Worm infection is a health problem that often occurs throughout the world, especially in Indonesia with a high prevalence. One of the most common helminthic infections in Indonesia is the Soil Transmitted Helminths worm. Children are an age group that is susceptible to this infection. Worm infections can have serious consequences if not treated with deworming medication and a clean and healthy lifestyle for the person. This community service is carried out with the aim of conducting counseling about environmental health, especially in helminthiasis at the Alak Final Disposal Site, Kupang City. This activity conducts counseling and examination of the community on how to deal with helminthiasis in children. Subjects as many as 30 children. The worm examination was carried out using the direct slide method and then observed under a microscope with a magnification of 10x-40x. Based on the results of the examination found Ascaris lumbricoides eggs by 10%. So based on the results of this service it shows that there is a prevalence of worm infection in the Alak Final Disposal Site. Therefore, it is suggested to parents and especially children to further improve the Clean and Healthy Lifestyle (PHBS) to avoid worm infection.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of inflation, the number of taxpayers, and a tax audit on income tax receipts. The factors utilized in this study are Duty Review, Number of Citizens and Expansion as Autonomous Factors and Annual Expense Receipts as Reliant Factors. All Individual and Corporate Income Tax Receipts, registered Individual and Entity Taxpayers, the number of SKPKBs issued at KPP Pratama Cibitung, and the amount of inflation published monthly by the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Bekasi Regency in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 (time series data of 60 months) comprise the population of this study. The saturated sampling method was used for the study's sample, which included the entire population. This sort of exploration utilizes illustrative examination which expects to make sense of the easygoing connection between the factors that impact speculation testing. Using the SPSS version 23 program, multiple regression analysis was used as the analytical method. According to the findings of this study, the Variable of Tax Audit has an effect on Income Tax Receipts, the Variable of Number of Taxpayers has an effect on Income Tax Receipts, and the Variable of Inflation has an effect on Income Tax Receipts.

Elderly is a man or woman who has entered the age of 60 years accompanied by various declines in physical condition, decreased function of the body's organs, and decreased function of the brain. The elderly population is increasing globally. Service activities aim to empower the elderly through elderly gymnastics as an effort to improve physical health in supporting the Tangguh elderly. The method of activity in this service involves 5 students of midwifery Akbid Batari Toja. The service implementation adopts action research steps which consist of 4 (four) stages, namely: planning, action, observation and evaluation, and reflection. Evaluation of the results of the conclusion, namely the implementation of community service with a series of activities, namely checking blood pressure and exercising for the elderly. Before being given information regarding elderly exercise, all 28 elderly participants did not know about elderly exercise movements. After being given information on elderly gymnastic movements, as many as 25 elderly people followed the gymnastic movements and did them correctly. Based on the results of blood pressure checks, it was found that 7 elderly people had high blood pressure ≥ 140/100, the community service team recommended carrying out examinations at the nearest health center, advising them to consume lots of vegetables and fruit and routinely doing elderly exercises.

Physiological newborns are babies born with a gestational age of more than or equal to 37 weeks with a body weight of 2500 grams to 4000 grams. During the birth period, many physical and psychological changes begin to occur in the baby's body, therefore it requires careful supervision to determine how to adjust to life outside the womb. The purpose of this study was to apply midwifery physiology care to By "Z" at the Panincong Health Center. The care provided uses the Varney 7 Step Midwifery Care Management approach and forms of documentation through SOAP. The case study conducted on By “Z” revealed that there were no obstacles when implementing Varney's 7 Step Midwifery Care Management approach. Thus, it is easy for caregivers to solve problems related to this. The form of midwifery care provided to By "Z" includes taking anamnesis on the baby's parents, carrying out physical examinations, and providing counseling to the parents, in this case to By "Z"'s mother about how to carry out effective care when caring for babies. The aim of this study is to examine factors that affect auditor switching voluntarily. Variables that consider to have effect on auditor switching are audit tenure, change of management, size of public accountant firms, and financial distress. This study used 78 observation of annual report from palm oil companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2018-2021. The examination was used logistic regression to analyze and SPSS 25 as programmer. Result of the study stated that simultaneous audit tenure, change of management, size of public accountant firms, and financial distress significantly affect auditor switching voluntarily. Partially, change of management is the only variable that significantly affect auditor switching voluntarily. This study can be used by companies to consider voluntary rotation of auditor and auditor to improve performance in providing audit services. The limitation of this study are the use of the independent variables and the sample that used are not common sample so there was no concrete comparison.

Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic disease that occurs because the pancreas does not produce sufficient insulin or the body is ineffective using insulin. Based on the community diagnosis in the community RT.17 Wonorejo village in 2022, Diabetes Melitus as a priority of health problems that must be interferenced because the percentage of diabetes case mellitus by 3.1%. Alternative troubleshooting Diabetes Mellitus in Wonorejo RT 17 village is with CERDAS program. The CERDAS program consists of the activities of establishing and coaching, citing, and blood sugar examination. The purpose of the CERDAS program is to improve the knowledge of the public about diabetes mellitus and encourage the community to regularly check blood sugar examination. The method of implementing the CERDAS program is a lecture and discussion. The results of the devotion showed by the development of 100% CERDAS cadre knowledge included in either category and 100% CERDAS cadre can perform its duties. The CERDAS cadre is prepared to assist free counseling and examination of free blood supervisors and provide information on diabetes mellitus through the whatsapp group. Community knowledge of Diabetes Mellitus after extension is included with a good category of 57.7% and category less than 42.5%.

  Medical services are the object of forgiveness for treatment and care. So efforts to improve people's living standards in the health sector, is a comprehensive necessity including improving public health physically and non-physically. In this case, the patient is someone who receives medical treatment. The patient's right as a recipient of medical services is to obtain information on medical services to find out the results of the examination/diagnosis that has been carried out by the medical team and the right to know what action the patient must receive.  

Introduction: Elderly is a life where from babies, toddlers, teenagers, adults and the elderly. In this process there are significant Bio-Psycho-Social changes in his life such as social changes, namely the breaking of relationships with colleagues, loss of status or role (tasks, authorities and responsibilities) in the workplace environment, changes in individual roles in the family and public. Method: The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method. The collection techniques for this research were interviews, observations, physical examinations and documentation. Results: The results showed that before giving dhikr and meditation therapy, 4 patients (80%) were in the moderate stress category, and 1 patient (20%) was in the severe stress category. After giving dhikr and meditation therapy, 4 patients (80%) were found with mild stress category, and 1 patient (20%) with moderate stress category. Conclusion: Prior to the remembrance therapy, the mental condition of the elderly at the Peni Griya Jannati experienced depression due to the pressures of daily life, experiencing loneliness due to living with family or loved ones, mental emotional disorders that were not yet stable, and anxiety disorders. So that the process of dhikr therapy must be carried out in the elderly.

According to Yogendra Kumar, 2021, normal total cholesterol levels in the blood are in the range of 140-200 mg/dl, while high total cholesterol levels are between 200-400 mg/dl. Men aged 40 years and over with high serum cholesterol levels, namely cholesterol > 200 mg/dL and LDL cholesterol > 130 mg/dL, have a high risk of stroke and coronary heart disease (CHD). Based on WHO data for 2015, Yusvita and Shinta (2018) reported that globally there were 17.7 million deaths due to heart and blood vessel disease. Data collection was carried out based on the results of blood cholesterol examination in every man aged 40 to 70 years. This research approach is descriptive. The samples taken amounted to 30 people according to the criteria and are willing to be respondents. This research method uses total sampling. From the results of the study it was found that high total cholesterol levels were > 200 mg/dl at ages 40-55 years with 6 respondents out of 12, while those aged 56-70 years only amounted to 4 respondents out of 8. This shows that the percentage of ages 40-55 and 56-70 is not much different or the same. Total blood cholesterol levels in men aged 40 years to 70 years have normal values ​​or > 200 mg/dl with a percentage of 60% and 40% having high value or > 200 mg/dl from 30 respondents or outpatients who were sampled . High total blood cholesterol levels or > 200 mg/dl have a risk of stroke and coronary heart disease, while normal total blood cholesterol levels or < 200 mg/dl have a low risk. This basic research is expected to be a reference for further or other research and can be useful for readers, especially men aged 40 to 70 years.

Dementia is a cognitive decline that is so severe that it interferes with activities of daily living and social activities. Cognitive decline in dementia usually begins with a decline in memory or memory (forgetfulness). Cognitive function is the main human capital in the activities of daily life. Brain gymnastics is a light exercise that is carried out with cross movements in order to harmonize and optimize the performance of the right and left brain so that it can improve cognitive function. This study aims to determine the results of the application of brain exercise on cognitive function in the elderly with dementia. Quantitative research with a cross sectional approach and sampling collection technique with purposive sampling with a sample of 34 respondents. The data collection tool used was the Mini Mental Status Examination (MMSE) questionnaire. It was found from this study that before brain exercise, normal cognitive function was 0, while moderate was 2 respondents (5.9%) and mild cognitive function was 32 respondents (94.1%). After brain exercise, normal cognitive function was 14 respondents (41.2%) while 20 respondents (58.8%) had moderate cognitive function and 0. mild cognitive function.

In this KKN-UMJ 2022 activity, our group took the theme of health in organizing a work program "Increasing Health Awareness in the Community through Checking Tension and Blood Sugar in RT 04 / RW 08 Rempoa Village", in this work program we chose partners in RT 04 / RW 08 Rempoa Village, East Ciputat District, South Tangerang City, because they saw the rise of hypertension and diabetes in the community. The method of implementation carried out in this activity is carried out by offering an examination of blood pressure (tension) and blood sugar then followed by the presentation of material about blood pressure (tension) and blood sugar. After the check was carried out, the test post was given by distributing a questionnaire that tested public knowledge about blood pressure (tension) and blood sugar. After this work program was carried out, there was a significant increase in public knowledge about blood pressure (tension) and blood sugar.

Sleep quality is a state lived by an individual to produce freshness and fitness after waking up. If a person's sleep quality is poor it will cause a decrease in the body's immune system and Hb levels which causes the individual to feel easily tired, sleepy and susceptible to disease. Adolescents are identified as a population at high risk of experiencing sleep problems which disrupt sleep quality. Accumulated work and lifestyle are one of the factors causing poor sleep patterns in adolescents which makes it easier for them to experience sleep disturbances. Adolescents with high risk certainly need adequate knowledge regarding the importance of maintaining quality sleep related to the body's immune system and Hb levels. Increased knowledge and examination can be carried out by laboratory personnel with health counseling and laboratory tests. The purpose of this community service is to increase the knowledge of adolescents to maintain good quality sleep so that Hb levels and body immunity are maintained. This community service implementation method consists of three stages, namely the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. At the implementation stage, an examination of Hb levels and counting the number of types of leukocytes was carried out as well as education related to the effect of sleep quality on Hb levels and the body's immune system. As a result of community service, adolescents have obtained health status through laboratory tests and good knowledge about the effect of sleep quality on Hb levels and body immunity.

. Fraction is one of the materials in mathematics subject in class VII odd semester, which students must master well. Because this material continues from elementary school. Fraction is related to every day, and many problems use the concept of fractions. The research aims to describe the errors according to Newman's procedure, which students carry out to solve the issues. The methods used in data collection were tests and interviews. The written examination was given to class VII 15 students as the subject. The test questions consist of 4 item description questions, then from the results of the written test of 5 students who made mistakes according to the Newman procedure. The results of research that have been carried out on students according to Newman's approach in solving fractions questions as indicated by the results of their daily tests, the most frequent error is the process skill error and encoding error with a percentage of 58,33%, the transformation error is 51,66%, comprehension error 41,66% and the last percentage of reading error 25 %. The causes of student errors include being unable to read correctly, not understanding fractions, and being unable to determine the formula or steps to use, such as making mistakes in the calculation process and writing wrong information or answers.

Introduction. Tuberculosis (TB) is one of the oldest diseases known to attack humans, caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Multi-drug-resistant TB (MDR-TB) is a stage or condition in which Mycobacterium tuberculosis becomes minimally resistant to rifampicin administration and also insonicotinylhydrazine (INH). Extensive-drug-resistant TB (XDR-TB) is an MDR-TB with Mycobacterium tuberculosis immune characteristics against one of the fluoroquinolone class drugs and one of the second-line injection OAT (capreomycin, kanamycin, and amikacin). The aim of this study was to find out the description of variation in laboratory costs of MDR-TB/XDR patients on one treatment cycle. Method. The inclusion criteria were patients who had been diagnosed with MDR-TB/XDR and performed laboratory tests. The design of this study was a cross-sectional retrospective analytics using medical records of MDR-TB/XDR patients in MDR division. Results. There were 30 MDR-TB research subjects and 2 XDR-TB research subjects examined for laboratory examination. Comparison of laboratory mean of MDR-TB/XDR (p = 0,018). Discussion. There was a significant difference in the total cost of MDR-TB/XDR laboratory examinations in one treatment cycle. Conclusion. Laboratory examination of MDR-TB/XDR patients requires considerable cost, this is due to the side effects of OAT that require patient clinical monitoring.    

High maternal and infant mortality rates are a major health problem in Indonesia. The author contributes by providing comprehensive midwifery care for pregnancy, maternity, postpartum, newborns, and family planning to promote better health. The author has provided direct midwifery care and has real experience. An observational case study was conducted at the Pratama Kita Clinic, Kec. Berastagi from February to June 2016. to provide comprehensive care to Mrs. K, who is 36 years old, experienced pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborn and caesarean section. Interviews, observations, examinations and documentation are used to collect data. Case study analysis is used to transform data into easy-to-understand information. After Mrs. K started pregnant in the third trimester, the author implemented and provided comprehensive midwifery care.    

Asthma is a chronic disease that interferes with the airway due to inflammation and swelling of the walls in the airways so that becomes very sensitive to the entry of foreign objects which cause an overreaction. Based on data from the Ministry of Health for 2020, the number of asthma sufferers in Indonesia is 4.5% of the total population of Indonesia or as many as 12 million more. Meanwhile, based on Aceh Health Service in 2022, it was noted that Asthma sufferers in the Banda Aceh area has reached 11,534 cases. This study is a case report study with data obtained through autoanamnesis, physical examination, home visit to complete family data, psychosocial, and environmental data. Patient Mrs. NS, 51 years old, came with complaints of coughing and a runny nose for 3 days before coming to the Ulee Kareng Health Center, occasionally the patient coughed to the point of causing chest pain. The patient already has a history of asthma since elementary school. The application of family doctor services to asthma patients is necessary to prevent acute exacerbations and prevent the occurrence of asthma in the patient's family.

Mastoiditis is a disorder of the middle ear. Inflammation of the middle ear involves the mastoid cells of the temporal bone. Mastoiditis is generally a complication of otitis media. This is due to the connection between the middle ear and the mastoid air cells. This research method begins by searching articles on Google Scholar, PubMed and NCBI within the year range determined by the researcher and using the keywords Mastoiditis, Mastoiditis Diagnosis, Mastoiditis Management. The results of this study found that the diagnosis of mastoiditis can be made by history, physical examination and supporting examinations. Treatment that can be done in mastoiditis depends on the severity of the infection and its complications. administration of antibiotics, incision and drainage of mastoid abscess and mastoidectomy are the management of mastoiditis  

Uterine myoma is one of the most common tumors found in premenopause. Symptoms that can arise vary, ranging from asymptomatic to symptoms that interfere with daily activities. Ultrasound can be done as an initial screening, while MRI is better used for a more appropriate location when compared to ultrasound.

The condition of the feet of DM patients is one of the indicators that must be studied in monitoring the incidence of ulcers. In DM patients, ulcer problems can occur as a result of vascular and neurological damage. Both causes are initiated through poor metabolic control as assessed by blood glucose levels. The purpose of this study is to analyze several factors that are theoretically and empirically related to the condition of the feet. This cross-sectional study was conducted on the DM group in Palembang city (n = 50), by filling out a characteristic questionnaire, examining foot conditions, and measuring fasting blood sugar levels. The research findings revealed that of all the factors tested with Kendall Tau, blood sugar levels were the only one that was significant (p-value = 0.002) so that it could be significant as a predictor of the condition of the feet. Controlling these levels is important in controlling the incidence of ulcers in patients. The next step that can be taken is to carry out a thorough examination of the patient's neurovascular condition with the Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) and the Michigan Neuropathy Screening Instrument (MNSI).
