The human body cannot work properly without water. Therefore, it is essential to conduct testing and monitoring of drinking water quality to ensure its safety and suitability for consumption. This has prompted researchers to develop more efficient systems compared to traditional methods. This study employs a systematic literature review approach by analysing various published articles to identify and evaluate the application of different types of sensors capable of detecting physical and chemical parameters for assessing drinking water quality. The findings indicate that the integration of sensors, microcontrollers, and Internet of Things (IoT) technology can provide accurate data that is accessible in real-time and remote locations. Furthermore, to enhance the reliability of the system, it is necessary to further develop data processing algorithms by applying artificial intelligence (AI) and/or machine learning technique to create smart systems with improved predictive capabilities. The implementation of these technologies is expected to support the Indonesian government’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by providing safe and affordable access to drinking water for all its citizens.

Pig farming is crucial in local economies and food security, providing a vital protein source and economic opportunities. In Samarinda City, East Kalimantan, the sector demonstrates significant potential due to abundant natural resources and rising market demand, contributing 15% of the province’s pork production in 2024. This study examines strategies for developing pig farming businesses in Samarinda City using a mixed-methods approach, integrating descriptive and analytical methods. Data were collected through surveys and interviews with 50 respondents, including farmers, traders, and policymakers, complemented by secondary data from government agencies. Analytical tools such as SWOT, Location Quotient (LQ), and multiple regression were employed. The findings reveal that Samarinda Utara and Palaran have the highest specialization in pig farming, with LQ values of 1.8 and 1.7, supported by ample land and feed resources. Key drivers of farmer income include production scale and policy support, while high feed costs, comprising up to 70% of production expenses, remain a significant challenge. Recommendations include diversifying pork-based products, adopting modern technologies, strengthening policies, and improving distribution infrastructure. This research provides actionable insights to enhance the sustainability and competitiveness of pig farming, contributing to regional economic development and agricultural resilience.

Underage marriage is a significant issue in various regions in Indonesia, including Owata Village, Bulango Ulu Subdistrict, Bone Bolango Regency. This study aims to examine the implementation of underage marriage from a juridical and sociological perspective. A qualitative approach with descriptive methods was used to understand the social, cultural, economic and educational factors that influence the phenomenon. The results show that the main factors that encourage early marriage include deep-rooted social norms and traditions, economic pressure, low access to education, and lack of understanding of the legal and health impacts. This practice often contradicts Law No. 16/2019, which sets the minimum age of marriage at 19 years. The consequences of underage marriage include negative impacts on reproductive health, increased risk of domestic violence, and barriers to education and careers. Therefore, comprehensive efforts through community education, economic empowerment, increased legal socialization, and more effective supervision are needed to reduce the practice of early marriage and protect children's rights. This research emphasizes the importance of synergy between the community, legal apparatus, and government to provide sustainable solutions.

This study examines the ethics of social media use from the perspective of hadith and verses of the Qur'an with a focus on privacy and social responsibility. Social media, as a dominant communication tool, is often misused, resulting in privacy violations, the spread of inaccurate information, and other negative impacts. This study uses a literature approach to authentic hadiths and interpretations of verses of the Qur'an. The results of the study show that Islam prohibits the actions of tajasuss (spying) and ghibah (backbiting), as emphasized in the hadith: "Whoever spies on others, Allah will spy on him." In addition, QS. Al-Isra: 36 reminds us of the importance of verifying information before it is disseminated. The principle of amar ma'ruf nahi munkar requires social media users to encourage goodness, share positive content, and avoid destructive behavior, such as bullying or the spread of inappropriate content. The application of Islamic ethics in social media can reduce the negative impacts of technology while creating safer and more beneficial interactions in cyberspace.
