Learning evaluation is a process or activity to determine values, criteria, or behavior in learning. Children with special needs require special assistance & supervision. This type of research is empirical research, namely research with field data as the main data source. This type of research obtains data using field research, namely by observation, the researcher makes on-site observations of the research object to be observed using the five senses. Research Results In inclusive learning, the teacher prepares an individual assessment book which contains a summary of all student learning outcomes and each student receives the same attention but is given according to their needs. There are adjustments in techniques/methods/strategies in carrying out learning outcomes assessments. For example, students with visual impairments when assessing learning outcomes need to use riglets, pens, tape recorders, Braille typewriters and loops. If there is an oral test, then for students with hearing impairments there needs to be facial direction and the use of speech reading or lip reading, and when the teacher speaks it must be clear and the mouth movements are slow so that the student can understand, or even when specifically using sign language.

This research reveals the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) at SD Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP with the aim of understanding the implementation of P5 in the school. The research method used is qualitative with data collection through observation and interviews. The results showed that P5 has been implemented since the beginning of the semester of 2023, with activities taking place every three months. Full participation of students and the role of educator mentors are seen in the implementation of P5. P5 is themed "Sustainable Lifestyle," where each subject has different P5 activities. For example, in Mathematics the emphasis is on numeracy skills, Indonesian focuses on communication skills and poetry, Civics emphasizes attitudes in accordance with Pancasila, while Islamic Religion directs the formation of noble morals. This research shows that the implementation of P5 has a positive impact, improving cooperation, collaboration, and enthusiasm for learning for students.

In article 1, paragraph (1) of Act No. 30 of 2004 on the Office of Notaries, notaries are public officials authorized to make authentic acts and other authorities as referred to in this Act. One of the notary's powers is to make authentic acts. The acts made by the notary, for example, the appointment of a limited company (PT), changes and public records of shareholders, founding of foundations, establishment of materials of other enterprises, authority to sell, lease agreement, sale agreements, declaration of inheritance rights, wills, establishing of CV including its modifications, recognition of debt, credit agreements and granting of liability, cooperation agreements, employment contracts, all forms of agreements not excluded to other officials, therefore the act relating to the agreement of absolute cooperation is authority by the Notary to make such an authentic act. This is what can be investigated about the notary's authority in authentication. This research uses the method of normative legal research, normative law research is an approach that is applied to discussing research issues through the statue approach, the analytical and conceptual approach and the comparative approach. (Comparative Approach). From the results of the research can be drawn the conclusion that a particular act is judged as a criminal act based on the result of a normative consideration of several judges decisions.

Internet of Things developers and researchers should pay attention to the importance of implementing appropriate programming algorithms in their systems because these algorithms enable IoT to optimize the use of resources such as bandwidth, memory, and energy. Teaching materials are one of the important things in teaching and learning activities. To design learning, it is necessary to consider what kind of teaching and learning materials are needed to achieve learning objectives and achieve the required abilities, and for this reason it is necessary to develop teaching materials. In developing teaching materials, we can refer to two things: the context in which education takes place and the form of learning activities that take place. Contextual considerations are made to determine the packaging format for learning materials. For example, whether students bond with each other. Regarding the format of learning activities, teachers need to consider whether traditional teaching, distance learning, or a combination of both. Five factors must be considered when developing learning materials: student characteristics, format of learning activities, context in which training takes place, learning strategies, and tools for assessing learning outcomes.

This research aims to explain and describe the Islamic education curriculum implementing local content curriculum in the learning of Malay Arabic Script at Muhammad Fahri Integrated MIS. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, data was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation carried out at Mahammad Fahri Integrated MIS. The results of the research show that the Islamic education curriculum implementing local content curriculum in Malay Arabic script subjects is taught from grade one to grade six, this learning is carried out in schools and continued at MDTA. The learning resources used are books owned by the teacher. Learning methods include introducing hijaiyah letters, writing letters, recognizing and writing words, as well as various Malay Arabic script exercises. The challenge experienced by the teacher in this lesson was the students' difficulty in writing letters and translating from Indonesian or Latin to Malay Arabic script. Efforts made by teachers to overcome these obstacles include repeating material, providing examples, and providing various exercises to hone students' skills.

Code switching and code mixing are various variations of language by a person or certain community groups, for example in schools, offices, housing and traditional markets. Traditional markets themselves can be said to be centers of interaction and transactions that allow speakers and speech partners to come from various regions with different backgrounds, statuses and mastery of languages. Differences in social backgrounds in speech communities in traditional market environments result in greater opportunities for the emergence of code-switching and code-mixing phenomena, and are interesting to study in more depth in terms of form, type and factors that influence the emergence of these phenomena.The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative to examine data by explaining or describing the data contained in the remarks. The phenomenon of code mixing is the use of two or more languages ​​in a speech. Code mixing can occur if a language speaker, when using Indonesian, then inserts regional language elements into Indonesian speech. In other words, someone who speaks using the main Indonesian language code has an autonomous function, while the regional language codes involved in the main code are just fragments without function or autonomy as a code. Meanwhile, the Code Switching Phenomenon is a speech event with a change in language use. or dialect.

The purpose of this article is to find out how methods are used in Islamic education.  The approach method in Islamic education, which is used to teach subject matter in order to achieve educational goals.  The methods discussed include the example method, story method, advice method, habituation method, and lecture method.  Apart from that, lecture, discussion and demonstration/experiment methods are also considered appropriate to practice in education.  Philosophical, induction-deduction, socio-cultural, functional and emotional approaches are also used in Islamic education.  Literature studies were used for this research. Journal articles, books and other relevant media are part of the literature used to collect and analyze data.  The literature review is the author's way of collecting data for this research.  Data analysis using a qualitative analysis technique approach was carried out through descriptive analysis.

There are five important variables to consider when evaluating an ecommerce website: interface, navigation, content, reliability, and technical. An interface is a type of application that connects users and facilitates financial and business transactions for the general public. The user interface provides ease of use for its users. One user interface that is currently popular in Indonesia is Go-Jek, an e-commerce application that makes it easier for users to purchase goods or services, whether transported or not. This research will discuss the impact of Go-Jek according to judicial review.

The social media that is most often used and very liked by Indonesians is Instagram. This research focuses on comments from Indonesian netizens on the Instagram account of a public figure named Fuji, which is currently trending in Indonesia because her vlogs and uploads attract a lot of attention from Indonesian netizens. This research aims to describe hate speech carried out by netizens posted in the comments column of Fuji's Instagram posts. The development of information and communication technology has encouraged the emergence of language crime cases, for example incitement, blasphemy, threats, spreading fake news (hoaxes), bribery, conspiracy, perjury, defamation including slander and insults. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach using literature review. The results of this research were to find and analyze 5 hate speeches in the comments column of Fuji's Instagram account posts. There are several tweets from netizens which are included in illocutionary speech acts containing hate speech towards the content creator named Fuji Utami Putri on social media.

Ease of accessing the internet and inclusive digital solutions are one of the drivers of accelerating digital transformation among society. Digital solutions in the form of applications have become one of the primary tools needed in the world of work and business. One example of the latest information system developments is in the world of mining in terms of workforce management. One of the companies that requires a workforce management information system is PT Lestari Berkat Sejahtera, because this company still uses a manual workforce management system. The author has a solution, namely by creating an employee data management application. The aim of making this application is to provide easy access for HRD staff, admins and employees to view information and manage existing human resource data.

Technological developments have had a huge impact on the banking system, one example of the impact of developments is increasingly modern payment systems such as mobile banking. Bank NTT is one of the banks that provides mobile banking services called B'pung mobile. This research aims to determine consumer preferences for mobile banking services at Bank NTT. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, by conducting structured interviews with informants and NTT bank customers. The research results show that consumer preferences for mobile banking services at NTT banks continue to experience positive developments in line with technological advances and changes in user behavior, ease of access, transaction security, feature and functional innovations are getting better. However, in its implementation there are several problems, namely a weak internet connection, no fingerprint feature and also a top up feature that is difficult to access.

The rapid development of science and technology has led to the emergence of various crimes that violate the law by utilizing technology, for example the Doni Salmanan binary option fraud case, which uses the quotex and flexing platforms on social media to influence the public so that they are interested in trading. This relates to forensic linguistics which analyzes the relationship between language and the field of law. This study aims to 1) understand the utterances used by Doni Salmanan to influence someone from a pragmatic perspective of speech acts, 2) understand the meaning of the language used by Doni Salmanan from a semantic perspective, 3) examine how the relationship between the language used by Doni Salmanan and violations in the world of law . The method used in this study is a qualitative method, data collection techniques in the form of documentary studies, and using a forensic linguistic approach from the pragmatic and semantic perspectives of speech acts. The results of this study concluded that Doni deliberately spread hoax news, flexing and charity with the aim of convincing and motivating members that his current wealth is the result of trading. From a pragmatic point of view, the speech delivered by Doni Salmanan contains illocutionary and perlocutionary meanings. Meanwhile, from a semantic point of view, it can be concluded that binary options trading does not have a definite profit and the teaching method may not be profitable because the activity is chancy. So that Doni violated Article 45A paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 28 paragraph (1) RI Law number 11 of 2008 concerning ITE as amended and added to RI Law number 19 of 2016 concerning ITE. Then article Article 378 of the Criminal Code concerning Fraud and Article 3 of the Republic of Indonesia Law number 8 of 2010 concerning the Crime of Money Laundering (TPPU)

White collar crime is increasingly prevalent in various corporate sectors and causes significant financial losses and damage to public trust. This type of crime includes embezzlement of funds, manipulation of financial statements, bribery, insider trading in the capital market, and theft of customer personal data. Although it occurs a lot, the prevention of white collar crime is still not optimal and the perpetrators are rarely prosecuted properly. This paper aims to analyze the various determinants that influence the occurrence of white collar crime in order to formulate policy recommendations and prevention strategies in the future. A systematic approach is used by applying the fraud triangle theory which focuses on the three main elements that cause fraud, namely pressure, opportunity and rationalization. The results of the study show that pressure to meet high performance targets and large bonuses often encourage individuals to commit fraud. Meanwhile, weak supervision and lack of transparency create opportunities for fraud. Perpetrators also often justify their actions, for example by assuming that they will not be caught or the value of the loss is small. The complexity of modern corporate operations also increases opportunities for white-collar crime. Effective prevention efforts must be comprehensive by involving various parties and strengthening a number of aspects as controls. The role of internal and external supervisors (auditors) of companies needs to be continuously improved, supported by modem fraud detection technology tools. Whistleblowing mechanisms need to be strengthened in every company and kept confidential to encourage early reporting of fraud indications.

The impact of social media on economic changes in society can be seen from various aspects. Social media has had a significant impact especially in consumer behavior, marketing and business interactions. Apart from that, social media also influences people's social and economic behavior patterns, such as adapting to new habits, communication patterns, and creating a digital entrepreneurial ecosystem. Social media also has positive impacts, such as making interaction easier, expanding reach, and obtaining information at lower costs. However, there are also negative impacts, such as decreased face-to-face interaction, potential for addiction, conflict, and privacy issues. The use of social media has also initiated changes in social and economic behavior, for example in the case of farmers switching to the agrotourism sector due to social media activities, as well as influencing the presence of agrotourism and collaboration with outside parties. Thus, it can be concluded that social media has a significant role in shaping social and economic change in society, both in positive and negative terms.

This research aims to address the environmental pollution issue caused by plastic waste in Bantan Timur Village, Medan Tembung Subdistrict, by transforming plastic waste into a valuable product, namely seat cushions. The problem of waste has become a global challenge, especially with the increasing population and activities. The rise in waste leads to negative impacts on the environment, such as disease outbreaks, floods, and a decline in aesthetic value. In this context, this article proposes a solution through the Research and Development (R&D) research method to produce seat cushions from plastic waste. Plastic waste is processed through steps of washing, drying, cutting, and packaging. The product is expected to raise awareness about proper waste management, reduce environmental pollution, and have a positive economic impact. Making seat cushions from plastic waste serves as a practical example of sustainable waste management, involving ecological and social aspects. The results are anticipated to inspire similar efforts in other regions, creating creative and sustainable solutions to address environmental pollution issues.

The research utilizes qualitative content analysis, concentrating on the portrayal of each husband in Evelyn's life and how she guides societal expectations. The findings reveal examples of resistance, self-awareness, and unconventional choices made by Evelyn Hugo in her goal of personal freedom and happiness..

The case of Rempang Island is an example of the many cases of violence perpetrated by repressive law enforcers against civilians in Indonesia, where violence is in direct contact with criminal values. So clear knowledge is needed regarding the impact of authority used improperly by law enforcement officials. This research uses a normative juridical research method with the problem approach used is a statutory approach, a concept analysis approach, and a case approach. The research results reveal that there are limitations for law enforcement officers in carrying out their duties assigned by the state, including preventive measures in providing supervision and security so that the human rights of civilians can still be protected.
