Education is a conscious effort that is held to explore and develop human capabilities so that a transformation occurs, both in terms of knowledge, behavior, or norms that have been set. Islamic education is different from other education because its size does not only look good or bad. Islamic education must be based on the Koran, which in Islam functions as the main source of law. In addition, Islamic education must also be based on the hadith. The final achievement is that humans have skills in aspects of education that are in harmony with these two main sources of law. So, the final goal is not just to change behavior, or thinking power, but everything must be in tune with the guidance of the Koran and Hadith. Educational and teaching activities can achieve success if supported by good components. Among the main components is the method. That is the way that must be taken by a teacher in educating his soul so as to achieve goals that are in line with the guidance of the Qur'an and Sunnah. The use of appropriate methods will largely determine the outcome of the education and teaching process. Thus, educators must be skilled at choosing and using methods to match the material and teaching material. Not to forget, as educators need to pay attention to several principles in the use of methos,so that teaching methods will lead to successful teaching

The fundamental problem is when awareness has been reduced by social media activities which take away that awareness. As a result, awareness experiences alienation and falls into a hole that is shackled on social media. The aim of this research is to awaken reduced consciousness so that it can be responsible for existential freedom; and take responsibility for others. In this research, researchers used a literature study method which was then compiled into a written framework. Applicatively, when you realize freedom, then act on the basis of awareness, then the action will be realized on the basis of awareness. On the contrary, consciousness that has been reduced tends to polarize which reduces consciousness, so that awareness is not maximized in being responsible for one's free will.

Fashion design as a creative and intellectual expression requires appropriate legal protection to encourage innovation and protect the rights of creators. This article discusses the important role of law in protecting fashion design from an intellectual protection perspective. This approach involves an analysis of the role of intellectual property rights, especially copyright and industrial design, in providing adequate protection for works of art in the world of fashion. Copyright provides automatic protection for original works, including fashion designs. However, copyright restrictions result in limited protection, which is why it is important to understand how industrial designs can provide broader protection. Through industrial design registration, creators can secure exclusive rights to their fashion designs, preventing unauthorized duplication. This legal protection also helps create a fair business environment and fuels the growth of the fashion industry. By recognizing the economic and creative value of fashion design, the law plays a role in encouraging investment and innovation in the sector. Therefore, a deep understanding of the role of law in the intellectual protection of fashion design is crucial for interested industry players, creators and users.

This research aims to evaluate the legal aspects of both Islamic and conventional laws regarding the remuneration provided to preachers invited by Masjid Raya Aziziyah Secanggang. Preachers play a crucial role in guiding individuals towards goodness and deterring them from evil, as per the teachings of the Quran. The study has two primary objectives: to examine the remuneration system for preachers in the mosque and to analyze the perspectives of Islamic and conventional laws on this system. The research methodology employed is qualitative-descriptive with a field approach, utilizing interviews, observations, and documentation as data sources. The findings indicate that Masjid Raya Aziziyah Secanggang compensates preachers through two methods: direct payment without a formal agreement and through a written agreement. From an Islamic legal standpoint, remuneration for preachers can be considered a permissible (mubah) form of appreciation or gratitude. In terms of conventional law, the remuneration system aligns with the regulations outlined in the 2023 Job Creation Law. This research underscores the importance of maintaining compliance with both Islamic and conventional legal aspects and ensuring collective benefits to uphold a fair and justified remuneration system for preachers at Masjid Raya Aziziyah Secanggang. Mutual respect for rights and responsibilities is crucial to enhancing the quality of this remuneration system.

One of the systems for cultivating oil palm plantations used by residents in Allied Jaya is the profit sharing system (musaqah). For farmers who do not have garden land, they work to manage the gardens of other farmers who have land. All costs in terms of cultivating the land are borne by the land owner. Apart from that, the custom of the people of Aller Jaya Village in carrying out cooperation in sharing plantation products is not to set a time limit, not to write down a written agreement, and there are no witnesses in its implementation. The provisions in muamalah fiqh state that every time an agreement is made, a time limit must be set and it should be written down to avoid disputes between the two parties. However, this cannot be separated from the knowledge and understanding of the people of Aller Jaya Village. The aim of this research is to find out how the oil palm plantation profit sharing system affects the welfare of the community in the village of Allyr Jaya from an Islamic economic perspective. Checking the validity of the data using Triangulation techniques and data collection methods using observation, interviews and documentation. The informants for this research are land owners and land cultivators. However, not only material needs can be met, spiritual needs can also be met. However, the oil palm plantation profit sharing system in Allyr Jaya Village is not fully in accordance with Islamic economics in the musaqah agreement.
