This study investigates the impact of digital gamification on employee motivation, engagement, and productivity in technology companies. Gamification, which integrates game design elements such as rewards, badges, and leaderboards into non-game environments, has gained popularity as a tool for enhancing employee performance in workplaces. The research employs a quantitative survey methodology to gather data from employees in technology firms that have implemented gamified systems. The findings reveal that gamification significantly increases employee motivation by tapping into intrinsic motivators such as autonomy, competence, and relatedness. Employees reported higher levels of engagement, with many attributing their increased participation to the fun and competitive nature of gamified tasks. Additionally, productivity improvements were observed, particularly among employees in roles that require individual performance, such as software engineers, where autonomy and goal-setting were key factors. The study also identifies variations in the effectiveness of gamification based on factors such as job role and organizational culture, emphasizing the need for customization to suit different employee needs. Despite these positive outcomes, challenges such as employee resistance, poorly designed systems, and resource constraints were noted as barriers to successful gamification implementation. These findings suggest that gamification is an effective strategy for improving motivation and engagement in technology companies but requires thoughtful design and alignment with company culture to maximize its impact. Future research should explore the long-term effects of gamification and examine how specific elements, such as leaderboards and rewards, influence employee behavior across different demographics.

This study aims to analyze the process of preparing financial reports at SMK Muhammadiyah 08 Medan, especially in trading businesses (UD), which is one form of SME economic unit. Trading businesses have the main characteristic of purchasing goods for resale without changing the nature of the goods, so that the preparation of accurate financial reports is very important to support business planning and strategy. However, many SMEs in Indonesia still face difficulties in understanding and implementing accounting, considering it as complicated, time-consuming, and costly. As a result, financial management often relies only on the memory of the business owner without formal recording. This study was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method, collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation studies of the process of preparing financial reports at SMK Muhammadiyah 08 Medan. This study also refers to the application of the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM) released by the Financial Accounting Standards Board of the Indonesian Institute of Accountants (DSAK IAI) in 2016. The results of the study indicate that most trading business actors in the environment do not fully understand the importance of preparing financial reports in accordance with standards. Factors of limited resources, lack of understanding, and the assumption that financial reports are not needed are the main obstacles. This study provides recommendations in the form of simple accounting training that can help business actors prepare financial reports in accordance with SAK EMKM. The implementation of this recommendation is expected to improve accountability, transparency, and overall financial management of trading businesses.

The rapid growth of Internet of Things (IoT) and edge computing technologies has introduced new security challenges due to the distributed, heterogeneous, and dynamic nature of these environments. Conventional static security mechanisms, such as rulebased authentication and fixed trust models, are often inadequate for addressing evolving threats and abnormal behaviors in largescale IoT systems. To overcome these limitations, this study proposes a machine learningbased trust evaluation framework for enhancing security in distributed IoT environments. The proposed approach dynamically assesses the trustworthiness of IoT nodes by analyzing behavioral and interactionbased features collected at the edge layer. Machine learning models are trained to classify nodes into trusted and malicious categories and continuously update trust values in response to changing network conditions. Based on the predicted trust levels, adaptive security decisions are enforced to allow or restrict node participation in data sharing and computation processes. A quantitative experimental evaluation is conducted using simulated distributed IoT scenarios that include both normal and malicious behaviors. The performance of the proposed framework is evaluated using standard metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, F1score, and detection effectiveness, and is compared against conventional static trust and rulebased security mechanisms. The results demonstrate that the proposed machine learningbased trust evaluation approach achieves significantly higher detection accuracy and robustness while maintaining low computational overhead. Overall, the findings confirm that integrating machine learning into trust management provides an effective and scalable solution for securing distributed IoT systems under dynamic and adversarial conditions.

The mysteries of humanity are like the mysteries of nature: the more dimensions we know, the more we realize that there are still many unknown things. Humans are a symbol of the natural wonders created by God. There are people who have very attractive personalities and it is from their strong and noble personalities that they achieve success in society, become honorable people and are respected by society. Quraish Syihab in his book "The Science of the Qur'an" expresses Alexis Carrel's views regarding the difficulties faced in understanding human nature, according to which "humans have essentially devoted enormous attention and effort to understanding ourselves, even when we has quite a large nature. There are 514 urban areas in the archipelagic nation of Indonesia (Ministry of Home Affairs, 2016). There are many cities in Indonesia that are able to provide a sense of comfort and security for their residents, this of course has an impact on population growth. However, the amount of waste that can be generated and stored is limited by the carrying capacity of the urban environment. Using the idea of a "green city" which consists of nine elements of road infrastructure, traffic, green open space, clean water, noise, energy, housing, clean air and buildings is one way to overcome the above problems. All these qualities need to be utilized immediately with a comprehensive systems approach and in accordance with economic, social and environmental principles in sustainable development. Blue economy approaches can be used to eliminate waste. The “blue economy” is a term that is becoming increasingly popular in today's seas and oceans. The aim of this concept is to combine sea base development opportunities with environmental management and protection. Four conceptual interpretations of the blue economy were determined through research into the dominant discourse in international economic policy documents. How the blue economy works is also examined through an “in practice” analysis of the blue economy and related actors. Next, the scope and focus of the blue economy is explored specifically on the maritime industry, which is included or excluded in various conceptualizations. This analysis reveals areas of agreement and conflict. The consensus range reflects the growing trend towards the commercialization and valuation of nature, delineating and defining maritime boundaries and enhancing the security of the world's oceans. There are several areas of conflict, particularly disputes over the legitimacy of individuals as part of the “blue economy”, highly carbon-intensive industries such as oil and gas and the growing deep sea mining industry. Oceans are becoming increasingly important in terms of potential international trade opportunities through intermediaries and buyers. the behavior of the model supporting such a relationship in the ocean is acceptable from a regular and economic point of view. The relationship between land and sea is increasing in the role and importance of the "blue economy" as the term emerges in the background. . A literature review was conducted to analyze the correct definition of the blue economy. This definition is analyzed based on the minimum requirements that are important for the blue economy. This article also tries to compile various types of activities related to marine services. This is done to determine what can be considered priority areas for blue economic growth. The blue economy concept is based on national economic development. This is comprehensively useful for achieving overall national development. Environmental accounting is stated as a process of reducing negative values and creating positive values in environmental accountability.

This research is intended to find out (1) whether recording a film using a video camera and uploading it via Instagram story in the cinema constitutes a copyright violation. (2) what are the legal consequences of violations of film recording using a video camera in a cinema that is uploaded and distributed on social media Instagram stories? This research uses a type of normative legal research with a statutory approach, conceptual approach and case approach. The sources of legal materials used are primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. The primary legal materials in this research are legal materials of an authoritative nature such as statutory regulations, court decisions, and treatises, as well as official state documents. Meanwhile, secondary legal materials consist of books, scientific articles and other sources that are considered relevant to the research to be conducted. The results of the research show, firstly, that the act of recording film scenes by members of the public in a cinema, which in turn is uploaded to social media, cannot necessarily be classified as a criminal offence, on the grounds that the elements of this criminal act cannot be fulfilled. On the other hand, the community's intention to violate economic rights for commercial purposes must be fulfilled first to determine the action as a criminal offense. Second, legal protection by the government, in this case the Directorate General of Intellectual Property at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia for creators or rights holders, can be done in two ways: the first is by instilling a sense of awareness in the community, and the second is by creating a legal protection policy ( new legal protection policy) by revising the Law on Copyright.

Of course, all the changes and developments that occur in the educational curriculum cannot be separated from the results of several studies on how the implementation of this independent curriculum can overcome learning loss, the effects of the Covid pandemic plus the global challenges of change from era 4.0 to Society 5.0, which has the impact that today's generation needs. have the ability to think critically, creatively and innovatively. In the independent curriculum, it can be seen that the superiority of its characteristics is that the material is simpler and more in-depth and there is a significant reduction in material. The materials presented are limited to essential material. Reducing material provides an opportunity for students to explore the material more comprehensively. Next is more independence, which means that in an independent curriculum, students are given more freedom to choose the subjects they are interested in according to their interests, talents, potential and aspirations. Meanwhile, teachers can teach according to the stages of student achievement and development. So it is more relevant and interactive. Students are guided to be able to collaborate, work together to form groups to identify problems that are becoming issues to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students, namely faith and devotion to God Almighty and noble character, global diversity, mutual cooperation, independence, critical reasoning and creativity. The essence of this independent curriculum is independent learning. This aims to enable students to explore their respective interests, potential and talents.

This academic study explores the issue of identity uncertainty and mistaken identities in William Shakespeare's well-known farce, "The Comedy of Errors," critically. The story, which centers on two pairs of identical twins who were split up at birth, presents a number of humorous and confusing situations that are sparked by misidentification. The research explores the relevance of misidentification, the function of irony in these situations, and the interpersonal tensions and relationships among characters through the use of text analysis and a qualitative technique. This research, which is grounded on Erikson's psychological developmental model and incorporates dramatic aspects, demonstrates the enduring influence of Shakespeare's unique language style in illustrating the complex nature of mistaken identity.
