This training is that the management process for process standards has not been optimally implemented properly, and the standard management of educators and educational staff has not been maximized including many teachers still not mastering the use of Information Technology (IT) as a means of supporting learning. The purpose of this training is to improve the competence of teachers in the learning process using the blended learning method so that the quality of learning becomes quality. This training was held in Karawang. This training refers to the standard of education management which has become the stipulation of the National Education Standards Agency (BSNP) so that it reflects superior and competitive management standards. Implementation of the training through the management program for the utilization of educators and education personnel, namely through workshops, in-house training, trainings, implementation of a clear reward and punishment system for teachers, education personnel and students. Supervision and evaluation of education quality management in the learning process through the blended learning method in Karawang is related to inputs such as infrastructure, students, teaching staff, financing and others that are not in accordance with the standards expected to achieve quality education. The result of this training is how a teacher is able to carry out the learning process using the blended learning method, which is a combination of online and offline learning so as to be able to achieve quality education outcomes

The advances in mobile technology have created a new learning method known as mobile learning technology or mobile learning. This method utilizes the use of smartphones which have become part of the daily life of people of all ages and levels of education. in this mobile learning ,android platform is selected. The reason for choosing android is that it is the most popular mobile OS. This learning is designed to run on Android with the aim that it can be used easily and can be run at any time as long as you carry an Android cellphone and there is an internet connection. This application is addressed to the Persatuan pemuda sandya karya mandiri desa reksosari kec suruh kabupaten Semarang, which is an activity of a youth group that is trying to develop and improve their video streaming channel . they need learning to improve their digital video processing skills to improve the quality of their video output. because this youth union consists of various ages and various educational backgrounds, the making of learning videos must be easy to operate, easy to display and does not require complicated equipment. The development of this application is based on usability which is the most important aspect of an application.

Combining culture and technology is one solution to digitizing an area's local wisdom. Technology is expected to be an educational medium for the younger generation to know the history and meaning of a historical story. The island of Bali has a lot of the previous history, one of which is about the Puputan Klungkung war. Based on the results of questionnaires to 40 respondents by simple random sampling, 77.5% of respondents did not know the history of the Klungkung puputan and its meaning. To maintain the history of the puputan war, it is necessary to introduce the next generation but keep abreast of technological developments so that the research aims to design a media in the form of a mobile game. This mobile game media was chosen because of its popularity in Indonesian society, both among children to adults, thus creating interest in playing media games. The game design adapts to the scheme of the design pattern by using simple, cultured, and informative concepts. This development resulted in the design of the character of the king of Klungkung and the Dutch army and the layout design of the game Puputan Klungkung.

The purpose of this research is to find out the efforts to develop e-government and improve public services in Bima Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this study were selected through a nonprobability sampling technique, using a purposive sampling technique. The informants in this study were 20 web admins of the Regional War Work Unit/OPD of the Regional Government of Bima Regency. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that support for the implementation of e-government in public services in Bima Regency has been provided, although it is not optimal, this is due to different budget allocations in each Regional War Work Unit/OPD. On the capability side, in general the literacy level of Bima Regency Government employees is still low, especially senior employees. Meanwhile, on the value side, e-government managers already understand the benefits and importance of information technology applications in public services. In order for the implementation of e-government to run optimally, it is necessary to make a clear legal umbrella and make a grand design for the development of e-government including preparing the budget. Regarding employees with low literacy, it is necessary to plan continuous Information Technology training and in the future the Bima district government must plan to recruit employees with an educational background in information technology.

The development of science and technology is increasingly encouraging reform efforts in the use of technological results in the teaching and learning process. One of the results of technology that can be used in the teaching and learning process is educational media. The educational media used must be adapted to the developments and demands of the times. The use of appropriate educational media in the teaching and learning process will facilitate the achievement of learning objectives. The purpose of this paper is to describe that educational media have been known and used in the Islamic education system since the beginning of Islam. The discussion method used is descriptive method. The results of this study are that at the beginning of the spread of Islam, teaching and learning activities were known, at that time educational media already existed and had been applied by the Prophet Muhammad SAW in teaching science and Islamic religious law to his friends. In addition, in the hadith there are several terms used to indicate the use of educational media in learning, such as pictures, pebbles, and fingers. The conclusion of this paper is that educational media will affect whether or not a learning information is complete and on target, as well as affect the final result of the learning process that is carried out. implemented.

The development of technology is currently growing very rapidly making it easier for the community to convey information. 2D animation can be a means of socialization for the sake of interesting and efficient information. In the midst of the widespread Covid-19 outbreak in Indonesia, the government took several steps to minimize the spread of Covid-19 by socializing including to schools. The school always reminds its students to comply with health protocols. However, less interesting socialization makes children less enthusiastic in understanding the purpose of socialization. The purpose of this research is to make a 2D animated video about Covid-19. This 2D animated video is made as attractive as possible with characters and sound effects that children like so that children become interested in learning and understanding about covid-19. Based on the results of this educational media test, it has been tested on children and helps children in the process of delivering information about covid 19 more effectively and interestingly. Of the 20 respondents, 60% (12 people) agreed that animated videos help children understand covid 19

This research explores the utilization of virtual reality (VR) in educational settings and examines current trends, future directions, benefits, and challenges associated with its implementation. The purpose of this library research is to provide an overview of the existing literature on VR and educational research, highlighting the potential of VR technology to enhance traditional teaching methods and improve student engagement, motivation, and learning outcomes. The method used for this research is a comprehensive review and analysis of relevant scholarly articles, books, and reports from academic databases and libraries. The results indicate that VR has been utilized in educational research to create immersive and interactive learning experiences, personalize instruction, bridge the gap between abstract concepts and concrete understanding, and foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills. VR also presents challenges such as cost, accessibility, curriculum integration, teacher training, technical limitations, health and safety concerns, privacy, and ethics. However, the research concludes that with careful planning, adequate resources, and proper support, VR has the potential to revolutionize education and prepare students for a technologically advanced future. Further research and innovation in areas such as immersion, AI integration, collaboration, assessment, accessibility, and ethics are recommended to fully leverage the benefits of VR in educational settings.

Therefore we need a new system, namely a computer-based payment administration system in order to be able to manage and process payment data quickly, because with computer technology both students and other parties who want to know information related to tuition payments can get it quickly. This community service project aims to enhance Sunday School teachers’ ability to use digital media as a tool for children’s faith formation in local churches. The rapid development of information technology requires churches to adapt their educational ministries, including children’s spiritual learning. The training was conducted at the Christian Evangelical Church in Timor (GMIT) Sion Noelbaki Congregation, involving 25 Sunday School teachers. The implementation methods included needs observation, interactive workshops, practical sessions on creating digital Bible content, and direct mentoring in using media such as spiritual videos, PowerPoint, and online platforms (YouTube, Canva, and WhatsApp Groups). Evaluation was carried out through pretest-posttest and participant satisfaction questionnaires. The results showed a 78% increase in teachers’ competence in using digital media after the training. Participants also demonstrated high enthusiasm and commitment to applying digital media in their children’s ministry. This activity had a positive impact on improving the quality of faith education, making Sunday School learning more engaging, contextual, and relevant to children’s lives in the digital era.

Main Objective: This study explores the work vacancy advertising for graphic designers in some countries and appraises differences in economic, and educational infrastructure. Background problem: The designer's role is changing and building a more critical advancement to the organization. The job and expertise of a graphic designer as commonly associated with boundless visual results, equally designing for flyers and having knowledge of typography and visual content. Apart from that, graphic designers job and competent in equal employment, study, and technology. The expansive work and skill set of graphic designers mien a challenge for lecturers and professionals alike to carry abreast of the work of graphic designers. Novelty: For design professionals and lecturers, employment provides an intermediary for compassionate labor advertising which can format academic activities and self-improvement intentions. In design research, job Ads bring information about the competencies demanded by employers in the design professional field as well as about the organization's level of knowledge of the profession. Research Method: This study uses the doc analysis method in traditional and digital graphic design job advertisements to investigate the skills that organizations seek when recruiting graphic designers. Finding/Result: The job and skills of a graphic designer are more expansive than repeatedly characterized. Graphic designers primarily provide digital and print jobs. To do this kind of job, a graphic designer must have not only visual design experiences but also experiences generally identical with other areas, equally “business”, “project management”, and “research”. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that job advertisements reverse the former during interpretive job advancement for graphic designers in the future. As a suggestion for investigating future professional development, design researchers should make more careful use of the opportunity and scope contributed by job advertisements. As an old educational institution, SMK Ma'arif NU 1 Ajibarang is growing rapidly, however it has not implemented Information Systems and Information Technology optimally in its business processes and does not yet have an Information Systems strategic planning portfolio. This is deemed necessary in making a strategic information system, in order to provide superiority in business competition. Information system strategic planning is one of the keys in implementing information systems and information technology in business activities. Strategic planning in this study uses themethod Ward and Peppard to compile an information system strategic plan at SMK Ma'aif NU 1 Ajibarang and AHP to determine the application roadmap. The results of this analysis define the information system strategic planning company in the form of an information system business strategy, information system management strategy and information technology, information system strategy, information system recommendations, future applications and implementation plans.

Along with the development of information technology that is increasingly rapid, the use of information technology at this time is an important requirement in every agency or company An educational institution requires good administrative management with the aim to improve services to students, the school payment system in the form of Education Provision Contribution (SPP) and Donation of Institutional Development (SPI) at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Semarang is still done conventionally, where the recording of data and the payment process of SPP and SPI are written into diaries, ledgers and spreadsheet applications which results in the accumulation of data in the form of archives. Sector The development of information and communication technology is very fast resulting in changes in various aspects. 3D technology is now widely used in various ways, for example in making films, games, educational media and also promotional media. This type of 3D media promotion is very necessary to promote tourist attractions of historic buildings such as Lawang Sewu in Semarang which has beautiful architectural buildings. In addition to offline promotions using 2D media, 3D media are also considered quite effective if used as promotional media to eliminate the mystical and horror impressions of the people at Lawang Sewu. The solution offered in this study is the use of 3D Virtual Reality as a promotional tool that displays a virtual feel, where 3D promotions will be more interesting and look more real so that people will get a pleasant impression in visiting these tourist attractions. This research uses Research product development methods and Development (RnD), using 6 out of 10 stages of research namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement and product trials. The results of this study are to produce promotional aids by utilizing 3D VR technology. The validity value of media experts is 3.4 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of material experts is 3.2 which is declared feasible, and increases the audience's understanding and interest as a user from 33% up to 67%.

Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Purwodadi is a formal educational institution located on Jl. P. Diponegoro No. 22, the direction of Jalan Purwodadi - Solo. MAN Purwodadi as one of the Secondary Education Institutions in Purwodadi has an important role in the future, in the context of increasing the intelligence of the nation while preparing students who are faithful and devoted and possessing Science and Technology which are characteristic of their Islam. Some agencies including educational institutions in an effort to improve the image both in terms of promotion and information now, have begun to use website media that can be quickly accessed widely so as to improve the quality of service to the community. MAN Purwodadi in the current promotion and information efforts still use the method of manually explaining which will certainly take time and effort and still use print media that has limited reach and requires more costs for each print each year. MAN Purwodadi until now does not have a new alternative media in the form of a website that follows the times that if not followed up will certainly be less competitive in terms of promotion and information. Therefore, it is necessary to have new alternative media that are effective and efficient and sustainable which in addition to increasing positive value for MAN Purwodadi, can also support and cover up the weaknesses of promotional media and information that has been used before. In this study data were collected through a questionnaire method of 30 respondents in potential students using a Likert scale to find out the responses of respondents to each variable. Then do the analysis of the data obtained in the form of quantitative analysis. From the analysis obtained product information level score of 390 or 32.5%; the effective level of the product is 222 or 18.5%; and the product efficiency level of 399 or 33.25%. From the existing score indicators, if added together the results will show the extent of the feasibility of the website as a promotional media and MAN Purwodadi information. From the results of this analysis it can be concluded that Website Design as a Media Promotion and Information on MAN Purwodadi is considered "Very Effective". This is based on the calculation of the scale which states that if all the values ​​of the indicators are added up to produce a total value of 1011 where the value is between 976 - 1200 which states "Very Effective".
