The implementation of this Mentoring activity is carried out by assisting in Marketing, Financial Management and Independent Business Development which is carried out by the Toraja Church Youth Fellowship of the Buntu Lemo Congregation which is managed independently for the needs of the PPGT organization. This community service activity method has several stages, including initial surveys, interviews with partner groups to find problems and solutions offered as well as assistance with marketing and financial management. The PPGT Buntu Lemo Congregation's independent business includes several types of business, including: tent rental, sound system rental and dance studio and decorations. Strengthening the marketing strategy of the PPGT Mandiri Business of the Buntu Lemo Congregation to be able to compete in marketing products and managing finances correctly and regularly will make the business better.

Lombok Coffee Palace has a business brand called ETNIC COFFEE. CV. Lombok Coffee Palace is a partner of Lombok coffee farmers in Gunungsari District, West Lombok Regency. The problem faced by partners is the customer demand for healthier coffee where the coffee contains less caffeine or what is commonly known as decaffeinated coffee. The type of coffee that has a high caffeine content is Robusta coffee. So, processing is needed that can reduce the caffeine levels in robusta coffee. The solution that can be offered is providing training on processing decaffeinated robusta coffee and as a coffee product innovation. The method used in this training is counseling in the form of delivering material and discussions about decaffeinated coffee and coffee processing practices in the form of practicing how to process decaffeinated coffee. The output is in the form of a brochure resulting from the service which can be used by students and the community, especially target partners. In the long term, it is hoped that the activities that have been gained can provide progress for coffee business people.

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out how economic development is Digital and factors that influence the income of MSME business actors in Serang City. Method The research used is qualitative descriptive research, the data collection method is through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The informants in this research are MSME business actors in Serang , there are approximately 10,321 MSMEs from various types of businesses spread across Serang Jaya City as research objects. The results of this research show there is a positive and significant partial influence of the digital economy on perpetrators' income MSME businesses in Serang. Meanwhile, factors that support and hinder the MSME sector in the digital economy perspective, namely the ability to know how to use technological media which is a supporting indicator of the success of the digital economy.

Perubahan dalam pola komsumsi masyarakat dan persaingan usaha yang semakin ketat mendorong perlunya inovasi dalam industri kuliner. Penelitian ini menggali proses perubahan dari aspek manajemen, startegi adaptasi, dan ilplementasi inovasi untuk memperkuat dan memperluas jangkauan pondok ikan bakar dalam proses pasar yang berkembang. Metode kualitati f yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari pemilik usaha, pelanggan, dan analisi industri, memberikan wawasan mendalam tentnag bagaimana manajemen perubahan di gunakan untuk memperkuat pondok ikan bakar di tengah dinamika pasar. Hasil menunjukan bahwa penerapan strategi perubahan yang tepat mampu menigkatkan daya saing dan keberlangsungan usaha pondok ikan bakar dalam menghadapi perubahan pasar yang cepat. Implikasi dari penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi pemilik usaha kuliner dalam mengelolah perubahan untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan pertumbuhan usaha mereka.

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of business capital, business location and technological information on the income of the Kelengkeng Tourism Village, Simoketawang Village, Sidoarjo Regency. The method used in this research uses quantitative methods. The research used purposive sampling techniques and data collection through questionnaires delivered to respondents and the results of multiple linear regression data analysis showed that information on business capital, business location and technology had a positive effect on income. The greater the capital generated, the greater the income earned. Choosing a strategic location can influence income. And take advantage of developing technological sophistication to help promote its business.

Since the implementation of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) at the end of 2015, it should encourage all economic actors, including SMEs and Micro Enterprises, to improve themselves in order to improve the quality of production of both goods and services. If this is not done, then Indonesia will be an "soft" market for other ASEAN countries because Indonesia has the largest population (population size) in ASEAN, namely no less than 270 million people. SMEs and Micro Enterprises, which are the embodiment of people's economic democracy, will be very hard hit if the heavy flow of goods and services from various ASEAN countries invades the Indonesian market. Realizing this, strengthening (empowering) SMEs and Micro Enterprises is a necessity and necessity to be able to find a national identity that has comparative advantage and competitive advantage. This activity begins with identifying existing problems and then finding a method for solving them. The method used is by providing training and mentoring. The results that have been achieved are the ability of the Traditional Cake business to optimize its sales by using local raw materials. In this way, the "best-selling" Traditional Cake Micro Business can improve its capabilities in the fields of production and business management and online marketing via social media. These outcomes are an indication of increased business empowerment.

Data collection was carried out by conducting indepth interviews with 2 people who were representatives of 2 private business entities appointed to manage JKN participation for workers.

Human Resources (HR) competency is one of the main factors that must be possessed by MSME business actors. Managing human resources is a skill that must be possessed by business actors. Apart from that, in facing business challenges in the digital era, MSMEs need to adapt to technological developments so as not to be left behind. Therefore, this community service activity aims to provide knowledge about HR competencies in the era of digitalization to business actors in Bekasi Regency, especially North Cikarang. The method used in this community service activity is in the form of counseling and assistance to strengthen employee competency in this era of digitalization, especially the development of digital marketing so that in the future micro businesses have the potential to increase the profitability of their businesses. Human resource management in micro businesses has a specific goal, namely that participants in community service activities are expected to be able to adapt to current developments so that they can maintain the existence of their business and increase their business productivity. Implementation is carried out by providing materials, lectures, discussions/questions and answers and practice with business actors.

Currently, there are many Instagram social media users. Currently, the use of Instagram as a promotional media plays an important role in building a company's business. Especially coffee shop businesses such as Kopilikasi. The research entitled Instagram social media analysis as a Kopilikasi  promotion media in attracting consumer buying interest has a research objective, namely knowing the role of Instagram social media as a Kopilikasi promotion media in attracting consumer buying interest and knowing content that attracts audiences on Instagram social media. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative method. The data sources in this study used interviews and observations. The main theoretical basis in this research is new media. The results of this study are that Instagram plays an important role in attracting Kopilikasi customers' buying interest. Kopilikasi attracts customers' buying interest by creating content on their Instagram. The content is used as a promotional tool that contains information about Kopilikasi. Kopilikasi has a characteristic in its content, namely creating content in a cinematic style. Currently, Instagram plays an important role in the Kopilikasi promotion process and has succeeded in attracting consumer buying interest and the content created has succeeded in attracting the attention of its audience on Instagram.   Keywords: Instagram, Promotion, Content   Abstrak: Saat ini pengguna media sosial instagram sangatlah banyak. Saat ini juga penggunaan instagram sebagai media promosi berperan penting dalam membangun bisnis sebuah perusahaan. Khususnya usaha coffee shop seperti Kopilikasi. Penelitian berjudul analisa media sosial instagram sebagai media promosi Kopilikasi dalam menarik minat beli konsumen memiliki tujuan penelitian yaitu  mengetahui peran media sosial instagram sebagai media promosi Kopilikasi dalam menarik minat beli konsumennya dan mengetahui konten yang menarik audiens di media sosial instagram. Metode penelitian ini  menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Landasan teori utama dalam penelitian ini yaitu media baru. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah instagram berperan penting dalam menarik minat beli pelanggan Kopilikasi. Kopilikasi menarik minat beli pelanggan dengan membuat konten-konten di instagramnya. Konten tersebut digunakan sebagai alat promosi yang berisi informasi tentang Kopilikasi. Kopilikasi mempunyai ciri khas dalam kontennya yaitu membuat konten dengan gaya sinematik. Berdasarkan analisa peneliti menarik kesimpulan yaitu Konten yang menarik minat beli konsumen Kopilikasi yaitu konten dengan objek konsumen Kopilikasi karena terbukti berhasil meningkatkan perhatian dan ketertarikan dari audiens di instagram. Saat ini instagram berperan penting dalam proses promosi Kopilikasi dan berhasil menarik minat beli konsumen dan konten yang dibuat berhasil menarik perhatian audiens nya di instagram

The Community Economic Program (EMAS) has an important role in the community, especially to provide support to community groups and individuals who have potential with the aim of increasing income with various efforts, namely providing access to business capital, training, and guidance needed to advance the business. With the current era shifting to digitalization, it is necessary to implement it as a form of mustahik business development. The purpose of the study is to analyze the implementation of the results and impact of business development assistance in the form of financial report assistance and digital marketing on the Community Economy program. This study used field research methods by collecting data through direct observation and focus group discussions. The collected data was analyzed descriptively to identify the success of the implementation of the interventions that have been given to the Community Economic Program (EMAS) KSM Malang. The results showed that this EMAS program can have a positive impact on the development and increase of mustahik business in increasing the number of consumers after being provided with financial report assistance and introducing digital marketing to LMI assisted mustahik.

This research aims to analyze the level of visitor satisfaction with prices, services and coffee business facilities in Koup Galaxy. This research is quantitative research. The population selected in this research is Koup Galaxy consumers who have visited. The sample collection technique chosen was nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling method. The data source in this research was obtained from distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The analytical tool used to assist this research is the structural equitation model (SEM) - SmartPLS 3.0. Furthermore, the results given in this research are (1) Price has a positive and significant influence on the level of visitor satisfaction at Koup Galaxy. (2) Service quality has no influence on the level of visitor satisfaction at Koup Galaxy. (3) Facilities have a positive and significant influence on the level of visitor satisfaction at Koup Galaxy.

This research aims to find out what factors influence the application of Article 1367 of the Civil Code to laundry business actors in Gorontalo Regency. The research method used is empirical which uses field data to understand, solve and anticipate existing problems. The results of the research show that the factors influencing the application of Article 1367 of the Civil Code by laundry business actors in Gorontalo Regency are, business actors and consumers do not understand the rights and obligations specified in statutory regulations; Business actors do not have good intentions; and business actors do not want to lose.

PERMENKO No. 1 year 2023 on Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) is the foundation for the implementation of the program that supports the growth of the Micro, small, and Medium Enterprises(UMKM) sector. With the dominance of UMKM in the economic structure, the KUR program was initiated based on presidential instruction No. 6 of 2007, followed by an MoU between the government, guarantee institutions, and banks. KUR, run by certain banks, such as BRI, BNI, and Mandiri, gets unbankable UMKM. PERMENKO No. 1 year 2023 stipulates a maximum interest rate of 6%, a loan period of up to 7 years, and allows multiple loans subject to collectibility requirements. With a focus on UMKM that have difficulty accessing capital, the KUR program has succeeded in achieving effectiveness with the realization of reaching IDR 175,73 trillion as of September 2023. Although obstacles remain, such as the assumption of urbanicity and the unpreparedness of Micro business, KUR provides easier access to financing at low-interest rates, accelerating the economic growth of UMKM.

Strategi bisnis merupakan suatu hal yang penting dalam menjalankan suatu usaha atau usaha baik skala kecil maupun besar, termasuk UMKM, karena dengan memiliki strategi bisnis maka pengusaha atau pemilik dapat meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam bersaing dengan usaha yang dipimpinnya. Salah satu cara dalam menerapkan strategi bisnis adalah dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT, yang mana pemangku kepentingan UMKM perlu mengetahui kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman dari bisnis yang dijalankannya. UMKM adalah usaha ekonomi produktif yang mandiri, biasanya dijalankan oleh perseorangan atau badan hukum yang bukan merupakan anak perusahaan atau afiliasi dari badan usaha yang secara langsung atau tidak langsung dimiliki, dikuasai, atau dimiliki sebagian. Pelaku ekonomi dalam kegiatan ini merupakan pelaku ekonomi dari desa Jayamukti yang tergabung dalam komunitas Milenial Bangkit Indonesia. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengidentifikasi strategi bisnis yang sesuai dan menerapkan strategi bisnis tersebut untuk meningkatkan penjualan UMKM. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh para pemangku kepentingan UMKM terkait dengan ketidakmampuan mereka dalam mengidentifikasi strategi bisnis yang baik dan tepat. Pemangku kepentingan UMKM mengaku kurang memiliki pengetahuan untuk menganalisis strategi bisnis yang baik dan tepat. Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi negara kita. Pasalnya, sebagian besar pengusaha aktif di sektor ini, dan mereka berhasil menciptakan lapangan kerja yang signifikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM) dalam usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di desa Burangkeng, Kecamatan Setu, Kabupaten Bekasi, dapat meningkatkan kinerja UMKM tersebut. Kompetensi tenaga kerja (SDM) rupanya merupakan satu faktor yang amat krusial dalam sektor UMKM. Dengan adanya peningkatan kemampuan sumber daya manusia melalui peningkatan tingkat pengetahuan dan keahlian, maka hal tersebut menjadi faktor utama dalam meningkatkan performa usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM).

Abstract. Basically, all companies want profits in running their business, and are able to minimize losses that occur in running their business. Therefore, many companies have good quality workforce but the number of employees is small. So a company often gives responsibility for various fields to one workforce in order to achieve goals according to plan by minimizing losses, one of which is by minimizing the workforce in a company. Lack of labor can have an impact on employee job satisfaction and employee work motivation. The right number of workers can make it easier to control outlet operations, because a shortage of workers can slow down the process of operational activities, causing outlet conditions to become unconducive. Apart from that, the lack of labor also affects work motivation because it can reduce work morale due to excessive working hours and multiple job descriptions. This makes it more likely that an employee will make mistakes due to decreased concentration at work. Not only that, the lack of labor also causes the number of customer complaints to increase due to less than optimal service.   Keywords: 3-5 words or phrases that reflect the contents of the article (alphabetically).     Abstrak. Pada dasarnya, semua perusahaan menginginkan keuntungan dalam menjalankan usahanya, serta mampu meminimalisir kerugian yang terjadi pada jalannya usaha. Oleh sebab itu banyak perusahaan yang memiliki kualitas tenaga kerja yang baik namun dengan kuantitas tenaga kerja yang minim.Maka sebuah perusahaan tak jarang membebankan sebuah tanggung jawab berbagai bidang pada satu tenaga kerja guna mencapai tujuan sesuai rencana dengan meminimalisir kerugian yang didapat, salah satunya dengan meminimalisir tenaga kerja pada sebuah perusahaan. Minimnya tenaga kerja dapat berdampak pada kepuasan kerja karyawan dan motivasi kerja karyawan. Kesesuaian jumlah tenaga kerja dapat melancarkan kendali operasional outlet, karena minimnya tenaga kerja dapat mengakibatkan lambatnya proses kegiatan operasional sehingga menyebabkan kondisi outlet menjadi tidak kondusif,selain itu minimnya tenaga kerja juga berpengaruh pada motivasi kerja karena dapat meurunkan semangat akibat jam kerja berlebih serta double job deskripsi yang menyebabkan kemungkinan besar seorang karyawan melakukan kesalahn karena menurunnya konsentrasi dalam bekerja.Tidak hanya itu, minimnya tenaga kerja juga menyebabkan jumlah complain customer meningkat karena terjadinya pelayanan yang kurang maksimal. Objective to mobilize local communities to want to become entrepreneurs by developing all the potential around them, especially for members of the multi-business cooperative "Aneka Usaha" Karangbendo, Kapanewon Banguntapan Bantul. Problem there is still a low level of entrepreneurial spirit and limited knowledge about entrepreneurship, especially for members of the multi-business cooperative "Aneka Usaha", which has not been developed optimally. Method opening a mindset regarding entrepreneurship and providing motivation and practical knowledge to members of the multi-business cooperative "Aneka Usaha" by providing workshops and discussions with business people and new members who do not yet have their own business. Results: Interest in entrepreneurship among members of the multi-business cooperative "Aneka Usaha" is very high, especially for new members of the cooperative. For this reason, partnerships are needed with more established business actors and universities so that new local entrepreneurs emerge more quickly among the younger generation.
