In this study using quantitative experimental methods with a pre-experimental approach was undertaken, employing a one-group pretest-posttest design.. In this research, a sole experimental cohort comprising 32 students was utilized, namely class XI TF 3. Data processing uses regression tests and N-Gain tests At a significance threshold of 5%, the outcome holds weight. This study aims to analyze and describe the Occupational Safety and Health (K3) program implemented by PDKB PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Semarang. The program is an effort to create a healthy and safe work environment, so as to reduce the number of work accidents or negligence which result in demotivation and work productivity deficiencies.This research is descriptive qualitative research. By taking respondents from several sources who are considered worthy of being research sources. The results of the research are that the program for implementing work safety and occupational health (K3) is carried out optimally so as to minimize the occurrence of occupational hazard risks including the availability of health clinics, medical examinations, K3 training and the use of Personal Protective Equipment. This OSH program still addresses some of the obstacles encountered which may affect the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health, namely they are still being discovered, so there is a need for a more intense understanding in applying the training program.

This research is a qualitative research with a case study method using 1 patient. Data were collected using observation, documentation and radiographer interview methods. The results of the data collected can be concluded with the Upper Extremity CTA procedure using Scanning Scannogram, pre-contrast, & post-contrast arterial phase, and venous phase, then image reconstruction from the MPR image and 3D VR image. The advantages of the CTA procedure using the smart prep technique image resolution quality could be higher.

Chromoblastomycosis is a slowly progressive granulomatous skin infection caused by several species of black fungus such as Phialophora verrucosa, Fonsecaea pedrosoi, Rhinocladiella aquaspersa and Cladosporium carrionii. A case was found of a 51-year-old patient with a main complaint of a reddish, uneven lump, occasionally itchy, but not accompanied by pain in the right arm. On anatomic pathological examination, microscopic results were obtained in the form of epidermal skin tissue preparations that appeared hyperkeratosis, acanthosis, pseudoepitheliomatous hyperplasia. Intra-epidermal abscesses were seen with an accumulation of neutrophil inflammatory cells, lymphocytes, histiocytes and groups of epitheloid cells that formed granulomas. There was no sign of malignancy. The conclusion from the results of anatomical pathology readings is that there is a fungal infection (chromoblastomycosis). Treatment is given by oral itraconazole.

Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disorder in which the pancreas does not produce enough insulin and is characterized by hyperglycemia. Purple sweet potato is a non-pharmacological therapy that has a high fiber content, low glycemic index carbohydrates. Dietary foods containing antioxidants, including anthocyanins, can protect pancreatic β-cells from glucose-induced oxidative stress. Administration of purple sweet potato extract can protect pancreatic β-cells from the harmful effects of free radicals. Study shows that purple sweet potato have different glucose level according to how the sweet potato being processed which is  boiled, steamed, grilled and fried purple sweet potato, namely 3.30%, 4.92%, 7.72%, and 7.36%, respectively. So it can be concluded that the lowest glucose content was obtained from the boiled purple sweet potato sample. Anthocyanins that found in purple sweet potatoes (Ipomoea batatas poiret) contain substances  that can control blood sugar levels, thus preventing insulin resistance in people with diabetes mellitus. A 63 year old male patient came to the emergency room with complaints of weakness since 5 days of SMRS. Investigations Hb 11.73 g/dl, urea: 73 mg/dl, creatinine: 3.45 mg/dl, tubex: negative, dengue Ig M: negative, dengue Ig G: positive. Abdominal ultrasound examination revealed multiple nephrolithiasis dextra. On chest X-ray examination, there was an increased bronchovascular pattern, an air bronchogram (+) with an impression of bronchitis. The finding of multiple nephrolithiasis dextra indicates that the patient's kidney failure is chronic in nature, however, DHF that is not treated properly causes worsening of kidney function, giving rise to the condition of ACKD.

The lower extremities are the most common predilection for erysipelas. Most erysipelas patients come for treatment with the main complaint of swelling, redness, and pain experienced by the patient accompanied by other complaints such as burning and itching which are predisposing factors to the occurrence of this infection. The diagnosis of erysipelas is based on anamnesis, physical examination and laboratory tests. The management of erysipelas is the administration of antibiotics and wound care.

A reddish spot appears with white scales the size of a coin on the stomach, the spot gradually grows wider and grows to the size of a palm. Then the spots also appeared on the hands, left leg and left groin. The red spots feel very itchy, especially when sweating and hot air and get better after bathing. According to the patient, itching is not affected by the food consumed every day. The patient only noticed a reddish spot 2 months ago, which prompted him to see a doctor. The patient lives in a dormitory because he attends a boarding school. History of bathing and changing clothes 2 times a day, towels are used alone and the clothes that the patient often uses are shirts and frequent outdoor activities. The patient said that he often sweats profusely, but does not immediately change his clothes. Dermatological status in the lateral abdominal region dextra et sinistra et manus sinistra et inferior extremitas sinistra et cruris sinistra shows hyperpigmented erythematous macule-patches, firm boundaries, multiple, irregular with active edges and central healing, nummular-plaque size, partly covered with medium scale with a white layer. Based on history, physical examination, dermatology, the working diagnosis in this patient is tinea corporis et cruris. Treatment was given oral drug itraconazole 2x100 mg and miconazole cream 15gr 2x1 applied in a thin layer. As well as being given an explanation of the disease, its causes, treatment options, prevention and education for body hygiene, not using clothes towels with other family members.

This village has an early childhood education center and a Elementary School (SD). On average, PAUD students will have their blood type checked when they are about to enter the next stage of school, namely elementary school, because blood type is one of the requirements for enrolling in elementary school, while those who do not continue their studies will not have the opportunity to have their blood group checked. SD Negri Bone students rarely have their blood group or rhesus checked, so it is deemed necessary to do a blood group examination for elementary school and PAUD children. The output of this activity is that elementary and early childhood students in Bone Village know about the importance of golda and know each other's golda. The results showed that the respondents were elementary school students (68.6%) while those in early childhood education (31.4%). The highest grade of elementary school children was found in grade B+ (24.2%) and grade O+ (24.2%). In the golda of PAUD children the most was in golda B+ (14.1%).

Coronary artery disease (CAD) is a significant cardiovascular disease that affects the human population worldwide. There are several risk factors that contribute to the development of this cardiovascular disease, including lifestyle, environmental factors, and genetic factors. This survey study aims to examine the characteristics of age, gender, blood pressure, body mass index, hip circumference, waist circumference, and arm circumference in the normal EKG group, EKG suspect coronary artery disease group, and the total research sample at SMA Kalam Kudus II Jakarta, selected based on total sampling criteria during the period of May - June 2023. The variables used in this study are age, gender, blood pressure, body mass index, hip circumference, waist circumference, arm circumference, and electrocardiogram (ECG) examination. All examinations were conducted according to standard procedures and protocols. Among the 52 respondents, the characteristics of the respondents in terms of gender, age, blood pressure, body mass index, hip circumference, waist circumference, and arm circumference were not significantly different among the normal EKG group, EKG suspect CAD group, and the total sample.

Cervical cancer is the second largest cancer in women with an estimated 445,000 new cases (84% of new cases in the world) and causes 87% of deaths in women in developing countries. This is due to the behavior of women who do not routinely detect cervical cancer, one of which is the IVA method. The coverage of IVA examinations in West Java province until 2016 was 205,421 people (3%). In Cirebon Regency from 2015-2016, 289 people were recorded who had been examined for early detection of cervical cancer, which means that the coverage of early detection examinations in Cirebon district was still below 1%. This research is a type of analytic observational research. The design used is cross sectional. The sample of this research is 40 respondents. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the level of knowledge, attitudes, age characteristics and employment status with early detection of cervical cancer. There is no significant relationship between education and parity with early detection of cervical cancer. The conclusion from this study is that there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and characteristics of WUS with early detection behavior. It is hoped that midwives can carry out health promotion efforts to increase knowledge so that women of childbearing age carry out early detection of cervical cancer to prevent cervical cancer.

Pulmonary Hospital dr. Ario Wirawan Salatiga is a health service institution that organizes plenary health. In the era of the Covid-19 pandemic, dr. Ario Wirawan experienced a significant increase so that during administration the patient experienced a long waiting time. The preparation of this research aims to develop an independent registration system so that it can manage long and ineffective queues. This self-registration platform system uses a web-based FIFO (First in First Out) algorithm. The system development stage is the analysis, design, design and testing stage. The method for developing an independent registration platform system uses the prototype method according to needs. While the coding stage of this system was built using the Python programming language with the PostgreSQL database. With the existence of an independent registration platform system, it is hoped that the hospital and patients can be facilitated in the examination registration process and managing patient data at the Pulmonary Hospital dr. Data services are a core business function of the agency, therefore it is very important for companies to give high priority to providing reliable data quality. By avoiding duplication, ensuring correctness, validity and ongoing accessibility, data governance is critical to obtaining high-quality data. Currently, financial institutions have not formally adopted an effective data governance policy. Therefore, a study was conducted to examine the relationship between data governance and data management and how this affects Bank Mandiri's performance. The research method used is qualitative and is based on an in-depth examination of the relevant literature, including books and journals. In addition to determining the influence of data governance on management practices and the overall performance of a bank, this study aims to gain insights into the relationships and dependencies between data governance and data management. The findings of this study indicate that despite having similar objectives, data management and data governance show interdependence and reciprocity in various aspects.

Cervical cancer is the most common health problem in women, where special attention is needed to prevent this health problem. One effort that can be done to recognize pre-cancerous lesions early is by conducting an Acetic Acid Visual Inspection (IVA) examination which can reduce the incidence of morbidity and maternal mortality caused by cervical cancer. This IVA examination is very easy and practical to be carried out either by midwives or professional health workers (doctors) who can be obtained at health facilities such as clinics, health centers and hospitals. This study aims to determine the effect of health education on maternal adherence to visual inspection of acetic acid at the Suli Health Center. This research method is analytic with design Quasi Experiment (experiments pseudo), with design one group pretest posttest . The population in this study were all women of childbearing age (WUS) who were in the work area of the Suli Health Center as many as 78 people and the sample in this study were all WUS who were in the work area of the Suli Health Center who had certain characteristics, namely women of childbearing age who had active sexual relations. with the number of samples in this study amounted to 30 people. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling method. This research was processed using a computerized system with the help of the SPSS program. The data analysis method used was statistical test analysis with the Wilcoxon signed ranks test to determine the effect of health education on WUS compliance by conducting an IVA examination where if obtained The p value of this test or p 0.000 <0.05, can be interpreted as significant. Therefore, it is recognized that health education has an impact on WUS adherence to carrying out IVA examinations.  

Ketoprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug that is used to reduce pain due to inflammation in various rheumatic conditions and degenerative disorders of the skeletal muscle system. In the manufacture of drugs, the examination of the levels of active substances is a requirement that must be met to ensure the quality of the drug. One of the quality requirements is that the content contained must meet the level requirements listed in the Indonesian Pharmacopoeia. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the levels of generic and trade name ketoprofen tablets on the market meet the requirements of the Indonesian Pharmacopoeia levels.This research is descriptive using UV-spectrophotometric method, with 0.1NN NaOH as solvent. The samples used in this study were 4 generic ketoprofen tablets and trade names. The test parameters of this research include Preparation of Standard Parent Solution I (LIB I), Preparation of Solution (LIB II). Determination of maximum wavelength, Determination of linearity of the Calibration Curve and Determination of Ketoprofen levels in tablet preparations. From the test results on samples obtained generic ketoprofen tablets (PT. Hexpharm jaya) of 103.70% ± 0.4280%, ketoprofen tablets with the trade name Kaltropen (PT. Kalbe Farma) of 106.38% ± 0.4879%, tablets Generic ketoprofen (PT. Bernofarm) 102.10%±1.9450%, and generic ketoprofen tablets (PT.Novell) 100.22%±0.8754%. All tablets found met the requirements for the general content, namely the content of the active substance was not less than 99% and not more than 110% of the amount stated on the label.

Aging is an inevitable and complex process. Cognitive impairment and depression are often seen as comorbid conditions and major mental health problems affecting the elderly. Both of these have become global issues and place a heavy burden on the health care system and society. This cross-sectional study aims to determine the relationship between depression and the incidence of cognitive impairment in the elderly group (³60 years) who meet the criteria by total sampling at the Sasana Tresna Werda RIA Development Center in January 2019. Depressive disorder was measured using the Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS). The Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) is used to measure and identify cognitive impairments. Statistical analysis using the Fisher Exact test. Of the 56 respondents, the average age was 78.13 years with 69.6% of the respondents being women. From all respondents, it was found that 10 respondents experienced depression and 23.2% of the elderly had cognitive disorders. The results of the Fisher Exact statistical test stated that there was a significant relationship between the incidence of depression and the onset of cognitive impairment in the elderly group at Sasana Tresna Werda RIA Development (p-value: 0.041). Clinically, the elderly with depressive disorders have a 2.875 times higher risk of experiencing cognitive impairment compared to the elderly without depression. Treating depression can reduce the number of cognitive impairments in the elderly.
