Management of qualified, adaptive, and innovative human resources plays an important role in the digital transformation era. According to the Minister of Manpower Ida Fauziyah, this will support national economic recovery. In addition, building HR resilience for company safety and health is an important function of HRM. Employee health is also a crucial factor in maintaining business continuity. Based on news quotes from CNN Indonesia, HRM has a vital role in creating quality human resources to achieve optimal employee performance. Organizational culture and work discipline are driving forces to improve the quality of employee work. Organizational culture has long been used in daily activities to improve work quality. Meanwhile, discipline is an attitude of respect and following the rules. R2 test results show numbers Adjusted R Square of 0.741 or 74.1% which means the Organizational Culture variable (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) both affect performance (Y) by 74.1% while the remaining 25.9% are influenced by other variables. Organizational Culture (X1) partially affects employee performance (Y) with a t count of 3.369 > t table of 1.98447. Work Discipline (X2) partially affects Employee Performance (Y) with a t count of 6390 > t table of 1.98447. X1 and X2 variable simultaneously have a positive effect on variable Y with a calculated f value of 138.779 > f table 3.09.    

Immunization is an action that provides immunity to individuals so that when exposed to a disease they will only experience mild illness or no pain. Immunizations are carried out mainly in children. Immunizations carried out on children are basic immunization and advanced immunization. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, immunization cannot run properly. This study aims to find out about the achievements of basic and follow-up immunizations between before, during, and the transition period of the COVID-19 pandemic in the Cempaka Putih sub-district. Research Methods: This research is an observational descriptive study in the work area of the Cempaka Putih District Health Center. The research sample in this study was a history of basic and follow-up immunizations from children living in the working area of the Cempaka Putih District Health Center. The results showed that the achievement of basic immunization and children under two in 2019 (before the COVID-19 pandemic) reached the target, then in 2020 (pandemic COVID-19) the achievement of basic immunization and children under two did not meet the target. In 2021 (COVID-19 pandemic) the achievement of basic and under-five immunizations reached the target, then in 2022 (COVID-19 transition period) the achievement of basic and under-five immunizations was achieved.    

Kemampuan untuk memberikan pelayanan prima, konsep suasana yang nyaman dan menarik serta upayamenciptakan kepuasan absolut dari pengunjung adalah bagian penting yang harus direalisasikan dalam bisnis hotel. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat kesenjangan antara kepentingan dan kinerja dari atribut-atribut kualitas layanan, kepuasan pengunjung pada Wing Hotel Kualanamu. Responden dalam penelitian ini 98 orang karyawan Wing Hotel Kualanamu. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan observasi. Teknik analisis data berupa importance performance analysis. Pada analisis IPA untuk penilaian berdasarkan kualitas pelayanan, penilaian harapan dilakukan oleh tamu yang menginap di Wing Hotel Kualanamu sedangkan penilaian kinerja karyawan dilakukan oleh General Manager Wing Hotel Kualanamu dengan merujuk pada 8 indikator, yaitu attitude, dicipline, loyalitas, inisiatif, speedity, work quality, responsible, dan skill and knowledge. Untuk penilaian berdasarkan posisi jabatan, penilaian harapan dilakukan oleh General Manager Wing Hotel Kualanamu sedangkan penilaian kinerja karyawan dilakukan oleh Head of Department. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Karyawan yang memerlukan penanganan yang perlu diprioritaskan oleh pihak Wing Hotel Kualanamu dalam hal peningkatan kualitas pelayanan di tahun 2020 ada 6 profesi dan pada tahun 2021 ada 9 profesi; (2) Karyawan yang perlu mempertahankan kinerjanya pada tahun 2020 ada 9 profesi Executive Chef, Steward, Security Crew, Chief Accounting, IT, HRD, HRGA, General Adm, Leader Gardener dan pada tahun 2021 ada 11 profesi; (3)Karyawan dengan kinerja rendah dan tingkat prioritas pekerjaan rendah pada tahun 2020 ada 7 profesi dan pada tahun 2021 ada 6 profesi; (4) Karyawan dengan tingkat kepentingan yang rendah, namun tingkat kinerja tinggi pada tahun 2020 ada 9 profesi dan pada tahun 2021 ada 10 profesi.

This study aims to determine what factors influence Turnover Intention in Marketing Division employees at PT Musawa Land in Semarang City. The population used in this study are all marketing division imployess in the PT Musawa Land and the sample used is 112 employees with the slovin formula, using a probability sampling technique with a random sampling method. Data analysis in this study used the SPSS 24 program. Testing the hypothesis with a multiple linear regression approach. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the variables have a partial effect, namely; Job Satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention, Job Embeddedness has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention, Workload has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention for Marketing Division employees at PT Musawa Land in Semarang City.    

Backgrounds : Low hemoglobin levels often occur in pregnant women, low hemoglobin levels are a serious problem for pregnant women because the lack of hemoglobin levels will have a negative impact during the delivery process. Research Objectives: To determine the effectiveness of dates and beets on Hemoglobin levels in second trimester pregnant women at TPMB Titin Sumarni, Babelan Village, Babelan District, Bekasi Regency. Research Methods : This study used a quasi-experimental with purposive sampling with a sample of 32 people. Data techniques included in uivariate analysis using frequency distribution and bivariate analysis using statistical calculations The results of the study : Respondents in the control group and the intervention group mostly worked as housewives, in the intervention group there was an increase in hemoglobin levels in the second trimester of pregnant women, thus proving the effectiveness of giving beets and dates to increase hemoglobin levels in the second trimester pregnant women. Conclusions and suggestions : Conclusions From the results of this study it was found that there was effectiveness in giving beets and dates to increase hemoglobin levels in the second trimester of pregnant women at BPM Titin Sumarni. Suggestions for providing information about good nutrition for pregnant women by providing health promotion and education to visiting pregnant women to reduce mortality and morbidity due to anemia.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Work Life balance dan Stress Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan Perusahaan Djuanda Poultry Shop Tasikmalaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kausalitas melalui pendekatan Survei. Dengan sampel penelitian 48 orang Karyawan Perusahaan Djuanda Poultry Shop Tasikmalaya. Data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan data primer. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 26.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Work Life balance memiliki klasifikasi penilaian sangat baik, Stress Kerja memiliki klasifikasi penilaian sangat baik sedangkan Turnover Intention memiliki klasifikasi Sangat Baik pada Karyawan Perusahaan Djuanda Poultry Shop Tasikmalaya. Secara bersama-sama Work Life balance Dan Stress Kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention pada Karyawan Perusahaan Djuanda Poultry Shop Tasikmalaya. Secara parsial Work Life balance memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention pada Karyawan Perusahaan Djuanda Poultry Shop Tasikmalaya. Secara parsial Stress Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention pada Karyawan Perusahaan Djuanda Poultry Shop Tasikmalaya.

Abstrak Posisi bekerja saat mengetik berhubungan erat dengan masalah ergonomi atau kenyamanan, terutama di bidang desain, posisi, dan sikap tubuh yang tepat. MTrPs adalah suatu kondisi menggambarkan rasa nyeri deskriptif pada jaringan lunak akut atau kronis, yang terjadi pada otot atau fasia otot. MTrPs menimbulkan kontraksi knot atau node yang dapat terbentuk dalam sebuah taut band otot yang menjadi sumber rasa sakit. Nyeri atau rasa tidak nyaman berupa rasa tertusuk perih, berdenyut, rasa sayatan, dan terbakar pada jaringan ikat longgar yang membungkus otot trapezius dikarenakan adanya trigger point. Data pekerja komputer di wilayah Pedurungan Wetan sebanyak 24 pekerja. Metode penelitian ini adalah pra eksperimen one group pre and post test design dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pekerja rental yang bekerja di Tlogosari Wetan, Pedurungan, Kota Semarang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan VAS (Vasual Analog Skill). Tahapan penelitian terdiri dari persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan pengolahan data penelitian. Langkah yang dilakukan pada tahap persiapan adalah studi literatur, survey lapangan, sosialisasi kepada pekerja rental. Tahap pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan pengambilan data. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan adanya hubungan lama mengetik dengan terjadinya kondisi MTrPs Otot Uper Trapezius. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah Chi Square Test untuk menganalisis signifikansi hubungan lama mengetik terhadap terjadinya myofascial trigger point syndrome otot upper trapezius pada pekerja rental. Pada perhitungan analisis data, diperoleh nilai p sebesar 0,000 sehingga p < 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara lama mengetik terhadap terjadinya myofascial trigger point syndrome otot upper trapezius pada pekerja rental. Kelemahan dari penelitian ini adalah tidak dapat mengontrol responden dalam mengendalikan lama waktu bekerja. Kata kunci : Lama Mengetik, Myoasial Trigger Point, Nyeri Otot Uper Trapezius

Health is a basic right of all people. The main priority at this time is health services for pregnant women. The selection of birth attendants for pregnant women is something that must be considered. Prior to the tripartite partnership, many people chose to give birth with the help of a dukun than to give birth with a health worker. The process of forming a tripartite partnership, namely collaboration between cadres, traditional birth attendants and midwives, began with the signing of the MoU which was directly supervised by the camat, babinsa and lurah. The existence of cadres and traditional birth attendants who continuously accompany pregnant women makes them trust them to use the services of health workers and give birth at health facilities. There was an increase in the number of birth mothers assisted by midwives who partnered with traditional birth attendants at Poskesdes with an average increase of 2. 8% for the past 2 years. The obstacles in implementing this tripartite partnership are the very low level of education of cadres and traditional birth attendants, the remote location of health services and the financial capacity of postpartum mothers.

Balai latihan kerja (BLK) adalah salah satu bentuk satuan pendidikan non-formal yang diselenggarakan bagi masyarakat yang memerlukan bekal pengetahuan, keterampilan, kecakapan hidup, dan sikap untuk mengembangkan diri, mengembangkan profesi, bekerja, usaha mandiri, dan atau melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui sejauh mana strategi dan inovasi pembiayaan pendidikan pelatihan kerja di BLK Komunitas Ponpes Al-Aitaam Bandung. Metode penelitian dengan menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian bahwa Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Komunitas Ponpes AL-Aitaam Bandung adalah Lembaga pelatihan yang didirikan karena adanya bantuan dari pemerintah melalui Kemenaker pada tahun 2019. Bantuan yang diberikan pemerintah meliputi gedung workshop, peralatan pelatihan, operasional kelembagaan dan program pelatihan serta pelatihan bagi instruktur dan pengelola BLK komunitas. Pada dasarnya bantuan ini sangat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat, namun menyebabkan kurang mandirinya BLK tersebut dalam melaksanakan program pelatihan karena bergantung pada bantuan kegiatan dari pemerintah.Upaya yang harus dilakukan oleh  Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK ) Komunitas Ponpes AL-Aitaam Bandung agar dapat memiliki kemandirian dalam menjalankan program pelatihan tanpa ketergantungan terhadap bantuan pemerintah adalah membuat setrategi, inovasi dan menggali sumber-sumber pembiayaan pelatihan dengan mengerahkan semua sumber daya yang ada di BLK. Strategi pembiayaan pendidikan di Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK ) Komunitas Ponpes AL-Aitaam Bandung hendaknya mengacu pada jaminan apa yang bisa diberikan satuan pendidikan kepada konsumen. Kalau konsumen merasa mendapatkan kepastian jaminan dengan program-programnya, maka sudah dapat dipastikan konsumen sanggup menanggung biaya yang dibutuhkan. Di sini letak strategis lmbaga diperankan untuk membaca kemauan publik terhadap layanan Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK ) Komunitas Ponpes AL-Aitaam Bandung.

Globalization brings changes in various everyday issues such as social, monetary, and cultural. Especially in the economic field which has major consequences for changes in the governance of business cooperation and competition as well as the duties of governments in various parts of the world. Therefore, this requires business people to continue to innovate in the face of increasingly fierce competition, because competition does not only come from local business competition but has penetrated world associations. The components that drive this paper are to analyze and find out the understanding and what are the scopes faced by business people in entering the world of global marketing, which is to help the world export and import between countries. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, the method used in writing this scientific work is to use the library study method. Where researchers look for discussion material from the internet and books obtained from the official website and other supporting documents. Through this research, it is hoped that problems or obstacles from the marketing strategy used and alternative solutions to existing problems can be identified to achieve a better performance improvement.

Critical thinking is a process of solving problems based on good judgment and experiences that are by facts. A thought process of solving problems in learning is said to be achieved and can improve critical thinking skills in solving problems during the learning process if the implementation is student-centered. To improve critical thinking skills, improve the quality of education, and produce quality learning outcomes, the government made a breakthrough by holding the School Literacy Movement (GLS) program. Namely a mass movement to foster a love of literacy to meet the need for information and reading for this nation's generation. Literacy is the ability of individuals to read, write, speak, calculate and solve problems at the level of expertise required in work, family, and society. Good literacy and followed up by giving assignments or recitations, can hone skills to make students able to think critically, creatively, innovatively and develop student character.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, Quality of Work Life (QWL), komitmen organisasional dan kepuasan kerjaterhadap kinerja pegawai di lingkungan Pasar Daerah Kabupaten Pemalang. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai di lingkungan Pasar Daerah Kabupaten Pemalang, Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini ditetapkan 154 responden dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yang disebut proporsional random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Model Regresi Linier dengan bantuan program SPSS.     Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, 2) Quality of Work Life (QWL)berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, 3) komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, 4) kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, 5) Quality of Work Life (QWL)berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, 6) komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan 5) kepuasan kerjaberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

This study aims to find out how hard skills and soft skills change in the embroidery MSME group in Gampong Sidorejo, Langsa City before and after the Workshop activities. In this study the authors used a qualitative descriptive research type, with data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation. MSMEs are an important part of the economy of a nation. The activities carried out in MSME activities are producing goods and trading in order to obtain large profits/income, but previously in order to produce quality goods, MSME groups must have adequate HR skills. The results showed that workshops can provide skill changes to the HR of the MSME group, which is seen from the level of knowledge and skills regarding the technique of designing embroidery motifs, the mothers of the MSME embroidery group have begun to understand the techniques of designing embroidery motifs and are able to make beautiful embroidery motif designs. At the level of increasing sales revenue, it can be seen that there was an increase in income of around 50% after the workshop activities were held. The economic growth of the people of Gampong Sidorejo, Langsa City, especially the embroidery MSME group, is at a good level, this is measured by an increase in embroidery production and income in the community's economic activities.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh berbagi pengetahuan dan kapabilitas teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja sumber daya manusia dengan variabel inovasi kerja sebagai intervening. Populasi yang digunakan adalah pegawai Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kajen Kabupaten Pekalongan sebanyak 498 orang. Dengan teknik probability sampling dan menggunakan rumus slovin, maka diperoleh jumlah sampel sebesar 100 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur, dimana sebelumnya dilakukan uji validitas, reliabilitas dan uji normalitas serta uji asumsi klasik.Hasil analisis dan pengujian menunjukkan bahwa berbagi pengetahuan terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inovasi kerja, kapabilitas teknologi informasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inovasi kerja. Berbagi pengetahuan dan kapabilitas teknologi informasi secara simultan dengan dimediasi inovasi kerja terbukti mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja SDM. Inovasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja SDM, Inovasi kerja dapat menjadi variabel intervening antara berbagi pengetahuan  terhadap kinerja SDM. Inovasi kerja mampu menjadi variabel intervening antara kapabilitas

One of the causes that encourage women (wives) to work in the public sector or to become breadwinners for their families is family poverty. The agricultural industry plays an important role in creating employment opportunities for women. Likewise, the agricultural sector is the main source of income for most women in Bekalar Village; women farmers in Bekalar Village are involved in agriculture from planting to harvesting; This cannot be separated from the role of women. Because women's involvement in agriculture increases family income, this study will examine how the contribution of female farmers to family economic income in Bekalar Village. This research is a descriptive research that tries to describe the objects and phenomena studied, namely how the contribution of women farmers to the economic income of families in Bekalar Village, Kandis District, Siak Regency. Based on the findings of this study, women farmers in Bekalar Village have a contribution to the family's economic income in terms of women farmers being able to meet the needs of the family. Women farmers working in the agricultural industry face a number of challenges, including unpredictable market prices for agricultural products and prejudice against women, who have dual responsibilities in the household.

This article discusses the poem “Kaleidoscope” by Salman Khairi Faras in the book: Anthology of Poetry of the Valley of Taste. The poem will be discussed by analyzing the style of language contained in the poem. This study uses a structural approach by analyzing the elements that build literary works from within. The method used in this research is a qualitative method by specifying poetry as a data source and research object. The purpose of this study is to describe the use of language style in the poem “Kaleidoscope” by Salman Khairi Faras in the book Anthology of Poems of Lembah Rasa.The benefits of this research are to provide insight to readers in terms of literary works, to become a source of reference for further research, and as a comparison for future researchers in developing relevant research. The results of this study indicate that the poem “Kaleidoscope” by Salman Khairi Faras in the book: Anthology of Poems of Lembah Rasa has several styles of language. The style of language is personification, association, hyperbole, metaphor and antonomasia. The dominant style of language in the poem “Kaleidoscope” by Salman Khairy Farras is personification, hyperbole and metaphor.

This research aims to find out the results of research analysis of students abilities through the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) type cooperative learning model from various literature, as well as to analyze the difficulties of students mathematical communication skills through the Two Stay Two Stray model. This type of research is descriptive qualitative and uses a literature study research method which was carried out at the Digital Library, Medan State University in July – September 2022. The instrument in this study was the author himself. The steps of this research are: (1) Designing the research. (2) Carry out the research design. (3) Analyze and provide conclusions on the results of the analysis. The analysis technique used in the selection of information related to data analysis techniques is the Miles and Huberman analysis technique. The data source used secondary data consisting of 5 journals. The conclusions of the results of this study show that: (1) The average results of tests of students mathematical communication abilities through the application of the TSTS model are: (a) The indicator of mathematical representation is 51.93%, (b) The indicator of writing/explaining mathematics was 40.31%, (c) The indicators describe is 37.94%. (2) There are several difficulties experienced by students and teachers are: (a) Students have difficulty connecting real objects, pictures, and diagrams into mathematical models, (b) Students lack confidence in communicating arguments and ideas in mathematical problems, ( c) Students are less thorough in working on questions, (d) Students have difficulty expressing mathematical ideas in the form of graphs, pictures, or tables, (e) Low student skills in understanding mathematical communication problems and drawing conclusions about mathematical communication problems, (f ) The role of the teacher is less than optimal in carrying out learning activities.

For students in primary schools, there are still numerous nutritional issues to be solved. There has been an increase in the prevalence of overweight and underweight children in the Malang City area, particularly in the Puskesmas Mojolangu working area. One location where these dietary issues occur is SDN Tasikmadu 1. This is a result of the absence of educational resources for understanding balanced nutrition. The goal of this study is to create a balanced nutrition four card instructional media and evaluate its viability and efficacy as a tool for balanced nutrition education. The study follows the define, design, create, and disseminate framework while using a research and development approach. Due diligence was performed by media and material experts utilizing the BNSP evaluation tool with an average score of 87.50%. The effectiveness test was carried out at SDN Tasikmadu 1 on 30 students using pre-test and post-test instruments. Analysis using paired t-test showed that the tool and its accompanying materials were declared "appropriate" and provision of Balanced Nutrition Quartet Card media was effective in increasing students' knowledge, with an average pre-test score of 55.06 and an average post-test score 87.73 and the result of the paired t-test is P=0.000.

This study aims to analyze the performance of the lost and found unit of Lion Air at Yogyakarta International Airport. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data sources for this study were obtained from primary and secondary data. The technique of collecting data by data triangulation uses the method of observing, interviewing, and documenting. Data analysis applies three stages, namely data reduction, presenting, then conclusion. The results of this study are to indicate the performance and constraints of the lost and found units of Lion Air at Yogyakarta International Airport. lost and found unit officers have not carried out their duties properly based on standard operating procedures (SOP) such as inadequate baggage handling, lack of friendly attitude, not punctuality, and lack of ability or expertise of officers. and lost and found units have external and internal constraints such as lack of work equipment, tracking systems, human resources, work environment, and ability, and attitude of officers in handling passenger baggage. It is hoped that the lost and found unit can improve the quality of service for passenger baggage handling.
