Stunting is a form of malnutrition characterized by height-for-age indicators. The height-for-age (H/A) indicator reflects chronic nutritional issues resulting from prolonged adverse conditions. The aim of this study is to identify the factors influencing the incidence of stunting in children aged 12–59 months in the working area of the Lobu Health Center, Banggai Regency. This research employs a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional study design. The population in this study consists of mothers with stunted children. A total of 85 respondents were selected as the sample using a total sampling technique. The independent variables in this study are maternal education level, family income, and feeding practices. The dependent variable is stunting. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires, and children's height was measured with a microtoise and converted into standard z-scores. The results indicate a significant effect of feeding practices on the incidence of stunting in children aged 12-59 months (p=0.002; r=0.326). Improved feeding practices are associated with a reduction in stunting rates in the working area of the Lobu Health Center, Banggai Regency, emphasizing the need to enhance feeding practices. Therefore, nurses and other healthcare professionals should intensify health promotion efforts regarding proper feeding practices for young children.

This study aims to analyze factors that influence fraud disclosure . Fraud, or fraudulent acts, have become a significant problem in various sectors in Indonesia, especially with the dominance of corruption cases. This widespread corruption has a negative impact on the country's economy and public trust in institutions. Previous studies have shown that forensic audits, with an analytical approach to financial evidence, and investigative audits, which focus on thorough investigation procedures, significantly contribute to fraud disclosure. The professionalism of auditor judgment plays a role in ensuring that audit decisions are based on accurate analysis, while auditor independence is important to maintain integrity and objectivity in carrying out audits. In addition, internal control helps prevent and detect fraud early on. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach sourced from trusted journals and scientific publications. The results of the study show that the integration of these factors can increase the effectiveness of fraud disclosure. These findings also emphasize the importance of implementing modern technology, such as big data analytics and artificial intelligence, to strengthen the audit system. The conclusion of this study suggests the importance of a combination of various audit elements to support better organizational oversight. The results of this study indicate that forensic audits, investigative audits, professional judgment, auditor independence, and internal control have a positive effect on fraud disclosure.

The historical foundation of guidance and counselling (BK) in Indonesia plays an important role in shaping the practice of BK services in various educational institutions, including at SMK Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach using interview, observation, and documentation methods aimed at examining the historical foundation and implementation of guidance and counselling (BK) services at SMK Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya, with resource person Mr Abdurrahman, one of the BK teachers. Currently, there are seven counselling teachers handling ±2,600 students with a ratio of 1:150. In the era of globalization that is full of challenges, the ability to think critically is becoming increasingly relevant. This research aims to examine how the integration of the trilogy of soul aspects (rasa, cipta, and karsa) in the learning process can foster critical thinking character in the younger generation. Through literature review and case studies, this research will identify learning strategies that are effective in stimulating students' critical thinking skills, as well as analyze their influence on overall character development. The results of the research are expected to contribute to the development of a more holistic curriculum and teaching practices, so as to produce a young generation that is not only intellectually intelligent, but also has a strong and competitive character. The formation of critical thinking character does not only involve the teaching and learning process in the classroom, but also needs to be balanced with real experiences outside the academic environment. Through a holistic approach, it is hoped that the younger generation will be able to develop critical thinking skills that are not only useful in the context of education, but also in everyday life. Education based on this trilogy of aspects of the soul will provide a strong foundation for young people to face global challenges and contribute positively to society. This trilogy includes intellectual understanding, emotional and values development, and practical skills that support each other. By integrating these three aspects, education will not only shape individuals who are intellectually intelligent, but also have social awareness and adaptability in a changing society. Character education has become a central issue in education today. This research proposes that integrating the trilogy of aspects of the soul can be an effective approach in building critical thinking character in the younger generation. By stimulating the trilogy aspects in a balanced manner, it is expected that they will be able to develop critical thinking skills that are not only logic-based, but also based on moral values and empathy. This research will test this hypothesis through experiments or case studies at an educational institution.

Electronic Health Records (EHRs) have become an important component in the digital transformation of the healthcare system in Indonesia. However, EHR implementation in many health facilities in Indonesia is still fragmentary and not fully integrated. The main challenges in integrating health data into the national health system are issues of interoperability, data security, and inter-institutional coordination. This study aims to identify and analyze the main challenges in integrating health data from various EHR systems into Indonesia's national health system and its impact on the quality of health services, operational efficiency, and data security. The research method used was a descriptive qualitative approach, which combined literature study and in-depth interviews with experts in the field of health information technology and health policy. A literature study was conducted to identify technical, operational, and policy challenges faced in EHR implementation in Indonesia. Expert interviews were used to validate the findings obtained from the literature and provide additional insights into the local context. Thematic analysis techniques were used to organize and interpret the data. The results showed that the lack of common data standards is a major obstacle in the integration of EHR systems in Indonesia.A total of 45% of healthcare facilities adopt HL7 standards, 30% adopt FHIR, and 25% use proprietary systems, leading to the inability to efficiently share data between institutions. In addition, data security issues are also a major concern, with many healthcare facilities yet to implement adequate security protocols. Limited coordination between health institutions also hinders wider integration. Nonetheless, EHR integration has the potential to improve operational efficiency, with up to 25% reduction in administrative time in institutions that have integrated their systems.

A total sampling technique is applied to 80 respondents. Based on the research results, snack consumption is found to be 86.3% in the sufficient category, while 73.8% of respondents are categorized with dental caries. The Spearman rank correlation test resulted in p-value of 0.168 (p > 0.05), indicating that there is no significant relationship between snack consumption and dental caries among third and fourth-grade students. This study suggests that good oral hygiene and promoting healthy snacks should be targeted for preventing dental caries in children.
