The digestive system is a system that breaks down complex components into simpler ones so that they are easily absorbed by the body's cells. The structure of the digestive organs of each animal varies depending on the level of cell organization and the type of food the animal eats. The aim of this article is to examine the digestive system in invertebrate and vertebrate animals. This article was created using the literature review method. Based on the results of a review of literature on the digestive system of invertebrate animals, at the lowest phylum level, the digestive organs are in the form of gastrovascular cavities formed in protozoa, porifera and coelenterates, at the higher level, namely platyhelminthes, nemathelminthes, annelids, molluscs, arthropods and echinoderms, the digestive organs are recognizable. Vertebrate animals such as fish, amphibians, reptiles, birds and mammals have a more complex digestive system. The vertebrate digestive system consists of the mouth, esophagus, stomach (gestin), small intestine (intestinum tenue), large intestine (intestinum crassum), and anus.

Ca mammae refers to a breach in breast tissue, originating from both the epithelium of the ductus and the lobe, spreading through lymphatic vessels to other organs in the body and potentially resulting in metastases? Swelling of the breasts signals this process, causing pain that, if not addressed, could result in complications and discomfort. Deep breathing techniques and hand massage can alleviate the pain. The criteria of the patients with ca mammae are mild to moderate pain, and those with emergency conditions, shortness of breath, olive oil allergies, and injuries to hands and infusions. This quantitative quasi-experiment with a one-group pretest-posttest design used purposive sampling techniques on a sample of 45 people. This study uses a numerical assessment scale (NRS). The researchers analyze the data using the Wilcoxson test. The results showed a p-value of 0.000 for the majority of adults aged 46–65 (48.9%), PS education (44.4%), unemployment (82.2%), stage (62.2%), and treatment (53.3%). This study finds the effect on the ca mammae patient. When using more pure oils, additional research recommendations should be considered.

Teledentistry faces several challenges, including limited internet access and inadequate infrastructure in remote areas, concerns about the confidentiality of electronic medical records, and incomplete regulations regarding teledentistry in the current law. The problems raised in this research are the obstacles faced by teledentistry practitioners in Indonesia, including factors that hinder their ability to manage medical risks and legal protection for teledentistry practitioners who face medical risks such as drug allergies. Legal protection for dentists in the field of teledentistry when facing medical risks, such as allergies to electronically prescribed medications. Dentists must obtain legal guarantees and certainty in providing health services to their patients. The conclusion of this study is that in teledentistry consultation services, medical risks such as drug allergies, which are unpredictable reactions of the patient's body, cannot be predicted. Medical risk is not a form of medical malpractice. Because, in medical risks, one of the elements in articles 338 and 359 of the Criminal Code cannot be fulfilled, namely the element of negligence.

Mood or mood is an important part of a person's psychological well-being. Several studies show that physical exercise can positively influence mood. One of the factors that influences an athlete's mental and emotional readiness is mood. Mood Profile for Weightlifting athletes is an important factor that needs to be analyzed. This research aimed to determine the relationship between athletes' moods and the success rate of snatches in weightlifting athletes at PABSI Jatim Surabaya before PORPROV 2025. This qualitative research used mixed methods. Mixed methods is a research approach that combines or associates qualitative and quantitative forms. A research method that uses qualitative data and is described descriptively. The Total Sample Method is a sampling method with the number of samples equal to the population. The sample was taken using total sampling because the population was less than 100 and the entire population was used as the research sample (Masturoh & Anggita, 2018). The sample that can be used is the population sample taken from Provincial Weightlifting athletes (aged 13 - 23 years) totaling 8 people and is only limited so that they can be used as one training group by filling in a mood profile questionnaire and recording the snatch technique. Of the 8 respondents who took the snatch test, all appeared confident. However, when holding and doing the snatch, there is a feeling of doubt and anxiety about whether or not you can accept the weight of the snatch if it is already above. However, after doing the snatch test, he also felt happy by releasing endorphins in his body. The results of the before and after research show that the "Medium" category with the highest percentage is the anger indicator (AMR) of 71.43% and 42.86%, and the confused mood indicator (SSB) of 53.57% and 71%. Indicators with moderate percentages include full energy indicators (PNT) of 85.71% and 75%, self-assessment (PDR) of 80.36% and 80%, and depression (DPS) of 44.64% and 63%. The percentage of fatigue indicators (KLH) was 53.57% and 42.85% and tension indicators (KTG) were 57.14% and 50%. The conclusion of the research on the analysis of the relationship between athlete's mood and the success rate of snatches in weightlifting athletes at PABSI East Java, Surabaya is in the "Medium" condition. Negative mood conditions in the "Medium" category such as fatigue, anger, tension, confusion, and depression indicate that athletes are not feeling stressed mentally and physically. Meanwhile, positive mood conditions in the "Medium" category make athletes have a good mood, such as being full of energy and self-confidence. This is possible because the training portion is good and the conditions leading to PORPROV 2025 are still quite long. So there are still many athletes who experience good mood conditions so the presence of this athlete's mood also supports the athlete's successful performance both during training and during competitions.

Serum uric acid (SUA) is the end product of purine metabolism in humans. When the body makes too much uric acid and the kidneys don't get rid of it quickly enough, this is called hyperuricemia. This leads to gouty arthritis because monosodium urate crystals build up in the joints. Normal SUA levels are 3.5–7.0 mg/dL in men and 2.6–6.0 mg/dL in women, influenced by diet, genetics, kidney function and medications. The prevalence of hyperuricemia is increasing globally, both in developed and developing countries. Although often asymptomatic, elevated SUA can cause tissue damage and increase the risk of hypertension, dyslipidemia, obesity, metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and chronic kidney disease (CKD). This activity uses the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action) method for early detection of hyperuricemia in the elderly at Hana Nursing Home, South Tangerang. Blood test results revealed hyperuricemia in 16 people (26.23%). Routine SUA screening helps identify individuals at risk and allows for preventive measures such as dietary changes and regular exercise.

Stunting is a nutritional problem caused by insufficient nutritional intake for a long time. The condition of failure to thrive in children under five is a result of chronic malnutrition so that the child is too short for his age. Indonesia is among the highest in stunting cases with a prevalence of 37.2% compared to other neighboring countries. Indonesia targets the stunting rate to fall to 14% in 2024, while the stunting rate in 2021 will reach 24%. The impact of stunting is an increase in morbidity and mortality rates in children, growth in body posture or height that is not optimal compared to the child's age, disruption of motor development, increasing the incidence of degenerative diseases, less than optimal learning performance so that children's cognitive and productivity are affected and that furthermore is the increase in Health costs. The Kupang City Government, in an effort to reduce the prevalence rate of stunting below 10% in 2024, is carrying out convergence work or cross-sectoral collaboration within the scope of Pentahelix (Government, PT, Private, Community and Mass Media). The foster parent program is a form of care and effort made by involving all sectors in accelerating the prevention and handling of stunting in toddlers. The sub-districts that are used as places for community service activities are Penfui and Oesapa Selatan Subdistricts, Kupang City. The foster parent program aims to help families who really need health care for children suffering from stunting and malnutrition, and this is based on a sense of care and responsibility. The Kupang Ministry of Health Polytechnic, as one of the implementations of health transformation, supports the government's program in strengthening primary health services, especially stunting, and is expected to be involved and become a team in accelerating the prevention and handling of stunting in Kupang City. The method for implementing this community activity is the Peekaboo Psychoeducational method, namely the Kiss, Hug and Give Feed method as well as providing nutritious food to children aged 6-24 months for 90 days. The results of this community service are the achievement of measurement data on children's body weight, improvements in nutritional value/body weight of children suffering from stunting and increased knowledge of the psychoeducational parenting style of the Peekaboo method to increase parents' knowledge about stunting.

Obesity, characterised by excessive or abnormal fat accumulation, poses significant health risks. The prevalence of obesity in Indonesia's adult population increased from 14.8% in 2013 to 21.8% in 2018, with central obesity rising from 26.6% to 31%. Contributing factors include genetics, lifestyle, psychological stress, and socioeconomic status. Although the Body Mass Index (BMI) is a standard measurement for assessing obesity, BMI does not accurately reflect the composition or distribution of body fat. Therefore, additional anthropometric measurements such as waist and hip circumference are essential. This activity uses the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action) methodology to screen for obesity in adults at Kalam Kudus Middle School, West Jakarta. Of the 129 participants, 26 people (20.16%) were overweight and 35 people (27.14%) were obese. Waist circumference indicated central obesity in 61 women (47.29%) and 19 men (14.73%). Hip circumference showed that 9 men and women (6.98%) had a high risk of metabolic disease. Anthropometric measurements provide important insights into obesity and its health implications, emphasising the need for regular screening and lifestyle modification.

Cancer is a non-communicable disease characterized by the presence of abnormal cells/tissues that are malignant, grow quickly and uncontrollably and can spread to other places in the patient's body. Cancer cells are malignant and can invade and damage the function of the tissue. Digestive cancer, also called gastrointestinal cancer, attacks the organs of the digestive system. Digestive cancer also includes gastrointestinal cancer, liver cancer, stomach cancer, colorectal cancer, and pancreatic cancer. Risk factors for digestive cancers are varied because many different organs can be affected. Some factors that contribute to cancer throughout the digestive system include age, heavy drinking (alcohol), smoking, and diabetes sufferers. This type of liver cancer is cancer that grows in liver cells. Liver cancer is a type of cancer that ranks second as the cancer that causes the most deaths in the world. Gastric cancer is a group of malignant diseases that have multifactorial causes, namely genetic, lifestyle and environmental factors. The symptoms caused by stomach cancer are initially not as typical as the symptoms of general digestive complaints. The diagnosis of colorectal cancer can be carried out in stages, including through an appropriate history, physical examination, and supporting examinations in the form of laboratory examinations, both from clinical laboratories and anatomical pathology laboratories. The etiology of colorectal cancer is currently still unknown. Symptoms of colorectal cancer are varied and non-specific. The main complaints of patients with colorectal cancer relate to the size and location of the tumor. Tumors in the right colon, where the contents of the colon are fluid, tend to remain hidden until they are very advanced.

Measurement of human body weight is an important process in various contexts, such as medical staffing administration, military recruitment, and individual health assessment, as body weight is a key parameter for determining one's body condition. Weight information is traditionally obtained using manual scales, which have been used for many years. However, manual weight measurement is quite time-consuming, especially when done for many people and repeatedly, such as in military recruitment or medical administration. A new approach using digital image technology offers improvements in this process. Therefore, this research aims to calculate human body weight based on digital photos using the Body Surface Area (BSA) method. The use of the BSA method in digital image-based weight measurement involves calculating the body surface area to estimate body mass. This method combines parameters such as height and body circumference taken from the photo image to calculate BSA. Furthermore, an investigation into calculation analysis and accuracy enhancement is conducted. The calculated weight results from the photos are then compared with the scale results to determine their accuracy. Based on the calculation results, an approximate value of 93.3% accuracy is obtained with an average conversion factor of 0.978 at a distance of 300 cm between the camera and the object.

Talking about the second coming of the Lord Jesus (eschatology) is one of the foundations of the Christian faith, so this needs to be known, taught and believed by every person of God. However, because there are many interpretations regarding the second coming of the Lord Jesus, correct and appropriate study is needed according to God's word.  Lack of understanding regarding the second coming of the Lord Jesus can lead to distorted interpretations that even contradict the truth of God's word itself. There are quite a few errors in the interpretation of the second coming of the Lord Jesus. On the contrary, it causes anxiety, fear, doubt, confusion, and even misdirection. This means that it is very important for us to know more about eschatology, to provide a better and correct understanding in waiting for the second coming of the Lord Jesus. At that time, if we have understood it in a paradigm shift that previously had a frightening perspective, but on the contrary, we are waiting for it with full confidence, a higher level of faith in God and even waiting for it with joy, because He is the one who picks up His people, He is the one who all this time in the world we worship, and also only to Him can we immortalize ourselves completely. Death is human nature and the end of human existence in life. Death is indeed the end of human existence, but humans as physical and spiritual creatures are not completely eliminated by death. The soul/spirit as the spiritual element of humans does not disappear along with the body. The soul is the identity of each human person who reveals the history of his life to God. The human soul will later become a means for God in the process of resurrecting humans. Death is not only something that ends human existence in life, but is also a time when humans perfect/complete the history of their life freely. A life history that shows identity, character, personality, and all the stories that have been experienced that show who he is authentically and finally, without being able to change again. The term human being as both a physical and spiritual creature indicates the unity of the two substances or elements that make up a human being, namely body and soul. This unity, apart from showing the integrity and equality of God's creations, also shows the specialness of humans from other creations. The unity between body and soul as the element that makes humans exist is able to explain the event of the resurrection of the dead which is believed by Christians.

A cerebral abscess is an infection of brain tissue enveloped by a capsule and localized to one or more areas within the brain. The source of infection of a cerebral abscess is usually from an infection of another body part that spreads through the tissue directly or through blood vessels. About 75% of cerebral abscesses originate from the spread of otitis, mastoiditis, frontal sinusitis or skull fracture. Most brain abscesses originate from direct spread of infection in the middle ear, sinusitis, or mastoiditis. Sinusitis can be paranasal sinusitis, ethmoidal, sphenoidal and maxillary sinusitis. Diagnosis requires a computed tomography scan (CT-Scan). Laboratory examination is also necessary to determine the cause of the patient's clinical symptoms. Appropriate use of antibiotics is aimed at keeping the patient alive in the hope that the cerebral abscess will improve. Conservative measures, and control of ICP increase. The method used is using a case study. This case study discusses Mr. Mr. O 33 years old with a cerebral abscess with a precipitating factor of unresolved dental infection by conducting a history, physical examination, and supporting and performing management and education that may be applied to patients in the future.
