Additionally, the interconnection between service quality and adherence to health standards and regulations is emphasized, underlining the significance of compliance for service improvement. External factors, such as government regulations and health policies, are identified as potential influencers of service quality, adding complexity to quality management. Practical implications for healthcare policies and practices are highlighted, suggesting improvements in human resource training, service processes, and infrastructure. Recommendations include strengthening human resource training through regular and ongoing programs, optimizing service processes by thorough workflow evaluations, and ensuring strict compliance with health standards. Furthermore, the integration of technological innovations is proposed as a progressive step toward enhancing service efficiency and result accuracy. The implementation of laboratory information systems, modern equipment, and related applications is suggested to advance service quality. The establishment of a regular monitoring and evaluation system, including internal audits, routine performance reviews, and patient feedback collection, is crucial for continuous improvement. Collaboration with external entities, such as health oversight agencies and laboratory professional associations, is advocated for robust guidance and support. Encouraging research and innovation in quality management and laboratory service is recommended to enhance understanding of new technology applications, quality maintenance strategies, and policy impact evaluation. By implementing these suggestions, laboratory units are expected to continually enhance service quality and ensure optimal patient satisfaction.

Telkom Indonesia as the dominant telecommunications company in Indonesia has a wide customer network, so the management of receivables becomes crucial in maintaining the Company's cash flow and financial health. The application of information technology, such as accounts receivable management systems and data analysis, plays a big role in the management of receivables. The system helps manage customer data, bill tracking, and provides valuable insights into payment trends and customer behavior. Accounts receivable management by Telkom Indonesia involves various strategies ranging from careful credit policies to modern technology and an effective billing approach. These efforts help companies minimize the risk of bad receivables, maintain cash flow, and maintain overall financial stability.

The application of an expert system (expert system) which is very useful for the wider community is certainly very much needed by society today. Apart from that, this development also supports various human activities. Expert systems are also able to make recommendations for a series of user actions. The aim of this research is to determine the development of expert systems in management information systems. The research method used in this research is a descriptive research method with theoretical studies, namely a method that discusses several possibilities for solving actual problems by collecting data, compiling or classifying them, analyzing and interpreting them with existing theories and comparing them from literature sources. The research results show the development of expert systems in management information systems, namely knowledge bases, inference engines, and user interfaces. It can be concluded that expert systems help work and technological progress more quickly and the decision-making process is based on existing information and facts. Expert systems have also been used in various fields, from medical, legal, to financial. In developing an expert system, it is necessary to increase the level of knowledge related to the latest technology and information. So you can utilize modern technology to complete work more effectively and efficiently.

Campus is a potential place to become the epicenter of Covid-19 transmission from students, lecturers, employees and the general public. This paper aims to formulate and design problem solutions to guide information systems and emergency case services, including Covid-19. This paper is a qualitative approach through deepening emergency theory including Covid-19 cases, objective conditions of campus life based on patient safety principles, especially acute disease attacks (heart attacks, strokes and accidents, disasters) including Covid-19 cases with a new variant whose virulence is said to be more dangerous, faster and more deadly without any signs and symptoms. Hence, it requires emergency services so as not to cause casualties, disability or even death. The results of the research show that the campus does not yet have an information system and service mechanism if an emergency case occurs at any time. The model for formulating information system design and emergency case services in the campus environment is (1) establishment and management arrangement of the information system management unit for disaster services and emergency cases; (2) Preparing an information system program (3) Preparing Standard Operating Procedures for disaster and emergency case service systems and (4) Preparing human resources for unit management.

The author created a community service information system in Kadilangon village. In this system, residents can apply for letter permits online. It is hoped that this will make the letter application process faster and easier because the system can be accessed from anywhere. With this community service system, it is hoped that it can improve the quality of the service process to the people of Kadilangon village.

Palembang City Research and Development Bappeda has several main tasks and is carried out by several different fields, one of which is the field of Regional Development Planning, Control & Evaluation which focuses on preparing regional development planning and budgeting, controlling through monitoring regional programs and activities, as well as carrying out evaluations. and reporting on regional development programs and activities. To carry out several main tasks in the PPEPD field, there are several work tools in the form of systems with running business processes, one of which is the Monitoring and Evaluation Information System (SI MonEv) which is used quarterly. Based on the analysis carried out at the Palembang City Research and Development Bappeda, especially in the field of PPEPD with a system that is already running to assist in carrying out tasks, there are several problems found in the process and its use, namely the inaccurate layout of the features and assets in the system interface, which causes a feeling of discomfort. in its use, and there are no features to support ease of use. Therefore, several system design efforts are needed that are able to provide solutions to problems, convenience, and refresh the existing system. This development takes the form of evaluating and designing the user interface on the system to provide refreshment to the interface and adding features to support ease of operation such as graphical data visualization to simplify the monitoring process, a search feature to simplify the process of searching for reports, notifications to provide notification of each entry of the latest report in order to avoiding missing information, and providing a deadline feature to minimize delays in the reporting process.

Corruption in Indonesia is a chronic problem that damages the social and economic structure of the country. This paper explores the history of corruption from feudal times to the modern era, highlighting corrupt practices as part of the culture of government. The government has taken serious steps by establishing anti-corruption regulations and institutions to eradicate corruption that harms society and the state. This research uses the literature study method with a focus on improving governance and increasing transparency as an effort to prevent corruption. Through qualitative analysis, this research evaluates the effectiveness of existing anti-corruption regulations and institutions, as well as understanding the impact of corruption on people's social and economic rights. The results show that the government has taken concrete steps, such as establishing the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) and encouraging the use of information technology. However, the fight against corruption is faced with structural, cultural, instrumental and management barriers. Measures to improve governance and increase transparency are key to preventing corruption. Challenges include organized corruption, corrupt practices in the private sector, and non-compliance with regulations. Lack of resources is a constraint, and corruption in complex bureaucratic systems complicates case handling. Improving coordination, transparency, and public participation is needed to overcome these challenges. The government needs to continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corruption-fighting measures. Regular evaluation, public participation, and human resource capacity building are key to creating a strong and resilient system against corrupt practices. Collective awareness and cooperation between the government, anti-corruption organizations, and society are essential to build an Indonesia that is clean from corruption and just for all its people.  

The fish processing industry in Cilacap district is a business that is quite popular, because processed fish is a superior product in Cilacap district, one of which is mackerel fish crackers. This is influenced by the fact that the Cilacap district is a coastal area and is a place for tourist visits so that people's interest in various food flavors is quite high. Ergonomic analysis is needed to create safe, comfortable and healthy working conditions so that work activities can be effective which has an effect on increasing productivity. The method used in this research is descriptive experimental through observation and interview methods. Located in the Agung Rasa mackerel fish cracker home industry. The results of the research obtained an ergonomic analysis using an approach to 8 ergonomic aspects in the form of use of muscle power, work attitude, nutrition, work environment, work time, information systems, socio-cultural conditions and human-machine interaction which is known to still not show ergonomic working conditions. From the results of this analysis, recommendations can be made in the form of implementing short breaks or implementing exercise between work activities to avoid feelings of boredom, fatigue and musculoskeletal complaints, then improvements to work stations, regular working time arrangements and layout arrangements can be implemented to create ergonomic working conditions.

The Qur'an is the holy book of Muslims which functions as a way of life and guidance for humans in living their lives in the world. The Qur'an contains many aspects and parts of life, including worship, muamalah, warnings and knowledge. -The Al-Qur'an is a revelation whose truth is absolute, so from a scientific point of view, both science and society must be in harmony with the information contained in the Al-Qur'an. Science, especially science, is related to events in the universe. Nature and humans are sources of knowledge which are often referred to as the macro world and the micro world. However, there are other sources of knowledge, especially those that come from revelation or the Koran. Not all verses of the Koran touch on natural issues, of the 6,236 verses there are only 800 verses. These verses became known as kauniyah verses. There are several patterns of explanation of the Qur'an in these kauniyah verses. One example of the Islamization of science is the Islamic insight into nerve cells in the brain. The interaction of cells, tissues, organs and organ systems in the human body cannot be separated from the existence of nerve cells. The human nervous system consists of the central nervous system and the peripheral nervous system. The central nervous system is divided into two parts, namely the brain and spinal cord. The brain as the central nervous system has a central role in regulating body functions. The Qur'an mentions brain neurons.

The Kuantan Singingi Regency General Election Commission Office is a government agency that organizes general elections in Indonesia, including members of the DPR/DPD/DPRD, General Elections for President and Vice President as well as General Elections for Regional Heads and Deputy Regional Heads. Design of an information system for managing official travel documents specifically for the Finance Department where the system currently used is still manual. During designing the information system, the methodology used was the first stage, namely Analysis and the second stage, namely Reporting. The aim of this Practical Work Report is expected to be able to help the Kuantan Singingi Regency KPU in improving the existing system, so that the management of official travel documents that have been done manually can be facilitated by the system Application.   

KAI access is the official application from KAI for making orders, as a means of boarding passes, train tickets. This application was created to make it easier, especially for KAI passengers, to order tickets, as a medium for finding route information and train schedules according to what train passengers need. Implementation of KAI Access is measured from four indicators including communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. Meanwhile, the level of satisfaction of PT service users. KAI is seen from 9 indicators including requirements, systems, mechanisms and procedures, costs/tariffs, product specifications, types of services, competency of implementers, behavior of implementers, handling complaints, suggestions and input, and facilities and infrastructure.The results of the research show that the cumulative score for KAI Access Implementation obtained a percentage of 84.29, which is in the high category, while the cumulative score for the level of satisfaction of PT service users. KAI obtained a percentage of 82.79, including the high category. The results of statistical calculations through the product moment correlation test obtained r_count > r_tabel (0.931 > 0.279) at a significance level of 5% with N-50, which means there is a positive influence of the implementation of KAI Access on the level of satisfaction of PT service users. From this phenomenon, of course, a capable raw material planning information system is needed to process data and create raw material reports automatically. The aim of this research is to provide report data regarding the amount and time of raw materials procured to smooth production activities. The method used in this research is Material Requirement Planning (MRP). The results of this research conclude that with the existence of a computerized system at PT. Arrgo Surya Abadi can assist the production process related to procuring the right materials, in efficient quantities and time.

This study aims to analyze the role and characteristics of the USB and PCI bus systems in computer organization and architecture. The results of this analysis provide an in-depth understanding of the role of USB and PCI bus systems in modern computer organization and architecture. This information can help IT professionals and system designers make decisions regarding hardware connectivity and performance in a variety of computing environments.  

This research was conducted at a company operating in the property sector, called PT. Anugrah Reveno Lestari Abadi which is usually abbreviated as PT. ARLA. This research aims to find out how the sales accounting information system is implemented and how the sales accounting information system is implemented in improving internal control at PT. ARLA Medan City. This research method uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The type of data used is primary data obtained from interviews and secondary data obtained from documentation. This research uses data collection techniques by interviewing several employees at PT. ARLA. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the sales accounting information system at PT. ARLA has been running quite well. However, there are several weaknesses, such as still using an accounting system that is not yet computerized properly and there are also still duties between related information functions that are not in accordance with the elements of internal control so that the company's internal control has not been able to improve.

The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the Accounting Information System at CV. Sentral Elektrindo Perkasa has started to improve and meets standards, however routine control and supervision is very necessary so that things do not happen that could be detrimental to the company. And Application of Information Technology in CV. Sentral Elektrindo Perkasa has a very important role in bringing out the best potential from employees and also has an important role in the company achieving its goals and being able to increase sales potential optimally.

The slow speed of internet access is often a problem that most users of computer network services complain about because there are no restrictions or efficient bandwidth management. Bandwidth management is a concept in which several computers in an office or office environment can be connected to each other and share data and information in accessing the internet. In the application of bandwidth management with the simple queues method for optimizing computer network security systems on proxy routers, it is proven to be able to solve problems that are often complained of by most users of computer network services that are located in terms of availability, reliability, stability, performance stability and can provide protection to prevent unauthorized access or minimize attacks coming through the network against owned resources. It is often found that the process of accessing data communications and information for each user connected to the network feels slow, this is due to the existing bandwidth capacity being insufficient. Mikrotik is an operating system that is capable of turning a computer into a network router or often called a PC router. The operating system includes a full range of features for wireline and wireless, one of which is bandwidth management. With an upload bandwidth of 50 Mbps and a download of 50 Mbps, a bandwidth management of 2 Mbps, 5 Mbps, 10 Mbps and 15 Mbps.

This study aims to determine the process of industrial management accounting information system in cash receipts at the North Sumatra Governor's Office, Jl. Pangeran Diponegoro No. 30, Madras Hulu, Kec. Medan Polonia, Medan City, North Sumatra, Zip Code 20152. Problem formulation: What are the advantages and disadvantages in the application of information systems. Research objectives: To find out the advantages and disadvantages in the application of accounting information systems regarding cash receipts. The data collection methods used in this study are decision techniques and direct research in the field. Technical analysis used is the description method, which is a method carried out by analyzing those related to cash receipts.

Some of the data management processes for facilities and infrastructure at MTs Darul Ikhlash still run manually and some are in the form of files, but there is no system that accommodates the facilities and infrastructure processes as a whole. So it is difficult for the deputy head of facilities and infrastructure to find out and search for data held by the school, as well as control the inventory of facilities and infrastructure, especially those in condition that can be replaced for further improvement. The aim of this research is to design and build a website-based information system for facilities and infrastructure that is used to simplify the process of collecting data on facilities and infrastructure at MTs Darul Ikhlash so that management becomes more effective and efficient. This information system planning was created using the waterfall method. This research has produced a web-based Facilities and Infrastructure Information System for Data Collection and Loans at MTs Darul Ikhlash, which will make it easier for the school to recapitulate facility and infrastructure inventory data more quickly and accurately.
