Homosexuals or currently better known as LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender) is a phenomenon that has graced the media lately. Starting from the prosecution for legalizing same-sex marriage, the pros and cons of its existence, prostitution of minors for gays to prosecution by certain groups to criminalize homosexuals. Although homosexuals have existed for a long time, it is not yet known for certain the cause of this same-sex liking. Including the debate whether homosexuality is classified as a nuisance, risk or grace (normal). Homosexuality is a feeling of being attracted to the same sex (Stuart, 2013). Homosexuality does not occur between men and men (gay) or women and women. Another understanding according to Behrman, et al (2012) states that homosexuality is a physical and romantic force of the same sex. Currently, the phenomenon of homosexuality is better known as the term LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender). This phenomenon has existed since ancient times, but nowadays homosexual behavior has begun to tend to be carried out openly. This is different from ancient times where homosexual behavior was carried out in secret (Budiarty, 2011).

Balm, a pharmaceutical product that is no stranger to the community, therefore, this product is one of the most potential commodities developed into a home industry that can improve the economy of the community. relatively simple balm formulation and easy in material, is very possible to be applied in the community. This article is a form of publication of community service that has been carried out on Tuesday, February 6, 2018,at RW XXII Bibis Luhur Kel. Nusukan Kec. Banjarsari Surakarta Central Java. This community service is entitled "training of sticks from herbal and pioneering industry as a home industry" which aims to provide understanding and skill through counseling, training, and application of herbal balsam in the form of sticks, and utilization in health by empowering natural resources optimally, produce new products, besides can be made for self-use, sticks balm is a product that is very much needed by the community, so it is possible to develop its production in the scale of home industry to improve the economy of the community.

Article 67 of the Criminal Procedure Code states that defendants or public prosecutors have the right to appeal against decisions of the first level court except for acquittals, apart from all lawsuits concerning the problem of inaccurate application of the law and court decisions in rapid proceedings. Therefore, an appeal against a decision cannot be appealed, however, the fact is that there are prosecutors who appealed against the verdict as contained in the appeal deed number: 60 / Appeal / deed.Pid / 2006 / PN. As for the problems in this research are: (1) How can the decision to be released from lawsuits in terms of Law No. 31/1999 jo. Law no. 20 of 2001 (case study No. 942 / Pid.B / 2005 / PN.Smg)? (2) Whether the decision is free from legal charges based on case No. 942 / Pid. B / 2005 / PN.Smg Jo. Cassation Decision No.898 K / Pid.Sus / 2008 can legal remedies be made? The type of research used in this research is the type of normative legal research on certain legal events. The application can be realized through concrete actions and legal documents, the results of the application will create an understanding of the realization of the implementation of the normative legal provisions that have been studied properly or not. Based on the results of research and discussion is a decision based on case No. 942 / Pid. b / 2005 / PN.Smg which uses Law No. 31/1999 jo. UU no. 20 of 2001 as a basis for conviction, in the judicial process it turned out that the elements of the articles charged by the Public Prosecutor were proven proven, but because the actions of Defendant I and Defendant II were carried out at the orders of their superiors, based on article 51 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code, so that the actions of Defendant I and Defendant II cannot be held accountable by Defendant I and Defendant II because it is an act to carry out a position order given by his superior, namely the Mayor of Semarang and was decided to be released from the lawsuit. Against the decision to release based on the District Court Decision No. 942 / Pid. B / 2005 / PN.Smg Jo. Cassation Decision No.898 K / Pid.Sus / 2008 which decided that Defendants I and II were to be freed from all legal charges, so based on article 67 of the Criminal Procedure Code a decision to release all lawsuits could only be legal remedies through cassation.   Keywords : Corruption, Legal Efforts, Release Decision.

This research is motivated by the problem of lack of understanding and attention export drivers in carrying out work in the factory area because of the facilities used still using conventional methods, so that export drivers experience difficulty in understanding work processes in terms of stuffing and resulting procedures losses in terms of time, energy and financial. The way to overcome this in this study is the use of use outreach media as a tool for export officers who display 2D images and interesting explanations as well as music, using the Demonstration delivery method so that export drivers get better performance and easily understand the material delivered by the export officer. This research uses the Research and Development product development method (RnD), using 6 out of 10 stages of research namely potential and problems, gathering data, product design, design validation, design improvements and product trials. The results of this study are to produce aids for export officers by using Adobe Flash CS3 software with validity values ​​from media experts 3.0 where it is declared feasible, the validity value of the material expert is 3.3 where stated very feasible, and increase the understanding of export drivers from 65% to start upto 87.50%

Based on observations, the learning method used at SD N JatisariSemarang in the form of lectures, discussions, questions and answers with the book media. This research uses the concept of mediainteractive Talking Stick method by adding interaction and bringing interesting featuresas well as a system for better and more varied enjoyment through prominent figureshas a good character and at the same time has a history of using puppet media.From the results of the analysis, the concept of the media chosen as interactive media is character recognitionPandawa puppets in the form of a cartoon Manga (Japanese style cartoon) so it becomesmore attractive without reducing the value of local kerifan contained therein. The strength of the mediathis is modifying wayang recognition products through digital services on a system-based basiscomputers that respond to user actions, besides that the product has other advantages, namely the teachercan change or replace evaluation questions. The results are from student questionnaire data beforeusing learning media that is in the average category 41% - 60% includedin a fairly low category, while from the data the value of students after using the mediain the category 81% - 100% included in the very high category.

Abstrak Penyelenggaraan pendidikan agama sudah sewajarnya didasari pada pemenuhan hak peserta didik untuk mendapatkan pendidikan agama sesuai agamanya masing-masing. Pemenuhan hak peserta didik dalam mendapatkan pendidikan agama mengalami sejarah panjang dalam potret pendidikan agama di Indonesia. Memahami urgensi penyelenggaraan pendidikan menjadi hal utama dalam rangka memenuhi hak peserta didik untuk memperoleh pendidikan agama. Dengan merumuskan aksesibilitas pendidikan agama diharapkan pemenuhan hak peserta didik dalam mendapatkan pendidikan agama sesuai agamanya dapat dilaksanakan sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Ketersediaan pendidik, penyelenggaraan pendidikan agama serta pemenuhan sarana dan prasarana merupakan indikator kunci dalam memastikan aksesibilitas pendidikan agama telah terpenuhi.   Abstrack The implementation of religious education is naturally based on fulfilling the rights of students to get religious education according to their respective religions. Fulfillment of the rights of students in getting religious education experiences a long history in the portrait of religious education in Indonesia. Understanding the urgency of organizing education is the main thing in order to fulfill the rights of students to obtain religious education. By formulating the accessibility of religious education, it is expected that the fulfillment of the rights of students to obtain religious education in accordance with their religion can be carried out in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The availability of educators, the organization of religious education and the fulfillment of facilities and infrastructure are key indicators in ensuring the accessibility of religious education has been met.

The title of this devotion is "Tutoring to overcome learning difficulties" the guidance of learning is part of the guidance and counseling that has the purpose of guiding the child in order to achieve optimum learning achievement (according to his ability), especially for children who have learning difficulties or those whose value is ugly even though the IQ is not low. Parents and teachers are expected to be mentors for children who like it. However, not all parents and teachers can become mentors to children who are having difficulty learning it well. They need to know what they can do to overcome / guide the child in order to perform optimally. To overcome this it is necessary to have additional knowledge and understanding of learning guidance. The target audience in this devotion program is Non-Productive Society of teachers and parents of kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Surakarta. They need to be given additional knowledge because the kindergarten teacher Lakshmi 7 does not have S1 background but Lakshmi 7 kindergarten teacher only from SMK, so the knowledge about guidance and counseling that should be given to the child is not found in school and not understood at all. so also with the parents of students who only average background of high school graduates they also understand the Guidance and Counseling that should be given also for Children. So that both at school and home children do not get guidance as it should be. While the method used in this devotion is Lecture / counseling and discussion and training. In this case, counseling is deemed best suited to increase their knowledge and understanding of counseling and guidance for children. As the evaluation is used questionnaires and discussions to explore their implementation in the field after counseling. The results of this dedication of parents and teachers to understand the importance of tutoring for children overcome learning difficulties. While the results of training as a guide in learning obtained 77.8% (21 Parents and teachers) can carry out its role as a mentor learning for children. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the devotion of learning guidance to overcome learning difficulties in parents and teachers Kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Turisari Surakarta successful. Process of validating Klewer Market’s seller data completed by City Government indicates that 2,211 sellers will be arranged and placed, passing through a procedure including registering, problem mapping, scheduling, and requirement communicated to all sellers. Similarly, the Street Sellers affiliated with Klewer Market Yard Sellers Association (Paguyuban Pedagang Pelataran Pasar Klewer, thereafter called P4K) have been arranged on the fourth floor of new Klewer Market building, consisting of more than 900 sellers. All yard sellers should know environment orderliness organized by management and should comply with it. The problems faced by the sellers not permitted to transfer their shanties to others have been apparently understood by sellers. City Government attempted to establish more intensive and better communication, in socializing the rules to the sellers. This study aims to design learning media that can increase enthusiasm, motivation and understanding of students towards Javanese script material, as well as media that can be used by teachers in learning Javanese language learning activities by reading Javanese characters and their partners. The method used by researchers is the R&D (Research and Development) method while the method used in the development of instructional media is the waterfall method. The material presented in the Javanese script learning media are (1) Introduction of Javanese script, (2) Sandhangan, (3) Couples, (4) Swara script, (5) Wilangan. In making learning media researchers used Adobe Flash CS6 software, CorelDraw X5, Adobe Photoshop CS6 and Adobe audition CS6, with the final product being an interactive CD (Compact Disk). Validation test from material experts and media experts got the criteria of "good" - "very good", while the results of the final product trial evaluation with 52 students stated "agreeing" - "strongly agreeing" with the use of Javanese script learning media. thus the Javanese alphabet learning media on elementary students of Muhammadiyah Weleri was declared feasible to be used in learning activities to read and understand Javanese script.

Multimedia-based learning media is a method of learning that can interact with its users besides having animated explanations of material. The problem at SMK Wisudha Karya Kudus about learning mechanical engineering drawings using AutoCAD is the difficulty of understanding the tools in the AutoCAD application, it becomes unattractive and difficult to understand the material in the teaching and learning process. The purpose of this research is to create an interactive learning media for machine engineering drawings using AutoCAD semesters I and II as media to assist student learning processes, providing alternative learning media to help teachers choose the right learning model for students. This type of research method uses the R&D method, the methods used include descriptive, evaluative and experimental methods. Descriptive method is used to collect data about existing conditions, evaluative methods are used to evaluate the trial process of developing a product and the experimental method is used to test the efficacy of the product produced. The results of this study are application programs, applications that have been designed can be used as an alternative to solving problems in SMK Wisudha Karya Kudus. By using electronic media in learning media, the benefits of creating alternative solutions from existing problems, namely in the form of Machine Engineering Image Learning Application, are able to provide complete video tutorials according to the basic competencies that the authors take from the source of mechanical engineering drawing books.

The arrangement and management of Street Sellers (thereafter called PKL) in Surakarta City referring to Surakarta City Local Government’s Regulation Number 3 of 2008 about the Arrangement and Management of Street Sellers in Surakarta City is conducted, among others, by arranging and managing Street Sellers in Sunday Market Manahan Surakarta conducting activity every Sunday morning. Surakarta City government has devised to close street sellers of Sunday Market Manahan Surakarta in 2016. Solo Mayor, F.X. Hadi Rudyatmo devised to sterilize Manahan Stadion area from Sunday Market sellers’ activity. Pasar Tumpah (spilled market) generated in Sunday Market Manahan location will be relocated to other location. The policy is still processed currently by Surakarta City Government. City government wants to recover the original function of Manahan Stadium for sport activity purpose. So far, the existence of sellers utilizing road or sidewalk in Manahan Stadium area disrupts the people’s to do exercise. In addition, the pile of rubbish resulting from Sunday Market activity is so high. The cleaning service officers of Cleanliness and Gardening Service (DKP) working are often overloaded when cleaning the rubbish pile resulting from Sunday Market. This one-day trading activity takes three days to clean its rubbish. Through Youth and Sport Service (Dispora), in this case Surakarta City’s Local Technical Service Unit of Sport Infrastructure, Solo City Government released Joint Decree approved by Dispora, Trade Service of Surakarta City and Street Seller Association of Sunday Market Area. In the presence of Community Service activity, several benefits can be achieved: Successfully giving understanding to the street sellers of Sunday Market about Environment Orderliness in trading location, in Manahan Stadium area of Surakarta; successfully encouraging the street sellers to encourage the City Government’s program to recover the original function of Manahan Stadium for sport activity purpose for Solo City people, so that they no longer use road and sidewalk in Manahan Stadium area; successfully giving an understanding on the importance of maintaining the cleanliness of Sunday Market area, by obliging the sellers to clean rubbish after their activity has been completed; and successfully giving understanding on the importance of maintaining plant as the park (garden) in Sunday Market area. This community service aims to (1) provide understanding in the preparation of learning tools that are integrated with environmental education, (2) socialize innovative programs as an effort to realize the school’s cares and cultured environment, and (3) inculcate the attitude of environmental concern and scientific attitude to students of elementary school. The place of the community service is done in SDN Prawit I No. 69 Surakarta. Methods of implementation of community service include: (1) the approach method undertaken from the survey, licensing and motivation stages for the teacher to be trained (2) the method of program implementation, including the preliminary stage, the socialization and audience stage, the implementation stage and the final evaluation stage. The expected output targets is the teacher who attended this training is able to arrange learning tools and able to realize the program to the school’s cares and cultured environment. The resulting output is educational environment-oriented learning tools, Green Club's extracurricular design, implementation program in realizing a caring and cultured school environment, and publication of community service articles in scientific journals. Based on the dedication that has been done, the teachers feel interested and start designing environmentally oriented learning tools, schools have implemented clean and healthy life behaviour, and start running programs to adiwiyata school.Keywords: Environmental Concern Attitude, Scientific Attitude, School’s Care and Cultured Environment.

The Community Harmony Activities entitled "Hydroponic Solutions in Narrow Lands" were held at the Ngubo Ammuktiwa Farmer Group of Kestalan Sub-District of Banjarsari Surakarta with the aim of increasing the understanding of how to solve the problems that occur in densely populated urban areas where the land is very narrow. Such conditions need to be a third-party assistance to provide a little touch of technology with the hope that the narrow land is able to provide power and maximum utilization that is with the cultivation of plants hydroponically. While the specific target to be achieved is if Activities Devotion To community is implemented then it is expected that the community will have skills in the field of hydroponics, especially vegetable hydroponics. To achieve these targets, the method of implementation is by lecturing and discussion followed by direct practice which is always monitored and evaluated periodically for 8 months. This study aims to design learning media that can increase enthusiasm, motivation, and understanding of students, and can facilitate teachers in learning Javanese subjects with material listening to the Werkudara puppet story. The method used in research is R&D (Research and Development) while the method used in the development of instructional media is the waterfall method. The story developed is a story with the title (1) Butcher Bilawa, (2) Bima Bungkus, and (3) Bima Suci. To produce a learning media researchers use a design processing program including; Adobe Photoshop CC, Adobe After Effects CS6, Adobe Audition CS6, Pinnacle Studio 16, Adobe Flash CS6 with the final product in the form of an interactive CD. The results of the assessment by media experts and material experts, get the criteria value "quite good" - "very good" and tend to approach the criteria of "very good", while the results of the final product trial evaluation by students shows that all students totaling 23 children "agree" - "strongly agree" and approach the "strongly agree" category with the use of developed learning media. Thus the learning media for puppet story animation was declared feasible to facilitate learning activities in Javanese subjects to listen to the Werkudara puppet story in fifth grade students of Kutosari 02 State Elementary School.

In order to increase student interest in learning, increase grades and facilitate the understanding of biology subjects on the material of the human excretion system class XI Science. From a number of smarphone users in Indonesia, it turns out that most of the people are only intended for telephone, short message service (SMS), playing songs / videos, accessing social networks (facebook, twiter, BBM, Line, WhatsApp) and many playing games including students in high school. The author uses data collection research methods including observation, interviews, questionnaires, R&D product development methods, prototype methods and object-oriented approaches. The equipment used in designing this system uses UML modeling. Use Case Diagrams include, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams and the software used by the author is Android Development Tools (ADT) and MySQL as a database. Mobile learning media application is expected to help facilitate the needs of students to learn the material of the human excretion system online at any time without any place and time restrictions.

This article examines various models of credit risk assessment. The study results show that the models can be classified based on the approach adopted, namely the traditional and the structural. In its development, the structural approach by Merton model is dominating, although at the end it reaps many critics when the LTCM crisis happened in America, in the late 1998. Those critics lead to the assumptions used, which considers only the endogenous factor without having to analyze the exogenous factor. The failure of the Merton model has its own attention from the experts so that many of them are trying to polish them. Nevertheless, the results showed that each model has its own advantages and disadvantages that need a comprehensive understanding and analysis of the managers when they want to adopt one of them.Keywords: Credit risk, Merton model, firm-specific risk, and market risk.

Sector The development of information and communication technology is very fast resulting in changes in various aspects. 3D technology is now widely used in various ways, for example in making films, games, educational media and also promotional media. This type of 3D media promotion is very necessary to promote tourist attractions of historic buildings such as Lawang Sewu in Semarang which has beautiful architectural buildings. In addition to offline promotions using 2D media, 3D media are also considered quite effective if used as promotional media to eliminate the mystical and horror impressions of the people at Lawang Sewu. The solution offered in this study is the use of 3D Virtual Reality as a promotional tool that displays a virtual feel, where 3D promotions will be more interesting and look more real so that people will get a pleasant impression in visiting these tourist attractions. This research uses Research product development methods and Development (RnD), using 6 out of 10 stages of research namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement and product trials. The results of this study are to produce promotional aids by utilizing 3D VR technology. The validity value of media experts is 3.4 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of material experts is 3.2 which is declared feasible, and increases the audience's understanding and interest as a user from 33% up to 67%.

Freshwater fish farming extension activity is one of the activities at UPT Karanganyar Fish Seed Center (BBI). In freshwater fish farming extension activities at the exposure session at UPT Balai Balai Ikan Ikan (BBI), they still used the lecture model and did not use other extension media. This resulted in extension participants becoming less familiar with the exposure material they obtained. Participants had difficulty in describing counseling materials. This has become an obstacle for the extension team in delivering the counseling material. Utilization of Simulated Multimedia as a 3D Animation-Based Counseling Media, can facilitate the counseling team in providing material exposure explanation on how to cultivate freshwater fish. By utilizing 3D Animation-based Mutlimedia Simulation can help extension participants in understanding the depiction of extension material to be implemented at the practice stage of freshwater fish farming. This is evidenced by using a user test, 40% of 25 respondents who stated that by utilizing multimedia simulation based on 3D assimilation, it is feasible to be used as an extension media for freshwater fish farming.

This community service activity is motivated by the importance of Strengthening digital communication capacity within environmental communities to support the sustainability of community-based environmental conservation movements. The MAT PECI Community (Indonesian Community for Ciliwung Care) as an active partner in conservation and education along the Ciliwung River still faces limitations in managing digital organizational communication, particularly in documentation, publication, and social media optimization aspects. This activity aims to enhance the capacity of community members in utilizing digital media as a means of communication, education, and environmental advocacy. The method used is Participatory Action Research with a participatory approach that involves the community actively from problem identification, planning, implementation, to evaluation. The program includes digital communication training, mentoring in social media content creation, basic photography and videography training, and the development of community digital publication strategies. The results show an increase in members’ understanding and skills in using social media, behavioral changes toward more structured documentation, greater awareness of the importance of digital communication, and the formation of a more directed organizational communication system. The findings indicate that strengthening community-based digital communication is effective in social empowerment and supports the sustainability of environmental conservation movements.

This study explores the relevance of women’s position in leadership within the contemporary context by considering the roles of women throughout history as well as the values underlying perspectives on leadership in modern society. Through a critical analysis of biblical texts, particularly in the Old Testament, this journal seeks to understand how female figures in the Bible, namely Deborah, Ruth, and Esther, influence perceptions of women in leadership. The findings of this study provide profound insights into the relevance and challenges faced by women in pursuing leadership careers in the contemporary era. In the modern context, women still face a number of challenges that hinder their progress in attaining leadership positions. Some of these challenges include gender inequality. The importance of gender equality in the modern context can also be seen from the relevance previously mentioned regarding the position of women in contemporary leadership. This study highlights the importance of understanding and encouraging women’s participation in leadership as an integral part of creating a just, inclusive, and sustainable society. Gender equality is not only about providing equal rights to all individuals, but also about recognizing and appreciating the diverse contributions of all people, regardless of gender.
