Dhikr, as a spiritual practice inherent in Islamic tradition, comes in various forms and manifestations in the archipelago. One tradition that attracts attention is Dzikir Fida', a rite that is deeply rooted in the local wisdom of the people of Jetis Hamlet, Menggoro Village, Temanggung. This study examines in depth the existence of Dzikir Fida' as a manifestation of communal spirituality that lives and develops in the hamlet.Dzikir Fida', which consists of two main variants-Sughra and Kubra-is a collective practice that aims to ask for forgiveness and penance for the deceased. This tradition not only serves as an expression of condolences, but also as a means of strengthening social cohesion and reinforcing communal identity. Through the approach of religious phenomenology and symbolic anthropology, this study examines the meaning and significance of Dzikir Fida' in the socio-cultural context of the people of Jetis Hamlet. The results showed that Dzikir Fida' is not just a formal rite, but a living tradition that is lived and practiced collectively. The people of Jetis Hamlet believe that through Dzikir Fida', they not only give spiritual gifts to the deceased, but also instill noble values such as solidarity, mutual cooperation, and spirituality. This tradition becomes a medium for passing on religious values and cultural traditions from generation to generation. This research contributes to the study of the religious practices of Indonesian society, especially in the context of tradition and local wisdom. It is hoped that the results of this research can enrich the repertoire of knowledge about the phenomenology of religion and symbolic anthropology, and become a reference for the development of more in-depth studies on Dzikir Fida' and similar traditions in other regions.

Biochemical toxicology studies are disciplines that study the impact of toxic compounds on biochemical processes in the human body. Toxic compounds, whether from the environment, industrial chemicals, drugs, or natural products, can interfere with cellular metabolic mechanisms and potentially cause damage to organs or body systems. This study aims to analyze how toxic compounds interact with biomolecules, such as proteins, enzymes, and nucleic acids, which play a role in cellular metabolic processes. Disruption of metabolic enzymes can affect key metabolic pathways, such as energy synthesis, detoxification, and homeostasis regulation. These toxic impacts can contribute to the development of acute and chronic diseases, including liver, kidney, nervous system disorders, and cancer. In this study, we also discuss the detoxification mechanisms involving enzymes such as cytochrome P450 and glutathione-S-transferase in reducing the toxic effects of these compounds. A deeper understanding of toxic interactions and their impact on cellular metabolism is essential in developing preventive and therapeutic strategies for poisoning or toxicity-related diseases. This research is expected to provide insight into the development of more effective drugs and medical approaches in overcoming the effects of toxic toxins on humans.

The purpose of this community service project is to train kindergarten teachers who belong to the Abimanyu and Banowati groups in waste sorting. The Community Based Participatory Research (CBPR) approach is used to carry out community service. Using this approach, kindergarten teachers and researchers work together to teach kids how to sort waste. Since waste sorting is a novel approach to waste management, it needs to be promoted and established in society, particularly among students. Most of the kindergarten teachers who took part in the program had never instructed their kids in waste sorting. Teachers of kindergarten received instruction on how to segregate waste in bins with red, yellow, and green lids. Kindergarten teachers can more easily teach sorting bins with colored lids to their kids. By imparting good values linked to teaching discipline, upholding cleanliness, and recognizing the health of their pupils, waste sorting training helps kindergarten teachers understand the significance of waste sorting.
