first is providing assistance in the management of financial transactions carried out by Partners. Therefore, several approaches can be used to overcome this problem, such as counseling, socialization, methoring and implementation in assisting the preparation of financial reports.The results of this servive show that the knowledge and expertise on CV. Malakewi Mitra Abadi regarding the preparation of financial reports using the Miscrosoft Excel program or manually has increased. Financial reports that include accounting data are readily available to partners.

Human resources play an important role in helping an organization or company achieve its goals, and as a result, business growth is highly dependent on employee performance. Each employee receives a salary directly from the company, which is distributed at a time determined by the company, in accordance with the terms of the employee agreement with the company. UD Wahyu Printing is still doing it. At the UD Wahyu printing press, payroll calculation activities are still carried out manually using a calculator and manual recording which causes errors in calculating an employee's salary, so an electronic system must be created to overcome this problem. As for a goal to be achieved in this research is to perform a salary calculation of employees by implementing an automatic payroll system to make it more effective and efficient. This study uses a type of qualitative research with interviews and direct observation methods. The results of this study through the stages of implementation and trials carried out that the employee payroll information system at the UD Wahyu printing press can link payroll information with employee attendance procedures, and the data is stored in a database so that reports can be printed. And the system can provide facilities to employees regarding payroll calculations.

The background of this research is that the performance of field technical officers at the Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Service is still not optimal. The contributing factors are office facilities, work motivation and work discipline of Animal Health Technical Officers which also do not support performance implementation. Thus, the purpose of this study was to find out and describe office facilities, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of Animal Health Technical Officers. The method used is quantitative descriptive with the results of the study showing that office facilities have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Animal Health Technical officers. This means that if the office facilities increase, it will be followed by an increase in the performance of Animal Health Technical officers. work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Animal Health Technical officers. This means that if work motivation increases, it will be followed by an increase in the performance of Health Technical officers. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Animal Health Technical officers. This means that if work discipline increases, it will be followed by an increase in the performance of Animal Health Technical officers. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in mathematics class X MIPA 2 at SMA Negeri 2 Medan using the Group Investigation learning model. This research is a class action research. The subjects of this study were students of class X MIPA 2 with a total of 36 students. This research consisted of two cycles with two meetings in each cycle. Each meeting carried out a test of learning outcomes. Data collection techniques used learning achievement tests, observation sheets and student response questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use data reduction and data exposure. The results of this study indicate that the application of the Group Investigation learning model in mathematics learning can improve student learning outcomes in class X MIPA 2. This increase in learning outcomes can be seen from student contributions during the learning process in the form of student learning outcomes tests, students pay attention to the teacher's explanation, students express opinions , students work with groups, student responses to the use of learning models and the results of observations. The increase in classical completeness on the learning outcomes test I cycle I was 19.44%. Meanwhile, learning outcomes II in cycle I increased to 44.44%. In cycle II, the classical completeness test III of 86.11% increased to 94.44% in the fourth learning achievement test. The observation results showed that in the first cycle it increased from 3.54 to 3.73 in the very good category and the student response to learning using the Group Investigation model in the first cycle was 85% increasing to 90% in the second cycle. It can be concluded that almost all students in class X MIPA 2 gave a positive response and accepted the implementation of the Group Investigation learning model in class X MIPA 2. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the Group Investigation Learning Model can improve student learning outcomes in Mathematics Learning at SMA Negeri 2 Medan.

Culinary business is an economic sector that continues to grow, especially in the food business made from Tahu Walik. This study aims to explore and analyze the development potential of Tahu Walik culinary businesses through an entrepreneurial approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with business owners and direct observation at the business location related to marketing and management strategies that have been implemented. The results showed that the entrepreneurial approach plays an important role in the development of the Tahu Walik culinary business. In addition, there is the potential and uniqueness of Tahu Walik as a culinary product as well as supporting factors and obstacles in the implementation of the Tahu Walik culinary business. By utilizing the potential and uniqueness of the product and overcoming existing obstacles, the Tahu Walik industry can continue to grow and contribute to the preservation of Indonesia's culinary culture and the country's economic growth.

The low quality of public services is still a classic problem in Indonesia. Therefore, it is time for the government to implement e-government as an effort to improve services to the community. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of making online SKCK at MPP Pandeglang Regency as an implementation of e-government and to determine the factors that support and hinder e-government at MPP Pandeglang Regency. The research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, a case study of making online SKCK at the Pandeglang Regency MPP. This research found that the effectiveness of e-government as seen from the indicators of productivity, adaptability, job satisfaction and general development is good. The supporting factor is the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the lack of human resources and inappropriate placement of officers. This research has the implication that the e-government services provided should be socialized first so that they can be implemented optimally in society.

Utilizing digital marketing in the industrial era 4.0 can become a new strategy in product marketing activities, by making it easier for businesses to monitor and provide for the needs and wants of potential consumers. On the consumer side, digital marketing is a medium that can make it easier to find a product. Ngepoh Village, Dringu District, has a lot of potential, including in the economic sector. This can be seen from the many MSMEs operating in Ngepoh Village. However, their marketing efforts are still limited and use conventional methods. Therefore, MSMEs in this village need training on the importance of utilizing digital marketing so that their marketing system can be improved. The aim of this counseling is to help MSMEs reach a wider market and increase their sales. In its implementation, this activity uses two methods, namely socialization regarding digital marketing and assistance in upgrading the packaging of MSME players. In socialization activities include product introduction, marketing strategy, and packaging design. The approach used involves training in the form of socialization and tutorials on creating accounts on digital platforms and managing digital media. The results of this activity suggest the need to provide regular guidance in order to optimize digital marketing strategies and increase MSME business sales. With ongoing assistance, it is hoped that MSMEs can continue to take advantage of the potential of digital marketing in an effective and sustainable manner to achieve success in marketing their products

To improve and supervise the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) within the Probolinggo Regency Government, the local Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) made a breakthrough with a reporting application. Performance reporting through an application called SIKePPo or the Probolinggo Regency Government Employee Performance Information System application. The program implementation by the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) of Probolinggo Regency seeks to improve personnel management and administration quickly, precisely and accurately. Although this program has been implemented well, it has not yet achieved optimal results. This study seeks to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of program policies in the BKD of Probolinggo Regency. The two problems studied are: (1) the effectiveness of the implementation of the web-based SIKePPo program at the Probolinggo District BKD, and (2) the factors that influence the implementation of the SIKePPo program. The purpose of the study was to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the web-based SIKePPo program at the Probolinggo District BKD and the factors that hindered the implementation of the web-based SIKePPo program at the Probolinggo District BKD. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with the application of Edwards III theory and Bambang Sunggono theory. Data was collected by means of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The selection of informants used purposive sampling technique, and qualitative data analysis was inductive. The results showed that the implementation of the web-based SIKePPo program at the BKD of Probolinggo Regency was running quite well in accordance with the four elements that determine policy implementation, namely communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The factors that become obstacles in the implementation of the web-based SIKePPo program at the Probolinggo District BKD are related to policy content, HR support, infrastructure and communication facilities.
