Illegal fishing still occurs in Indonesian waters, although various efforts have been made to deal with it. This illegal activity is not only a problem for Indonesia, but also a cross-country problem because the actors and activities are cross-country, and because of that, the handling of this problem must be carried out cross-country, especially through bilateral cooperation. This study aims to determine the Indonesian Government's Efforts to Handle Illegal Fishing on the Border of Indonesia and the Philippines. The lack of a defense and security system in Indonesian waters has led to the emergence of threats such as illegal exploitation and exploration of fishery products that are not reported and are not in accordance with predetermined rules carried out by foreign parties. This act of fishing activity is commonly referred to as Illegal. This research uses a descriptive-analytic research method. With data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that cooperation between Indonesia and the Philippines can run well if the Philippines itself is quick in responding to ideas and agreements that have been mutually agreed upon, the slow response from the Philippines itself makes the second agreement slow to process, therefore the strategy that can be carried out by Indonesia in encouraging a quick response from the Philippines itself is by discussing every collaboration that is ongoing or has expired intensively and continuously. Bilateral talks can accelerate cooperation between the two countries in a better and more advanced direction.

This research is aimed at obtaining empirical data regarding the subject teacher's perspective on the guidance and counseling teacher's professional profile in relation to the guidance of counseling ethics. The data collection was carried out by reviewing the literature using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) through the PRISMA rules systematically. The conclusions of this study indicate that the perspective of subject teachers (subjects) regarding the profile of the counseling teacher profession from the affective and cognitive aspects has a positive response of 70%, and the conative aspect has a positive response of 66%. Judging from the BK ethical principles, the BK teacher has complied with several of them: respecting students' decisions, notifying the boundaries of the relationship between himself and students, not discriminatory, not imposing values, not divulging students' secrets, and not establishing a double relationship. However, this does not rule out the fact that there are still many guidance and counseling teachers in the field who violate the guidance and counseling code of ethics, such as not having a professional license recognized by ABKIN, not having a graduate of the Counselor Professional Education or guidance and counseling bachelor degree, and not having the insight and compatible skills in the field of guidance and counseling.

The JKN Program is an effort to equalize the quality of health services for all Indonesians, with a wide range of health services and affordable contributions. The JKN program has many benefits, but there are still many participants who do not comply with the JKN program rules, for example, do not pay contributions on time. This study aims to determine the factors that can influence public compliance with the JKN program in each region of Indonesia. The method in this study uses a literature review design by collecting research sources in the form of valid articles. After several article sources have been collected, the researcher reviews the published article sources to produce a new analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the factors that influence the compliance of JKN participants in paying contributions are the level of knowledge, income level, and perceptions of health risks that are owned by each member of the community. The use of first-level health facilities can also affect participant compliance in seeking health services and social, economic, and cultural presence are also a number of external factors in JKN participant compliance.

The changing era has made awareness of democracy and constitutionalism growing rapidly. With these amendments or changes, it is hoped that the 1945 Constitution can become the basic rules of the constitutional system under the conditions of a growing Indonesian state. The constitutional system is defined as the arrangement of elements in the organizational structure of the state that are interrelated. The vast territory of Indonesia requires that the central government hand over some of its authority to local governments. Regional governments specifically have functions, duties, and authorities in managing their own government affairs in their regions. In accordance with their roles and duties, local governments must also be able to handle various cases or problems that could occur unexpectedly, such as an outbreak or corona virus that suddenly attacked the country of Indonesia and resulted in a decrease in people's living standards, especially in the economic, social and law which is also included in the constitutional composition of the Indonesian government. Thus, the central and regional governments in this case have important roles that are interrelated in dealing with problems that occur in Indonesia. This is carried out using the principle of autonomy which is the basic rule of the government in exercising authority in its area. And by using the principle of decentralization, the central government can evenly distribute welfare, quality of life, and progress in infrastructure development in every region in Indonesia.

This research uses three (three) different approach models, namely statutory approach, case method, and conceptual approach. The constitution contains a number of concepts and standards, as well as provisions that defend and uphold human rights, according to das soll. However, the rules outlined in das sollen do not correspond to reality. Surprisingly, the authorities often ignore backwardness, poverty, and even oppression. Two main objectives that are interesting to be researched by the author in this regard are: to find out the interpretation of the Constitutional Court at stipulation column 28J clause (2) 1945 Composition concerning limitation about human rights and under what circumstances limitation about human rights may be declared unconstitutional by a Constitutional Court.

In order to ensure the strength and existence of political parties in parliament, political parties have authority over their cadres who become people's representatives. One of the authorities of political parties over people's representatives is the Time Shift (PAW), which is used by political parties against members of the People's Legislative Assembly who come from political parties. As a result, political parties have the authority to dismiss political cadres who are found to have violated party rules or the constitution. Semarang University (USM) is a private university in Semarang that has the most 2 students in Central Java. Based on the 2019 USM tracer data showing horizontal alignment, namely how close the relationship between the field of study and alumni work is, it appears that there is still a discrepancy in the ability of graduates with stakeholders.  The Apriori algorithm is the best-known algorithm for finding high-frequency patterns  Rules that state associations between attributes are often called affinity analysis or market basket analysis. The use of the Apriori Algorithm in data mining calculations using data from the Semarang University tracer that the limit of the minimum support is 50% and the minimum confidence is 100% so that it forms 4 rules. From the four rules produced that modeling using the Apriori Algorithm can produce several rule formations so that it can provide an evaluation to the University for compiling steps, this can be seen because the resulting rules are different because each graduate relationship with the desired desires and different styles.

The implementation of public order for street vendors (PKL) is still a problem, due to the lack of handling carried out by the local government, causing the community to deliberately violate the trading place. The background of this research is to find out the obstacles in carrying out the duties of the civil service police unit in the Karimun sub-district in controlling street vendors. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative descriptive approach with data sources in observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory used in this study is the theory of the four main elements of performance evaluation measurement according to Mahsum (2013: 26) namely (1) the goals and objectives carried out by SATPOL PP have been carried out in accordance with established regional regulations even though there are several street vendors in the Puan market Maimun who has not optimally understood the regulations from SATPOL PP. (2) the performance measurement of SATPOL PP as public control can be said to be quite effective even though not as a whole in socializing the ban on selling on public roads. (3) in measuring the level of achievement of SATPOL PP targets, it can be said that the level of achievement is in the category of success in providing solutions related to selling on the roadside, it's just that there is a lack of strategy in spatial planning. (4) in evaluating the performance of SATPOL PP it has been optimal but there is still a lack of routine supervision and maximum sanctions, this is due to the lack of firm attitude and commitment from officers who violate the rules so that the handling of street vendors is not optimal. The conclusion of this study is that the Karimun Regency SATPOL PP has carried out public control of street vendors at the Puan Maimun market in accordance with regional regulation No. 1 of 2019 concerning public order. suggestions that SATPOL PP should provide regular outreach regarding the orderly regulations for street vendors, supervise officers who are undisciplined, give directions evenly and stipulate strict sanctions against street vendors who violate the rules.
