Nowadays, the level of competition between health service providers is increasingly high. Compared to inpatient care, outpatient services are developing more rapidly. One effort to win the competition is to improve the quality of health services and provide services according to patient needs so that it will provide patient satisfaction. In this study, patient satisfaction was identified based on 5 determinants of service quality, namely Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy and Tangibility. The aim of this research is to determine patient satisfaction based on determinants of service quality. The research was carried out using a survey method of filling out online questionnaires by respondents. The sampling technique used was Malhotra's theory with a sample size of 160 people. The research results show that the Customers Satisfaction Index (CSI) value for outpatients at health service facilities in Batam City is 79.6%, including in the satisfied category. All gap values show negative results, the highest gap value is - 0.84 for the attribute of readiness to respond to patient requests and staff who are always polite. Meanwhile, the lowest gap value is -0.04 for the facility/service place attribute that looks attractive to look at. Therefore, it is necessary to gradually improve the quality of service in order to increase patient satisfaction which can be implemented based on service improvement priorities starting from the attribute that has the highest negative gap value. Background: Non-communicable chronic diseases are currently a global health problem. Treatment of chronic diseases is serious because it can affect the patient's quality of life and consume quite a large amount of treatment funding. However, pharmacological treatment cannot be effective if chronic disease patients are unable to manage stress. For this reason, therapeutic modalities are needed that are able to treat patients as a whole, both bio-psycho-social and spiritual, one of which is the spiritual emotional freedom technique (SEFT). Purpose: This community service activity aims to increase the resilience of chronic disease patients through SEFT training. Method: Activities were provided for posyandu cadres in Kayuputih Village, Sukasada I Community Health Center Working Area. The training method was carried out by giving lectures, demonstrations, guided re-demonstrations, providing media, and evaluation. Results: SEFT is a non-pharmacological therapy that is acceptable to participants. SEFT can be done independently with the guidance of media leaflets and video demonstrations. SEFT is considered a unique way of praying and is modified by healing efforts by tapping specific points on the body. Conclusion: SEFT can be an alternative choice for chronic disease patients to maintain resilience in long-term self-care.

Proper complementary nutrition is critical for child growth. Currently, UPF consumption is common, affecting IYCFP, where many older persons use CCF. Indeed, CCF has a negative impact on children's growth and development. Many factors contribute to this, one of which is a lack of assistance from other health providers, especially midwives. In Indonesia, midwives are the primary health workers that offer direct care to mothers. According to several sources, midwives continue to provide little support in this area due to insufficient experience and expertise. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of awareness of UPF and ICYFP among midwives. The method employed is a hybrid strategy that employs successive explanation strategies. 114 midwives participated in the online study in 2022. The results of this study showed that there are still many midwives who do not know about UPF and IYCFP education and advocacy. There needs to be government support to conduct comprehensive education in the health sector, including midwives.

. Parents are the main and first educators of their children, because it is from them that the child first receives education. The role of parents as the main and first educators for children is also because heredity they are destined to be parents who give birth. So by nature, inevitably parents who are the main and first responsible for children can receive education. The dedication of parents in caring for children with special needs has a very impact on the survival of children with special needs in the future, the child's growth and development process will be affected if parents cannot determine the right caregiver style. Children who have unique needs need additional care from classmates, parents, teachers, and other family members. In order for children with special needs to reach their full potential, it is important that they should be given support rather than ignored or ostracized.  Children suffering from physical or mental health problems should receive different care than other children.  Similarly, to improve learning achievement and, in particular, to give priority to the improvement of physical and mental growth they must be equipped with the necessary means and facilities for their activities.

Anemia in pregnancy may have a bad effect on the mother and fetus. The anemia occurred in a pregnant mother will increase the risk of mortality of the mother compared to those without anemia. The presence of iron-deficiency anemia during pregnancy could be identified through ANC examination through the admission of iron (FE) tablet supplementation which is very vital for the increase of hemoglobin (Hb) of the blood of the pregnant mothers. According to the research conducted  in Aceh Regency, any pregnant mother who does not receive a standard ANC service could result in inconstancy of FE tablet consumption, which later will increase the risk of anemia. To find out the effect of antenatal care frequency on the constancy of FE tablet consumption on pregnant mothers in Puskesmas (Community Health Center) of  Meukek. The research design used in this research is the quantitative research with cross-sectional approach. The sampling was conducted by using total sampling method with a total of 40 pregnant mothers as the respondents.
