Media plays an important role in the learning process because it can help achieve learning objectives. The purpose of this study was to see how the effect of using smart board media on students' addition and subtraction learning outcomes. This study used a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental research design. The population in the study was entirely class II students totalling 29 students, with a sample of 14 students of class II-A as the experimental class and 15 students of class II-B as the control class. Total sampling was used for sampling. To analyse the data, the Wilcoxon test was used which was carried out with SPSS version 20. The results showed that the use of smart boards had an effect on student learning outcomes in addition and subtraction material, namely the use of smart board media increased student learning outcomes when compared to conventional models. The use of smart board media in particular improves student learning outcomes with an average achievement of 83.2 very good compared to the conventional model which reaches an average of 63.3 with a moderate category. This research can be used to determine the effect of smart board media using other variables.

This study generally aims to describe (1) how the principal's policy planning is in improving school facilities and infrastructure (2) how is the implementation of the principal's policy in improving school facilities and infrastructure (3) how is the evaluation of the principal's policy in improving facilities and school infrastructure. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were students of the Al Hijrah Integrated Islamic Private Middle School, the madrasa head of the Al Hijrah Integrated Islamic Private Middle School, the teachers of the Al Hijrah Integrated Islamic Private Middle School, the KTU of the Al Hijrah Integrated Islamic Private Middle School and the student affairs department and curriculum of the Integrated Islamic Private Middle School. Al emigrated. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. Data validation techniques with credibility, transferability, dependability and certainty. The results of this study indicate (1) Principal Policy Planning in Improving Learning Facilities and Infrastructure at SMPS IT AL HIJRAH, compiling a list of needs, estimating costs, compiling priority scales and preparing a procurement plan. (2) Implementation of the Principal's Policy in Improving Learning Facilities and Infrastructure at SMPS IT AL HIJRAH. Implementation of the principal's policy regarding facilities and infrastructure is the second step after planning in management, carrying out the procurement of facilities and infrastructure, distribution, utilization, maintenance. And (3) Evaluation of the Principal's Policy in Improving Facilities and Infrastructure and Learning Achievement at SMPS IT AL HIJRAH. a) The evaluation of facilities and infrastructure at SMPS IT AL HIJRAH is the responsibility of the principal and representatives of the facilities and infrastructure sector through supervision, b) input and processes, c) products and results of facilities and infrastructure.

Strategy is a way or method that is chosen or it can also be interpreted as a way to achieve a goal in education. The definition of a learning strategy can be interpreted as a plan that contains a series of activities designed to achieve certain educational goals. The learning strategy includes specific learning approaches, models, methods and techniques. This research is a qualitative method, which is a method that aims to make a systematic, factual, accurate description, picture or painting of the properties and relationships between the phenomena investigated. In other words, descriptive research takes the problem or focuses on actual problems as they were at the time the research was carried out. What was collected was in the form of primary data and secondary data about teacher strategies in online learning, the techniques used in data collection were observations, interviews and documentation studies. Research leads to the methods used by teachers in online learning activities using platforms such as WhatsApp, email, and technology-based zoom.

Educational supervision is a very important thing to do to improve the quality of education. Teacher performance is a result of work achieved by a teacher in carrying out the tasks assigned to him based on skills, experience, and sincerity as well as time.The research method in this thesis is a descriptive qualitative approach, data collection can use primary data sources and secondary data sources, data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation.The results of the study show that the supervisory role of the school principal in improving teacher performance at Nurul Falah Islamic Middle School Mangaran Situbondo is to provide guidance to teachers related to theoretical and practical learning, involve teachers in training, provide opportunities for teachers to take part in various education and training at the cluster or sub-district level regularly, subject teacher deliberations (MGMP), supervising teacher deliberations (MGP), and teacher working groups (KKG), as well as seminar workshop discussions, and provision of learning resources. providing motivation to teachers, collaborating with foundations that oversee the Nurul Falah Islamic Middle School Mangaran Situbondo, school committees, and the community. The motivation of school principals in improving teacher performance at Nurul Falah Islamic Middle School Mangaran Situbondo through regulation of the physical environment, regulation of the work atmosphere, discipline, applying the principles of rewards and punishments.

To reduce the potential for transmission of Covid-19, the Indonesian government has implemented a Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) policy and recommended physical distancing. This recommendation led to the closure of facilities such as schools or college so that students were required to carry out learning activities remotely. This makes students feel the impact on the implementation of PJJ. One of them is that students experience academic burnout. Therefore, self-efficacy is needed to reduce the increase of academic burnout in student. This study aims to test empirically the relationship between self-efficacy and academic burnout in students who’re doing distance learning. The method used was quantitative method with 246 students as respondents and the sampling technique was purposive sampling. Hypothesis testing was using the Product Moment correlation technique from Pearson. Based on this study, the results of a correlation coefficient of r = -0.343 with a significance value of 0.000 (p ≤ 0.01) indicate that there is a significant negative relationship between self-efficacy and academic burnout in students doing PJJ. The higher the self-efficacy, the lower the academic burnout

The era of Society 5.0 requires accountants to understand technology and use it in their work. The reason is, accountants play an important role in the world of finance and business, which has a positive impact on efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, accountant learning must be adapted to technological developments to prepare future accountants who can face the challenges of the digital era.

The researchers found problems in grade 5 at SD Jam'iiyatul Hujjaj Bukittinggi, namely students' difficulties in understanding Arabic vocabulary. To increase students' understanding of Arabic vocabulary, the researcher applied the question-and-answer method through picture media. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of using the question and answer method through picture media to increase Arabic vocabulary and to find out the increase in Arabic vocabulary mastery after using the question and answer method through picture media at SD Jam'iiyatul Hujjaj Bukittinggi.This study used quantitative research with a group pretest-posttest design. Researchers took samples in this research experimental class of 28 students and control class of 28 students.The tools used for collecting data were observation, examination, and documentation. and student learning outcomes using the question-and-answer method through media images of 5th grade elementary school students. Based on the acquisition of an average value of 83, This is also proven through the calculation of "T." Calculate more than the "T" Table, namely 2,463.Then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded about the effectiveness of the use of the question and answer method through picture media for students in grade 5 at SD Jam'iiyatul Hujjaj Bukittinggi.

The purpose of this study is to find out the mistakes in writing Arabic vocabulary and the solutions to these mistakes. And the research methodology used by researchers is descriptive qualitative research, because researchers analyze facts in general by presenting existing facts to form new ideas based on the research reality. And data collection methods in this study are observation and documentation. And the results in writing Arabic vocabulary in learning writing skills that the researchers got in grade 4 SD Jam'iyyatul hujjaj Bukittinggi: Errors in writing Arabic vocabulary according to the rules as many as 25 students. errors in differentiating the writing of Arabic letters such as: ت،ط،ذ،ز،س،ش،ص،ض as many as 18 students. And errors in the difficulty of writing vowel dhommah as many as 16 students. errors in differentiating writing between tactic and ta marbuthah as many as 20 students. errors in distinguishing short length as many as 25 students. There are many solutions to errors in writing Arabic words, including providing more exposure for students in video or image form to professional writing.

The implementation of educational institutions between teachers and students has a very close relationship in improving student achievement. School as an educational institution that seeks to form a generation that is reliable, faithful and pious, has noble character and is skilled through general and religious education and the majority of its students receive religious education from their parents, so that their academic achievement is lacking, seen in the daily behavior of students who often take actions that are violates student rules and there are still those who are not orderly in participating in religious activities, so that teacher strategies in improving student learning achievement are needed to minimize bad acts or morals committed by students. The research approach is qualitative research, with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques are participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the research are 1) Reflective strategies applied by the teacher in learning to improve student achievement in PAI subjects at MA Ma'arif Bakung Udanawu Blitar which are carried out by: a) the teacher brings different experiences into learning, b) helps students understand the material based on their experience c) the quality of assignments given by the teacher, demands the involvement of thought processes, and requires evaluation, d) the teacher conditions students in a learning environment including facilitators of implementation agendas, space and time of implementation, with a supportive learning environment, achievement student learning will be able to improve properly. 2) the espositoric strategy applied by the teacher in learning to improve student achievement in PAI subjects at MA Ma'arif Bakung Udanawu Blitar, by: a) preparing all material readiness, b) Emphasizing material through lecture and question and answer methods. c) giving a good example or role model to students, 3) heuristic strategies used by teachers in learning to improve student achievement in PAI subjects at MA Ma'arif Bakung Udanawu Blitar by activating a) teaching materials. b) Its implementation is preceded by an appreciation in advance and giving direction on the intent of the material objectives.

Clinical Supervision is needed by educators to improve professional teacher performance. Through clinical supervision, school principals can carry out coaching related to increasing the competence of teaching staff in carrying out learning in class. Clinical supervision carried out by the principal at SMP Negeri 1 Cikoneng is carried out through stages which globally consist of pre-observation meetings, classroom observations and return meetings or post-observation. As well as follow-up evaluation. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the school principal in the implementation of clinical supervision which has an impact on teacher performance in carrying out teaching and learning activities. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach by studying the facts that occurred, data collection techniques were obtained through interviews with school principals and teaching staff. direct observation and documentation study. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Cikoneng, Ciamis Regency. Improving the performance of teachers at Cikoneng 1 Public Middle School is carried out with various activities, including Supervision of the school principal, Educators are motivated so that supervision activities are the desire and awareness of the teaching staff to improve what they feel still needs to be improved both from making preparations, selecting methods, techniques and learning media, so that the learning process in class is more meaningful and students get a pleasant learning experience. The results of this study include: 1) Implementation of clinical supervision is carried out gradually by the principal at Cikoneng 1 Public Middle School, as a coaching effort for teachers to improve the competence of teaching staff in learning. 2) Principals in carrying out clinical supervision are able to improve teacher performance in learning even better. 3). The principal as a clinical supervisor must understand and have strategies that are able to provide change for educators in teaching and learning activities.

The background of this research is that the performance of employees of the Ciamis Regency Investment and One-Stop Services Office is still not optimal. This is thought to be caused by not optimal work attitudes and implementation of organizational learning. The purpose of this study was to find out 1) The effect of work attitude on employee performance at the Investment and One-Stop Services Office of Ciamis Regency; 20 The effect of organizational learning on employee performance at the Investment and One-Stop Services Office of Ciamis Regency; 3) The influence of work attitudes and organizational learning on employee performance at the Investment and One-Stop Services Office of Ciamis Regency. In this study used a survey method with a quantitative data approach. The population in this study were ASN employees at the Ciamis Regency Investment and One-Stop Services Office, totaling 35, so the authors took samples using a saturated sampling technique so that the number of samples in this study were 35 people. Analysis was carried out on the data collected both from the results of observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The stages of data analysis begin with validity, reliability and verification/quantitative data analysis. The results of the study show that: 1) There is a positive and significant effect of work attitude on employee performance at the Investment and One-Stop Services Office of Ciamis Regency. This means that the better the work attitude at the Ciamis Regency One Stop Investment and Integrated Services Service, the employee's performance will increase; 2) There is a positive and significant effect of organizational learning on employee performance at the Investment and One-Stop Services Office of Ciamis Regency. This means that the better the organizational learning at the Investment and One-Stop Service Office of Ciamis Regency, the employee's performance will increase; 3) There is a positive and significant effect of work attitude and organizational learning on employee performance at the Investment and One-Stop Services Office of Ciamis Regency. This study aims to examine the effect of emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, learning behavior and teaching methods of lecturers on the level of understanding of student accounting. This research was conducted on undergraduate students of the Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Islamic University of Majapahit. This type of research is associative quantitative research. The population used in this study were all accounting study program students, totaling 104 respondents. The sample used was 77 respondents with purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire, with a Likert scale as a measuring tool. Data analysis in this study was linear regression analysis with the help of SmartPLS version 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that emotional intelligence has no significant positive effect on the level of understanding of accounting, spiritual intelligence has a significant positive effect on the level of understanding of accounting, learning behavior has a significant positive effect on the level of understanding of accounting. accounting, lecturer teaching methods have no significant positive effect on the level of understanding of accounting.

This type of research is field research (Field Research) using a qualitative descriptive method to obtain the data studied. The data collection technique used is through interviews and documentation. The research data sources are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data validity assurance techniques used is Triangulation. The data analysis technique used is data analysis technique, namely data reduction, data display, and data verification. Based on student learning outcomes, it has not been achieved well. Judging from the data or student scores, it ranges from 75-79 with sufficient predicate, only a few students achieve 80-90, and from the data obtained by the school, 19 out of 33 students achieve sufficient predicate scores. with the average has not been reached to the maximum. Even then, the value of the learning outcomes has been assisted by carrying out remedial or repeat exams when student scores are problematic and assisted with plus values from the student's personality, therefore the authors conclude that PAI learning has not achieved maximum learning goals, so it needs stages or performance. maximum to improve learning outcomes so that learning is achieved properly. Then in terms of effective learning, some students have problems with interest or interest in PAI learning, therefore it has an impact on learning outcomes that are not achieved properly, and also has an impact on a child's attitude or behavior that is not good, such as behavior in daily life, such as every worship Zuhur students must be guided to carry out the worship not their own desires, then from a psychomotor point of view the children are still not well achieved that in the learning process there are some students with problem-solving skills such as not being active in discussions, not being fluent in reading Alqur'an skills and writing verses The Koran is blackboard.

The most common learning difficulties faced by Primary school students are difficulties in learning to read. In second-grade students of SD Negeri 4 Dukuhwaluh, this problem was also found, so this study aims to describe students' initial reading difficulties. This research used a descriptive qualitative research method of a case study. The subjects of this study included 9 students who had difficulty in reading, class teachers, and 9 students' parents. Observation, interviews, and document analysis were used to collect data. The validity test of the data used data and technique triangulations. Data analysis techniques used the Miles Huberman model; data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Reading difficulties for second-grade students of SD Negeri 4 Dukuhwaluh were experienced by 9 students. The results showed that initial reading difficulties included the following: a) difficulty in recognizing letters, there were 2 students who did not recognize letters from A to Z. b) difficulty in reading diphthongs, there were 4 students who did not want to pronounce any letters or stuttered when reading diphthongs. c) difficulty in reading words, there were 4 students who were not fluent in reading words or were still spelling. d) not proficient in reading consonants, there were 2 students who only knew a few consonants, and e) not yet fluent in reading sentences, there were 9 students who were still not fluent in reading sentences. It can be concluded that the difficulties experienced by the 9 students were various.

This study aims to determine the increase in students’ science prosess skills using the guided inquiry learning model. This research uses a literature review research method. A total of 4 articles were obtained to be used as data which was then analyzed. Data analysis uses 3 stages, organize (choose the type of journal that is in line with the research), synthensize (read and summarize journals), identify (draw conclusions from each journal). From the available data, it is known that using the guided inquiry learning model can improve students' science process skills in physics subjects.

The impact of online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic has significantly affected the activities, psychological conditions, and behavioral changes in adult learners, with technology-based learning becoming increasingly widespread in higher education institutions. Both professors and students have adapted to engage in distance learning interactions, including those at the Faculty of Tarbiyah, Islamic Institute of West Sumatra, who have become familiar with utilizing virtual classes through collaborative learning methods. This research aims to analyze the influence of implementing virtual classes with collaborative learning methods, student engagement, and the challenges faced by students in online learning on learning outcomes. The research method employed is a mixed-method convergent parallel design, involving the collection of both qualitative and quantitative data. Qualitative data analysis uses descriptive analysis, while quantitative data is analyzed using a cross-sectional study design. The research findings indicate that student learning through virtual classes at the Faculty of Tarbiyah, supported by platforms like Google Classroom, WhatsApp, and Zoom Meetings, has been effective and has positively impacted students' learning achievements. The challenges encountered by students and professors during online learning include technology mastery, cost, smooth communication, interactive success, internet signal, and time management. For the faculty members of Tarbiyah, it is recommended to conduct online learning based on virtual classes, involving various integrated platforms such as Google Classroom, WhatsApp, and Zoom Meetings. Additionally, preparing a comprehensive online learning guide with solutions to handle technical issues would be beneficial. This research contributes to the education field by providing insights into effective online learning practices and highlighting the challenges that need to be addressed to improve the overall learning experience.

This study identified the challenges faced by students in writing persuasive texts, as well as exploring the potential for implementing PBL to improve writing skills. This research was conducted using the classroom action research method in class VIII SMP Negeri 11 Medan in the 2022/2023 academic year with a total of 32 students. Actions taken by applying the Problem-Based Learning learning model. This research was conducted in two cycles. Based on the results of research on student activity, it was found that the average value of student activity at the first meeting was 65.15%, at the second meeting, the percentage of activity value was 77.07%. The average value of student activity at meeting III was 70.09%, including the active category. Meanwhile, at the fourth meeting, the percentage of activity values ​​was 72.66% and if it was included in the criteria for student activity, this student activity was included in the active category. Overall, if an average of each cycle is obtained, the results of persuasive text writing skills have increased from 71.61% (active enough category) in cycle I to 71.37% (active category) in cycle II, which means an increase of 9. 76 %. Thus it can be seen that the Problem Based Learning learning model can improve the skills of writing persuasive texts and students understand learning material more easily.

Integrating innovative pedagogical approaches becomes paramount as the contemporary educational paradigm evolves. The study addresses the gap in the current literature by offering insights into the multifaceted implications of gamification in higher education settings. The primary purpose of this research is to analyze the attitudes, experiences, and perceptions of both educators and students toward gamified elements in LMS. The study combines qualitative interviews with teachers and students and quantitative surveys to gather a comprehensive understanding of the subject. The methodology encompasses diverse higher education institutions to ensure a representative sample. Results highlight the nuanced perspectives of participants, revealing key factors influencing the effectiveness of gamification in LMS, such as motivation, engagement, and learning outcomes. The findings provide a foundation for a more informed integration of gamified elements into educational practices. In conclusion, this research contributes to the field by offering empirical evidence and nuanced insights into the perceptions of gamification in higher education. The study enhances our understanding of the challenges and benefits associated with gamified learning and provides practical implications for educators and policymakers aiming to foster innovative and engaging learning environments.

Critical thinking is one of the skills that is needed in today's digital era because in the future students are required to have a way of thinking that is more sensitive to diversity. Thus, the purpose of this research is to identify in depth the effect of STEM-based PBL learning model on critical thinking skills through literature study. This research uses the literature review method and bibliographic analysis. In the literature review method, collecting information which was then reduced until three samples of articles were reviewed. In bibliography analysis, collecting data with the help of Publish or Perish software with many 199 articles, in ris file format, and then visualized by VOSviewer. The results showed that the STEM-based PBL model was able to improve the critical thinking skills of high school students.

Teaching and learning activities are basically a process of communication carried out between teachers and students, in which both of them exchange ideas. aims to increase students' interest in learning, and to explore this matter more deeply, the researcher formulates the research focus as follows: 1) How is the interest in learning social studies for class VIII students at MTs Miftahul Huda Ngunut Tulungagung, 2) What are the steps for using animated video media in learning, 3) What are the implications of applying animated video media? This research is a research using descriptive qualitative research methods. The location of this research is MTs Miftahul Huda Ngunut Tulungagung. The results of the study are as follows, 1) Students' interest in social studies learning is influenced by the classroom atmosphere and the learning media used. 2) The use of learning media is very necessary in every lesson, 3) The use of animated videos in learning, 4) As a teacher, you have to be creative and innovative. 5) The use of video animation is able to overcome the limitations of the senses, space and time. 6) Animated video media can motivate students to increase student learning interest. 7) The teacher's attention to students with different abilities, both more and less, is of course different, so that all of their students are able to be equal and complete learning well according to the lesson plan standards.
