The process of healing a good cesarean section wound is the return of the former abdominal wall incision and the general recovery of the mother's condition as before. At RSHB in 2022 the number of cesarean section deliveries is 80% per 55 deliveries, a poor healing process will cause infection in the wound area so that mothers will be delayed in caring for their children. This study aims to determine the relationship between early mobilization and wound healing process by cesarean section at RSHB.This study uses analytic observation, data collection techniques using observation sheets. The population in this study were post-cesarean section mothers at RSHB, when the researcher was in April 2022. The sampling technique was accidental sampling which was carried out by meeting or visiting as many as 30 people. Data processing is done through the process of editing, coding, tabulating, scoring and analysis.The results of the study found that there were 5 people (16.65%) who did not mobilize and 20 people (66.7%) did mobilization and 5 (16.65%) people did not experience a good healing process. The result of the chi-square test has a result of 0.00, which means that Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted, so there is a significant relationship between early mobilization and the wound healing process for cesarean section surgery.The results of the study can be concluded that there is a relationship between early mobilization and the process of wound healing by cesarean section at RSHB. It is hoped that health workers will apply more early mobilization.

Leadership is the ability and readiness of a person to be able to influence, encourage, invite, demand, move and direct people or groups to receive this influence to achieve a goal. The purpose of this study is to describe servant leaders according to Mark 10:42-45 besides that, this research also provides good basic knowledge about leadership and the relevance of servant leaders for today's Christian leaders. The research method used by the author in writing this scientific work uses a qualitative research method, namely by means of literature study techniques, and case studies, namely digging up information from the Bible, books and journals regarding servant leaders according to Mark 10:42-45 and their relevance to today's Christian leadership , then confronted with the current form of application of Christian leadership as a leader who wants to serve. Namely a leader who serves, not a leader who rules with an iron fist or violence and rules with power, but a leader as a servant who has sincere feelings, is humble, has a heart as a servant, is willing to sacrifice both in time and energy. Servant leaders are leaders who give, affirm, strengthen, encourage, and sustain.

SOPs can be defined as documents that describe operational activities carried out daily, with the aim that the work is carried out correctly, precisely, and consistently, to produce products according to predetermined standards” (Tathagati, 2014). The existence of SOP will help the company to achieve company goals. To achieve company goals, the company provides a design in the form of an SOP that will guide employees in carrying out their duties and minimize errors in carrying out the responsibilities of each employee. This study aims to determine the application of standard operating procedures (SOP) in the Inventory Department at PT RIMEX International Indonesia Balikpapan. This type of research is qualitative concerning the 7 main points in the SOP which include efficiency, consistency, minimizing errors, problem-solving, and defense boundaries. There are 3 research informants: One supervisor, one Quality Control, and 1 Warehouseman. Data collection techniques through interviews. The results of the analysis show that Inventory Department employees have implemented the SOP made by the company. The problem found is that there are differences in goods between the recording of goods in the company's recording system and the physical goods between the recording of goods in the company's recording system and the physical goods in the warehouse, such as how many items are left, abandoned and how many items are left in the warehouse.

The purpose of this study is to describe Organizational Citizenship Behavior, work engagement, organizational support and quality of work life of employees at the Department of Public Works, Bina Marga and Spatial Planning, Bojonegoro Regency. And to analyze the effect of organizational support and quality of work life on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through work engagement. This type of research uses explanatory research with a quantitative research approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Department of Public Works, Highways and Spatial Planning, Bojonegoro Regency, totaling 52 people and the sample was also 52 people using a census sampling technique. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. Methods of data analysis using SEM with PLS. The results showed Organizational Citizenship Behavior, work engagement, organizational support and quality of work life of employees in the high category. Organizational support for work engagement has a positive but not significant effect. Quality of work life has a significant effect on work engagement. Organizational support, quality of work life and work engagement have a significant effect on OCB. Organizational support for OCB through work engagement has an insignificant effect, quality of work life for OCB through work engagement has a significant effect.

ABSTRACT , The working relationship of employees and leaders can determine the level, benefits of the Work Environment and Employee Performance of the company they feel. Any positive work relationship can help create a healthy work environment and environment for employees. The purpose of this research is to find out how the work environment affects the work productivity of employees at the AMC Unit of PT. Angkasa Pura I Yogyakarta International Airport. This study used a quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires and documentation which was carried out from 1 March to 31 March 2023. Respondents from this study were all employees of AMC PT. Angkasa Pura I Yogyakarta International Airport with a total of 15 people. testing the results of this research using IBM SPSS 23 Statistics For Windows. The results showed that variable X (Work Environment) on variable Y (Employee Performance) in the AMC Unit with a simple linear regression test showed a strong influence by obtaining a correlation coefficient of 0.576 and a large effect with a coefficient of determination test of 33.1%. Therefore, the work environment must be maintained or improved so that the performance of the AMC Unit personnel of PT. Angkasa Pura I at Yogyakarta International Airport maintains and improves its performance in the room and in the field.

The aims of this study are to describe work motivation, organizational commitment, Servant Leadership Style and interpersonal communication of employees at the Bojonegoro Regency Pusda Office. To analyze the effect of Servant Leadership Style and interpersonal communication on employee motivation through organizational commitment. This type of research is explanatory research and the approach in this research is quantitative. The population is all employees of the Bojonegoro District Pusda Office, totaling 52 people. The sampling technique uses total sampling or saturated sampling, so the sample used is 52 people. In this study, data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and PLS (Partial Least Square) software. The results showed Servant Leadership Style, Interpersonal Communication, Organizational Commitment and Work Motivation in the high category. There is no significant effect between Servant Leadership Style on organizational commitment. There is a significant influence between interpersonal communication on organizational commitment. There is no significant effect between Servant Leadership Style on work motivation. There is a significant influence between interpersonal communication on work motivation. There is a significant influence between organizational commitment on work motivation. There is no significant effect between Servant Leadership Style on work motivation through organizational commitment. There is a significant influence between interpersonal communication on work motivation through organizational commitment.

The occurrence of the '19 covid pandemic requires people to reduce activities, and even stop outdoor activities as an effort from policies carried out by the government to stop the spread of '19 covid. Therefore, during the pandemic, so much new unemployment was caused by layoffs. But because of this, many people have lost their jobs and those who lack the ability and skills in a field of work are forced to enter a job, or maybe it cannot also be called a job, namely begging, and one form of beggar today is street clowns. This research will focus on the figure of street clowns at the Mastrip Roundabout Red Light, as well as the background that makes them eventually become street clowns. This research is a research that uses qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach, and the theoretical basis used is the theory of Social Action proposed by Max Weber. Data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation.

The aim of this digital marketing training activity is to increase participants' knowledge in terms of utilizing digital platforms, as well as provide alternative livelihood options for participants to increase their income. Therefore, the identity of the product itself is needed in the industrial era 4.0. This research method was carried out offline using two sessions, namely, an explanation regarding labeling and digital marketing and practicing how to make labels. Therefore, KKN students carry out a work program in the form of regular assistance to MSME business actors related to making labels to make attractive packaging. The training for labeling and digital marketing has gone according to the wishes and expectations of two parties, namely the owner of the Soybean Crackers "BERKAH" UMKM and also from the East Java UPN "Veteran" Community Service Students. It is hoped that the holding of this training can support and further develop MSMEs in the Bendo Village area, Kepanjen Kidul District, Blitar City.

The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of the principal's leadership in improving the quality of schools UPT SPF SD Negeri 101776 Sampali. The method used in this research is qualitative research, and is analyzed using a descriptive analysis approach that describes the implementation of the transformational leadership of school principals at UPT SPF SD Negeri 101776 Sampali. The data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and document studies. The results of this study reveal that the implementation of the principal's transformational leadership has been going well but is still not optimal. This can be seen from the school principal's ability to build a spirit of togetherness and discipline and motivate teachers and employees to work optimally. Principals dare to make changes through creative and innovative actions and are able to build organizational awareness among teachers and employees by developing an attitude of belonging and a sense of responsibility.

Industrial machines are an important factor in a manufacturing industry besides reliable human resources (HR) and other supporting facilities, so that industrial machines require special attention that is carried out on an ongoing basis in order to support the smooth operation of an industry. Practical work at PT. Krakatau Steel Construction is carried out in the Maintenance division, especially the electrical parts. In practice, the authors conducted field research by participating directly in the process of caring for and maintaining each machine instrument used by the company, especially field research that discussed the upper cylinder control system based on programmable logic control in the section mill area at PT. Krakatau Steel Construction. . In this study using field research techniques where the author conducted field research by participating directly in the process of caring for and maintaining each machine instrument used by the company accompanied by industrial supervisors and maintenance division employees for 1 month.

Sport is one of a person's physical and psychological activities that is useful for maintaining and improving the quality of one's health after exercise. In office workers with very dense routines from morning to late, faced with deadlines, light mobilization, sitting too long, poorly trained muscles and wrong work positions will cause various complaints such as low back pain, neck complaints, shoulder complaints and not only limited to physical, but more susceptible to various diseases, such as coronary heart disease,  high blood pressure, diabetes miletus, stroke etc. This research uses Literature Review research which is one method with collecting literature data, analyzing theories, structured evaluations, classifying and categorizing evidence-based that has existed or been produced before. The results of maintaining health in a busy life order must still be considered, by exercising and maintaining a lifestyle. To maintain motion is to sustain life, to increase the ability to move is to improve the quality of life.  

Cholelithiasis or gallstones are pieces of solid material that form in the gallbladder. Gallstone disease or cholelithiasis is often found in various countries, including Indonesia. One of the collaborative actions to overcome the problem of cholelithiasis is cholecytectomy surgery. This case study aims to determine the application of perioperative care in patients with a diagnosis of cholelithiasis by laparotomy for cholecystectomy. The method in this study was a case study in cholelithiasis patients by providing intervention and care at the pre-operative, intra-operative and post-operative stages. The results of this case study indicate that the application of perioperative care by intervening reduces preoperative anxiety, controls bleeding and controls infection during surgery, prevents falls and reduces postoperative pain. It can be concluded that the application of perioperative care as an action performed by operating room nurses as well as surgeons and anesthesiologists in order to prepare patients for surgery with the aim of ensuring intraoperative patient safety. For health workers, both doctors and nurses, they always provide education related to a healthy lifestyle. Nurses monitor perioperative patients, educate patients and provide nursing care. In addition, it also informs the team about changes in patient status, and evaluates post-surgery.

The competence of human resources in the village government is important in building village development and community welfare. The role of village officials is one of the keys to realizing a developed village, considering that village officials are the link between the village community and the government in Indonesia. Therefore, it is important for village officials to have competence and skills so that developments in the central government can be channeled properly and thoroughly to the village community.  This study aims to analyze and measure what the effect of human resource competencies on employee performance and productivity is in the case study of the Kalisalak Village government through a qualitative descriptive approach where the analysis method used is using SWOT Analysis, namely Strenght (Strength), Weakness (Weakness) Opportunity (Opportunity) and Threat (Threat). This study found strengths and opportunities that can encourage the improvement of the work of village officials, but also found weaknesses and threats in it. Therefore, it is necessary to apply the right strategy so that the performance and productivity of village officials in serving the community is maintained

At this time logistics companies have a very important role in everyday life, especially in package delivery. The high level of online shopping is one of the reasons why the role of logistics is very important in our daily lives. Thus, seeing the common problems that occur in the conventional logistics delivery process, we came up with the idea to create an integrated smart locker to be one of the replacements for existing logistics outlets, we hope that with this application we can reduce the company's logistics expenses used in procuring logistics outlets and make it easier for couriers to work in the package delivery process. We created this application using a microservices architecture with the SDLC method used is Agile Dynamic System Development (DSDM). React JS framework as an interface and Express js and Laravel as an application that works behind the interface. The idea that we initiated we raised as a project within the company with the client from the company. In the end, the smart locker program made using the DSDM method has been completed and is ready to be implemented in the company and the client

The purpose of this study was the effect of Tui Na massage on eating behavior in toddlers in the Talise Community Health Center in Palu City in 2022 This research design is a pre-experimental study with a one group pretest- posttest design approach. The population is all children under five in the Talise Health Center in Palu City in 2022, with a purposive sampling method obtained a sample of 20 respondents. The independent variable studied was the provision of Tui Na massage, while the dependent variable was eating behavior. The results were analyzed using a paired sample T test. The results of the study prior to the Tui Na massage, most of the respondents had good eating behavior (80%) and a small proportion of respondents had good eating behavior (20%). After the Tui Na massage, most of the respondents had good eating behavior (65%) and a small proportion of respondents had good eating behavior (35%). The results of data analysis using the paired sample T test showed that the p-value = 0.000 is smaller than the critical value = 0.05, because the p-value < then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means there is an effect of Tui Na massage on eating behavior in children. toddlers in the Talise Health Center in Palu City in 2022 Giving Tui Na massage that has been done is able to launch the blood circulation system so that it can increase the supply of oxygen and the flow of nutrients in the body's cells, especially in the digestive organs so that the digestive organs are able to work optimally. Transformational leadership encourages employees to take initiative, think creatively, and take risks in achieving organizational goals. The aim of this study is to provide an overview of transformational leadership and innovative behavior, explore the factors that mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and innovative behavior, and evaluate the influence of transformational leadership and innovative behavior by conducting a review of journals published in Scopus through "Publish or Perish" in the period 2017-2023. After conducting a systematic review using the PRISMA method, 31 relevant journals were found for this study. The search keywords used were "Transformational Leadership" and "Innovation Behaviour". The results of the study showed that transformational leadership is an important factor in promoting innovative work behavior. Several factors that mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and innovative behavior include organizational support for innovative behavior, innovation orientation and goal culture, meaningful work, digital literacy, team work quality, psychological empowerment, and motivation in general. In conclusion, transformational leadership has a significant impact on innovative work behavior.

Low education human resources in Indonesia, especially educators or teachers who are less professional in carrying out their work, can be the cause of low levels of education in this country. One way to improve the quality of education is through the professionalization of teachers or through educational supervision. Supervision through various methods, education corrects educational problems helping, supervising, guiding, and directing educators towards professionalism in its goal is to improve education and address problems with it. Educational supervision supports teachers in developing lesson plans that will produce the desired learning outcomes. Supervision is an integral part of efforts to improve learning achievement and teacher quality. Supervision or supervision is an effort to provide services to education, especially teachers. Education supervision is also a process of controlling and evaluating activities to ensure that all educational activities are carried out according to plan, as well as activities to improve and correct if there are deviations that will interfere with the process of achieving goals. Reviewing educational supervision in order to improve teacher professionalism is the purpose of this. This article is written using the literature study method in the form of a number of literature tasks related to the management of research materials, reading and recording, and information collection techniques. The reason for the author to raise this scientific work in the form of a thesis is because the writer found that in implementing the pledge method in tahfiz Al-Qur'an there were still obstacles faced by the teacher in implementing the pledge method. The problem that the author examines is how to implement the pledge method in tahfiz Al-Qur'an and the obstacles faced by teachers and students when using the pledge method at the TI Tarusan Kamang Islamic Boarding School. And this study aims to determine the implementation and constraints in using the tikrar method in tahfiz Al-Qur'an. This study uses a type of field research (field research) with a descriptive qualitative research type, which describes a phenomenon that occurs in accordance with existing data in the field. This study used two informants, namely the key informant was the tahfiz teacher at the Tarusan Kamang Islamic Boarding School, and the supporting informant was the students of the Tarusan Kamang Islamic Boarding School. Data collection techniques that researchers use are observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the research conducted, the researchers found that at the Tarusan Kamang Islamic Boarding School not all students had Al-Qur'an tikrar and did not use the columns provided in the Al-Qur'an tikrar to mark the limits of memorization, muraja'ah and recitations.

Archives are a collection of documents that are stored systematically so that anything needed can be found quickly and accurately (Gie, 1996:118). Every work and activity of government and private offices requires data and information. One source of information that must be owned by an office is archives. Therefore good archive management is needed. Organizing records properly and correctly will facilitate retrieval, so that when records are needed in making a decision, they can be found immediately. The problem in this research is how to manage archives at the office of PT. Griya Asri Mandiri and what are the obstacles experienced when managing records at the PT. Griya Asri Mandiri. The purpose of this research is to find out how the procedures for managing records at the office of PT. Griya Asri Mandiri and to find out what are the obstacles experienced when managing records at the office of PT. Griya Asri Mandiri. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that in general archive management at the PT. Griya Asri Mandiri, among others: 1) Arrangement of archives 2) Storage of archives 3) Borrowing of archives 4) Retrieval of archives 5) Maintenance of archives 6) Security of archives 7) and shrinkage of archives. The obstacles faced when managing records include: 1) Human resources managing records. 2) Limited filing facilities.
