Friendships with people from different ethnicities and cultures sometimes lead to invisible conflicts. Problems arise when students from across the region gather and speak their local language even though there are other students who do not understand their language. Ideally when together with people from other regions it would be very good to use Indonesian as a unifying language. In developing national insight, there are three important values that must be implemented, namely sacrifice, equality and kinship. A person's national insight becomes important as a person's perspective on himself as a nation that reflects a sense and spirit of nationalism and is able to maintain his identity as a nation with character. The aims of this study: 1) to describe family values in the campus environment, 2) to describe the values of sacrifice in the campus environment, 3) to describe the values of equality in the campus environment; 4) describe the implementation of national insights for STPKat students. The study used descriptive qualitative methods, data collection techniques, namely data triangulation with interviews and questionnaires, documentation, and observation. PT. Petrosida is a manufacturing company engaged in pesticide production. The production system in this company is Make To Order (MTO) where the company will produce products after an order or order from consumers. In its production PT. Petrosida has problems with the main tools used for packaging, one of which is a 1-liter induction semi-automatic filling machine in the herbicide unit, where treatment is carried out after damage to a component. Critical components in filling machines experience an average of 20 times damage in 2022-2023 and the machine maintenance process is still not optimal with an average downtime of 5 hours / month. Therefore, the purpose of research is to be able to carry out preventive maintenance using the modularity design method in the hope that there will be no more breakdowns that hamper the production process so as to reduce machine maintenance costs and to find out the minimum total machine maintenance cost planning using the life cycle cost (LCC) method. By implementing preventive maintenance with modularity design, the total maintenance cost of Rp. 9,747,782 is lower than the company's total maintenance cost of Rp. 23,023,176 with an efficiency rate of 42.3%. And obtained the lowest total life cycle cost of Rp. 340,459,348, - with an optimal life on the machine of 3 years & the number of mechanics one person.

In order to ensure the strength and existence of political parties in parliament, political parties have authority over their cadres who become people's representatives. One of the authorities of political parties over people's representatives is the Time Shift (PAW), which is used by political parties against members of the People's Legislative Assembly who come from political parties. As a result, political parties have the authority to dismiss political cadres who are found to have violated party rules or the constitution. This research is motivated by a phenomenon from the author's observations about the low student learning outcomes caused by several factors, including the low attention of students in attending Islamic Religious Education lessons. One of the causes of the problems that arise is the inaccuracy of the use of methods in learning. So, in this study the researcher will choose a method that is considered to be able to improve student learning outcomes, namely by using the demonstration method. This research uses a quantitative experimental approach. Collecting data in this study the authors obtained through tests and documentation. This study used 44 students as a population and 44 students as a sample. The data analysis technique that the author did was a prerequisite analysis test in the form of a data normality test, homogenesis. Then the final data analysis the author uses is the t-test. Based on the results of the study it can be understood that the results of the researchers' calculations using the t-test and SPSS 20 where the t-test obtained the results tcount = 4.11713736 and ttable = 1.714, then tcount > ttable then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, and calculations using SPSS 20 yield results which are 2-tailed significant values or sig values. (2-tailed) = 0.000 at the significance level α = 0.05. Because the significant value of 2-tailed <α, i.e. 0.000 <0.05, H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that demonstrations are effective in improving student learning outcomes in class VIII.2 PAI subjects at SMPN 4 Kec. Lareh Sago Halaban.

At this time logistics companies have a very important role in everyday life, especially in package delivery. The high level of online shopping is one of the reasons why the role of logistics is very important in our daily lives. Thus, seeing the common problems that occur in the conventional logistics delivery process, we came up with the idea to create an integrated smart locker to be one of the replacements for existing logistics outlets, we hope that with this application we can reduce the company's logistics expenses used in procuring logistics outlets and make it easier for couriers to work in the package delivery process. We created this application using a microservices architecture with the SDLC method used is Agile Dynamic System Development (DSDM). React JS framework as an interface and Express js and Laravel as an application that works behind the interface. The idea that we initiated we raised as a project within the company with the client from the company. In the end, the smart locker program made using the DSDM method has been completed and is ready to be implemented in the company and the client

In Indonesia, English is the first foreign language that is studied as a compulsory subject from junior high school to university. English is a very basic and important requirement in Indonesia. This is evident in the development of the current education system, English has been included as one of the subjects tested in the national exam. Based on the observations of class IX students at SMP Negeri Sukadana, in preparation for the national exam, many students still had difficulty answering English questions: reading skills. One of the causal factors of these student problems is the lack of practice by applying strategies to answer questions and do not have the skills to easily predict questions that will appear during the national exam. In addition, the lack of interest in learning English is also a major factor in learning English. Based on the results of the community service activities, it was shown that class IX students at SMP Negeri Sukadana were motivated so that they could optimize their abilities and skills in answering English questions: reading skills. Thus it can be concluded that in this service program students have gained experience in implementing strategies for quick predictions in identifying the right answers.
