Utilization of new technologies in asphalt mixture production includes soaking technologies that can enhance mechanical properties of the mixture. This research aims to evaluate pavement vulnerability to water and the environmental quality impact due to waste from used rubber tires as an effort to strengthen pavements by substituting asphalt. The variables studied are variations of used rubber tire waste at 0%, 2%, 3%, and 4% replacing asphalt content in AC-BC mixtures. Testing was conducted using the Marshall method by soaking the mixtures in water for normal duration, 30 minutes, 24 hours, and 72 hours. The test results indicate that higher percentages of used rubber tire waste and longer soaking durations lead to a decrease in AC-BC mixture characteristics. The Marshall value of the AC-BC mixture with 2% used rubber tire waste was found to be superior compared to mixtures with 0%, 3%, and 4%. From the data analysis conducted, it can be concluded that water has a negative influence on the Marshall value reduction of mixtures containing used rubber tire waste, correlating with increased soaking duration.

Populist politics, are strategies, that due to its versatile nature has been implemented in different regions across countries with different characteristics. India, as a nation ruled by Hindu majority, saw the rise of Narendra modi, a politician commonly known for its strategies to appeal to the Hindutva India. A hardline Hindu majority striving to establish a puritan Hindu Indian nation. During his attempts to appeal into the Hindu majority, Narendra Modi commonly applied narratives that divide the majority and the Muslim minority, much to the loss of the minority Muslim community caused by constant antagonization and demonization commonly found within Modi’s political practices. The implication of such strategies however, are not limited to muslims within India, but also saw the implications of Indian governments attempts to appeal into the broader Hindu narrative seeping into Indian foreign policies and stances, most commonly affecting its closest Muslim neighbor, Pakistan. This paper then, aims to research the populist politics applied by Modi during his reigns in India, and how it affects the security of Pakistan utilizing a realist prespective.

, This research presents opinions on the theme of fraud in buying and selling based on an Islamic perspective and Indonesian positive law, with a focus on Article 493 of the Criminal Code (KUHP). In the Islamic context, honesty and fairness in buying and selling transactions are highly emphasized as an integral part of religious values. On the other hand, Article 493 of the Criminal Code regulates criminal acts of fraud in buying and selling transactions in Indonesia, providing a legal basis for handling cases of fraud in trading activities. A comparative analysis between Islamic views and Indonesian positive law towards fraud in buying and selling reveals similarities and differences in approach and implementation. The implications of these two perspectives are also discussed in the context of legal practice in society.
