Family becomes the smallest social unit in a society. The socialization process was first carried outin the family. Educate children to get to know children and how to treat children according to theirneeds and development. By recognizing and understanding their children, parents as educators inthe family will be able to increase their potential as optimally as possible, especially in formingpositive behaviors. Behavior is any form of action taken or planned. While positive behavior is anaction that is in accordance with the character, culture, norms and noble values in the community.In order for children to grow and develop optimally, the family or parents need to increase theirrole. Along with the times and the assimilation of culture in the era of globalization of positivebehavior in children such as manners, tolerance, caring for others and respect for others isincreasingly lost. The effort that can be taken to develop positive behavior of children in the familyenvironment is through a behavioral approach.The target of service is the Beneficiary Family(KPM) of the Hope Family Program in Wonosegoro District. The purpose of this communityservice activity is to provide training methods in enhancing family roles to foster positive behaviorthrough a behavioral approach. The method used in this community service is the behaviorismapproach in increasing family roles to form positive behavior. In this behavior approach usesseveral techniques, namely modeling techniques, reinforcement techniques and Asertive trainingtechniques. The implementation of community service carried out with seminars and trainingthrough lectures, discussions and brainstorming, questions and answers, and direct practice. Theimplementation of the behavioral approach training as an effort to improve the family's role informing positive behavior was Carried out in four meetings. This research was conducted to find out the understanding of the Meratus Dayak Catholics in the Parish of Ave Maria Tanjung on the Relevance of the Rite of Aruh for the Eucharistic Ceremony in the Catholic Church at Ave Maria Tanjung Parish. Through this study, it is hoped that Meratus Dayak people preserve the local culture that has been handed down and purify it based on Catholic Church teachings and deepen their faith with cultural adjustment in the thanksgiving of the Catholic Church. The method used in this research is qualitative method using phenomenology approach. Data obtained by interview, observation and documentation. The research steps include, conversation with informant, informant profile, theme determination, implication, synthesis, prospect or possibility that will happen.

The purpose of this thesis is to depart from the problems faced by Catholic adolescents, relating to the number of teenagers not active in activities in the Church, and falling into promiscuity. Departing from this issue, the need for the role of Catholic Religious Education to transfer the values of Faith to Catholic youth. Thesis entitled "Catholic Religion Education as a Media of Faith Communication for Youth in Saint Francis Benagin" aims to provide correct understanding to Catholic youth about the importance of Catholic Religion Education as a medium to translate Catholic Faith values so that Catholic youth can become adolescents with integrity , productive, competitive, innovative and has a good spirituality life. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Data obtained by observation, interviews and documentation. Research steps include, conversations with informants, informant profiles, reflection, synthesis, prospects or possibilities that will occur.

This study aims to determine the participation of parents in increasing children's motivation to attend Catholicism at SDN 1 Lebo, knowing parents' understanding of participation, forms of parental participation, and inhibiting and supporting factors of parental participation. Through this scientific work, parents are expected to be more able to participate in motivating children, determine the efforts that will be made and find  out implications or benefits from parental participation in increasing children's  motivation to attend  Catholic religion in SDN 1 Lebo. This study uses qualitative research. The data obtained through interviews with informants and documentation. The research location is at SDN 1Lebo, the parish  of  St  Petrus  and  PaulusAmpah.As  for  the  research  steps   include determining the theme, guide the interview with the informants, reflection, implications and synthesis.

Homosexuals or currently better known as LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender) is a phenomenon that has graced the media lately. Starting from the prosecution for legalizing same-sex marriage, the pros and cons of its existence, prostitution of minors for gays to prosecution by certain groups to criminalize homosexuals. Although homosexuals have existed for a long time, it is not yet known for certain the cause of this same-sex liking. Including the debate whether homosexuality is classified as a nuisance, risk or grace (normal). Homosexuality is a feeling of being attracted to the same sex (Stuart, 2013). Homosexuality does not occur between men and men (gay) or women and women. Another understanding according to Behrman, et al (2012) states that homosexuality is a physical and romantic force of the same sex. Currently, the phenomenon of homosexuality is better known as the term LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender). This phenomenon has existed since ancient times, but nowadays homosexual behavior has begun to tend to be carried out openly. This is different from ancient times where homosexual behavior was carried out in secret (Budiarty, 2011).

This article is a form of publication of community service that has been carried out on Tuesday, February 6, 2018,at RW XXII Bibis Luhur Kel. Nusukan Kec. Banjarsari Surakarta Central Java. This community service is entitled "training of sticks from herbal and pioneering industry as a home industry" which aims to provide understanding and skill through counseling, training, and application of herbal balsam in the form of sticks, and utilization in health by empowering natural resources optimally, produce new products, besides can be made for self-use, sticks balm is a product that is very much needed by the community, so it is possible to develop its production in the scale of home industry to improve the economy of the community.

Therefore, an appeal against a decision cannot be appealed, however, the fact is that there are prosecutors who appealed against the verdict as contained in the appeal deed number: 60 / Appeal / deed.Pid / 2006 / PN. As for the problems in this research are: (1) How can the decision to be released from lawsuits in terms of Law No. 31/1999 jo. Law no. 20 of 2001 (case study No. 942 / Pid.B / 2005 / PN.Smg)? (2) Whether the decision is free from legal charges based on case No. 942 / Pid. B / 2005 / PN.Smg Jo. Cassation Decision No.898 K / Pid.Sus / 2008 can legal remedies be made? The type of research used in this research is the type of normative legal research on certain legal events. The application can be realized through concrete actions and legal documents, the results of the application will create an understanding of the realization of the implementation of the normative legal provisions that have been studied properly or not. Based on the results of research and discussion is a decision based on case No. 942 / Pid. b / 2005 / PN.Smg which uses Law No. 31/1999 jo. UU no. 20 of 2001 as a basis for conviction, in the judicial process it turned out that the elements of the articles charged by the Public Prosecutor were proven proven, but because the actions of Defendant I and Defendant II were carried out at the orders of their superiors, based on article 51 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code, so that the actions of Defendant I and Defendant II cannot be held accountable by Defendant I and Defendant II because it is an act to carry out a position order given by his superior, namely the Mayor of Semarang and was decided to be released from the lawsuit. Against the decision to release based on the District Court Decision No. 942 / Pid. B / 2005 / PN.Smg Jo. This research is motivated by the problem of lack of understanding and attention export drivers in carrying out work in the factory area because of the facilities used still using conventional methods, so that export drivers experience difficulty in understanding work processes in terms of stuffing and resulting procedures losses in terms of time, energy and financial. The way to overcome this in this study is the use of use outreach media as a tool for export officers who display 2D images and interesting explanations as well as music, using the Demonstration delivery method so that export drivers get better performance and easily understand the material delivered by the export officer. This research uses the Research and Development product development method (RnD), using 6 out of 10 stages of research namely potential and problems, gathering data, product design, design validation, design improvements and product trials. The results of this study are to produce aids for export officers by using Adobe Flash CS3 software with validity values ​​from media experts 3.0 where it is declared feasible, the validity value of the material expert is 3.3 where stated very feasible, and increase the understanding of export drivers from 65% to start upto 87.50%

This research uses the concept of mediainteractive Talking Stick method by adding interaction and bringing interesting featuresas well as a system for better and more varied enjoyment through prominent figureshas a good character and at the same time has a history of using puppet media.From the results of the analysis, the concept of the media chosen as interactive media is character recognitionPandawa puppets in the form of a cartoon Manga (Japanese style cartoon) so it becomesmore attractive without reducing the value of local kerifan contained therein. The strength of the mediathis is modifying wayang recognition products through digital services on a system-based basiscomputers that respond to user actions, besides that the product has other advantages, namely the teachercan change or replace evaluation questions. The results are from student questionnaire data beforeusing learning media that is in the average category 41% - 60% includedin a fairly low category, while from the data the value of students after using the mediain the category 81% - 100% included in the very high category.

Abstrak Penyelenggaraan pendidikan agama sudah sewajarnya didasari pada pemenuhan hak peserta didik untuk mendapatkan pendidikan agama sesuai agamanya masing-masing. Pemenuhan hak peserta didik dalam mendapatkan pendidikan agama mengalami sejarah panjang dalam potret pendidikan agama di Indonesia. Memahami urgensi penyelenggaraan pendidikan menjadi hal utama dalam rangka memenuhi hak peserta didik untuk memperoleh pendidikan agama. Dengan merumuskan aksesibilitas pendidikan agama diharapkan pemenuhan hak peserta didik dalam mendapatkan pendidikan agama sesuai agamanya dapat dilaksanakan sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Ketersediaan pendidik, penyelenggaraan pendidikan agama serta pemenuhan sarana dan prasarana merupakan indikator kunci dalam memastikan aksesibilitas pendidikan agama telah terpenuhi.   Abstrack The implementation of religious education is naturally based on fulfilling the rights of students to get religious education according to their respective religions. Fulfillment of the rights of students in getting religious education experiences a long history in the portrait of religious education in Indonesia. Understanding the urgency of organizing education is the main thing in order to fulfill the rights of students to obtain religious education. By formulating the accessibility of religious education, it is expected that the fulfillment of the rights of students to obtain religious education in accordance with their religion can be carried out in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The availability of educators, the organization of religious education and the fulfillment of facilities and infrastructure are key indicators in ensuring the accessibility of religious education has been met.

There are several reasons why weather forecasts are important. It forewarns the people about future weather conditions so that people can plan their activities accordingly. It warns people about the impending severe weather conditions and other weather hazards such as thunderstorms, hurricanes, and heavy rainfalls. Thus far, accurate weather predictions have been able to save the lives of many. At its core, Twitter is a real-time public broadcast channel. These characteristics make Twitter a natural platform for public safety communication and early-warning systems.  Furthermore, Twitter became an essential source for up-to-date meteorological data and agency announcements. OpenWeatherMap processes all data in a way that it attempts to provide accurate online weather forecast data and weather maps, such as those for clouds and preciptations Besides, we will use Phyton programming language to get real-time weather data from OpenWeatherMap and post the information to our social media Twitter. Finally, OAuth and Tweepy are a very powerful library that enables the Python code to communicate with Twitter. Tweets about the weather could prove useful to anybody wanting to use it.  

The title of this devotion is "Tutoring to overcome learning difficulties" the guidance of learning is part of the guidance and counseling that has the purpose of guiding the child in order to achieve optimum learning achievement (according to his ability), especially for children who have learning difficulties or those whose value is ugly even though the IQ is not low. Parents and teachers are expected to be mentors for children who like it. However, not all parents and teachers can become mentors to children who are having difficulty learning it well. They need to know what they can do to overcome / guide the child in order to perform optimally. To overcome this it is necessary to have additional knowledge and understanding of learning guidance. The target audience in this devotion program is Non-Productive Society of teachers and parents of kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Surakarta. They need to be given additional knowledge because the kindergarten teacher Lakshmi 7 does not have S1 background but Lakshmi 7 kindergarten teacher only from SMK, so the knowledge about guidance and counseling that should be given to the child is not found in school and not understood at all. so also with the parents of students who only average background of high school graduates they also understand the Guidance and Counseling that should be given also for Children. So that both at school and home children do not get guidance as it should be. While the method used in this devotion is Lecture / counseling and discussion and training. In this case, counseling is deemed best suited to increase their knowledge and understanding of counseling and guidance for children. As the evaluation is used questionnaires and discussions to explore their implementation in the field after counseling. The results of this dedication of parents and teachers to understand the importance of tutoring for children overcome learning difficulties. While the results of training as a guide in learning obtained 77.8% (21 Parents and teachers) can carry out its role as a mentor learning for children. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the devotion of learning guidance to overcome learning difficulties in parents and teachers Kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Turisari Surakarta successful. Similarly, the Street Sellers affiliated with Klewer Market Yard Sellers Association (Paguyuban Pedagang Pelataran Pasar Klewer, thereafter called P4K) have been arranged on the fourth floor of new Klewer Market building, consisting of more than 900 sellers. All yard sellers should know environment orderliness organized by management and should comply with it. Utilization of a mobile device with the Android operating system that is used as a supporting medium and supplement in improving learning outcomes combined with demonstration and discovery learning or demon-disco learning methods is needed to help students improve learning outcomes in vocational competence subjects in hydroponic crop cultivation in vocational high schools Kristen Terang Bangsa, because the use of android-based applications can provide new experiences regarding the use of information and communication technology, as well as provide opportunities for students to be able to learn more independently. The concept chosen as a learning media is to explain the material about understanding, introduction of parts, types, and quiz containing questions about hydroponic plant cultivation. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 stages research that is the potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement, product trials. The results of this study are to produce learning media in the form of Android-based applications. The validity value of media experts is 2.6 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of material experts is 3.6 which is declared feasible, and is able to increase the average value in the subject of vocational competence in hydroponic cultivation in Christian Terang Bangsa Vocational Schools which initially 67 (with 13 students who had not yet reached KKM) to 80 (with 4 students who had not yet reached KKM).

This study aims to design learning media that can increase enthusiasm, motivation and understanding of students towards Javanese script material, as well as media that can be used by teachers in learning Javanese language learning activities by reading Javanese characters and their partners. The method used by researchers is the R&D (Research and Development) method while the method used in the development of instructional media is the waterfall method. The material presented in the Javanese script learning media are (1) Introduction of Javanese script, (2) Sandhangan, (3) Couples, (4) Swara script, (5) Wilangan. In making learning media researchers used Adobe Flash CS6 software, CorelDraw X5, Adobe Photoshop CS6 and Adobe audition CS6, with the final product being an interactive CD (Compact Disk). Validation test from material experts and media experts got the criteria of "good" - "very good", while the results of the final product trial evaluation with 52 students stated "agreeing" - "strongly agreeing" with the use of Javanese script learning media. thus the Javanese alphabet learning media on elementary students of Muhammadiyah Weleri was declared feasible to be used in learning activities to read and understand Javanese script.

Multimedia-based learning media is a method of learning that can interact with its users besides having animated explanations of material. The problem at SMK Wisudha Karya Kudus about learning mechanical engineering drawings using AutoCAD is the difficulty of understanding the tools in the AutoCAD application, it becomes unattractive and difficult to understand the material in the teaching and learning process. The purpose of this research is to create an interactive learning media for machine engineering drawings using AutoCAD semesters I and II as media to assist student learning processes, providing alternative learning media to help teachers choose the right learning model for students. This type of research method uses the R&D method, the methods used include descriptive, evaluative and experimental methods. Descriptive method is used to collect data about existing conditions, evaluative methods are used to evaluate the trial process of developing a product and the experimental method is used to test the efficacy of the product produced. The results of this study are application programs, applications that have been designed can be used as an alternative to solving problems in SMK Wisudha Karya Kudus. By using electronic media in learning media, the benefits of creating alternative solutions from existing problems, namely in the form of Machine Engineering Image Learning Application, are able to provide complete video tutorials according to the basic competencies that the authors take from the source of mechanical engineering drawing books.

The arrangement and management of Street Sellers (thereafter called PKL) in Surakarta City referring to Surakarta City Local Government’s Regulation Number 3 of 2008 about the Arrangement and Management of Street Sellers in Surakarta City is conducted, among others, by arranging and managing Street Sellers in Sunday Market Manahan Surakarta conducting activity every Sunday morning. Surakarta City government has devised to close street sellers of Sunday Market Manahan Surakarta in 2016. Solo Mayor, F.X. Hadi Rudyatmo devised to sterilize Manahan Stadion area from Sunday Market sellers’ activity. Pasar Tumpah (spilled market) generated in Sunday Market Manahan location will be relocated to other location. The policy is still processed currently by Surakarta City Government. City government wants to recover the original function of Manahan Stadium for sport activity purpose. So far, the existence of sellers utilizing road or sidewalk in Manahan Stadium area disrupts the people’s to do exercise. In addition, the pile of rubbish resulting from Sunday Market activity is so high. The cleaning service officers of Cleanliness and Gardening Service (DKP) working are often overloaded when cleaning the rubbish pile resulting from Sunday Market. This one-day trading activity takes three days to clean its rubbish. Through Youth and Sport Service (Dispora), in this case Surakarta City’s Local Technical Service Unit of Sport Infrastructure, Solo City Government released Joint Decree approved by Dispora, Trade Service of Surakarta City and Street Seller Association of Sunday Market Area. In the presence of Community Service activity, several benefits can be achieved: Successfully giving understanding to the street sellers of Sunday Market about Environment Orderliness in trading location, in Manahan Stadium area of Surakarta; successfully encouraging the street sellers to encourage the City Government’s program to recover the original function of Manahan Stadium for sport activity purpose for Solo City people, so that they no longer use road and sidewalk in Manahan Stadium area; successfully giving an understanding on the importance of maintaining the cleanliness of Sunday Market area, by obliging the sellers to clean rubbish after their activity has been completed; and successfully giving understanding on the importance of maintaining plant as the park (garden) in Sunday Market area. This community service aims to (1) provide understanding in the preparation of learning tools that are integrated with environmental education, (2) socialize innovative programs as an effort to realize the school’s cares and cultured environment, and (3) inculcate the attitude of environmental concern and scientific attitude to students of elementary school. The place of the community service is done in SDN Prawit I No. 69 Surakarta. Methods of implementation of community service include: (1) the approach method undertaken from the survey, licensing and motivation stages for the teacher to be trained (2) the method of program implementation, including the preliminary stage, the socialization and audience stage, the implementation stage and the final evaluation stage. The expected output targets is the teacher who attended this training is able to arrange learning tools and able to realize the program to the school’s cares and cultured environment. The resulting output is educational environment-oriented learning tools, Green Club's extracurricular design, implementation program in realizing a caring and cultured school environment, and publication of community service articles in scientific journals. Based on the dedication that has been done, the teachers feel interested and start designing environmentally oriented learning tools, schools have implemented clean and healthy life behaviour, and start running programs to adiwiyata school.Keywords: Environmental Concern Attitude, Scientific Attitude, School’s Care and Cultured Environment.

The Community Harmony Activities entitled "Hydroponic Solutions in Narrow Lands" were held at the Ngubo Ammuktiwa Farmer Group of Kestalan Sub-District of Banjarsari Surakarta with the aim of increasing the understanding of how to solve the problems that occur in densely populated urban areas where the land is very narrow. Such conditions need to be a third-party assistance to provide a little touch of technology with the hope that the narrow land is able to provide power and maximum utilization that is with the cultivation of plants hydroponically. While the specific target to be achieved is if Activities Devotion To community is implemented then it is expected that the community will have skills in the field of hydroponics, especially vegetable hydroponics. To achieve these targets, the method of implementation is by lecturing and discussion followed by direct practice which is always monitored and evaluated periodically for 8 months. This study aims to design learning media that can increase enthusiasm, motivation, and understanding of students, and can facilitate teachers in learning Javanese subjects with material listening to the Werkudara puppet story. The method used in research is R&D (Research and Development) while the method used in the development of instructional media is the waterfall method. The story developed is a story with the title (1) Butcher Bilawa, (2) Bima Bungkus, and (3) Bima Suci. To produce a learning media researchers use a design processing program including; Adobe Photoshop CC, Adobe After Effects CS6, Adobe Audition CS6, Pinnacle Studio 16, Adobe Flash CS6 with the final product in the form of an interactive CD. The results of the assessment by media experts and material experts, get the criteria value "quite good" - "very good" and tend to approach the criteria of "very good", while the results of the final product trial evaluation by students shows that all students totaling 23 children "agree" - "strongly agree" and approach the "strongly agree" category with the use of developed learning media. Thus the learning media for puppet story animation was declared feasible to facilitate learning activities in Javanese subjects to listen to the Werkudara puppet story in fifth grade students of Kutosari 02 State Elementary School.
