Profesionalisme guru adalah seorang yang bertugas untuk menyampaikan ilmu pengetahuan, kecakapan kepada peserta didik yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan seluruh aspek pribadi. Masalah yang dihadapi di MI Bina Ihsan Mulia Badung Bali yakni kompetensi profesional yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang guru itu terhambat karena adanya kesenjangan antara teori dan praktik. Hal ini yang mendasari dilakukannya penelitian di MI Bina Ihsan Mulia Badung Bali yang memiliki siswa yang prestasi belajarnya cukup baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Peranan profesionalisme guru di MI Bina Ihsan Mulia Badung Bali Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020, dan faktor dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di MI Bina Ihsan Mulia Badung Bali Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tiga teknik pengumpulan data yaitu: observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Peranan profesionalisme guru di MI Bina Ihsan Mulia Badung Bali telah terlaksana dengan baik. Walaupun ada faktor yang tidak dijalankan dengan profesional. Faktor dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran ada 2 faktor yaitu pendukung dan penghambat. Faktor pendukungnya adalah faktor internal guru, kurikulum, dan kepala sekolah. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah latar belakang pendidikan guru dan ekonomi. ABSTRACTTeacher professionalism is a person whose duty is to convey knowledge, skills to students who aim to develop all personal aspects. The problem faced at MI Bina Ihsan Mulia Badung Bali is that the professional competency that must be possessed by a teacher is hampered because of the gap between theory and practice. This is the basis for conducting research at MI Bina Ihsan Mulia Badung Bali which has students whose learning achievement is quite good. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of professionalism of teachers in MI Bina Ihsan Mulia Badung Bali Academic Year 2019/2020, and factors in improving the quality of learning at MI Bina Ihsan Mulia Badung Bali Academic Year 2019/2020. This type of research is descriptive qualitative approach with three data collection techniques, namely: observation, documentation, and interviews. The results of this study are the role of teacher professionalism at MI Bina Ihsan Mulia Badung Bali has been well implemented. Although there are factors that are not carried out professionally. There are 2 factors in improving the quality of learning, namely supporting and inhibiting. Supporting factors are internal factors of teachers, curriculum, and school principals. While the inhibiting factors are the educational background of teachers and economics.

Virtual teachers are devices or agents with the function of replacing the role of humans (teachers) with their teaching skills. The virtual teacher also has a function as task facilitator and is presented during training, especially when the teacher is actually not present. The virtual teacher's objectivity is carried out by explaining the subject matter in a virtual environment, for example, virtual independent learning. In the western world, virtual schools are quite widely applied, especially to students who are homeschooling. In a virtual school, all materials, assignments and grades are accessed via the internet. The virtual teacher concept refers to a device that provides guidance and practice. Teachers who are equipped with interactive agent functions that can provide direction and feedback in order to improve student abilities. By utilizing natural language processing (NLP) and pattern matching to help students learn alone without being accompanied by a teacher. NLP is used as a learning tool as outlined in the text of the sentence as part of the learning material which is done virtually. Meanwhile, pattern matching is used to group the questions asked so that the computer can gain an understanding of the questions posed by students. This grouping aims to solve problems with different word order which basically have different meanings. The teacher has the facility to make material, make questions, and answer student questions. A teacher can add knowledge about the database to enrich the source of knowledge for students.

Technological developments encourage changes in the way decisions are made. In terms of stopping the application of urea fertilizer, farmers still rely on BWD observations. In this study, using the RnD method by directly observing the research location in the farmer group Gapoktan, in the village of Tosari, Kendan district and analyzing the problem then making a prototype which will be tested by experts. In this study, a tool was made using NodeMCU with TCS3200 sensor to detect color, which was then sent via the internet to the database using IoT technology. In this study, using several trials with different parameters of urea fertilizer use and the results of the TCS3200 sensor can detect colors according to what is on the BWD and send data to the database via the internet. In this system, farmers can recommend the use of suitable urea fertilizers outside a certain area so as to minimize errors in the observation on BWD, this will make the use of urea fertilizer to be the right dose.  

This research, in general, aims to improve the learning outcomes of class X MIPA 4 students of MAN 1 Grobogan in the 2018/2019 academic year by implementing multimedia learning. And specifically it aims to make students able to achieve the learning objectives by producing a minimum KKM score of 70 and at least 80% of the total students are able to reach this minimum limit. The research method used in this research is the Classroom Action Research Method or better known as the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method. The PTK method is a process of assessing learning problems in the classroom through self-reflection in an effort to solve these problems by taking planned actions in real situations and analyzing any effects of these treatments. The results of research conducted on class X MIPA 4 MAN 1 Grobogan, the application of multimedia presentation learning media on the basic laws of chemistry and stoichiometry with the concept of enjoyful learning can improve student learning outcomes. Koperasi perlu menerapkan akuntabilitas secara tertib dan berkelanjutan berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip koperasi dan pembukuan yang baik agar mendapat kepercayaan dari Anggota. Akuntabilitas meliputi aspek: organisasi dan manajemen, usaha dan pelayanan kepada anggota, dan keuangan. Kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan yang dilakukan Tim Pengabdian Universitas Slamet Riyadi bertujuan untuk membekali Anggota dan Pengelola Koperasi Maju Utama. Jumlah peserta 18 orang dilaksanakan pada Sabtu, 5 Oktober 2019 bertempat di Komplek Masjid H. Inoe, Potrojayan RT 02 RW 06 Serengan, Surakarta. Acara yang berlangsung mulai jam 19.30 – 21.30 WIB, dibuka oleh Ketua Pengurus, acara sosialisasi dengan metode pembelajaran berupa ceramah, diskusi, studi kasus atau Problem Based Learning. Peserta diberi soal pre test dan post test sebagai bahan evaluasi. Hasil pretest dan posttest menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan nilai (skor) dari rata-rata 4,22 menjadi 8,06 sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa dari yang sebelumnya kurang paham menjadi paham perkoperasian. Peserta cukup antusias, hal ini terlihat dari jumlah peserta yang merespon penjelasan narasumber ada sebanyak 5 orang. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of the rural economy in Sukajaya Village, a newly formed village from expansion. Through a qualitative approach, this study examines strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the agricultural, MSME, and social sectors in Sukajaya Village. It was found that Sukajaya Village has advantages in agriculture and culinary MSMEs but faces challenges such as a lack of government support and understanding of the digital economy. This research also reveals social problems, especially in education. Proposed solutions include improving digital infrastructure, entrepreneurship education, and social interventions for schooling. This research provides important insights into rural economic empowerment that can help Sukajaya Village face challenges and seize opportunities.

Tingkat kesibukan yang tinggi dan problematika kehidupan sehari-hari membuat wanita menjadi merasa tertekan yang berujung menjadi stress. Keadaan yang seperti itu yang membuat mereka perlu melakukan kegiatan yang dapat membuat santai, segar dan siap untuk kembali melakukan kegiatan sehari-hari. Hal yang umumnya dilakukan antara lain beristirahat, berolahraga, mencari hiburan seperti berkumpul dengan teman-teman terdekat, dan melakukan perawatan diri, sehingga hasil akhirnya mereka menjadi prima, cantik, dan bugar serta siap kembali pada kesibukan aktifitasnya sehari-hari. Perancangan Pusat Kecantikan dan Kebugaran Wanita di Semarang yang dapat mewadahi kebutuhan sebagai gaya hidup wanita zaman modern menyediakan pelayanan berupa perawatan tubuh, kecantikan dan kebugaran untuk mendapatkan kesehatan yang menyeluruh bagi tubuh, pikiran, dan jiwa dengan memperhatikan tingkat privasi yang tinggi. Konsep arsitektur yang dipergunakan Perancangan Pusat Kecantikan dan Kebugaran Wanita adalah bangunan yang direncanakan menggunakan konsep arsitektur modern dengan menampilkan bentuk bangunan yang sederhana sesuai dengan fungsi bangunan Pusat Kecantikan dan Kebugaran Wanita. Pengaplikasiannya dilakukan secara zoning, denah, sirkulasi, maupun fasad. Diharapkan rancangan ini berguna dan memberikan inspirasi bagi pembaca.

The World Health Organization (WHO) recommendation that mothers breastfeed for a minimum of 6 months has not been achieved, this is because the psychological condition of mothers after giving birth often experiences disturbances, which will affect breast milk production. This problem can occur due to the transition period to becoming a parent, the anxiety felt during post partum can be one of the factors influencing breast milk production. The aim of this service is to This service activity is carried out with the aim of providing information about psychological adaptation in breastfeeding mothers and how to carry out this psychological adaptation to achieve optimization of the role as a mother at the Jongaya Community Health Center. The number of participants in this service activity was 15 people which was held on July 28 2023 at the Jongaya Community Health Center using the lecture and question and answer method as well as the sharing method. The results of this activity show changes in behavior in the form of successful adaptation, especially in psychological changes during breastfeeding.

This expert system was built using supporting software including, Macromedia Dreamweaver MX, PHP script language, MySQL database and WAMP server. The expert system for diagnosing damage to Yamaha NMAX motorcycles using the forward chaining method can be used as a new mechanical learning media in diagnosing damage to NMAX motorcycles and as a means of chief mechanics transferring their knowledge.

Wood is an important element determining the quality of a product on furniture. The lack of knowledge of the furniture industry in this industry causes problems to choose a decision in determining the wood material to produce quality and quality furniture products. Development of a decision support system using the Analytichal Hierarchy Process method uses wood quality feasibility parameters consisting of five criteria, namely Physical Physical Properties, Mechanical Mechanical Properties of Wood, Wood Grade, Wood Age and Wood Substance from several samples. The results of this study were to produce a decision from the data to determine a decision, a decision support system for the purchase of wood materials for a furniture industry company using the Analytichal Hierarchy Process method. After testing, it can be concluded that the decision obtained is appropriate for use by staff and superiors and is ready to be implemented. 

The transformation of objects in computer graphics is very closely related to the factor of scale and rotation. Both are often a challenge in the introduction of objects through numerical features in digital images. Feature processing techniques that can overcome these problems such as Distance - Angle signature that is invariant to the scale and rotation factor. From the results of experiments conducted on 5 types of geometric shape images which amounted to 15 data with scale and rotation factors obtained the results that the Angle Signature can be applied well on all data. Inequality in the signature plot images obtained is due to the lighting conditions and background objects that are not uniform, which occurs in the image of a circle for all three types.

The advancement of information technology especially in computerized systems is snowballing. It is also backed by a range of demands from industry/ companies that want to abandon the conventional way of conducting business operations to the use of information technology. MÈMORE is a company engaged in the decoration and crafts industry. The company is now using a computerized system in the form of Microsoft Excel software to monitor the company's income and expense and the company often maintains a separate report in a special book. However, this causes problems for these businesses as there is no more efficient method for data processing or for handling the income and expense. In order to solve the problems of the company, a computerized system of financial management is required that will be tailored to the problems and needs of the owner of the business in order to support the company's growth with reliable, managed, and safe financial data. The system can also differentiate its use between the owner and the employee. It is useful for ensuring the confidentiality and protection of company revenue and expenditure data. 

This paper determines by simulation the temperature profiles of a thick carbon fiber/epoxy laminate during its cure process. The one-dimensional model of heat transfer is solved by using a finite difference numerical scheme. In the process, the same physical and thermal properties of materials used by ZhanSheng et al. are employed. The temperature is calculated through a judicious formulation and application of the Alternating Group Explicit (AGE) iterative method developed by Evans and Sahimi. A fourthorder Runge Kutta method is applied for the cure. The AGE scheme proves to be a viable iterative method with respect to stability, efficiency and rate of convergence.

Penelitian ini menyuguhkan tentang urgensi pesantren sebagai wadah pembentukan kaderisasi ummat. Pesantren sebagai tempat pijakan manusia didalamnya bukan hanya mengajarkan tentang dinamika ke Islaman namun juga mengajararkan santri untuk berenterpreneurship. Home industri hadir sebagai jawaban dari permasalahan insani dalam segi ekonomi berkelanjutan. Adanya home industri dalam diri pesantren mampu membentuk kader bangsa yang mampu berdaya saing dalam bidang usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan field research (penelitian lapangan) yang berlokasi di PP Nurul jadid wilayah Al-mawaddah. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis isi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa eksistensi pesantren mampu memberikan peluang besar terhadap diri para santri untuk dapat berbakat entrepreneur dengan usaha home industri bakery di wilayah Al-mawaddah. Sistem pemasaran yang dilakukan berbasis transaksi lokal dan non lokal. Dengan mematok harga  berkisar Rp 2000-Rp 5000 mampu meningkatkan omset terhadap devisa pesantren. Hadirnya usaha bakery bagi santri Al-mawaddah mampu menumbuhkan bekal usaha entrepreneur ketika terjun kedalam dunia masyarakat, sehingga pada saat itulah terbentuknya manifestasi insan yang berkarya.   This research presents the urgency of pesantren as a forum for the formation of ummah cadre. Pesantren as a place of human footing in it not only teaches about the dynamics of Islam but also teaches students to be engaged in entrepreneurship. Home industry is present as an answer to human problems in terms of a sustainable economy. The existence of a home industry in pesantren is able to form a cadre of the nation who are capable of competitiveness in the business sector. This study uses a field research approach (field research) located in PP Nurul Jadid Al-mawaddah region. Data analysis techniques using content analysis techniques. The results showed that the axistence of pesantren is able to provide great opportunities for students to be gifted entrepreneurs with a home bakery business in the Al-mawaddah region.
