The main problem discussed in this paper is whether there is a positive influence self concept and development of the personality on employee performance Stasin TVRI Surabaya (Part Program). To solve the problems discussed authors use data analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis were preceded by calculating the average of each variable. And before should be done beforehand regression analysis instrument to be tested for validity and reliability. The analysis shows that the authors have found show that : 1) partially self-concept and personality development is partially significant effect on the performance of TVRI Surabaya Employees (Part Program). 2) simultaneously the concept of self and personality development affect the work performance of employees TVRI Surabaya (Part Program). 3) Variable kansep self is the dominant variable effect on employee job performance TVRI Surabaya (Part Program).

This research is entitled "The Concept of Faith According to Islam and Catholicism". As for the focus of this research, there are three sub-problems, namely: 1) what is the concept of faith according to Islam and Catholicism, 2) what is the similarity of faith according to Islam and Catholicism, 3) how is the difference in faith according to Islam and Catholicism. This type of research is comparatively qualitative. Comparatively qualitative is doing analysis to find and find similarities and differences in phenomena. This research is focused on the literatures and library materials related to the research title, namely the concept of faith according to Islam and Catholicism. The approach used is a normative theological approach. Has two sources of data consisting of: primary and secondary sources. The primary data sources in this study were sourced from the Koran and the Bible. Meanwhile, secondary data sources are supporting data such as books or other scientific works as well as various writings ranging from books, journals, websites, theses and so on. The results of this study are the similarities and differences in Islam and Catholic Christianity related to faith, namely; First, in terms of understanding about faith, these two religions have the same meaning, although they differ in terms of language, but have the same meaning if taken from the Qur'an and the Bible, because basically these come from the same root. Second, they both believe that God created the universe, and that God also created humans, although they differ in terms of the pronunciation and the way of believing in it. Third, these two religions both believe in several prophets and apostles who are believed to be messengers of God to reveal His glory to mankind. Like the prophet Adam and his wife Eve were the first humans created by God after creating the world. Fourth, believe in the Day of Judgment or life after death. which is clearly different from the way you believe in it or what you believe in.  

Tourism is a social phenomenon involving humans, groups, organizations and culture. Despite the fact that initially tourism was seen more as an economic activity, and the main goal of developing tourism was to gain economic benefits for both the community and the country. But in its journey tourism is not only an economic problem, but also a social, cultural and political problem. Therefore, as an activity that is very dynamic and a phenomenon that is complex and has a major influence on human life and society, tourism needs to be studied and understood continuously in a comprehensive manner from various perspectives of scientific disciplines, one of which is social science. This study seeks to analyze the image of the public and tourists towards tourist attractions in the city of Semarang. The subjects of this study were 8 (eight) local people and 8 (eight) tourists. Collection and processing of data using qualitative research methods. The results found that people and tourists: (1) observe tourist attractions in detail to complete their curiosity; (2) feel that a tourist attraction has beautiful scenery that creates a feeling of pleasure, comfort and awe; (3) visiting a tourist attraction with a plan, circling the entire area of ​​the tourist attraction and intending to visit it again; (4) image of a tourist attraction: original and has natural beauty, various attractions are available, there are features that make the tourist attraction rare and unique, and there are facilities and infrastructure that support the tourist attraction to become a worthy tourist spot visited and visits to tourist attractions in the sense of benefit.

The current problems of income inequality, slow economic growth, and other interrelated complexities are all directly linked to poverty. Finally, all nations must fight poverty in order to provide a recognized and prosperous life for their citizens. Therefore, the aim of this study is to ascertain how poverty will change in Central Java Province between 2017 and 2021 as a result of inequality in income distribution and economic growth. Using quantitative research techniques, this research. Inequality of Income Distribution, Economic Growth, and Poverty The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Central Java Province in 2017–2021 is a secondary data source with time series data. In addition, other methods were used to collect and analyze the data. and processed using SPSS 25.0 software. The results of this study indicate that the partial and simultaneous test results show that the Inequality of Income Distribution and Economic Growth does not have an insignificant effect on the Poverty Level. But secondly, when the correlation and determination tests were carried out, the results showed that the two independent variables had a relationship of 64.1% and an influence of 41.1% on the Poverty Level in Central Java Province for the 2017-2021 period.  

Pandemi covid-19 membawa kebiasaan baru pada dunia pendidikan baik proses pembelajaran maupun menajerial disekolah. Dari hasil wawancara, pada masa pandemi manajerial sekolah tidak dijalankan secara optimal terutama pada inovasi pembelajaran. Pada siswa, mengalami literasi yang rendah. Dari dua hal tersebut, maka diperlukan penguatan manajemen madrasah dan literasi yang disesuaikan dengan masa pandemic covid-19. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan terpisah antara guru dan siswa. Manajerial difokuskan pada guru, sementara literasi difokuskan kepada siswa. Kegiatan ini dilakukan selama 4 sesi yang dikemas menarik dalam dua hari. Materi untuk guru oleh praktisi pendidikan sementara materi untuk siswa dilakukan oleh trainer literasi dan kepemimpinan. Penguatan manajerial menggunakan tiga metode yakni metode ceramah variasi, metode problem solving dan metode tanya jawab. Pelatihan literasi menggunakan empat alur yan dimulai pra pelatihan, pre tes, penyajian materi, dan post test.  Ada beberapa kendala yang dapat diselesaikan secara baik dan membawa dampak positif. Pengabdian ini disambut baik oleh pihak sekolah dan seluruh peserta antusias melakukan serangkaian kegiatan.

     Pendidikan karakter dalam institusi pendidikan baik formal maupun non-formal diharapkan menjadi solusi dekadensi moral anak bangsa. Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an merupakan Lembaga yang dijadikan oleh kelompok yang berasal dari unsur masyarakat yang menjalankan pendidikan non-formal berbasis keagamaan Islam. Permasalahan yang diamati adalah bagaimana dampingan terhadap pembentukan karakter anak sejak dini, dan problematika dalam proses pengelolaan TPA/TPQ di kampung Sadong Juru Mudi. Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah penguatan peran TPQ dalam Pendidikan karakter religius dan internalisasi pendidikan karakter religius. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode ABCD (aset-based comunnity development) yaitu sebuah paradigma dalam pengabdian masyarakat. Setelah diadakannya penyuluhan dari bapak kadis DBD, PP/PA mengenai dampingan dalam membentuk karakter anak sejak dini menuju bina keluarga balita menyampaikan kepada ustadzah TPA Istiqomah untuk terus menjalankan pengajian di TPA/TPQ Istiqomah dalam membangun generasi Islami pada anak desa Sadong Juru Mudi.

The process of finding employees, or what is often called employee recruitment, is an important concern for employers. Recruitment is carried out with the hope of getting employees with the required classification. After the recruitment process is carried out, it is necessary to conduct training for new employees according to their job title. The training was conducted to equip employees to be more creative and able to provide excellent service to visitors. Training is one of the efforts to achieve the service standards that have been set in the business. The population and sample of this study were all 37 employees at RIC, with the data collection method in this study being a questionnaire that will be distributed to employees. The list of questions on the research questionnaire uses a Likert scale. The data analysis method uses descriptive qualitative analysis, namely by distributing questionnaires to respondents to solve the problems to be studied, and quantitative analysis is carried out by processing the data using the SPSS version 23 software tool. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between recruitment and training on employee performance at Coffee Idea House. This means that business people must pay attention to a good recruitment process and intense training to improve employee performance.

PG were still using a manual system, especially the administration section which is handling information process that was not regulated in a good information base system, namely data processing.Procurement of heavy equipment which takes quite a long time from manual recording, preparation of reports, to searching for meaningful data on the company's heavy equipment, and can also assist the administration in searching for information contained in the procurement of heavy equipment. To overcome this problem, a program was created that could assist administration staff in managing data on heavy equipment procurement, speed up data collection on heavy equipment procurement, make it easier for administration to store data, assist in knowing financial income and expenditure transactions, help speed up data search and creation, reports and others. With the protoyping model (life cycle using prototyping) for the programming languages ​​used are PHP and MySQL. The result is to make it easier for CV. This study aims to determine the effect of the combination of the STAD learning model with NHT on the problem solving ability of students in class X Mipa 3 and 4 at SMA Negeri 9 Malang with the material being taught is kingdom Monera this research is a qusi-experimental research using a purposive sampling design. The population in this study amounted to 68 students who werea a combination of all class X in the school, while the sample was taken from two classes with 34 participants in the each class. The class was divided into control and experimental classes, where each class used conventional model for the control class and combination of STAD and NHT learning model for the experimental class. The study measures the problem solving ability of students. The data collection teachniques in the study were in the from of problem solving ability tests, observations, interview, documention with instruments in the from of lesson plans, LKPD, LKPD assement rubrics, observation sheets on the implementation of learning implematation plans, and problem solving ability instrument sheets in the from pre-test and post-test essays. Test analysis of research data used inferential statistical analysis with covariate analysis (anacova). The result of the hypothesis test showed that there was a significant effect, namely 0.008 < 0,05 from the learning model combination the STAD and NHT models with the kingdom monera material in class X at SMA Negeri 9 Malang.

Culture has an important role in the company. One of the elements in corporate culture is values. Companies must ensure that the culture is acceptable and even practiced by employees. PR Sukun it self has problems related to employees' understanding of their cultural values. Internalization can be used as one of the company's strategies to ensure that cultural values ​​can be accepted and implemented. Of course, guidelines are needed as the basis for the implementation of internalization. Purpose of this study is to know the guidelines formulation process for the internalization of corporate cultural values. This research uses descriptive-qualitative. Data collected by triangulation method that are interviews, documentation, and observation. The results show that PR Sukun had espoused values “Sukun Kuat”, that are (contibutive, strong, original, and tados). Moreover, this research also got information about conditions and steps for internalizing the current PR Sukun values. The results are compared with the references obtained by the writer to make recommendation. The recommendations of this guideline contain the preparation of guide or internalization materials, the formation of agents of change and their duties, planning of internalization programs, and monitoring evaluations.

The results showed that 1) The implementation of environmental care character education in SD Negeri Siasem 04 was carried out through, a) Environmentally friendly school policies, b) Implementation of an environment-based curriculum, c) Participatory-based environmental activities, d) Management of environmentally friendly supporting facilities, 2) Obstacles in implementing environmental care character education at SD Negeri Siasem 04, namely, a) Not including Adiwiyata schools. Lack of awareness of students and lack of understanding of students about the vision, mission and goals of the school, b) The curriculum is not independent and students lack understanding of the environment c) Lack of awareness of school residents to protect the environment. d) Students lack awareness to buy healthy food and damaged supporting facilities.

This community service is carried out by implementing the PAR (Participatory Action Research) approach strengthened by field survey methods, analysis of problems developing in the field, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), SWOT analysis, direct action in the field consisting of mentoring programs in the preparation of organizational work programs. , assistance in the dynamics and sharing of organizational affairs, assistance in work evaluation activities, assistance in increasing the effectiveness of student discipline, and the implementation of a mini workshop program on leadership and management for organizational management. The results of this service contribute to controlling work program decisions that are not in accordance with the organization's SWOT analysis, Strengthening organizational HR work and increasing work understanding within the organization, Controlling irrelevant work programs and compiling feedback for further planning, Realizing a quality work culture that has implications for effectiveness and performance efficiency, and Improving the quality of understanding and understanding of organizational human resources theoretically and practically. Waste management is crucial and important at this time, given the large volume of waste generated in each region and needs to be handled to keep the environment clean and nice. The waste problem in Semarang Regency, especially in the Demak District, is the chosen place in this study. Through the study of literature, followed by the related waste in each village in the exploration, by the development of solutions for each problem. Organic waste that can be processed into organic fertilizer, non-organic waste, especially plastic can be a advantogous material to produce paving blocks.
