Social media is one of the marketing tools that can be used by businesses to get the attention of their consumers. Social Media Marketing is a strategy used by companies and has the aim of attracting consumer attention by obtaining a wider target market. So the purpose of this study is to determine whether Social Media Marketing has an influence on Consumer Loyalty. The theory used in this study is the theory of Social Media Marketing including, Online Communities, Interaction, Sharing of Content, Accessibility, Credibility and the theory of Consumer Loyalty which includes repeat, retention, referalls. This research uses quantitative methodology with survey method. The population used in this study were followers of the @msglowbeauty Instagram account who had made purchases on Ms Glow products more than 2x. The technique used was simple random sampling with a sample size of 80 respondents. The results of this study indicate the average value of respondents' answers to the variable (X) of 4.23, this value is classified as high (Agree) and the average respondent's answer to the variable (Y) of 4.54 which is also predominantly high (Agree). A considerable influence can be seen from the correlation (R) value of 0.795 which is arguably high or strong and the R Square value of 0.631 or 63.1% of the effect while the remaining 36.9% is influenced by other things.

One of the most common economic activities in the community is micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). These businesses are known for being relatively easy to develop and have the potential to strengthen a country's economy. As a source of income for most people, MSMEs are often their economic footing. Furthermore, MSMEs have the potential to compete with other businesses on an international level if they are continuously strengthened. If this is successfully achieved, it will provide a significant boost to national economic growth and support the stability of the country as a whole. The purpose of this research is to collect information about the role of contributions and obstacles faced by UNTIRTA students in an effort to encourage the economic development of MSMEs in Serang City. The research was conducted through a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. To collect data, the author employed both literature study techniques and in-depth interview techniques with UNTIRTA students. The results of this study indicate that UNTIRTA students play a significant role in driving the MSME economy in Serang City. UNTIRTA students can assist in raising public awareness about the role and potential of MSMEs in Serang City. Nevertheless, further endeavors are necessary to enhance students' capacity and accessibility to requisite resources, as well as to reinforce collaboration between educational institutions, the government, and MSME stakeholders. It is anticipated that a more conducive environment for the growth and sustainability of MSMEs in Serang City can be created through close collaboration between students, educational institutions, local government, and MSME players.

To determine the influence of understanding accounting and capital readiness on the efficiency of basic food business income. Quantitative is a research method that uses data in the form of numbers and the collected data is analyzed using statistical formulas. The population that will be used in this research is MSME actors, especially basic food businesses registered with the Bayung Lencir District Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises Service, totaling 100 MSME business actors. The classical assumption test is a prerequisite for multiple regression analysis, this test must be influenced so that the estimates of parameters and regression coefficients are not biased. In testing this class of assumptions, namely the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test. Partially, accounting records have a more dominant influence than capital readiness in increasing income efficiency. This shows that understanding accounting records is very influential in increasing revenue efficiency and business sustainability, because by understanding accounting records, business actors can manage business finances and make decisions about managing their business easily.

This research investigates the prevalent challenges and identifies strategic approaches for effective resource utilization in secondary schools. Through a mixed-methods study involving quantitative analysis and qualitative interviews, the research highlights significant problems such as budget constraints, outdated educational materials, and disparities in resource distribution between urban and rural schools. The study reveals that 75% of surveyed schools encounter difficulties in resource allocation, with urban schools having better access to technology and trained personnel compared to their rural counterparts. Qualitative findings underscore the importance of several strategies to optimize resource usage. Needs-based allocation is identified as a critical approach, with schools that tailor resources to specific needs reporting improvements in student engagement and achievement. The integration of technology, combined with comprehensive teacher training on digital tools, is pivotal in enhancing learning experiences. Moreover, collaboration with the community and local businesses emerges as a valuable source of additional resources and real-world learning opportunities. The establishment of resource-sharing networks among schools is also noted as an effective measure to mitigate the impact of budget constraints and promote a more equitable distribution of materials and expertise. This study contributes to the discourse on educational equity and efficiency, offering actionable insights for policymakers, educators, and administrators. By emphasizing the need for localized solutions, technological equity, and community engagement, the research points towards a more equitable and efficient educational landscape. Future research directions include exploring the longitudinal impacts of these strategies on educational outcomes and the role of policy reforms in supporting resource optimization efforts.

This qualitative research delves into the intricate dynamics of entrepreneurial leadership among small business owners. The study aims to elucidate the underlying principles and practices of entrepreneurial leadership within small business contexts. Employing a qualitative research model, in-depth interviews and focus group discussions were conducted to gather rich insights from a purposive sample of small business owners. Data analysis involved thematic coding and constant comparison techniques to discern patterns and themes. The findings reveal multifaceted aspects of entrepreneurial leadership, encompassing visioning, risk-taking, innovation, and relationship-building. Moreover, the study underscores the importance of adaptive leadership approaches tailored to the dynamic needs of small businesses. These insights contribute to a deeper understanding of entrepreneurial leadership and offer valuable implications for fostering effective leadership practices within small business settings.

This study investigates the connection between Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors that can impact a company's financial and operational performance. The research looks at how stakeholder and legitimacy theories can help explain the effects of the variables used in the study. Additionally, the study makes a unique contribution to the existing research on ESG and performance by examining the link between ESG and firm performance over ten years. Furthermore, the study explores the relationship between ESG and operational performance in SMEs in Guizhou. This provides valuable insights into how ESG can impact the performance of SMEs. ESG provides a comprehensive framework for businesses and investors to address environmental, social, and corporate governance issues. It promotes integrating economic and social benefits for sustainable corporate management and financial investment development. The number of respondents for this study was 380 enterprises from Guizhou. The results of this study show that parents’ purchase intention on training courses for their children would be impacted by their transformational leadership, organizational innovation, and social capital.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are very important pillars in the economy in Indonesia. MSMEs play a very important role in Tax revenue which is the main source of state revenue which has a very large and reliable role for the development of the country, especially in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative research approach and aims to estimate and test the effect of taxation knowledge, information technology utilisation, tax penalties, and education level on MSME taxpayer compliance in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Respondents in this study are MSME owners in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) whose businesses are still actively operating until the research time. The number of questionnaires collected was 183. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Data analysis in this study was carried out quantitatively, using smartpls management tools which represented the results and research hypotheses.  Based on the test results and discussion carried out, conclusions can be drawn, namely: knowledge of tax regulations (X1), utilisation of information technology (X2), implementation of tax sanctions (X3) and level of education (X4) have an influence on the compliance of MSME taxpayers in the Special Region of Yogyakarta.

One of the pillars of a region's economic strength is the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector. Seeing the phenomenon of MSME in Nagari Pasia Laweh which creates jobs and makes an important contribution to trade, especially for micro businesses operating in the culinary sector. In creating a good business, innovation is needed that can improve the performance of business actors, but there are still business actors who have not innovated their products. Culinary business actors who have innovated their products certainly experience several problems and obstacles. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the product innovation skills of culinary business actors and to find out the obstacles or constraints in innovating culinary business products in Nagari Pasia Laweh, Palupuh District. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. Data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are that 10 out of 12 business actors have carried out product innovations in the form of adding menu variants. The obstacles experienced during product innovation were 2 business actors being constrained by a lack of facilities and infrastructure, 3 business actors experiencing a lack of labor which resulted in a long time for the production process, 3 business actors being constrained by the distance to the location of purchasing complete raw materials and meat grinding for the actors. businesses that need it and 10 out of 12 business actors who have carried out product innovation are constrained by costs because they have to buy additional equipment and raw materials for the production process.

Often viewed as drinks that can provide tranquility and warmth to the drinker, especially during the rainy season. Drinking alcoholic beverages has even become a tradition for the people in this district. As a result of this tradition, the circulation of alcoholic beverages without or lacking permits (IP-MB) can easily proliferate. 1.To understand and analyze the implementation of the Function of the Civil Service Police Unit in Regulating Alcoholic Beverages in South Central Timor District. 2. To identify and analyze the Factors Inhibiting the Function of the Civil Service Police Unit in Regulating Alcoholic Beverages in South Central Timor District. This research was conducted within the jurisdiction of the Civil Service Police Unit in South Central Timor District, using the Juridical Empirical method. The aspects studied include the Function of the Civil Service Police Unit in Regulating Alcoholic Beverages and the Inhibiting Factors of the Civil Service Police Unit in Regulating Alcoholic Beverages in South Central Timor District. Data collection involved both Primary and Secondary data. The research findings indicate that the Function of the Civil Service Police Unit in regulating alcoholic beverages is achieved through the implementation of Standard Operational Procedures (SOP), the regulation of permits for alcoholic beverage businesses, and enforcement against violations of alcoholic beverage consumption. Factors inhibiting law enforcement regarding permits for alcoholic beverage businesses include enforcement factors, socialization factors, infrastructure factors, budget constraints, the number of competent officials, and bureaucratic complexities in permit administration.

This research aims to investigate the role of social media in supporting the growth and success of MSMEs. Through a comprehensive literature review, this study explores the various benefits obtained by MSMEs from the use of social media, including increased visibility and market reach, more intensive customer interactions, and enhanced brand awareness and business image. However, this research also identifies several challenges faced by MSMEs in leveraging social media, including limitations in digital knowledge and skills, as well as managing limited time and resources. Based on these findings, this study concludes that it is important for MSMEs to equip themselves with the necessary digital knowledge and skills, and to develop targeted and sustainable marketing strategies through social media. Additionally, support from government and non-profit organizations in the form of training, resources, and technical assistance can also help MSMEs harness the full potential of social media for their business growth. By overcoming these challenges, MSMEs can maximize the benefits of social media in supporting the growth and success of their businesses in an increasingly digital market.

This article presents how the factors affecting family owned and managed businesses are examined and related to how the business literature develops. In addition, it discusses important patterns in the current literature and new directions regarding family business for future study. This study identifies the main research topics and methodical approaches in a systematic literature review to understand the family business. Insights about behind the historic changes and current directions and trends of family business literature are also identified. The findings of this study argue that the main cause of challenges in running a family business is sourced from managing the relationship between family interests and business interests. The key success factors are strong leadership and building a culture that accepts continuous change.

This seminar is an activity carried out to assist students and the wider community in developing theability of human resources to build creative businesses by utilising the Canva application. Increased digitalpromotion is key for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to increase their visibility andcompetitiveness. This workshop aims to develop the capacity of human resources in Bengkalis Regency throughtraining using the Canva platform. Canva is an easy-to-use online graphic design tool, and this workshop isdesigned to provide an in-depth understanding of using Canva in the context of digital promotion. Participantswill be guided to understand the basic concepts of graphic design, digital promotion strategies, and theapplication of skills using Canva. During the training, participants will engage in hands-on practical sessions tocreate attractive and effective digital promotional materials for their MSMEs. Teknologi telah menjadi bagian yang tidak bisa dipisahkan dalam kehidupan manusia, bahkan pada usaha dibidang jasa transportasi juga sudah memanfaatkan teknologi yaitu dengan transportasi online seperti Gojek dalam pelayanannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh insentif, adversity quotient dan feedback terhadap kinerja pengemudi gojek di kota Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pengemudi gojek di kota Semarang dengan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 96 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang diolah menggunakan program IBM SPSS statistic versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pengemudi gojek di kota Semarang, Adversity Quotient berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pengemudi gojek di kota Semarang, dan Feedback berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pengemudi gojek di kota Semarang. Technology has become an inseparable part of human life, even businesses in the transportation services sector have also utilized technology, namely online transportation such as Gojek in their services. This research aims to determine the effect of incentives, adversity quotient and feedback on the performance of Gojek drivers in the city of Semarang. The population in this study were all Gojek drivers in the city of Semarang with a research sample using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method of 96 people. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis which was processed using the IBM SPSS statistics program version 25. The results of this study state that incentives have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Gojek drivers in the city of Semarang, Adversity Quotient has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Gojek drivers in the city. Semarang, and Feedback has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Gojek drivers in the city of Semarang.

This study analyses the transformation of economic policy based on the results of the 8th Ijtima Ulama of the Indonesian Fatwa Commission which aims to achieve national economic independence. This policy focuses on strengthening the use of domestic products, empowering UMKM, protecting the national workforce and strengthening the Sharia Economy. A qualitative approach was used to explore the views of economic experts regarding the implementation of the policy. The results show that the use of domestic products, empowerment of UMKM, and protection of national labour are strategic steps to reduce economic inequality and improve people's welfare. This study underlines the importance of synergy between the government, businesses and the community in creating a fairer and more inclusive economic system, based on sharia principles, to achieve sustainable economic independence. The findings provide concrete recommendations for the development of more effective and equitable economic policies.

The research objective is to analyze the effect of business location selection. The type of research used in this research is a type of library research, namely research conducted using literature, both in the form of books, notes, and reports on previous research results using references, where the data sources are taken from google scholar. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with domain data analysis, namely the researcher's efforts to obtain an overview of the data to answer the research focus. Business location on the trader's income variable includes a negative correlation and insignificant relationship. This shows that a strategically chosen location is unlikely to generate more income. Factors to consider in choosing a location, although there are several influential factors, are the proximity to the market (consumers). This location can be seen: 1) The business environment, namely regarding the proximity of the business location to other businesses / competitors, proximity to consumers, proximity to suppliers, and proximity to providers of production equipment / equipment. 2) Location costs, namely regarding building rental prices, whether or not there are renovation costs, interest rates, labor costs, and the amount of taxes. Based on the results of the study, several conclusions can be drawn, namely that business location has a significant influence on business location.

The GPP Maranatha congregation is a congregation that has a majority of farmers. At this time, many congregations are experiencing difficulties in managing congregational businesses, especially in the agricultural sector, many congregations are having difficulty getting fertilizer. According to the author's observations, this is due to the increasing price of fertilizer, in this case the church needs to pay attention to the congregation. The method used by researchers is a qualitative descriptive approach. The research implementation uses procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of written and spoken words from people whose behavior can be observed through interviews or observations using a qualitative approach. This research aims to determine congregation growth efforts through evangelism models and entrepreneurship strategies in holistic services at the Maranatha Fellowship Protestant Church (GPP). From the results of the research, it can be seen that the efforts that must be made by the church to help increase the growth of the congregation both spiritually and physically are: providing assistance to the congregation such as: the church re-holding Communion that was previously held by the congregation at the Maranatha Fellowship Protestant Church (GPP), The church made visits to the congregation and the church provided training in making liquid fertilizer and provided livestock business. Women as perpetrators of circular mobility (circular migrants) in the city of Semarang are generally involved in independent businesses in the informal sector. Working independently in the informal sector provides economic freedom and power in decision making. The informal sector does not require a lot of skills or working capital, and is suitable for domestic activities. The motivation for circular migrant women to leave their area of origin is because the unfavorable socio-economic conditions in the village encourage village women to engage in independent business in the trade sector, as well as because it is difficult to get work in the village. A shift in family roles occurs in the families of circular migrant women, when women as mothers have to leave the house to earn a living, then childcare patterns are entrusted to parents in the village, even though the existence of circular migrant women remains the hope of all family members, there is a role that is lost in both themselves and family.

This research aims to explain the benefits of providing BRI Bank People's Business Credit loans for Small and Medium Enterprises. This research was conducted at Bank Rakyat Indonesia because it is one of the banks that distributes the KUR assistance program. This research uses primary data and secondary data. The research results show the benefits of providing BRI bank KUR assistance to SMEs, namely that small and medium business actors are helped by getting capital to open a business, develop businesses that are already running and can provide employment assistance for other people. Obstacles that small and medium business actors often face when applying for small and medium business credit assistance include incomplete requirements, bad personalities and inappropriate credit guarantees. It is hoped that the provision of people's business credit loans will be able to provide benefits to small and medium business owners, both for the businesses they run and to fulfill other economic needs.
