Menurut data dari BPJS, kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi di Indonesia pada bulan Januari hingga November 2022 sebanyak 265.334 kasus. Jumlah ini meningkat 13,26 persen dibandingkan 234.270 kasus pada tahun 2021. Data tersebut menjadi peringatan keras bahwa pelaksanaan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) harus semakin menjadi perhatian. UD Cantenan menggunakan beberapa mesin, bahan-bahan kimia dan suhu yang tinggi, dan hampir seluruh proses dilakukan masih secara manual tanpa alat bantu dan dioperasikan langsung. Berdasarkan obeservasi yang dilakukan terdapat 34 risiko kecelakaan kerja yang terdapat pada bagian proses produksi dan tercatat ada 14 kasus kecelakaan kerja yang terdapat pada bagian produksi di Ud Cantenan, data tersebut diambil dari bulan Febrari tahun 2020 hingga bulan Juli tahun 2023. Metode JSA digunakan untuk menentukan pekerjaan yang dianalisis serta mengidentifikasi risiko pada masing-masing pekerjaan, Metode FMEA difungsikan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat risiko kecelakaan kerja yang mengukur dari aspek dampak, peluang kejadian dan pencegahaannya dilakukan, sedangkan metode FTA digunakan untuk mengdentifikasi potensi penyebab kecelakaan. Dari hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa 5 failure mode dengan nilai RPN terbesar yaitu, terkena tumpahan logam cair,, tergulung putaran chuck mesin turning, tersengat listrik, tergulung putaran mata pahat milling dan mata terkena sekrap logam sisa produksi, ke lima failure mode dengan nilai RPN tertinggi yaitu fm 14, fm 27, fm 31 dengan nilai RPN 75 dan fm 22, fm 28 dengan nilai RPN 64. Nilai RPN tertinggi nantinya akan dilakukan analisis FTA untuk mengetahui akar penyebab masalah dan diberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan, untuk FM 14, 21, dan 38 memiliki tiga akar masalah, sedangkan fm 27 dan 28 memiliki 4 akar masalah.

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of Globalization, Challenges, Impact on CV Purchasing Decisions. Mufido Jaya Aluminum in Bekasi. The study method uses qualitative analysis, namely through primary data produced from observation, a data collection method that involves direct observation of certain actions, events or objects. In this era of globalization, business actors are required to be able to compete to maintain the continuity of superior institutions on an ongoing basis, both in the short term and in the long term, which can influence the challenges and impacts of this performance. Therefore, the problems faced in this research are (1) Identifying globalization trends, (2) Identifying challenges to CV. Abstract. Basically, all companies want profits in running their business, and are able to minimize losses that occur in running their business. Therefore, many companies have good quality workforce but the number of employees is small. So a company often gives responsibility for various fields to one workforce in order to achieve goals according to plan by minimizing losses, one of which is by minimizing the workforce in a company. Lack of labor can have an impact on employee job satisfaction and employee work motivation. The right number of workers can make it easier to control outlet operations, because a shortage of workers can slow down the process of operational activities, causing outlet conditions to become unconducive. Apart from that, the lack of labor also affects work motivation because it can reduce work morale due to excessive working hours and multiple job descriptions. This makes it more likely that an employee will make mistakes due to decreased concentration at work. Pada dasarnya, semua perusahaan menginginkan keuntungan dalam menjalankan usahanya, serta mampu meminimalisir kerugian yang terjadi pada jalannya usaha. Oleh sebab itu banyak perusahaan yang memiliki kualitas tenaga kerja yang baik namun dengan kuantitas tenaga kerja yang minim.Maka sebuah perusahaan tak jarang membebankan sebuah tanggung jawab berbagai bidang pada satu tenaga kerja guna mencapai tujuan sesuai rencana dengan meminimalisir kerugian yang didapat, salah satunya dengan meminimalisir tenaga kerja pada sebuah perusahaan. Minimnya tenaga kerja dapat berdampak pada kepuasan kerja karyawan dan motivasi kerja karyawan. Kesesuaian jumlah tenaga kerja dapat melancarkan kendali operasional outlet, karena minimnya tenaga kerja dapat mengakibatkan lambatnya proses kegiatan operasional sehingga menyebabkan kondisi outlet menjadi tidak kondusif,selain itu minimnya tenaga kerja juga berpengaruh pada motivasi kerja karena dapat meurunkan semangat akibat jam kerja berlebih serta double job deskripsi yang menyebabkan kemungkinan besar seorang karyawan melakukan kesalahn karena menurunnya konsentrasi dalam bekerja.Tidak hanya itu, minimnya tenaga kerja juga menyebabkan jumlah complain customer meningkat karena terjadinya pelayanan yang kurang maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh strategi ice breaking terhadap motivasi belajar bahasa Arab pada siswa kelas VII di MTs Darul Hikam Kota Cirebon. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Racangan penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan desain Intact–Group Comparison. Dengan menggunakan desain eksperimental, penelitian ini mengungkapkan dampak signifikan dari strategi ice breaking terhadap motivasi siswa, sebagaimana terlihat dari hasil uji-t independent samples (Sig = 0,000). Penolakan hipotesis nol (H0) demi hipotesis alternatif (H1) menegaskan perbedaan substansial dalam motivasi antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Temuan ini menekankan peningkatan motivasi yang dipermudah oleh sifat menghibur dan merangsang dari pendekatan ice breaking sepanjang proses pembelajaran. Melampaui konteks langsung instruksi bahasa Arab, korelasi ini menunjukkan potensi strategi tersebut sebagai alat pedagogis yang dapat diterapkan lintas disiplin dan tingkat pendidikan. Implikasi dari penelitian kami melampaui konteks langsung pembelajaran bahasa Arab di MTs Darul Hikam. Korelasi positif antara strategi ice breaking dan motivasi siswa menunjukkan potensinya sebagai alat pedagogis yang dapat diterapkan secara luas. Pendidik lintas disiplin dan tingkat pendidikan dapat memanfaatkan temuan ini untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih menarik dan memotivasi. Selain itu, penelitian ini mendorong penelitian masa depan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak yang rumit dari strategi ice breaking terhadap motivasi dalam konteks linguistik dan budaya yang berbeda, berkontribusi pada diskursus terkini mengenai praktik pembelajaran bahasa yang efektif.

The background to this research is that there are still many schools that have implemented inclusive education, but still provide general treatment or services to inclusive students. The aim of this research is to determine the management of inclusive education for Children with Special Needs (ABK). This type of research is qualitative research. Data sources were obtained from the school principal and four class teachers. The data in this research was obtained through documentation, observation and interviews. The research design used uses an indigenous psychology approach, part of the scientific approach tradition, where an important aspect in this approach is the effort to find appropriate methods to uncover phenomena in an investigation. The research results show that teachers directly handle the implementation of education. The treatment provided is good, such as providing special response and attention to children with special needs.

The development of technology is currently increasingly rapidly providing convenience and benefits for humans, one example of technology that provides entertainment benefits is online games. However, online game addiction is one of several forms of addiction caused by technological developments, one of which is the internet or better known as internet addictive disorder. The objectives of this research are: 1) Analyzing online game addiction experienced by students IAIN Sheikh Nurjati Cirebon. 2) Analyze the learning achievements experienced by IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon students. 3) Analyzing the influence of online games on the learning achievement of IAIN Syekh Nurjati Ciebon students. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The data collection technique applied in the research was interviewing 5 students and distributing questionnaires which were filled in by 15 students. The results of this study show 1) Most respondents (50%) had difficulty stopping playing online games, while 33.3% admitted that they had fairly good control but still felt interested in continuing to play. 2) Effective learning can help pupils and students to achieve learning goals. 3) It can be concluded that 37.5% stated that they do not like playing online games, because they have a very bad effect on learning. In the same percentage, 37.5% stated that they did not agree with online games, but did not provide clear reasons. It can be concluded that the research shows that the majority of respondents have difficulty stopping playing online games, while effective learning can help achieve learning goals, and around 37.5% of respondents stated that they do not like or disagree with online games because they have a bad effect on learning, although some of them they didn't give a clear reason.

The purpose of this research is to find out the impact of cyberbullying on the health of Korean artist Choi Jinri (Sulli). In this research method, we use a qualitative method or descriptive method using the note-taking technique, where we as researchers carry out an analysis by watching via the Netflix channel. Netflix released a documentary film in memory of the idol entitled "Persona Sulli." This film consists of two parts, namely the first entitled "4: Clean Island" and the second entitled "Dear Jinri". This film will be the late Sulli's final work that fans can watch. From the results of this analysis, we conclude that the impact of cyberbullying not only disrupts the victim's daily activities but can also have a big impact on the victim's health and mental health.    

This journal analyzes the economic dynamics of 4 sectors with a focus on the influence of exports and imports. Through sectoral data analysis, this study identifies the role of each sector in driving export activity and its impact on the national economy. The findings highlight the complexity of the relationship between exports, imports, and economic growth, while exploring strategies to optimize the contribution of these sectors. The policy implications of the findings look towards sustainable economic development by taking into account the dynamic interaction between exports and imports in a 4-sector economy. The impact of exports and imports on economic growth in Indonesia is very large because exports are one of the sources of state income and from import activities the state can get goods that do not yet exist or are lacking in the country to meet the needs of the community. The analysis highlights the positive contribution of exports to economic growth, while the impact of imports is complex and requires careful handling. The policy implications of these findings are discussed in light of efforts to increase exports and manage imports to support sustainable economic growth in Indonesia.

Financial performance is an important indicator used to evaluate the financial condition of an entity, such as a bank. Financial performance evaluation provides an understanding of an entity's financial health, operational efficiency, profitability, and financial sustainability. This research aims to comprehensively investigate the influence of financial literacy on employee performance and its impact on financial performance in the Islamic banking environment. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive analysis methods. The population and sample in this study were all employees at BSI KCP Blangpidie, namely 35 people. The data used in this research is primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires. The analysis used in this research is path analysis. The research results show that financial literacy has a positive and significant influence in improving financial performance at BSI KCP Blangpidie, this is because the calculated t value is greater than the t table (9.074 > 2.034). Likewise, from the calculations that have been carried out, it is known that the direct effect is 0.346 and the indirect effect is 0.591, which means the direct effect is smaller than the indirect effect.

Isu global mengenai permasalahan sampah terus menjadi perhatian utama karena pertumbuhan jumlah sampah yang terus meningkat tanpa terkendali. Di tengah kompleksitas masalah tersebut,Bank Samici muncul sebagai inisiatif pemerintah Kota Cimahi untuk mengatasi dampak negatif sampah melalui pengelolaan sampah organik dan anorganik. Bank Samici bertujuan mendukung program Zero Waste Cities, yang secara efektif memberikan manfaat luar biasa bagi masyarakat.Tidak hanya berkontribusi pada pelestarian lingkungan, tetapi juga memberikan dukungan ekonomi untuk suatu wilayah, khususnya di Kampung Anggaraja RW 07 Kelurahan Cipageran, Cimahi Utara. Kampung Anggaraja, RW 07, meraih penghargaan sebagai juara 1 dalam kontes karnaval pada peringatan 17 Agustus 2023, dengan tema utama "Inovasi Daur Ulang Sampah." Keberhasilan ini menjadi bukti nyata bahwa masyarakat yang terlibat dalam Bank Samici telah menciptakan dampak positif di tingkat lokal dan meraih pengakuan dari pemerintah setempat.Selain pencapaian prestisius, struktur organisasi di Bank Samici menjadi landasan utama dalam efektivitas organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memahami hubungan antara struktur organisasi dan efektivitas organisasi, khususnya di Bank Samici di Kp. Anggaraja 04/07 Cipageran, Cimahi Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara struktur organisasi dan efektivitas organisasi, dengan variabel struktur organisasi memberikan kontribusi sebesar 20,76% terhadap efektivitas organisasi, sementara 79,24% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain dalam indikator efektivitas organisasi.

 Tulisan ini bertujuan menggambarkan bagaimana pengertian perencanaan, alas an perlunya perencanaan, proses perencanaan, hubungan perencanaan, dengan fungsi manajemen lainnya, cara mendapatkan keunggulan bersaing, jenis-jenis perencanaan dan manfaat perencanaan dalam ilmu pengantar manajemen. Perencanaan merupakan suatu proses yang tidak berakhir bila rencana tersebut telah ditetapkan, rencana harus dilaksanakan dan perencanaan harus mempertimbangkan kebutuhan fleksibilitas, agar mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan situasi dan kondisi baru secepat mungkin dan salah satu aspek penting perencanaan adalah membuat keputusan (decision making). Perencanaan dalam arti formal merupakan suatu proses yang melibatkan penentuan sasaran atau tujuan organisasi, menyusun strategi menyeluruh untuk mencapai sasaran yang ditetapkan dan mengembangkan hirarki rencana secara menyeluruh untuk mengintegrasikan dan mengkoordinasikan kegiatan. Kebutuhan perencanaan berlaku pada semua tingkat manajemen dan semakin tinggi tingkatannya, perencanaan mempunyai kemungkinan dampak paling besar atas keberhasilan organisasi. Para manjer tingkat atas sebagian besar waktunya digunakan untuk perencanaan masa depan dan strategis organisasi secara keseluruhan untuk mrekrut personalia, pengembangan teknik produksi, inovasi produk dan lain sebagainya. Manajer yang lebih rendah merencanakan untuk unitnya sendiri dan untuk jangka yang pendek. Oleh karena itu para manajer perlu memahami peran perencanaan jangka pendek dan jangka panjang dalam pola perencanaan secara keseluruhan. Jadi manajer puncak umumnya berkonsentrasi pada perencanaan jangka panjang dan setrategi organisasi, sedangkan manajer tingkat bawah berkonsentrasi pada rencana-rencana jangka pendek.

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) adalah sektor ekonomi nasional yang paling strategis yang menyangkut kebutuhan hidup orang banyak sehingga menjadi tulang punggung perekonomian Nasional. UMKM juga merupakan salah satu sektor usaha yang mampu bertahan melalui krisis ekonomi. Selain itu, UMKM juga merupakan sektor usaha yang paling banyak menyerap tenaga kerja sehingga mampu mengurangi tingkat pengangguran dan mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan bagaimana peran Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) sektor pangan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat menurut perspektif ekonomi islam di Kelurahan Sungai Bengkal Kecamatan Tebo Ilir. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan kualitatif dengan pengecekan keabsahan data dengan teknik triangulasi dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Adapun yang menjadi informan pada penelitian ini yaitu 10 pelaku UMKM toko kelontong di Kelurahan Sungai Bengkal Kecamatan Tebo Ilir. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Peran Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah yang ada di Kelurahan Sungai Bengkal Kecamatan Tebo Ilir memberikan dampak positif yaitu penghasilan yang tidak bergantung kepada orang lain dapat memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari, membantu peluang pekerjaan tanpa adanya keterbatasan pengalaman, dapat membantu pendapatan bagi keluarga sebagai mata pencaharian utama, para pemilik toko kelontong tersebut rata-rata ada bersedekah dan berinfaq, bersikap jujur sebagai pedagang sebagai upaya menerapkan nilai-nilai Islam.

This research aims to determine the influence of students' learning activities on the ability to understanding mathematical concepts through the STEAM Learning Approach Makerspace model based on PBL on SPLDV materials. As for the type of research Quasi-Experiments. The population in this study was 90 students who were distributed into 3 classes with 2 classes that sampled grades VIII A and VIII C. The sampling techniques in this study used randomized classes and data collection techniques in this study were tests and observations, while the research instruments used preliminary tests and final tests to measure the ability to understand mathematical concepts and observation sheets to see students' learning activities. Data analysis techniques using a two-way ANOVA test. The research showed that there is an influence of the PBL-based Makerspace STEAM Learning Approach model on the ability to understand mathematical concepts, there is no influence on students' learning activities on mathematical concept comprehension capabilities, and there is no interaction between the PBL-based Stem Learning Approach Makerspace model and student learning activities on the ability to understand mathematical concepts. Conclusion, there is a positive direct effect of cognitive structures on the ability to understanding mathematical concepts.

Social media is not just a communication tool; it is a major force that shapes and changes social and cultural patterns in contemporary society. Its presence, as a result of advances in information technology in this era of globalization, not only changes the way we communicate, but also creates a deep transformation in the structure of social values and societal norms. These changes involve not only practical aspects, such as lifestyle, but also include the basics of behavior and worldview.With social media, we have entered an era where information can quickly and easily spread throughout the world. This opens the door to unprecedented global connectivity, allowing people to interact without the barriers of distance and geographical boundaries. However, behind this convenience, there are significant changes in the way we view and appreciate cultural values. The advantages of social media include its ability to accelerate the flow of information, facilitate intercultural interactions, and provide a platform for previously unheard voices. The spread of false information or hoaxes has become easier, and the impact on mental health, especially among the younger generation, is a serious concern.  

The aim of this research is to determine the negative impact of online gambling in the current era, especially on the younger generation. We use this research method as a qualitative method, where we as researchers carry out an analysis by observing various digital media platforms, from which we can find out the various negative impacts experienced by several young people today due to carrying out online gambling transactions. We took the case example of a TikTok celebrity named Fahdan who shared a story about the other side of online gambling that not many people know about. From this case, we as researchers concluded that in fact online gambling has more negative impacts than positive ones.

The study investigates the influence of multicultural education on curriculum development, challenges, opportunities, and its impact on fostering tolerance and understanding among students. Through an extensive academic literature review, the study unveils multifaceted opportunities, including enhanced cultural understanding, promotion of tolerance, enriched educational experiences, and preparation for global citizenship. However, it also uncovers challenges such as resistance to change, resource constraints, and the need for continuous adaptation. The findings underscore the importance of embracing diversity and fostering inclusive learning environments within religious-based schooling. Overall, this study highlights the potential benefits of multicultural education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, emphasizing its role in nurturing culturally competent and globally-aware individuals.

This research aims to analyze the impact of fossil energy on climate change and explore green energy-based solutions. Research objects include greenhouse gas emissions produced by the use of fossil energy and the potential of renewable energy as an alternative. The research was carried out during 2023 using secondary data analysis methods from various case studies and scientific reports. research results show that the use of fossil energy contributes significantly to increasing global temperatures and extreme climate change. on the other hand, the application of green energy solutions, such as solar, wind, and bioenergy, can substantially reduce carbon emissions and increase environmental sustainability. Implementing policies that support the transition to green energy is urgently needed to overcome the climate crisis. This research provides recommendations for the development of renewable energy technology and increasing public awareness regarding the environmental impacts of fossil energy
