Education is the forerunner of the birth of an intelligent generation. Education does not only take place at one moment, but education continues without knowing the age called lifelong education. In the teaching and learning process it is necessary to create comfortable conditions for students to learn. Therefore, today many learning models are applied in the learning process. This classroom action research aims to apply the Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model in the teaching and learning process by optimizing the active role of students in the classroom and providing evaluations to measure student understanding of the material through the Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model. The subjects of this study were junior high school students. The estimated duration of the study lasted at least one month. The timing of research refers to the school's academic calendar, because PTK requires several cycles that require an effective teaching and learning process in the classroom. In the learning process, there are several improvements that occur in students where based on the results of observing student attitudes in class during learning activities through the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) method it turns out to be able to change student learning attitudes and can improve student mindsets and learning activities and foster a sense of mutual cooperation between students.

Students are slow to memorize prayer readings because the learning methods used by teachers are still conventional. As a result, students are not interested in learning prayer readings. The objectives of this research are as follows: (1) create interactive learning media that can be used, easy to use, and suitable for individual learning; and (2) find out how effective the media is in teaching prayer. The Smart App Creator application is used to provide Android-based interactive media. Education must be able to develop the potential of every child in line with current developments in science and technology (IPTEK). Student potential can be developed according to the teacher's ability to manage learning. The material provided must be interesting and not make students bored.

Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK) serves as a platform for students at the University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta to learn about Kemuhammadiyahan and religious practices. In its implementation, the AIK institution also serves as a medium to instill the values of an Islamic campus, as stipulated in the Rector's Decree no. 446/R-UMJ/VII/2023 regarding the application of the AIK Curriculum and Islamic Campus. The AIK institution also provides a space for students at the University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta to submit their memorization, which is a requirement for their thesis defense. However, in its implementation, some students encounter challenges in submitting their memorization, both due to internal and external factors. This research aims to examine the image of the Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan institution for students at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) UMJ and to analyze the role of this institution in communicating UMJ's positive image as an Islamic campus. This research employs a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used include interviews as well as gathering secondary and primary data. The findings of this research reveal that AIK plays.

Education management is essentially a collaborative process that aims to achieve predetermined educational goals. This research is motivated by the importance of teachers' efforts to change teaching methods and create an attractive teaching atmosphere in the classroom so that students can actively participate in learning in a proactive way. Be active, not passive, to achieve the high learning outcomes achieved by students. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategies of Islamic religious education teachers in improving student academic achievement. This research uses qualitative methods based on field research, research data is collected through observation, interviews, documents, analysis, reduction, presentation and verification of data. The results showed that the PAI teacher's strategy to improve PAI learning is to use "discovery learning strategies" through scientific methods. Using the "Discovery Learning strategy" saw student learning outcomes gradually improve from passive learning to active learning. Students lacking enthusiasm turn into enthusiasm in learning. Through the "Discovery Learning strategy", students can find their own learning material without waiting for the teacher to explain the material.
