In the era of globalization, technology is developing rapidly, especially in the field of communication media, making the world feel more connected. Internet media, as a rapidly developing communication medium, has penetrated into various levels of society, becoming a necessity in daily activities. Social media networks such as Twitter, Facebook, SMS, BBM, Line, and WhatsApp (WA) have become the main means of delivering various information services. Through this social media network, public communication becomes easier and faster, creating a high level of usage among the public. WhatsApp (WA), as a popular social media service, is used effectively to share information both privately and publicly, not only by teenagers but also by adults. One of them is a WA group which is formed based on needs. For example, the Independent Student Exchange 3 (PMM3) group. Research on code mixing in the use of Indonesian on WhatsApp social media is based on Applied Sociolinguistic Theory.

In the current era of globalization, technological developments are progressing rapidly, one example is accounting information systems, the large amount of expenditure for production and operational costs means that companies must be able to pay attention to this so that the desired things do not happen. In this research, researchers used qualitative methods based on library research. The results of this research indicate that PT. PP (Persero) Tbk (Trans Sumatra Indrapura-Kisaran Toll Road Project) has been implemented systematically and in accordance with the accounting system, as well as the cash disbursement accounting recording system which is effective and efficient. The company's internal control system for cash disbursements has been implemented well, and everyone in each unit has worked together to improve the cash and disbursement systems after the finance department discovered recording errors. This shows that there is a strong level of internal control implemented in each department, making it difficult to misappropriate and embezzle funds.

The Indonesian economy is currently developing rapidly. One example is the need for motorbikes which are of interest to the public. In the motorbike industry, it is possible for manufacturers to compete with each other by achieving high sales by prioritizing attractive appearance and design in motorbike design, so that consumers are interested in the research method in this research using quantitative methods. The population in the study is the general public who use Honda motorbikes, so they can provide opinions about the quality of Honda motorbikes. In this study, the population is infinite, while the sample taken was 302 respondents. The results of the data analysis above show that there are no differences of opinion on each question, this happens because the data is valid and reliable. What can be concluded is that the opinion of the respondents believes that the quality of Honda motorbikes is very good. The factors in this questionnaire question are quality, influence of quality, performance, durability, specifications, promotion and brand image. Based on research conducted on Honda motorbikes, it can be concluded that product quality, influence of quality, performance, durability, specifications, promotion and brand image has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Because good quality can make consumers believe in a product being marketed so that it will attract existing competitors.

A very interesting thing, of course, is when a nurse is able to translate how to develop this theory, it becomes easier to apply to patients. Maternal Role Attainment proposed by Mercer follows Bronfenbrenner's work in 1979 which is known as the bird's nest circle which includes a set of microsystem, mesosystem and macrosystem cycles. The application of the becoming a mother model in providing nursing care to postpartum clients is carried out to help clients achieve their role as a mother. So that the mother can provide good care for the baby and the baby can be fulfilled in psychosocial terms.

This paper is a literature study using three sources of data  namely primary, secondary and tertiary data sources. This article describes the definitions of buying and selling, the legal basis of buying and selling in Korand, Hadith and scientific commentaries. This article also contains Islamic buying and selling principles and examples of buying and selling. By understanding the basic principles of buying and selling, we can be careful whether we are selling or buying goods.    

This research was motivated by cases that occurred in students who behaved negatively and were lacking in religious matters. PAI teachers are central or central in developing students' religious knowledge and practices. Therefore, PAI teachers are required to implement special strategies to reduce and prevent students from carrying out negative behavior that can harm the school and the community environment. This research uses a qualitative research design. The methods used in this research for data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of research on the Teacher Strategy carried out by PAI in Increasing Student Religiosity at SMKN 6 Tangerang are as follows: First, understanding is provided by providing information to students regarding knowledge and the nature of good values from the material presented by educators. This process must be carried out continuously so that students can draw on the messages conveyed by educators. As an example of honesty, cultivation is usually carried out during learning activities by linking material and real life. Second, habituation is a strengthening stage of the previous stage, namely cultivation. The function of habituation is as a bonding tool between students' behavior and themselves, the aim of which is to provide deeper and broader understanding. Third, example is a supporting factor in improving students' religious character. An example will be accepted if it is set by someone close to you. Exemplary really prioritizes aspects of behavior in real action.

Every human being has needs in life, every need demands to be fulfilled no matter what the circumstances. For example, someone who is hungry, even at night, will definitely crawl or sneak around looking for food. Why is that because hunger is a necessity for life that is very important for the continuation of life in the future. Various human needs demand to be fulfilled so that people feel satisfied. So if he is hungry and gets food then he will feel satisfied. Nowadays, teaching is considered equal and synonymous with active student learning. Teaching is seen as a system consisting of components that depend on each other, and are organized between competencies that must be achieved by students, subject matter, language subjects, teaching methods and approaches, teaching media, learning resources, class organization, and assessment.    

This journal research aims to see the implementation of teacher perceptions in curriculum development. This research uses quantitative research by collecting structured data through measurement instruments such as questionnaires. From the results of observations through questionnaires or systematic observations regarding this curriculum change, first, this curriculum change has an effect on learning styles, for example, if previously teachers only relied on books and blackboards when teaching, now it is all digital and of course this also makes it easier for teachers to teach and makes it easier for students to receive material from the teacher and can also influence learning models or methods. Meanwhile, changes to the curriculum can improve the quality of education. With this curriculum change, there are also challenges faced by schools, one of which is that teachers need to be prepared to utilize technology effectively in the learning process and also how to implement it. So, in conclusion, this curriculum change is indeed important but must be adjusted to the curriculum and current developments. In accordance with research that the author observed, schools currently prefer the Independent Curriculum

The mutual influence relationship between literature and tourism occurs in creative inspiration and destination promotion. An interdisciplinary approach is needed to understand the contributions of both. Laskar Pelangi, by Andrea Hirata, is an example of literary success in promoting Bangka Belitung. This research aims to examine the tourism values in this novel and in the context of how literary works are able to increase the popularity of the destination. This research uses qualitative methods with a hermeneutical approach. The findings of this research conclude that the value of tourism in the novel Laskar Pelangi is reflected through natural beauty, cultural richness and emotional experiences. This has the potential to increase the popularity of tourist destinations, especially in Bangka Belitung.    

This study discusses the role of the Office of Population Control, Family Planning, women's empowerment, and Child Protection (DP2KP2A) of Gorontalo City against children who are called as witnesses in criminal action cases. The child has a special position in the law and needs protection and guidance so that his rights are guaranteed. Although the law provides protection, there are obstacles to its implementation. This study aims to determine the role of DP2KP2A and inhibitory factors in protecting witness children in Gorontalo. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by collecting data from relevant agencies and field observations. The results showed that DP2KP2A has an important role in providing protection to children who become witnesses. For example, by socializing and advocating to the community and providing assistance to children who become witnesses from the beginning he was dealing with the law. In addition, the psychological treatment of children who become witnesses becomes the attention of the government by providing free servants from direct psychological doctors for free. however, there are several obstacles, 1) administrative constraints that can hinder the continuity of the service in providing pendampngan to children who become witnesses. 2) time constraints that affect the effectiveness of Service. The conclusion of this study is Dp2kp2a Gorontalo city has a significant role in protecting witness children, but constraints such as time synchronization and administration affect the effectiveness of services. Therefore, further efforts are needed to improve coordination between related institutions and simplify administration to ensure the rights of children are properly protected.

The research is aimed at knowing the problems of the client and the causes of the client's social irregularities. The study uses qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques are performed with observation, interviews and literature studies. The result of this study is the factor behind the social irregularities of adolescents who experience or live in broken home circles. Most youths commit this social aberrant because they want to shift their weight, their unhinged teenage behavior is also one of the factors that causes youths to commit deviations or delinquency, making them more susceptible to the adverse effects of their surroundings. A typical example of broken home adolescents involves alcoholics, drug use, and so forth. At present, however, social deviations are not limited to the person or youth of broken home, illness. Delinquency seems to be common in teens or in juvenile delinquency often results in achievement (pride) in order to make it a good, fun, fun youth. This factor is due to the rapid growth of globalization and modernization that many outside cultures are introduced into Indonesia and are affecting social aberrant behavior in the youth.

The high rate of sexual violence against children shows the importance of handling child victims of sexual violence. In this case, peer counselors can provide support and motivation to children who are victims of sexual violence. In addition, counselors can be friends to tell stories from children who are victims of this violence. In this case, Peer Counselors can also conduct Counseling. Counseling is carried out by intervening negative thoughts of children that arise due to sexual violence in various ways, such as stopping negative thoughts. In addition, cognitive therapy can also be done by changing or exchanging thoughts, for example counselors help children to memorize short verses in the form of statements that are contrary to the concerns experienced by children. The child then repeats the verse to get rid of his worries.

AI is implemented as an intelligent and flexible assistant/partner, serving not only as a mechanical tool but also as an adaptive partner that responds to user needs. Concrete examples include smartwatches, computers with complex authorization systems, sensors that read phenomena and function as weapons, databases encompassing information from the past, and the use of Nano Technology in the production of clothing that can change according to needs. The research findings provide a holistic overview of how AI technology and its related components can shape the lifestyle and interaction of humans with the environment in the future, prompting questions about the positive impact and ethical challenges associated with the integration of AI into daily life. The focus is on analyzing the role of AI-forming device technology in the novel, using a hermeneutic approach. The findings include the utilization of technologies such as 1) smartwatches, 2) computers, 3) sensors, 4) databases, and 5) Nano Technology.

True values ​​and moral education is an education that a person gets from their immediate environment or can be called a child's first madrasah, namely from the family environment, especially parents. Children are an investment in the future whose growth and development must be optimally pursued. This article aims to describe the role of foster parents in educating values ​​and morals regarding children's behavior in the orphanage. Education is not obtained by individuals only at school, but from many places, namely the family and also the environment. The role of the family is very large, considering that the family is the child's closest environment, for this reason there needs to be special attention for the family, especially parents, in educating the child's character, as a basis for the child's behavior. Some things that parents need to pay attention to instill in their children from an early age are, the existence of clarity in instilling the values ​​taught to children, the existence of role models or providing good examples from parents, the existence of consequences for rules that have been applied consistently.

This research discusses the performance allowance system (pay-for-performance), which is a more modern and progressive system and is expected to improve employee performance significantly. The aim is to analyze the Regional Performance Allowance (TKD) system in improving the individual performance of the Langkat Regent's office. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, and the data analysis technique used is through interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the Regional Performance Allowance (TKD) system in improving the individual performance of the Langkat Regent's office is quite good, this is shown in the performance sheet management system in providing performance allowances which uses the SIMPEG E-Kinerja application, thereby simplifying and speeding up the reporting process. However, there are still weaknesses, namely the existence of organizational behavior that cannot be overcome, for example crab mentality, allowances provided by agencies that are not in accordance with the performance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) who are late in coming to the office, do not come to the office, employees who leave their duties during working hours without permission, delays in incentive payments at the Langkat Regent's Office. Therefore, some employees feel unfair in the performance allowances they receive, and this causes competition between employees, they become lazy and less motivated to work hard, until in the end they prefer to just work as it is.

The emergence and development of information technology is changing people's behavior. These changes occur in human thought patterns, feelings and actions. Social media can clearly be used by the government to guide public opinion and influence political participation. In a democratic country like Indonesia, public opinion is very important because the government cannot function without public opinion. Therefore, the author is interested in conducting research on the role of social media in the dynamics of public opinion and political participation in the digital era. The method in this article uses library research, namely a method of collecting data by understanding and studying theories from various literature related to the research. The data collection technique used was internet searching and documentation studies were used. In writing this scientific work, the first data analysis technique is data reduction, which means that the analysis is carried out to summarize the data, the researcher selects data that is really important to include in this scientific work and displays the data (data presentation). The research results found that in the current digital era, social media plays an important role in political participation and public opinion. Changes in the way people communicate, obtain information, and engage in politics are some examples. Social media influences public opinion and political participation. effects, both positive and negative. Of course, the government must monitor political activities amidst the development of social media in the modern era.

The Koran tells about various problems faced by humans in life. It tells about everything from when a baby grows in its mother's womb, to when someone dies. The Qur'an is special because it does not mix with what we know from science, and even contains some scientific ideas in it. It talks about things like how people live together, how money works, and how our bodies stay healthy.  

CThe role of code switching in society is very important, in relation to the use of language variations by a person or group of people, especially in language use in bilingual or multilingual communities, for example in traditional shopping centers or markets. The market, in this case the MMTC market, can be said to have its own uniqueness in relation to the use of code switching. This research is a qualitative descriptive research, while the research strategy uses a fixed case study approach, because the problems and focus of the research have been determined in the proposal before the researcher goes into the field. During the conversation, it was discovered that there was temporary code switching from Indonesian to Javanese to Indonesian carried out by traders. The incident of temporary code switching during the conversation was marked by the Javanese expression 'nek waton mbukak, lunga tak kon nlipet' 'if you just open it, go away I tell you to fold it' which was said by the trader in the middle of the speech to insinuate the buyer, then the trader returned to using Indonesian to serve buyers. Based on the results of research and discussion about code switching in the interaction of traders and buyers in the Medan MMTC market, several conclusions can be drawn. There are two types of code switching that occur in the interaction of traders and buyers in the Medan city MMTC market, namely (1) code switching based on its nature and ( 2) code switching based on the direction of switching.

This feeling of insecurity can hinder emotional well-being and reduce a person's quality of life.. On average, women experience insecurity. , especially in Indonesia..There are several reasons why Indonesian women feel insecure (not confident)..One of the main factors is due to their physical shape. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of self-confidence on the learning motivation of class X female students at SMA MTA Surakarta. The method in this research uses a quantitative descriptive method to analyze data about what factors cause students' motivation and feelings of insecurity. The subjects in this research were female class X students at SMA MTA Surakarta. The results of this research are the lack of a strong and significant influence between Insecurity and learning motivation.
