Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara empiris pengaruh antara Enterprise Risk Management, Good Corporate Governance, dan Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Firm Value. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji data menggunakan data sekunder, yaitu laporan Keuangan dan laporan tahunan perusahaan dengan sampel perusahaan LQ 45, dan sampel data diperoleh dari situs Bursa Efek Indonesia.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS.Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Enterprise Risk Management tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Firm Value.(2)Corporate Social Responsibility berpengaruh positif terhadap Firm Value. (3) Good Corporate Governance berpengaruh positif terhadap Firm Value.

Analysis of E-Learning Information Systems is certainly one of the efforts that can be made to overcome problems that arise in the process of implementing teaching and learning activities (KBM) in each school. Soft System Methodology (SSM) analysis is a method used to help model unstructured problems. The SSM methodology is suitable for assisting an organization in defining their goals and then building a human activity system to achieve those goals. The relationship between the internal and external academic community involves teachers, parents of students, students and school administrators to develop information for supervision and student Development approaches. E-Learning analysis using the Soft Systems Methodology (SSM) approach is expected that the E-Learning information system will be able to answer existing challenges and problems. This study carried out a CATWOE analysis of the holons and elements (Client, Actor, Transformation, World View, Owner, Environment) found in case studies, building E-Learning models by applying the roles of humans, processes and technology as knowledge-forming elements, then analysis. holons based on the modeling of the resulting Knowledge. Proses interaksi belajar mengajar yang dilakukan oleh SMA Perguruan Cikini masih terbilang sangat tradisional dan belum memanfaatkan teknologi dengan cukup baik. Learning Management System atau LMS. Dengan adanya LMS untuk SMA Perguruan Cikini siswa dan guru serta administrasi sekolah bisa melakukan proses belajar mengajar dan menyampaikan informasi kepada seluruh warga sekolah. Selain itu proses belajar mengajar pun juga terbilang efektif karena guru bisa langsung memberikan materi secara langsung dan siswa bisa mendownload materi tersebut secara langsung di dalam website LMS tersebut Pada tahap program yang dilaksanakan dalam pembuatan serta pengembangan dari LMS untuk SMA Perguruan Cikini ini yaitu Observasi lokasi sekolah untuk memudahkan tim pengembang dalam melakukan interaksi dan sistem kerja yang efisien, Lalu menganalisa kebutuhan, hambatan, serta permasalahan yang terjadi pada SMA Perguruan Cikini dalam proses belajar dan mengajarnyaProgram pembuatan LMS untuk SMA Perguruan Cikini ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas dari pembelajaran serta interaksi antara guru dan siswa di SMA Perguruan Cikini. Di Dalam Program ini team pengembang berusaha memaksimalkan LMS untuk bisa dipakai dengan baik serta menjadi sistem andalan dan sistem percontohan untuk sekolah sekolah lain yang ada di jakarta ini, Khususnya sekolah SMA Perguruan Cikini lain yang bisa memakai sistem ini dengan menyesuaikan teknologi sistem yang sudah ada didalam LMS tersebut. Untuk jangka waktu pendek pihak SMA Perguruan Cikini akan memasukkan seluruh database Siswa & Guru yang akan dimasukkan kedalam sistem tersebut. Pihak sekolah akan mulai memasukkan satu persatu data data informasi murid yang saat ini masih menjadi penyimpanan data secara tradisional mulai ingin melakukan migrasi data secara modern untuk dimasukkan kedalam LMS Perguruan Cikini yang sudah dibuat ini. Selain itu pun juga nantinya guru akan mulai menyimpan seluruh materi yang akan disediakan untuk bisa diakses oleh seluruh siswa yang akan melihat materi dari SMA Perguruan Cikini tersebut.

In every educational institution, management is needed that prioritizes student character education, this management can be carried out outside school hours. Similarly, at Bina Madina Denpasar Vocational School, practicing Islamic arts curricular management extracts which aim to strengthen students' character values. The aim of this research is to find out: 1) The implementation of strengthening students' character values ​​through Islamic arts extracurricular management at Bina Madina Denpasar Vocational School for the 2019/2020 academic year, 2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of strengthening students' character values ​​through extracurricular management Islamic art at Bina Madina Denpasar Vocational School for the 2019/2020 academic year. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The resource persons in this research were the school principal, head of curriculum, head of student affairs, religious teachers, and students. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out interactively, starting from data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results found: 1) The implementation of strengthening students' character values ​​was carried out by practicing recitation, discussions among members, advice/advice. Conceptualized in three pillars; The Moral of Knowing, the Moral of Loving, and the Moral of Doing. 2) Supporting factors for strengthening students' character values ​​are the active role of educators and support from the school principal, as well as adequate infrastructure. 2) The inhibiting factors are that students are not consistent in implementing noble morals, students' abilities are limited, time is not right, and the distance between the school and the students' home is quite far.

Character education in elementary schools requires special attention to apply it in the lives of students in order to form a strong noble character foundation attitude, environmental problems often occur in Indonesia and the lack of environmental awareness by fourth grade students at SD Negeri Siasem 04, thus students can carry out any of the following: one character value, namely caring for the environment in daily life, in developing efforts to improve the surrounding environment. This study aims to describe the implementation of character education caring for the social and non-social environment, and various kinds of obstacles that exist in SD Negeri Siasem 04. Using qualitative research types. The primary data of the study were students, while the secondary data were the principal and teachers, as well as other supporting documents. The data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed by data reduction techniques, data display and drawing conclusions or verification. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques and sources. The results showed that 1) The implementation of environmental care character education in SD Negeri Siasem 04 was carried out through, a) Environmentally friendly school policies, b) Implementation of an environment-based curriculum, c) Participatory-based environmental activities, d) Management of environmentally friendly supporting facilities, 2) Obstacles in implementing environmental care character education at SD Negeri Siasem 04, namely, a) Not including Adiwiyata schools. Lack of awareness of students and lack of understanding of students about the vision, mission and goals of the school, b) The curriculum is not independent and students lack understanding of the environment c) Lack of awareness of school residents to protect the environment. d) Students lack awareness to buy healthy food and damaged supporting facilities.

Analysis of the performance of the device requires a measure of performance based on results that are balanced to measure success in meeting goals and objectives. Performance measurement is based on the function of the work area and allowances is a useful tool in the effort to achieve the goal. Through the assessment process work areas and allowances can provide objective assessment in the achievement of the performance of the device, so it helps in management decision making. This type of research is quantitative by using a sample of 91 devices in Jetis Mojokerto. This source of research data obtained from the respondents' answers on the questionnaire were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the first hypothesis is empirically proven that working areas and allowances simultaneously significant effect on the performance of the device in Jetis Mojokerto. Further testing in partial work area has no significant effect on the performance of the device, but the office allowances significant effect on the performance of the device in Jetis Mojokerto. This has some consequences allowances have a dominant influence on the device performance than variable working area.

The management of the Santri organization consisting of senior students at the Al-Mashduqiah Islamic Boarding School Kraksaan Probolinggo is a fairly important and potential human resource in leading the daily activities of all students at the Badridduja Islamic Boarding School in the Al-Mashduqiah Region. Its effectiveness and efficiency is highly dependent on the leadership of the ISMAH organization so that leadership and management training is very important for the administrators for self-development, training to become quality leaders and managers. This community service is carried out by implementing the PAR (Participatory Action Research) approach strengthened by field survey methods, analysis of problems developing in the field, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), SWOT analysis, direct action in the field consisting of mentoring programs in the preparation of organizational work programs. , assistance in the dynamics and sharing of organizational affairs, assistance in work evaluation activities, assistance in increasing the effectiveness of student discipline, and the implementation of a mini workshop program on leadership and management for organizational management. The results of this service contribute to controlling work program decisions that are not in accordance with the organization's SWOT analysis, Strengthening organizational HR work and increasing work understanding within the organization, Controlling irrelevant work programs and compiling feedback for further planning, Realizing a quality work culture that has implications for effectiveness and performance efficiency, and Improving the quality of understanding and understanding of organizational human resources theoretically and practically. This training is carried out by an organized team, by providing some materials and practices of leadership and management that have been planned for approximately 9 months. In addition, the team also accompanied the activities carried out in a planned manner by the management in order to monitor and evaluate the practices that needed to be improved so as to provide best practices for ISMAH administrators in carrying out their leadership and management tasks.

Hyperemesis Gravidarum is vomiting that occurs until 20 weeks of gestation. Vomiting occurs so intense that everything that is eaten and drunk is vomited up, affecting the general condition of the mother. The management of mild hyperemesis gravidarum is very important, namely by giving ginger extract drink. Giving ginger drink for 1 week with the rule of drinking a third of a teaspoon of powdered ginger extract brewed using warm water and drunk three times per day. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of drinking ginger extract on mild Hyperemesis Gravidarum in pregnant women. This outreach method is by providing an explanation to the community before the intervention in the form of ginger extract drinks and after the experiment in the form of giving ginger extract drinks. The number of samples in this study were 15 respondents who were pregnant women with mild hyperemesis gravidarum in Manyampa Hamlet. The leaflets were used. Furthermore, From the results of this counseling, it is hoped that the general public, especially health workers, can socialize the use of ginger extract drinks for pregnant women with Mild Hyperemesis Gravidarum. The target of this counseling is to reduce nausea and vomiting in pregnant women, especially pregnant women who experience nausea and vomiting in order to improve the quality and quality of services for pregnant women.

This study aims to determine the effect of Talent Management, Knowledge Management, Performance Assessment, Personality, and Creativity on the Career Development of the Ministry of Religion's Office employees, Padang Pariaman Regency. The population in this study were all employees the Ministry of Religion, Padang Pariaman Regency, with as many as 62 people. By using the Multiple Linear Regression method. The results of this study indicate that talent management has a positive influence on employee career development at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Padang Pariaman Regency, Knowledge management has a positive influence on the career development of employees of the Ministry of Religion Office of Padang Pariaman Regency, Performance appraisal has a positive influence on employee career development. Excellent service is very important for companies to increase profits and competitive strategies with competitors. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT Capella Daihatsu Pematangsiantar. This research is quantitative and  descriptive. The sample used was 94 people who were taken by purposive sampling technique. The analytical technique used is to test the validity, reliability test, normality test, t test, to determine the magnitude of the effect used a simple linear regression model. The results of this study indicate a significant positive effect between service quality and customer satisfaction. The magnitude of the effect of service quality is 36.4% on service satisfaction and the remaining 63.6% is influenced by other variables not examined such as customer relationship management and others.

his study aims to determine the Effect of Transparency (X1) on Village Financial Management (Y), the Effect of Accountability (X2) on Village Financial Management (Y). The results showed that Transparency (X1) had an effect on Village Financial Management (Y). This result is evidenced by the value of t_(count ) of 9,823 > t_table of 1,673 with a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05. While Accountability (X2) affects Village Financial Management (Y). This result is evidenced by the value of t_(count ) of 5,729 > t_table of 1,673 with a significance value of 0,000 < 0,05. After that, Transparency (X1), Accountability (X2) have a simultaneous effect on Village Financial Management (Y). This result is proven by having a value of F_(count ) 101,905> F_(table ) 3,17, with a significant value of 0,000 < 0,05.

Garbage is a problem that has become a global environmental issue. Problems that arise in each region can vary, whether it is about the accumulation of organic or non-organic waste. One solution to this waste problem is the existence of waste processing activities. Waste processing is part of waste management by reducing the amount of waste, in addition to utilizing the values contained in the waste itself (recycled materials, other products, and energy). Waste management is crucial and important at this time, given the large volume of waste generated in each region and needs to be handled to keep the environment clean and nice. The waste problem in Semarang Regency, especially in the Demak District, is the chosen place in this study. Through the study of literature, followed by the related waste in each village in the exploration, by the development of solutions for each problem. Organic waste that can be processed into organic fertilizer, non-organic waste, especially plastic can be a advantogous material to produce paving blocks. The results of this research are also compiled in the form of an educative and interesting ebook to inspire the community and encourage positive activities for the community.

Customer satisfaction is very important to a company's services, because satisfied customers will come back, buy more, spread the experience to another friend, and is willing to pay more to do business with a trusted provider. Efforts to maintain customer satisfaction one of which is to monitor what they want from the services that are presented. This study aimed to measure the level of customer satisfaction in the business of outdoor education and training, in which customer satisfaction is measured on the dimensions of perceived service and expected service. The population in this study is service users of the outdoor education and training at the Centre for Education and Training Managerial Behavior University of Wijaya Putra that training in January and June 2014, samples were taken by purposive random sampling technique amounts to 143 people. The variables of this study customer loyalty, service quality, perceived quality, perceived value, and customer expectation and customer complaints. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing with the F test and t test. The expected outcome of this research is the acquisition of the factors that affect customer satisfaction on service providers of outdoor education and training, in terms of quality of service indicators (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy). The results show that there is good agreement between the performance perceived by the user's expectations of the outdoor education and training services. These conditions can be considered satisfactory by management for the success of providing the best service to users of the service. Cartesian diagram determine the right strategy for the management to improve service quality are a top priority especially.

The health deconcentration fund is one of the funding schemes for regions in the context of delegating matters under the authority of the central government to regional governments in certain regions to support the achievement of national development. This research aims to analyze the policy for managing deconcentrated funds in the health sector in the region. This research uses qualitative methods with the Edward III policy implementation model. Data collection was carried out through interviews and documentation studies. The research results concluded that the implementation of deconcentrated fund management policies in the health sector in several regions in Indonesia is still not effective. This is caused by communication aspects that have not been maximized and the lack of adequate resource qualifications for managing deconcentration funds.

Background: Spinal anesthesia is a type of extensive nerve block by inserting a local anesthetic drug into the subarachnoid space at the lumbar level (Rehatta, 2019). This method produces anesthesia by blocking transmission, deactivating motor and sensory abilities, thus creating loss of pain sensation in the perineum. lower abdomen to lower extremities. Among the effects of spinal anesthesia that often occur, post-spinal anesthesia headache is a complication that often does not receive special attention. Due to the minor effects of spinal anesthesia. Management of headaches after spinal anesthesia, one of which is using non-pharmacological techniques with Head Up therapy, namely providing a 30 degree head elevation position with the aim of increasing blood flow to the brain in an effort to maximize oxygen flow to the brain which is believed to reduce the sensation of headaches. Objective: To analyze the effect of giving Head up therapy on headaches in post-operative patients with spinal anesthesia. Method: This research is a quantitative research using a type of experiment with a pre-experimental design, post-test control group design. Sampling technique: accidental sampling Population: The population of this study was 300 people. Sample: This study involved 76 respondents with a division of 38 respondents who were given Head Up therapy and 38 respondents who were not given Head Up therapy. Data analysis: Data were analyzed using the Mann Whitney test. The research instruments were Head Up SOP and Posttest Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) questionnaire. This research was carried out in February-April 2024 at Dr Hardjono Ponorogo Regional Hospital. Results: Based on research and after data analysis, the significance value (P value) in the Mann Whitney test was 0.001 (p>0.05). Conclusion: It was found that there was an effect of giving Head up therapy to post-operative patients with spinal anesthesia

Academic supervision is a series of activities to help teachers develop their ability to manage the learning process in achieving learning goals. In preparing the academic supervision plan that must be considered is the preparation of the schedule, objectives, approaches, techniques and instruments needed.The research method used is qualitative research with descriptive, theoretical and empirical approaches. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. As for analyzing the data using reduction and verification. Meanwhile, in testing the validity of the data using source and time triangulation.The results showed that the most frequently used approach was the collaborative approach and the techniques used were group supervision techniques (teacher meetings, workshops and MGMP) and individual techniques (class visits and class observations). Implementation of good academic supervision can improve the professional competence of teachers so as to produce quality graduates. Factors that support management of the academic supervision of madrasah heads in improving teacher competence are teacher education, teacher teaching experience, training experience that has been carried out by teachers, motivation, infrastructure, and supervision of school principals. The inhibiting factors were lack of teaching experience, lack of training, lack of self-motivation, lack of academic supervision from the head of the madrasah, and educational level qualifications.

Hypertension is said to be the silent killer because it often has no symptoms and tends to be left uncontrolled. Management of hypertension such as dietary compliance, adherence to taking hypertension medication, and environmental modification are important things that can control hypertension which in turn can prevent complications. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of medication adherence and changes in blood pressure in patients with hypertension. This study used a descriptive survey design, a sample of 57 patients with hypertension, the sampling technique used the total population. Statistical analysis using frequency distribution. The results showed that the middle age of hypertensive patients was 54 years, male 57.9%, graduated from elementary school 50.9%, and worked as laborers 38.6%, adhered to hypertension medication 54.4%, the mean initial blood pressure systole 190.00 mmHg and diastolic 90.00 mmHg while the final systolic blood pressure is 140.00 mmHg and diastole is 80.00 mmHg. It is recommended that nurses provide continuous information and motivation to respondents about the importance of being obedient or obedient in taking hypertension drugs.
