Micro-enterprises play an important role in the regional economy but often face obstacles in financial management and marketing strategies. A lack of understanding in financial management causes inefficiency in capital management, while minimal use of digital technology in marketing limits business competitiveness. This community service program aims to increase the capacity of micro-enterprises in Brangjan Village, West Ungaran District, Semarang Regency through financial management training and digital marketing strategies.The methods used in this program include socialization, training, and direct assistance in simple financial recording, working capital management, and the implementation of digital marketing strategies using social media and e-commerce platforms. The results of this activity show an increase in participants' understanding of financial management and their ability to implement digital marketing to expand market reach. With this training, it is hoped that micro-enterprises in Brangjan Village can develop further, become more competitive, and achieve long-term business sustainability.Additionally, the training on simple financial management provided participants with an understanding of transaction recording and the importance of cash flow in maintaining business operations. In terms of digital marketing, participants were trained to utilize social media and e-commerce platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Tokopedia to introduce their products to a wider market. Moving forward, it is hoped that participants will be able to leverage this knowledge to optimize their revenue and expand their customer base. This program also contributes to increasing digital and financial literacy for micro-entrepreneurs in the village. Overall, the training aims to create a more sustainable and efficient business ecosystem, which in turn can enhance the competitiveness of micro-enterprises at the local and regional levels.

The definition of price is the value of goods which is determined or expressed in terms of money or the amount of money or other equivalent means of exchange, which must be paid for goods or services, at a certain time and in a certain market. The price level attached to the product describes the quality of the product. Meanwhile, price discrimination is a term used in international trade, referred to as a trade practice carried out by exporters by selling every commodity on the international market at a price that is less than the appropriate value or can be said to be lower than the price of the goods in their own country, which is considered unfair because can damage the market and harm competing producers in the importing country. Among the activities of entrepreneurs that usually do not favor competition is price discrimination. This situation describes a situation where sellers provide different prices for their products with the same quality and quantity to two or more sellers, or provide unequal prices to buyers or consumers in the form of inappropriate inventory, or take action by setting a pricing strategy. to gain advantages for more profitable consumers.

Community poverty alleviation must be addressed more innovatively, creatively and skillfully in order to be able to create new business opportunities (for example through entrepreneurship) to meet their various needs. Entrepreneurship is one way to overcome poverty and reduce unemployment rates. Among several examples of this entrepreneurship is the home industry, namely a home industry where the business is done at home which empowers the people around the environment and reduces unemployment by absorbing it. In connection with this condition, there are several problems in terms of economic empowerment through the home industry in the food sector, including the low level of knowledge and understanding of home industry players, especially in relation to marketing, including online promotion, and the low level of human resource capacity of home business actors. The method used in this community service activity is digital-based empowerment in the form of online marketing and product promotion techniques. Community service activities with partners in the wonton chips home business that have been carried out have resulted in the fact that digital-based empowerment is very necessary. Considering the times and technological advances, it is a necessity that business actors are able to adapt to these conditions. Through this activity, partners gain an understanding of digital-based empowerment, product diversification, and the important role of home business actors in supporting the nation's economy. This digital-based empowerment is expected to increase production, marketing and business turnover, as well as to build relationships between universities and the community.

The purpose of this thesis is to manage Islamic finance MSMEs at Muaro Jambi Temple, to find out the obstacles in managing MSME sharia finance at Muaro Jambi Temple and to find out the efforts of MSMEs in financial management at Muaro Jambi Temple. This thesis uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the research conducted, the following results and conclusions are obtained: MSME Islamic Financial Management in Muaro Jambi Temple is carried out by trying only to take what is lawful and good, lawful way of acquisition: through trade that applies voluntarily and willingly, lawful method of acquisition: act fairly and avoid doubts and lawful. How to use: Help each other and avoid excessive risks. Obstacles in MSME Islamic Financial Management at Muaro Jambi Temple include personal needs and business turnover that are not separated and limited knowledge. Efforts in MSME Islamic Financial Management at Muaro Jambi Temple include the use of the budget in the needs that will be carried out so that the business being run can benefit, recording is done to anticipate losses occurring or expenditures occurring, so that income will also be clearer when recording, reporting is done made not just written numbers but have information. Exercising control by fully implementing control over the financial management of its business.

The aim of this research aims to investigate the impact of factors that influence students' readiness to undertake an entrepreneurial career in an academic environment. These factors include education, motivation, practical experience, and social support from universities. In addition, this research also identifies relevant business opportunities that can support students in their entrepreneurial preparation. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The descriptive method is considered suitable for explaining the influence and business opportunities on students' readiness to become entrepreneurs. The data in this research report was obtained in accordance with books, journals, articles, theses, the internet and so on related to the research topic. The results of this research provide valuable insight into how universities can more effectively prepare students to become successful entrepreneurs. This research uses descriptive approach with the type of qualitative research. The data source obtained is primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques with observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and concludes. This research is the management of printing business done by CV. Antique Production To improve consumer satisfaction in the Islamic economic perspective is to implement management functions or management in Islam well. The management function consists of: the implementation (planning), organizing), implementation (actuating), and control (controlling). Constraint business management facing by CV. Antique Production To improve consumer satisfaction include internal constraints that is lack of employees when many demand and delay of product raw material supplies, and external constraints are of unclear consumers with product details of the product and competitor or competitors. Solutions to overcome constraints on printing business management by CV. Antique Production To improve consumer satisfaction includes the solution of internal constraints that adds employees with freelance systems, adding more than one supplyer and check periodically inventory of product raw materials while solutions for external constraints are providing conservation sessions of the booking and consuming businesses by opening product gallery and developing its employee skills.

UMKM are productive businesses owned by individuals and/or individual business entities that meet the criteria for micro businesses as regulated in law. The government supports UMKM with programs as an effort to improve community welfare. The government's efforts to improve community welfare are through the National Economic Recovery (PEN) program supporting UMKM. The Sindon Bazaar is a forum for Sindon Village UMKM which was formed by the Sindon Gemah Abundant KKN Committee Team (SGM). This bazaar was held according to the needs and potential of the community in Sindon Village. The management of the Sindon Bazaar consists of the SGM KKN Committee Team assisted by the youth of the local Dukuh Youth Organization. In the Sindon Bazaar, there are many UMKM selling various foods, drinks and toys for children. The results of the implementation of the bazaar that have been achieved include increasing the income of the UMKM community who participated in the bazaar, where what was usually empty of consumers became busy with consumers and the level of sales increased, as well as helping the people of Sindon Village to innovate and hone their skills as a new business opportunity

A logo is a medium for communicating values, goals, and creating an impression of professionalism from an institution. Meanwhile, standard logo graphic manuals are a medium for communicating values, goals, and creating an impression of professionalism from an institution. These two elements are interrelated and inseparable. This journal discusses visual identity design, especially logos and graphic manual standards for the Sukses Bersama Simpang Village-Owned Enterprise which is implemented in the Merdeka College Competency Program (PKKM). Village Development Students at the East Java "Veteran" National Development University, Visual Communication Design Study Program were assigned to create a new logo design and standard graphic manual for the business entity. This design was carried out by means of direct observation, interviews and data collection through SWOT analysis. The aim of this design is to facilitate the identification of the Sukses Bersama Simpang Village-Owned Enterprise, reflect the institution's values and mission, and improve its image and reputation. Benefits include providing an impression of professionalism, increasing trust, and creating a strong, consistent identity. This thesis is a study that examines the influence of People's Business Credit (KUR) on the development of Jelutung micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) at Bank BSI Kc Gatot Subroto, Jambi City. The purpose of this thesis is to be able to find out the effect of people's business credit (KUR) on the development of MSME businesses and to be able to find out the amount of contributions made by KUR to the business development of customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia Kc Gatot Subroto Jambi City.In this study using quantitative methods with data collection techniques namely observation, questionnaires and documentation. Which is the questionnaire itself as an instrument in collecting data. Then a validity test and reliability test were carried out to ensure the accuracy of each question item in the questionnaire to be used in collecting data. After that, a classic assumption test was carried out to ensure the soundness of the data and a hypothesis test in the form of a (t) test, simple linear regression test and test for the coefficient of determination (R2).The results of this study are as follows: (1) People's Business Credit (KUR) has a significant and positive effect on customer business development as evidenced by the significance of KUR of 1.68107 > 0.05 and also the value of the simple regression results which obtains a value of 0.554 which indicates a positive number so that the influence that KUR has is good or positive on the development of the customer's business. (2) The contribution made by KUR to the development of the customer's business is 0.47.8 or 47.8% and the remaining is 0.552. Or 52.2% is influenced by variables or other factors not mentioned in this study.

This research aims to determine the influence of education, business scale, work motivation, length of business life and accounting training on the use of accounting information. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in South Pekalongan District, Pekalongan City. With a population of 126 and samples taken using the saturated census method were 126 MSMEs. The data collection method in this research used a questionnaire. The results of this research show that Business Scale (X2) and Work Motivation (X3) have a significant positive effect on the use of accounting information in District MSMEs, while Education (X1), length of Business Age (X4) and Accounting Training (X5) have a significant negative effect on the use of information accounting in MSMEs, South Pekalongan District, Pekalongan City.

Every business actor is basically obliged to act in good faith, one of which is as a manifestation of consumer protection. Case in Decision No. 90/Pdt.Sus-BPSK/2021/Pn.Mdn) shows that there are business actors who do not carry out their obligations as they should, namely not having good intentions and not providing information to their consumers. The aim of this research is to explore legal certainty regarding the fulfillment of good faith by business actors in providing information to consumers of postpaid services based on Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. This research method uses normative juridical approaches to statutory, conceptual and case regulations. The research results found that the fulfillment of good faith in this case showed that legal certainty had not been realized. This is because of the legal provisions regarding this matter as regulated in Law no. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection has not been enforced properly. According to Sudikno Mertokusumo, legal certainty should be realized by implementing legal provisions as they should.

MSMEs are one of the strengths in economic development in Semarang City, especially in the food sector. However, food MSMEs are the first rank that have not registered a brand. The current rise in imitation and counterfeiting of brands has made legal protection of brands an important requirement in business development. The problem in this research is how to legally protect brand rights for food MSMEs in Semarang City. This research aims to provide knowledge to food MSMEs about legal protection of brand rights so that food MSME businesses can develop with legal certainty. This research uses an empirical normative juridical approach and is descriptive analysis. The results of the research were that the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises of Semarang City provided free brand registration facilities for MSMEs that were only supported, and many problems were found related to the legal protection of brand rights in the City of Semarang..

The purpose of this study was conducted to examine three issues, namely: (1) Business development strategy for Purnama Raya H. Salsabila Restaurant Lebak Bandung Jelutung,(2) Obstacles faced by Purnama Raya H. Salsabila Lebak Restaurant Bandung Jelutung, (3) Islamic economic view towards the business development strategy of Purnama Raya H. Salsabila Restaurant, Lebak Bandung Jelutung. To reveal these three issues in depth and comprehensively, the authors used a field research method with a qualitative approach with primary and secondary data sources by interviewing 10 people, namely the restaurant and consumers. From the results of this study it can be concluded that: Padang Surya Restaurant in the city of Mukomuko has implemented a business development strategy, namely the strategy includes: product strategy, price strategy and sales strategy. Islamic Economic Review of the business of Purnama Raya H. Salsabila Restaurant, Lebak Bandung Jelutung, is appropriate with Islamic principles.

Until now, there are still many who are afraid to start a business, including online business, so a real manifestation of a successful businessman has high self-efficacy/ability in starting a business. Apart from having the ability, a businessman must also be able to understand marketing planning and strategy. well in developing a business so that the business succeeds as expected, therefore the purpose of this research is to find out: 1) How is the self-efficacy of entrepreneurs in online business for FEBI students, 2) What is the strategy for developing entrepreneurship in online business for FEBI students, 3) What are the obstacles faced in developing entrepreneurs in the online business of FEBI students. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, and the methods used in data collection are observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study were students who had been running their online business for more than 3 years. The number of subjects in this study were 10 people. The results of this study note that FEBI students have high self-efficacy in online business or entrepreneurship, students are confident in their abilities and have expectations for their abilities in doing business online, in building confidence students obtain from several sources, namely personal experience, other people's experiences, verbal persuasion and emotional state. In the student business development strategy it is still not running well and efficiently, and there are obstacles to student businesses such as suppliers, competitors, capital and customers.

This research aims to determine the application of accounting information systems to the effectiveness of cash internal control in broiler chicken farming businesses in South Labuhanbatu Regency and to determine the effectiveness of cash internal control in broiler chicken farming businesses in South Labuhanbatu Regency which is running effectively. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The type of data used in this research is primary data and secondary data obtained from broiler chicken farming businesses in South Labuhanbatu Regency. Data collection techniques were carried out using documentation and interview techniques. The results of this research indicate that the application of the accounting information system to the effectiveness of internal cash control in broiler chicken farming businesses in South Labuhanbatu Regency is considered effective, however, there are still shortcomings in the system which still exist in some manual parts. The effectiveness of internal cash control does not fully use computers but there are still manual ones, and the obstacles experienced when recording financial reports in broiler chicken farming businesses in South Labuhanbatu Regency are that sometimes it is still difficult for outside parties to accept and understand because they do not fully use the system. accounting information.

Contemporary drinks are rife among young people. The competition between the beverage outlets can be seen from the emergence of various unique beverage outlets. For this reason, the authors are interested in examining the factors of modern drinking interest in buying interest among young consumers. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, and the respondents are taken from young people in Padang who like modern drinks. Based on the results of interviews and observations obtained in the field, it was found that there were several factors of interest so that there was an interest in buying among young people, namely factors of a comfortable place, friendly service, factors of good taste where there were many variants, factors of restaurant names and unique menu names that made people interested in buying. Besides that, the price factor is quite affordable, packaging with a creative and attractive design. In addition, it was also found that personal, social and psychological factors were one of the factors in the interest in buying contemporary drinks among young people. It is hoped that this research will be useful for business people in the culinary and beverage sector as well as further research in researching business in this field.

This study aims to determine and compare how the financial control of ice jelly potter and cassava chips in financial control and to find out the shortcomings if they do not use financial control. This study uses a qualitative approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. While the data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that in terms of financial control, the ice jelly potter business has implemented financial control although it has not been maximized which includes financial management (budgeting, recording, reporting, and financial control). This is a plus for UMKM because they have implemented financial controls as well as future steps that will be taken to become more knowledgeable, and can assist in decision making in the future. The factors that become a shortage of cassava chips business in running a business if they do not use financial control (financial management) are not knowing the next steps to be taken, not being able to develop a business, not knowing whether the business is profitable or detrimental. Therefore, financial control is very important in running a business.

Franchising is part of a type of syirkah where there is a partnership association and raising funds as well as the use of trademarks. This also requires the franchisor to provide rights to the franchisee in the form of scientific, marketing and administrative rights to manage the business. This obligation was apparently not carried out by the Dimsum 1000 franchise, where all obligations to provide marketing knowledge were not carried out by the franchise. In writing this essay, the author formulates a problem in the form of how to implement the Dimsum 1000 franchise business in Medan District, Medan City? How do franchisors fulfill their rights and obligations in developing the Dimsum 1000 franchise business in Medan District, Medan City? How do you fulfill the rights and obligations of the Dimsum 1000 franchise business from Wahbah Az-Zuhaili's perspective in Medan District, Medan City? In this research the author uses empirical legal research. The results of the research explain that the implementation of the Dimsum 1000 franchise business in Medan District, Medan City, goes through a business cooperation agreement procedure first. Then all the equipment for selling is provided by Dimsum 1000. However, in the marketing strategy Dimsum 1000 is considered old-fashioned and out of date. Fulfillment of the franchisor's rights and obligations in developing the Dimsum 1000 franchise business in Medan City District. Medan City does not fulfill the franchisee's rights in the form of guidance in the form of training, management operational guidance, marketing, research and development for franchisees on an ongoing basis. Fulfillment the rights and obligations of the Dimsum 1000 franchise business from Wahbah Az-Zuhaili's perspective in Medan City District, Medan City, did not happen at all. Dimsum 1000 franchise practices viewed from Wahbah Az-Zuhaili's perspective are not in accordance with the fulfillment of the concept of rights applied in Wahbah Az-Zuhaili's own view. This can be seen from not providing guidance in the form of training, operational management guidance, marketing, research and development to franchisees on an ongoing basis, which violates the rights of the franchisees themselves.

Based on the aim of this research is to find out the comparison of full costing methods and variable costing in determining the cost of production for woven fabric business in Lembang Kolesawangan, Malimbong Balepe district, Tana Toraja Regency. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Furthermore,analyzing the data by comparing the full costing  method dan variable costing. The results show the by calculating using the full method and variabel costing, where full costing obtains a higher value, namely Rp.2.671.000 because the full costing method takes into accound all the elements  of cosct, both fixed and variable. Compared to variabel costing, you only get a value of Rp,2.191.925 because variabel costing is only variable costs that are included in inventory and cost of good sold.

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play a crucial role in a country's economic growth. Therefore, lending to SMEs is an important element in supporting this sector. This study aims to evaluate bank performance in lending to SMEs, with a focus on efficiency, security and economic impact. This research methodology involves analyzing historical data from a number of banks that are active in supporting SMEs. Data includes the volume of credit disbursed, the interest rate applied, the credit approval process, and the non-performing loan ratio. Apart from that, the economic impact of credit provided to SMEs is also evaluated through business growth, job creation, and contribution to local GDP. The research results show variations in bank performance in lending to SMEs. Certain banks achieve high levels of efficiency in the credit approval and monitoring process, while others may face challenges in managing credit risk. The economic impact of credit to SMEs is positive, with significant business growth and job creation having a positive impact on the local economy.
