The rapidly growing use of technology has also influenced almost all aspects of life, including the world of work. Technology has made work easier, increased productivity, and opened up new opportunities for companies to develop faster. Information and communication technology has now become an important factor in changing the way companies operate. Companies that are successful in facing technological changes and can utilize them effectively will have a competitive advantage in the market. Therefore, Human Resource Management (HRM) has experienced many changes since the start of the digital era. The digital era has had a significant impact on the way companies recruit, train and motivate their employees. In the digital era, companies not only need to understand technology, but also need to understand how technology can help in their human resource management.

In the current era of very tight business competition, companies are required to improve their financial performance. To be able to assess the company's financial performance, all interested parties need to know the company's financial condition as seen from the company's financial reports. To assess the company's financial performance, it can be shown through the financial reports presented by the company management. The importance of the liquidity ratio for financial performance is because liquidity has a fairly close relationship with the company's ability to earn profits (profitability), namely liquidity shows the level of availability of working capital needed for operational activities. Having sufficient working capital makes it possible for the company to operate optimally and not experience difficulties due to the financial crisis. However, excessive working capital actually shows that there are unproductive funds and gives the impression that the company is releasing them to make a profit. Ideally, the company's working capital should be available in sufficient quantities to finance the company's various activities, which means there is no shortage of capital and no idle resources. In this way, the company's ability to improve its financial performance on its assets is maximized, and the current ratio is one of the components of the liquidity ratio used in this research.

This article discusses empowering the Pasir Emas Village Community in the fields of health and digital literacy. The aim of this activity is to provide valuable learning experiences to students through direct involvement in society to discover, formulate, study and recognize the potential of society and find solutions to problems rationally by fostering motivation to utilize their own potential and the second aim is to provide opportunities for students. to develop thinking based on science. This KKN activity will start with debriefing, carrying out activities, preparing reports and evaluating. KKN starts on July 10 2023 to August 18 2023 in Pasir Emas Village, Kuantan Singingi Regency, Singingi District. We, the Unri Kukerta team, focus more on community empowerment. Our work programs are Disaster Mitigation Socialization, Waste Recycling and Making Ecobrics, Making Waste Decomposition Plags, Educating Gender Equality for Teenagers, Making Water Filter Tools, Strengthening Pre-School Age Children's Literacy Using Used Used Materials, Qris Socialization, Making Alternatives or adding other variations of dodol products, MSMEs sharing with local entrepreneurs regarding integrated marketing communication and public speaking in community business development such as in tofu and tempeh factories and helping organize correspondence filing in Pasir Emas Village. In general, the activities or work programs that we carry out can run well and smoothly.

The purpose of carrying out this research is to find out: (1) The steps for implementing individual guidance by the principal for teachers to increase teacher work productivity at SMP Negeri 3 Muntok, and (2) The magnitude of the increase in teacher work productivity after implementing individual guidance developed by the school principal . This research is school action research analyzed using a qualitative approach. The research was carried out at SMP Negeri 3 Muntok in 2019. The research results obtained were: (1) The implementation of individual guidance can be developed based on the steps: (1) Guidance on developing learning models through comparative studies and follow-up planning, followed by analytical guidance SWOT; (2) Guidance on the implementation of educational administration, followed by providing direct feedback on the results of the teacher's work; (3) Advanced guidance sets reliable targets, developed through joint evaluation of program targets for other teachers who are also experiencing the same problems; (4) Guidance on how to carry out collaboration with other teachers in more depth, up to the ability to demonstrate the materials needed by other teachers; (5) Guidance on effective and efficient work strategies, which are developed through training in determining optimal quantity figures and how to measure them, namely through scoring techniques; (6) Developing motivational guidance; (7) Building independence so that teachers avoid plagiarism-based activities, and guidance in making effective plans; (8) Guidance in making effective work planning coupled with innovative aspects; (9) Encourage teachers to implement programs to increase teacher competency through seminars and workshops followed by implementation of the results of new experiences from teacher activities; (2) The implementation of individual guidance is able to increase teacher work productivity in schools by resolving teacher problems in the development and implementation of learning programs in schools.

BACKGROUND The exact incidence of infertility is not yet known with certainty, it varies greatly depending on geographical conditions, culture and social status of the country. Women who marry at an old age or mature and work actively will greatly affect a woman's fertility. It is estimated that around 2 million new infertile couples appear every year and this number continues to increase. It is estimated that a healthy couple will get fertilized within 1 year (Nuparma, 2017). Infertility data in the world according to the World Health Organization (WHO) and other reports estimates that 8-12% of couples experience infertility problems during their reproductive years. If eight percent of the global population figure is around 60-80 million couples who have not had children. OBJECTIVE To analyze the factors that influence the occurrence of primary infertility in couples of childbearing age at the Pegajahan Community Health Center, Pegajahan District, Serdang Bedagai District in 2023. METHOD chi square test p value < 0.05 means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the statistical test results show a significant relationship. RESULTS: There is a significant relationship between age, menstrual cycle and no history of PMS and employment with the incidence of infertility and is a risk factor that has a significant influence on the incidence of infertility. Suggestions are given for research and for research sites and for educational institutions regarding exclusive breastfeeding and the implementation of IMD for newborn babies

Purpose-This research aims to find out how to implement diversity and inclusion in the digital environment (1) Understand the concept of remote work (2) Find solutions to overcome technology bias (3). Digital/methodology/approach-In completing this paper we used the Literature Review method to make it easier to prepare the article and clarify the authenticity of the sources obtained. Findings-The research conducted was more specific through the external context compared to intrinsic values. This happens because many incidents in the discovery are covered in a subjective discussion and are accompanied by various realities of digitalization events and obstacles that are the main object. This discovery is the answer to everything directly related to diversity and inclusion in the digital sphere. Original/value-This paper covers the literature review by conveying the topics discussed, but also covers more broadly with many thoughts that are in line with the topics discussed regarding digital diversity and inclusion. Coupled with experience as a technology user who also feels the same way during the process of using it.

One of the problems that exists in the community of Buana Bhakti Village, Kerinci Kanan District, Siak Regency nowadays is the lack of interest in reading. One of the programs implemented in Buana Bhakti Village is the creation of a mini library. The aim of creating a mini library is to help the community, especially children, develop a love for the culture of interest in reading, increase learning experiences other than in the classroom and also as a center for community empowerment to develop literacy-based potential. The result of this program is that children are enthusiastic about visiting the library to study and read.

Community service activities carried out by the Community Service Team for teachers at SMKN 2 Semarang City aim to provide knowledge and skills regarding increasing teacher professionalism through the development of digital-based time management, namely Google Calendar. The direct benefit of this community service activity is that it provides additional knowledge, skills and experience for SMKN 2 Semarang teachers in increasing their professionalism in performance through well-designed time management. The expected derivative benefit is an increase in teachers' ability to develop themselves because planning, organizing and implementing activities based on performance targets will be able to improve the quality of work and ultimately will be able to increase the professionalism of the teachers themselves. This community service activity is carried out in the form of training by providing material and practices for developing digital-based time management via the Google Calendar platform. The target audience for this community service activity is representatives of teachers at SMKN 2 Semarang and 20 teachers who are members of the MGMP MPLB Semarang City. The activity methods used in this community service are lecture, question and answer, discussion and practice methods. Evaluation of activities used in community service is the knowledge and skills aspect. The service activity ran smoothly and all participants felt satisfied and happy with this activity because it increased their knowledge and skills in digital-based time management.

The existence of this research is because there are many students whose morals are not good. This study aims to describe the efforts of educational institutions in implementing character values ​​to shape the morals of students and also the obstacles experienced by educational institutions in implementing character values. The results of the research show that: First, the efforts of educational institutions in instilling religious character in students so that they have morals towards Allah SWT, parents and teachers. Then the efforts of educational institutions in instilling the character of discipline in students so that they are disciplined towards Allah SWT, parents and teachers. In addition, there are also efforts by educational institutions to implement the character values ​​of the responsibilities of students so that they have a sense of responsibility towards Allah SWT, parents and teachers. Second, the obstacles of educational institutions in implementing character values ​​to shape the morals of students include students whose character has been formed from before school which is difficult to change and the lack of role of parents in guiding children at home due to busy parents at work.

Tuberculosis (TB) is a disease that is ranked 10th with the highest number of deaths. Side effects caused by Anti-Tuberculosis Drugs (OAT) are often experienced by TB patients and result in physical disorders that reduce the quality of life of TB patients. This study aims to analyze the relationship between OAT side effects and the quality of life of TB patients at the Banyuglugur Community Health Center The research design in the study used a cross sectional approach. The population of this study was all TB patients in the Banyuglugur health center working area who underwent treatment for <6 months according to the inclusion criteria in January 2022 - May 2023, totaling 40 people using the Total Sampling sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire on OAT side effects and quality of life. The analytical test used was the Spearman Rank test. The results of this study showed that the side effects of OAT in 27 TB patients (67.5%) were severe and the quality of life of 31 TB patients (77.5%) was poor. The results of the analysis show a p value of .001 (smaller than 0.05), so there is a significant linear relationship between the OAT side effect variable and the quality of life of TB patients at the Banyuglugur Community Health Center. This research shows that the side effects experienced by TB sufferers, both mild and severe, greatly affect the quality of life of TB patients. Health workers must always carry out routine monitoring of OAT side effects experienced by TB sufferers and treat them as soon as possible so that they do not affect the quality of life of TB patients in terms of physical, nutritional or psychological aspects in order to prevent them from dropping out of treatment.

Employee performance in an organization cannot be separated from experience, motivation and leadership style. The Ministry of Religion of Cilacap Regency really needs effective leaders, who have the ability to influence the behavior of their subordinates in increasing motivation in order to increase their work experience, so that they can improve the performance of their employees to achieve organizational goals. This research aims to determine the influence of experience on employee performance, the influence of motivation on employee performance, the influence of leadership style on performance and the influence of experience, motivation and leadership style together on employee performance at the Cilacap Regency Ministry of Religion Office. The research method uses quantitative descriptive methods. Meanwhile, the data collection technique uses a questionnaire, and data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The research results show that there is an influence between experience, motivation and leadership style together on employee performance at the Cilacap Regency Ministry of Religion Office. This means that the more employee work experience and the higher the employee's work motivation and the better the leadership, the better the employee's performance at the Cilacap Regency Ministry of Religion Office. Vice versa.

This research aims to determine: (1) The influence of internship experience on the work readiness of Management students in the class of 2018 & 2019. (2) The influence of soft skills on the work readiness of Management students in the class of 2018 & 2019. Based on the results of initial observations on 40 Management students in the class of 2018 and 2019. Of those who have carried out internships, only 42% have work readiness and 58% do not have work readiness. This can be concluded that students who do not have work readiness are influenced by the lack of work readiness that half of their work experience has. So researchers conducted this research using a quantitative approach. Data collection in this research used observation, documentation and distribution of questionnaires. The population of this research is Management Students Class of 2018 & 2019, Nineteen November University, Kolaka, totaling 281 students. Meanwhile, the sample for this research was 165 students. Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is testing the measurement model (outer model) and testing the structural model (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the research results, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the Internship Experience variable on work readiness as indicated by a P-Value of 0.001. Meanwhile, the Soft Skill variable has a positive and significant effect on work readiness as indicated by a P-Value of 0.002.

The purpose of this study is to reveal epistemologically the concept of nature-based learning in the perspective of the Qur'an and prove the concept of nature-based learning perspective of the Qur'an as one of the effective efforts in improving the quality of Education. This study uses primary sources in the form of verses of the Qur'an and several books of tafsir as well as scientific works related to research. The Data obtained were then analyzed using qualitative methods and maudhi'i Tafseer methods that serve to find an explanation of the verses related to nature-based learning in a comprehensive manner. The results of this study concluded that the concept of nature-based learning is an effort by educators to learners in developing knowledge competence (al-Baqarah/2:30-33), attitude (al-Hujurât/49:13), and skills (al-Alaq/96:1-5) by utilizing the natural environment as a tool, material, media, and a place of learning that aims to serve Allah SWT (al-Dzâriyat/51:56) and perform 30, shâd/38:26) that preserve and prosper the Earth. The implication of the results of this study is the improvement of spiritual and social attitudes of learners because all learning activities are associated with aspects of the divine.    

Children's education patterns are often related to the methods and processes carried out. The continuous mentoring model is a very good method. Along with this method, the process of approaching children will run smoothly. Children in Parupuk Julu village in North Padang Lawas Regency have very little assistance in the form of learning outside of school. The Service Team from the STAIN Mandailing Natal Campus carried out service activities by assigning a group of Real Work Study students to the village. This is done to provide assistance to school age children in enhancing their learning experience. The method used is intense mentoring carried out by students with the concept of group learning in the Pesantren Kilat event. The results of the service show that intensive mentoring increases children's motivation in learning. They have been able to instill every practical task of worship taught at Pesantren Kilat activities, such as writing hijaiyah letters, reading iqra, reading the Koran, performing prayer movements and reading. So, the intense mentoring method carried out by STAIN Mandailing Natal KKN students resulted in increasing the motivation and religious practice of children in Parupuk Julu village.

This study aims to find out how to analyze the behavior of non-Muslim customers in choosing murabaha financing products, how to analyze the decision process of non-Muslim customers, and how cultural, social, personality and psychological factors can influence customer decisions in choosing murabaha financing products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC. Jelutung Jambi. The method of this research is using descriptive qualitative method with primary and secondary data types. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews and documentation techniques, while for data analysis the researchers used data reduction analysis, data presentation and verification. The theory used in this research is the theory put forward by Kotler & Ketler that consumer behavior is the science of how individuals, groups and organizations choose, buy and use and obtain goods, services, ideas or experiences to satisfy their wants and needs. . According to Kotlert's theory, consumer behavior is divided into four types, namely cultural, social, personality and psychological factors. In the customer decision process is divided into five steps, namely decision making, namely, recognition of needs, information search, evaluation of alternatives, buying decisions, and post-purchase evaluation. The results of the study explain that the behavior analysis of non-Muslim customers in choosing murabaha financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC. In Jelutung Jambi, there were three informants, namely the first informant who worked as a teacher because he was interested because of the salary slip through the bank, and chose gold installment financing because the bank could insure the gold installments, low interest rates, and cheap rates compared to pawn shops. The second informant is taking home installments because the interest rates are low compared to other banks and if you are late paying the installments you are not subject to a fine/sanction of 0.5% to 1% of the amount of the installments that the customer has to pay. The third informant is working as a teacher as well and taking education expenses for their children because the process is fast and the interest rate is low at 3.3%, while at commercial banks it is 8.93%. The fourth informant took gold installments because of the low interest rates. The fifth informant took motorbike installments because the interest rate was lower than leasing, which was 8%. From the several informants above, it can be concluded that cultural, social, personality and psychological factors can influence customer decisions in choosing murabaha financing products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC. Background: The postpartum period is a very complex period experienced by a woman, especially for those who have given birth for the first time. The problem that we often encounter in the early postpartum period is the discomfort of mothers breastfeeding their babies because they are bothered by the presence of stitches for mothers who experience perineal lacerations. Objective: to determine the effect of VCO administration on perineal wound healing in postpartum women at Hospital Mother and Child Kasih Fatima Kotamobagu Methods: Quasi experimental design with post-test only with nonequivalent groups with Mann-Whitney test with 34 respondents and divided into 2 groups of cases and controls Results: Based on the statistical test output, it is known that the Asymp Sig (2-tailed) value is 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted. Thus it can be said that there is an effect of VCO administration on perineal wounds with perineal wound healing. Conclusion: There is an effect of giving VCO with healing perineal wounds in postpartum women at RSIA Kasih Fatimah Kotamobagu, with this research it is hoped that VCO administration can be applied by health workers for wound healing, especially pernieal wounds.

This study aims to determine the effect of work  experience and digital literacy on employee work productivity at the Tasikmalaya AN Sport Convection The population in this research is the special sewing and cutting production department with 42 employess. The sampling technique was carried out by means of saturated sampling. The research method used is quantitative which in this analysis uses multiple linear regression equations. Data were processes using SPSS version 25. The resuts of this study indicate that work experience and digital literacy have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at the Tasikmalaya AN Sport Convection.

.This study aims to see the  Effect of Work Motivation and Work Experience on the Quality of Teacher Work at Smkn 1 Bukit Sundi. the type of research used is correlative descriptive research. Descriptive correlatives are a research method that aims to see the relationship between two or more variables. The influencing variable is an independent variable (X), while the variable affected by the independent variable is called the dependent variable (Y). Based on the results of the study obtained the double linear regression equation is Y = 45.312 -0.057X1 +0.100X2 +e The value of the constant is 45.312. The results of the study determined by Rsquare were 0.012 or 1.2%. H1 was received with a calculated value of -0.267 <2,051 and a signification value greater than 0.05 (0.791 > 0.05), H2 was received with a calculated value of 0.525 < a table of 2.051 and a signification value greater than 0.05 (0.604 > 0.05). H3 did not have a significant and simultaneous influence together on the teacher work quality with a calculated F value of 0.160 < Ftabel of 3.34 and a signification value of 0.853 > 0.05.

Based on the phenomena found in the work area of ​​BPM Ani, Seputih Jaya, Central Lampung in April-May 2023, it was found that 20 pregnant women in their first trimester experienced nausea and vomiting. Aim: Thisl study aimsl to determinel the effectl of giving warm gingerl water onl reducing nauseal and vomitingl in first trimesterl pregnant lwomen. Method: This study used the Pre-Experimental method using the One Group Pre Test Post Test Design research design. Result: This study shows the results of the test with the Wilcoxon test with a result of 0.001 with a significant result of <0.05, Conclusion: so it can be concluded that there is effectiveness of warm ginger water in reducing nausea and vomiting in first trimester pregnant women at BPM Ani, Seputih Jaya in 2023.

Mastering a foreign language becomes a necessity in this globalization era. This is because language is a vital instrument to communicate with people thus in other words, it is called the tool to communicate. In the workplace, one of the requirements that someone must be able to fulfill is that they have to master a foreign language, or at least to understand the foreign language used in books as well as foreign products using foreign languages, especially since the global market has emerged. Therefore, , we are all indirectly required to be able to speak a foreign language in order to keep up with the development of the increasingly advanced era. The formulations of the problem in this research are: (1) How is the effect of the use of English Language KIT tools on the English learning achievement of fourth grade students at State Elementary Schools in Sumbergempol District?; (2) How is the effect of motivation of learning English on the academic achievement of fourth grade students at State Elementary Schools in Sumbergempol District?; and (3) How is the effect of utilizing the English Language KIT tools and the learning motivation as a whole on the learning achievement of English of fourth grade students at State Elementary Schools? This thesis is useful for the author to broaden the insight into the mindset, attitude, experience that is by understanding the nature of the effect of the use of English Language KIT tools and the learning motivation on the student achievement in the process of learning English, especially in elementary schools.
