Elections or general elections have an important role in determining the future of the nation by electing leaders and officials who are directly elected by the people and for the people. Democracy is the main factor in holding elections as people are free to choose according to their conscience without any coercion or threat. However, the process of implementing elections in Indonesia still experiences obstacles such as the white group (golput) who choose to give up their voting rights in determining the future of the nation. Therefore, we provide solutions and suggestions that can be used to reduce the percentage of the white group by means of election education, voting training, encouraging political parties to be more active, using the media to publish information about elections, election monitoring, research and opinion surveys as described in this research article that we wrote in the hope that it will create a movement to suppress white groups who throw away their voting rights. Then, in compiling this research article, we used an empirical juridical qualitative research method by raising two problem formulations that are problems in the current era. With the results of this research article, hopefully it can help you and can be a source of reference in preparing research that has the same aims and objectives.

In general, the purpose of marriage is to fulfill human desires in order to create a happy household, in accordance with applicable regulations. However, today the marriage of minors has become an increasingly pointed issue in the context of law, humanity and the protection of human rights. Child marriages often involve one party who has not reached the age of majority, causing a wide and serious impact on the rights of children and society in general. This paper aims to examine more deeply how Indonesian law regulates the age limit of marriage and whether these rules are effective in preventing child marriage, as well as to describe the legal impact of child marriage and the role of the government in strengthening legal protection for victims of child marriage. The method used in this paper is a normative legal writing method using data collection techniques through document study activities on secondary data. The findings of this paper are that children involved in marriage often lack the ability to give free consent. In many cases, child marriage violates the fundamental rights of children in accordance with the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, Indonesian positive law and other international laws that protect children from exploitation, violence and discrimination. The state's responsibility is not only limited to enforcing laws and regulations that protect children from exploitation, violence and discrimination.

The development of MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in Indonesia has been quite rapid, especially with the occurrence of the Covid-19 pandemic worldwide, which has dampened economies globally. Several studies have also found that MSMEs and cooperatives play a crucial role in driving local economic growth by creating new job opportunities, especially in underdeveloped areas. With the presence of MSMEs and support for digitalization through the utilization of e-commerce platforms, this becomes one of the essential strategies for MSME players in Indonesia, particularly in Serang City, to market and promote their products widely. The research method employed is a case study based on previous research on the impact of MSMEs that have adopted e-commerce. The research results indicate that the implementation of e-commerce has a significant positive influence on the growth of MSMEs in Serang City.

This is caused by insufficient calorie food intake, which forces the body to constantly use its energy reserves. The aim of this research is to overcome problems in marasmus sufferers where there are various treatments that can be given, one of which is by providing knowledge to families and the community about the importance of preventive and rehabilitation measures by providing appropriate nutritional guidelines. This research is in the form of a literature review. Literature was taken from two databases, namely Pubmed and Google Scholar. After being selected using inclusion and exclusion criteria, seven pieces of literature were obtained consisting of six descriptive studies and one qualitative study. The results of the research show that seven pieces of literature examine how to treat marasmus by providing nutrition accompanied by data in the form of tables. According to data from Basic Health Research (RISKESDAS) and the National Socio-Economic Survey (SUSENAS), the results of this data show that the prevalence of malnutrition decreased from 1998 to 2001, namely in 1998-1999 it decreased by 2% and in 1999-2001 it decreased again. by 1.8%. And from 2001 to 2005 there was an increase in the prevalence of malnutrition, namely in 2001-2003 it increased by 2% and in 2003-2005 it increased again by 0.5%. Then from 2005 to 2010 it experienced another decline, namely in 2005-2007 it was 3.4% and in 2007-2010 it was 0.5%, and in 2010 to 2013 it experienced another increase of 0.8%. As a conclusion, there are various treatments to overcome this problem. However, the problem of malnutrition, including marasmus, has not been resolved and is still relatively high. Therefore, public awareness is still needed regarding the importance of providing nutrition to toddlers in order to reduce the risk of this case because it will have a significant impact on the next phase of life.

This study aims to describe the use of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) on a child experiencing emotional disturbances following the death of her mother. Healthy psychological development in children plays a crucial role in their ability to learn and adapt. Good cognitive and emotional development enables children to understand and manage their emotions, communicate effectively, and build positive social relationships. A child with strong emotional skills tends to be more resilient, better able to cope with stress, and has a higher level of life satisfaction. This study employs a qualitative case study design to gain an in-depth understanding of individual experiences within a specific context. Observations and interviews were conducted with the subject, a 10-year-old girl named Icha, who was identified as having emotional and behavioral issues suitable for REBT intervention. Romans 12:2 provides relevant spiritual guidance in the context of children's psychological development, emphasizing the importance of transforming the mind for a better life. Through the stages of REBT, Icha successfully identified and changed the irrational thoughts that caused her emotional disturbances. Significant changes were observed in the fourth session, where Icha became calmer and was able to accept herself. This therapy demonstrates the effectiveness of REBT in addressing emotional disorders in children, especially those experiencing trauma from loss.
