Entrepreneurial intention in a person can be formed by the external and internal environment. This study examines the attributes entrepreneurial intentionin students : role models, entrepreneurial attitude, subjective norms, and emotional competence. The purpose of this study is to determine a model of entrepreneurial intention among exact and non-exact college students. in Brebes and Tegal, Central Java. Respondents observed were exact and non-exact students at three tertiary institutions, namely Muhadi Setiabudi University (UMUS) Brebes, Polteknik Harapan Bersama (Poltek Harber) Tegal, and Pancasakti University (UPS) Tegal with a total of 301 students using a cluster random sampling. This research uses a quantitative analysis approach with data analysis techniques Structural Equation Model (SEM), a method to test the attributes that make up the entrepreneurial intention model. The results showed that the exact entrepreneurial intention of the student group was formed by the attributes of entrepreneurial attitude, and emotional competence. Meanwhile, the non-exact student group was formed by the attributes of role models and entrepreneurial attitudes. The implication of this research is that universities can form entrepreneurial characters among students through a conducive and dynamic curriculum and academic atmosphere.

The mindset as a Job Seeker and not as a Job Creature after completing college is a problem that must be solved by all parties, both the government, educational institutions, the business world, and the community. One of them is planning a business as an individual business career choice in the future after graduating from college. This study aims to map the intentions of students majoring in Islamic Economics at STAI Denpasar in entrepreneurship so that its development can be accepted in society. The population in this study were STAI Denpasar students. The research was conducted using qualitative techniques, with the purposive sampling method as a sampling method. The results of the research are STAI Denpasar students have negative intentions in starting a business. Negative means that there are still many students who think that it is very difficult to open their own business. To become successful entrepreneurs, intentions must also be supported by concrete actions, the real actions they take are sure to start a business, learn from entrepreneurs who have been successful and dare to start a business with existing limitations.

This study aims to analyze the dynamics of the rural economy in Sukajaya Village, a newly formed village from expansion. Through a qualitative approach, this study examines strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the agricultural, MSME, and social sectors in Sukajaya Village. It was found that Sukajaya Village has advantages in agriculture and culinary MSMEs but faces challenges such as a lack of government support and understanding of the digital economy. This research also reveals social problems, especially in education. Proposed solutions include improving digital infrastructure, entrepreneurship education, and social interventions for schooling. This research provides important insights into rural economic empowerment that can help Sukajaya Village face challenges and seize opportunities.

The human resource (HR) consolidation program in improving the welfare of the waste management community in Ciputat Market aims to improve the quality of life of waste managers through relevant training and education. Held during May 2021, this activity includes intensive training and counseling. Training includes waste management management, recycling techniques, and entrepreneurship, while counseling provides knowledge about the importance of environmental health and hygiene. Group discussions and field visits were also conducted to see best practices in waste management. The results of this activity show a significant increase in the skills and knowledge of waste managers, who are now able to apply recycling techniques more efficiently and utilize waste into products with selling value. Their awareness of the importance of maintaining environmental health and hygiene is also increasing, creating a cleaner and healthier market environment and increasing their income through the sale of recycled products. The implication of this activity is to improve the welfare of the waste management community in Ciputat Market. With the new skills they acquire, waste managers not only improve their own economic conditions but also contribute to the cleanliness and health of the market environment. This program shows that with the right training and education, waste managers can be effective agents of change in society.

Penelitian ini menyuguhkan tentang urgensi pesantren sebagai wadah pembentukan kaderisasi ummat. Pesantren sebagai tempat pijakan manusia didalamnya bukan hanya mengajarkan tentang dinamika ke Islaman namun juga mengajararkan santri untuk berenterpreneurship. Home industri hadir sebagai jawaban dari permasalahan insani dalam segi ekonomi berkelanjutan. Adanya home industri dalam diri pesantren mampu membentuk kader bangsa yang mampu berdaya saing dalam bidang usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan field research (penelitian lapangan) yang berlokasi di PP Nurul jadid wilayah Al-mawaddah. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis isi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa eksistensi pesantren mampu memberikan peluang besar terhadap diri para santri untuk dapat berbakat entrepreneur dengan usaha home industri bakery di wilayah Al-mawaddah. Sistem pemasaran yang dilakukan berbasis transaksi lokal dan non lokal. Dengan mematok harga  berkisar Rp 2000-Rp 5000 mampu meningkatkan omset terhadap devisa pesantren. Hadirnya usaha bakery bagi santri Al-mawaddah mampu menumbuhkan bekal usaha entrepreneur ketika terjun kedalam dunia masyarakat, sehingga pada saat itulah terbentuknya manifestasi insan yang berkarya.   This research presents the urgency of pesantren as a forum for the formation of ummah cadre. Pesantren as a place of human footing in it not only teaches about the dynamics of Islam but also teaches students to be engaged in entrepreneurship. Home industry is present as an answer to human problems in terms of a sustainable economy. The existence of a home industry in pesantren is able to form a cadre of the nation who are capable of competitiveness in the business sector. This study uses a field research approach (field research) located in PP Nurul Jadid Al-mawaddah region. Data analysis techniques using content analysis techniques. The data collection method uses interview and observation techniques. The results showed that the axistence of pesantren is able to provide great opportunities for students to be gifted entrepreneurs with a home bakery business in the Al-mawaddah region. The marketing system is based on local and non-local transaction. By fixing prices around Rp. 2,000-Rp. 5,000, can increase turnover for foreign exchange boarding schools. The presence of bakery business for Al-mawaddah santri is able to grow entrepreneurial stock when it plunges into the world of society, so that’s when the manifestation of the creation of human beings works.

Ngasinan Etan Village is one of the villages located in Gebang Village. The livelihood as a small businessman from this village is very possible because of the very strategic location close to the Gebang traditional market and the traditional Pucuk padar. The increase in tofu production in Gebang village has positive and negative impacts, the positive impact is that it has increasingly increased the MSMEs of Gebang village and can improve the welfare of the community. The negative impact is the amount of tofu waste that is released, causing unpleasant odors. The main problem asked by these entrepreneurs is the accumulation of dense waste that often affects the environment which causes air pollution as it is delicious. With the consideration of the community specifically tofu entrepreneurs, and with the thought of solutions based on existing theories and research results, the first priority that needs to be done is to improve the management of solid waste management in tofu. Improvements to the tofu mill's solid waste management methods, by providing an understanding of how to manage tofu's basic waste into food products. Utilization of tofu waste can be done by drying and made with a variety of processed products that can be consumed by the community, for example, processed into tempe gembus, beef food, fish feed sources, nata de soya production, tofu waste as organic fertilizer, tofu waste, tofu waste to poultry feed and tofu pulp into processed crackers.Tofu, Gebang, Masaran, Sragen waste

This study aims to determine the effect of Entrepreneurial Mindset, Adversity Question and Entrepreneurship Education on student entrepreneurial interest in the city of Tangerang. Entrepreneurship education is intended as a learning process to change students' attitudes and mindsets on entrepreneurial career choices. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, Research respondents used were students from universities in the city of Tangerang. This research is included in quantitative research. The data source in this sztudy is primary data. The data is used by distributing questionnaires directly. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with the help of LISREL software. Research Results show that entrepreneurial mindset influences entrepreneurial interest with a correlation value of 0.63, which means that entrepreneurial mindset has a positive direction towards entrepreneurial interest. , adversity quotient influences entrepreneurial interest with a correlation value of 0.58, which means adversity quotient has a positive directional effect on entrepreneurial interest. entrepreneurship education has an effect on entrepreneurial interest with a correlation value of 0.66 which means that entrepreneurship education has a positive influence on entrepreneurial interest.

This extension activity was conducted for Karang Taruna Desa Papahan, Kec. Tasikmadu, Kab. Karanganyar. The outcomes of this activity are: cheap participants' knowledge of the concept of entrepreneurship so that they have the right knowledge; benefit participants' insights on how to start a business and choose the right type of business; benefit participants' insights about possible business failures and ways to enter and resolve business failures.This activity is carried out with the following stages: Selection of participants to the community service, namely the board and members of Karang Taruna; Submission of lecture materials, with a view to fostering an entrepreneurial spirit; Implementation of evaluation Evaluation is done by: before counseling conducted a question-answer to know each participant's initial knowledge about entrepreneurship special techniques or how to start a business. After the counseling finished the question and answer again about the same material. By comparing the results of answers that have been done, it will be known whether there is an increase in knowledge about the entrepreneurship and scope.Keywords: Counseling, entrepreneurship, management

New cases of Diabetes Mellitus (DM) in Bali Province from 2011 to 2013 were increased. Based on the report of Integrated Disease Surveillance or Surveilan Terpadu Penyakit (STP) from Puskesmas it is known that DM was ranked 3 out of the 10 highest diseases in health centers throughout the City of Denpasar. The purpose of this screening is to find out the prevalence of DM in Pemecutan Kaja Village, North Denpasar in 2015. Methods: Screening was carried out on 189 subjects aged ?15 in Pemecutan Kaja Village, North Denpasar on January 6 and 7, 2015. Screening was carried out by checking blood sugar levels while using Nesco Multicheck. The collected data is processed and presented descriptively about thecharacteristics of the sample and the proportion of DM based on the results of the examination. Results: The results showed that 6.4% of respondents suffering DM. Most of the subjects were women (58.3%). In this screening, there are 50% in the age group ?51 years, and most are only elementary school graduates (30%). Based on the type of work, most of the subjects are entrepreneurs/traders (50%). Based on the interview, there was none history of DM in the family. Conclusion: The proportion of DM in Pemecutan Kaja Village is 6.4% through examination of blood sugar levels while using Nesco Multi Check. The positive results of DM in this screening should be carried out further examination to confirm the diagnosis so that appropriate treatment can be carried out.

Freight of goods and passengers in Indonesia With the availability of goods and transportation needed by transportation, there are many entrepreneurs or transportation service companies in the three transportation routes. PT. Pandu Logistik is a company engaged in the transportation of goods which is a legal entity in the Commercial Postal Service as stipulated in article 18 paragraph (1) of Law Number 38 of 2009 concerning Postal. During the process of shipping goods sometimes it does not need to be done with problems, for example regarding expenditures, both originating from nature, human actions or from the nature of the goods themselves. In answering this law, the approach method is carried out using the sociological juridical method with descriptive analytical specifications and the analysis is done qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that the standard agreement in the transportation agreement determined by the carrier according to the position of the parties is not balanced and there is no freedom of transfer to determine the contents of the agreement. Factors that cause ownership change, damage or loss of goods in PT. Pandu Logistics is 2 factors, the first factor which is a factor of PT. Pandu Logistik itself and the second is external factors such as circumstances and accidents that cannot be done in the transportation of goods. The responsibility of PT. Pandu Logistics Semarang for lost or damaged goods that is by way of compensation of 10 times the shipping fee or a maximum of Rp. 1,000,000 (one million rupiah), except if PT. Pandu Logistik Semarang can prove right and wrong that PT. Pandu Logistik Semarang, apart from the negligence and mistakes of the sender of the goods or because there is something about the cargo that does not reach the recipient of the goods, this is what frees PT. Pandu Logistik from Semarang sent by the goods sender. Target audience this community service activities is SME Birdcage in Village of Banyuanyar sub-district of Banjarsari town of Surakarta. Extension methods include lectures, discussions, question and answer. Activity plan extension done 2 times, the first meeting of a talk foster entrepreneurial soul, second meeting: improving the skills of the production. The outer of this activity are: 1) the SME has the spirit of entrepreneurship. 2) SME have the skills to make bird cage. This study sought to determine how students perceive entrepreneurshipas a career and whether they would want to pursue a careerinentrepreneurship upon completion of school. The study bore in mind thatfactors have the potential to influence the students’perception ofentrepreneurship and thus contribute in determining theirentrepreneurialintentions. As such learning Business Studies andhaving parentsin selfemployment was viewed as having prior exposure toentrepreneurship. Datafor this study was obtained by use of a questionnaireadministered torandomly selected students from STIE Totalwin Semarang. They were 85respondents whocomprised of both male and female students. The researchrevealed that majority of students had a positiveperception ofentrepreneurship as a career option. It was alsoobserved that students whohad parentsin self employment were highlymotivated to go intoentrepreneurship so as to continue in family business.

Entrepreneurship education was introduced into the schoolscurriculum with the aim of providing knowledge directed towardsdeveloping the students skills, and competences that will equip them to beinnovative, and to identify, create, and successfully manage business. Thisstudy is on the attitude of students towards entrepreneurial education inSTIE Totalwin Semarang. Questionnaire were the instrument used andsensus sampling technique was adopted. It was found out that, majorityof the respondents believes entrepreneurial education is a good policy andit has come to stay. Most student from the university are not keen andcommitted to entrepreneurship education because they seeentrepreneurship as menial and risky, and their ambition is to seek forsenior white-color job with certainty of income.
