This study aims to analyze participants’ understanding and compliance with sharia principles in the sharia insurance claim process in Indonesia. Sharia insurance, which is based on the principle of mutual assistance and tabarru’ contract, is expected to provide protection in accordance with Islamic law. However, challenges arise in its operational practices, especially in the claim process. This study uses a qualitative approach by interviewing sharia insurance participants to explore their level of understanding of sharia principles, claim procedures, and challenges faced during the claim process. The results of the study indicate that participants’ understanding of sharia principles is still limited, which has an impact on their lack of clarity in undergoing the claim procedure. Some of the main challenges identified include administrative constraints, long claim processing times, and unclear claim procedures. Lack of understanding of sharia principles also worsens the smoothness of claims. Based on these findings, this study suggests the importance of increasing sharia literacy through training, seminars, and educational materials that are easy for participants to understand. In addition, simplification of claim procedures is needed to increase transparency and ensure that the claim process is in accordance with sharia principles. The implication of this study is the importance of improvements in the education system and operations of sharia insurance to improve participant understanding and compliance, as well as strengthen trust in the sharia insurance industry in Indonesia.

Stunting is a form of malnutrition characterized by height-for-age indicators. The height-for-age (H/A) indicator reflects chronic nutritional issues resulting from prolonged adverse conditions. The aim of this study is to identify the factors influencing the incidence of stunting in children aged 12–59 months in the working area of the Lobu Health Center, Banggai Regency. This research employs a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional study design. The population in this study consists of mothers with stunted children. A total of 85 respondents were selected as the sample using a total sampling technique. The independent variables in this study are maternal education level, family income, and feeding practices. The dependent variable is stunting. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires, and children's height was measured with a microtoise and converted into standard z-scores. The results indicate a significant effect of feeding practices on the incidence of stunting in children aged 12-59 months (p=0.002; r=0.326). Improved feeding practices are associated with a reduction in stunting rates in the working area of the Lobu Health Center, Banggai Regency, emphasizing the need to enhance feeding practices. This study aims to analyze factors that influence fraud disclosure . Fraud, or fraudulent acts, have become a significant problem in various sectors in Indonesia, especially with the dominance of corruption cases. This widespread corruption has a negative impact on the country's economy and public trust in institutions. Previous studies have shown that forensic audits, with an analytical approach to financial evidence, and investigative audits, which focus on thorough investigation procedures, significantly contribute to fraud disclosure. The professionalism of auditor judgment plays a role in ensuring that audit decisions are based on accurate analysis, while auditor independence is important to maintain integrity and objectivity in carrying out audits. In addition, internal control helps prevent and detect fraud early on. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach sourced from trusted journals and scientific publications. The results of the study show that the integration of these factors can increase the effectiveness of fraud disclosure. These findings also emphasize the importance of implementing modern technology, such as big data analytics and artificial intelligence, to strengthen the audit system. The conclusion of this study suggests the importance of a combination of various audit elements to support better organizational oversight. The results of this study indicate that forensic audits, investigative audits, professional judgment, auditor independence, and internal control have a positive effect on fraud disclosure.

The historical foundation of guidance and counselling (BK) in Indonesia plays an important role in shaping the practice of BK services in various educational institutions, including at SMK Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach using interview, observation, and documentation methods aimed at examining the historical foundation and implementation of guidance and counselling (BK) services at SMK Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya, with resource person Mr Abdurrahman, one of the BK teachers. Currently, there are seven counselling teachers handling ±2,600 students with a ratio of 1:150. Each counselling teacher is responsible for one area, including mechanical, automotive, building, electrical, electrical, computer and broadcasting engineering. Observations showed that the school's counselling services include basic, responsive and specialisation services. The main challenges include the lack of counselling teachers, low understanding of the duties of counselling teachers by others, and complex student problems such as smoking. The counselling approach emphasises gradual reduction of negative behaviours and increasing students' trust in the counselling teacher through the principle of credit. The findings indicate the importance of increasing the number of counselling teachers to optimally meet students‘ needs and the need to educate school authorities about the duties and functions of counselling and provide a comprehensive overview of the strategic role of counselling in supporting students’ readiness to face academic and non-academic challenges.

In the era of globalization that is full of challenges, the ability to think critically is becoming increasingly relevant. This research aims to examine how the integration of the trilogy of soul aspects (rasa, cipta, and karsa) in the learning process can foster critical thinking character in the younger generation. Through literature review and case studies, this research will identify learning strategies that are effective in stimulating students' critical thinking skills, as well as analyze their influence on overall character development. The results of the research are expected to contribute to the development of a more holistic curriculum and teaching practices, so as to produce a young generation that is not only intellectually intelligent, but also has a strong and competitive character. The formation of critical thinking character does not only involve the teaching and learning process in the classroom, but also needs to be balanced with real experiences outside the academic environment. Through a holistic approach, it is hoped that the younger generation will be able to develop critical thinking skills that are not only useful in the context of education, but also in everyday life. Education based on this trilogy of aspects of the soul will provide a strong foundation for young people to face global challenges and contribute positively to society. This trilogy includes intellectual understanding, emotional and values development, and practical skills that support each other. By integrating these three aspects, education will not only shape individuals who are intellectually intelligent, but also have social awareness and adaptability in a changing society. Character education has become a central issue in education today. This research proposes that integrating the trilogy of aspects of the soul can be an effective approach in building critical thinking character in the younger generation. By stimulating the trilogy aspects in a balanced manner, it is expected that they will be able to develop critical thinking skills that are not only logic-based, but also based on moral values and empathy. This research will test this hypothesis through experiments or case studies at an educational institution.
