The lack of reproductive health knowledge about personal hygiene during menstruation among young women, obtained from parents and schools, causes the knowledge and behavior of young women about personal hygiene during menstruation to be very lacking. One effort to increase knowledge of adolescent reproductive health is by providing health education using poster media. The aim is to determine the effect of poster media education on female students' knowledge of personal hygiene during menstruation at the Assalam Islamic boarding school, in Manado City. The method used in this research was pre-experimental with a one-group pretest-posttest design approach. The sample taken was 18 subjects using purposive sampling. Data collection uses questionnaire sheets and SAP (Extension Event Unit). The collected data was processed using test. Statistical tests use the McNemar Test with a significance level of ≤ 0.05. The research results obtained a value of p = 0.000 (α ≤ 0.05) so that Ha was accepted, meaning that there was an influence of poster media education on female  students' knowledge of personal hygiene during menstruation at the Assalam Islamic Boarding School, Manado City. The conclusion based on the research results is that there is an influence of poster media education on female students' knowledge of personal hygiene during menstruation at the Assalam Islamic Boarding School, Manado City. Suggestions for future researchers can use other media as comparison material so that they can add more information

The Purpose of Research on Seba baduy conducted by STKIP Sheikh Manshur students in Lebak Regency, aims to get to know more closely the Baduy community in preserving their culture in Seba baduy activities. The research method used is descriptive with a functional approach through data collection techniques in the form of interviews and observations. The result of this research illustrates that Seba Baduy activity is the culmination of a ritual event conducted once a year which is intended to express gratitude to God and the government for the welfare of the Baduy community that has been produced in a period of one year. In addition, Seba Baduy activity has a ritual ceremony, this ceremony is a proof of customary recognition and aims to stay in touch between Kanekes community and the government both in the regency and province, namely to the regent and governor officials who informally become the leaders of Baduy community. The best time and date for the ceremony is chosen, especially after the harvest. The seba ceremony is a series of religious or belief systems of the Sunda Wiwitan religion adopted by the Kanekes community, so this ceremony must be carried out because it is an ancestral heirloom that must continue to be maintained and preserved which is passed on continuously to its children and grandchildren in a firm and binding manner. (Ayuna et al., 2021)

This study aims to analyze the financial performance in the automotive sector of PT Astra Internasional Tbk, PT Garuda Metalindo Tbk, and PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk during the 2020-2022 period. The analysis was carried out using qualitative descriptive research methods. Explaining that descriptive research is research that seeks to describe a symptom or event that is happening. The results showed that the financial performance of the three automotive companies improved in 2022 compared to 2020. This is indicated by an increase in financial ratios, such as liquidity ratio, activity ratio, solvency ratio, profitability ratio and market ratio. Based on Time Series and Cross Section Analysis, it can be concluded that PT Garuda Metalindo is a company that has high growth prospects than PT Astra Internasional Tbk and PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk.

The law of engagement is a concept that has existed since ancient times. In the past, engagements often relied on customary law and social norms applicable in a particular society. However, with the increasing development of society and trade, there is a need to have more formal legal rules to regulate agreements and agreements. The term "engagement" refers to the equivalent of the Dutch term "Verbintenis" (Fuadi, 1999: 1). The term contract law includes all provisions in the third book of the Civil Code. The research method uses empirical methods where this method is through observations made by the public. Then it is studied through the customs of the people of Southwest Sumba, especially in kodi regarding the legal relations of engagements that occur with the traditional ritual of removing the bones of ancestors. The data was obtained from an interview with a native Kodi resident named Andreas Ikit Bani, a native descendant of Kodi who often participated in bone dissection rituals. The Galih Tulang event is a traditional ritual carried out by the people of Southwest Sumba to move the bones of their ancestors from old graves to new graves. This ritual is part of a sacred traditional ceremony and is considered important for the people of Southwest Sumba to honor the spirits of their ancestors (Andreas Ikit Bani, 2023). This event has a meaning and purpose that we must know, namely Galing Tulang is a ceremony that must be held to honor our deceased ancestors. The aim is to pay respects to the spirits of deceased ancestors, ask for blessings, and/or give them their proper place in the afterlife.

Researchers conducted research at SDN 04 Birugo based on the difficulty of slow learner students in understanding the lessons being taught. Slow learner children have difficulty reading so the tasks given by teachers to slow learner children cannot answer the tasks given by PAI teachers. This research aims to determine the problems of learning Islamic Religious Education among Slow Learner students at SDN 04 Birugo. This problem is researched using descriptive qualitative research methods which aim to describe and analyze phenomena and events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs, thoughts of people individually and in groups using field research. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The key informants in this research were the class IV Islamic Religious Education teacher at SDN 04 Birugo and the supporting informants for class IV slow learner students. To analyze the data, researchers grouped it based on existing problems. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers, the results show that slow learner students tend to feel inferior and consider themselves to be an obstacle to the learning process for other friends. Feelings of inferiority are seen in slow learner students at the stage of understanding lessons and completing assignments. There are two factors that cause difficulties in reading, writing and memorizing, namely the classroom environment and outside the classroom. Boredom occurs because they are not really serious about learning, but from the problems that occurred there were 3 slow learner students whose problems were slightly more resolved.

Stroke is one of several priority health problems that is often reported by the Gemolong Community, Sragen. Strokes do not only attack the elderly, but people of productive age can experience strokes. Stroke events can be prevented by reducing risk factors for stroke, and proper management of stroke attacks can prevent morbidity and mortality. This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge and skills of Aisyiyah administrators in promoting stroke prevention and handling stroke attacks appropriately. The methods used in service activities are training and simulation which includes program outreach, providing education about stroke prevention and treatment. The output of the service, namely the participants' knowledge and skills regarding stroke prevention and treatment, increases. This can be seen from the increasing pre-test and post-test results. Likewise, regarding the cadre's skills in how to treat stroke sequelae with bed transfer and ROM, the cadre is able to demonstrate bed transfer and ROM correctly according to what has been taught.

This study aims to analyze and identify the use of additives in the text and connect it to the development of themes and characters in Macbeth's story. In addition, the researchers also used interpretation and evaluation. After evaluating "Macbeth," the researcher gives his own view of the work. This data-research method employs a qualitative approach. Research shows that parallels are used in "Macbeth" to predict the direction of the story, build tensions, and develop character. Parallels are used to show changes in character and awareness of responsibility dealt with by Macbeth. Waskita Beton Precast, Tbk Plant Prambon requires materials and services from related vendors. The Supply Chain Management Division is responsible for meeting material and service needs. However, in the process it is not uncommon to encounter several risks that can hamper the company's smooth operations. Therefore, this research recommends the House of Risk method as risk management. From the results of this research, it can be seen that there are 21 risk events and 34 risk causes. The results of House of Risk phase 1 are that there are 9 causes of risk that need to be formulated risk mitigation strategies. The results from House of Risk phase 2 obtained 9 risk mitigation strategies

This research aims to analyze the application of the inquiry learning model in science subjects regarding the movement of objects in elementary schools. This research used a literature study method which was carried out by reviewing 15 articles, consisting of 12 national journals and 3 international journals. The results obtained from this research are that science learning using the inquiry method on object movement material in elementary schools can be applied and based on the results of the review, science learning using the inquiry model will be more detailed and students will understand more easily, because students are directly involved in learning. the. So it can be concluded that 1) The inquiry learning model can be developed in all subjects, including science subjects which can involve children's ability to observe and research events. 2) The inquiry learning model in science (Natural Science) subjects can help make it easier for students to understand learning, especially regarding the movement of objects. 3) The inquiry learning model provides significant results on student learning outcomes in science subjects in elementary schools, so that in material on object movement, the inquiry learning model can be applied to achieve effective and efficient learning.

The storytelling competition, as one of the featured competitions in the 2022 Langsep Challenge at Santa Maria Langsep Catholic High School, Malang, was the main highlight of the event. This event showcases the creativity and expertise of the competition participants in telling stories in an interesting and engaging way. Participants from various junior high schools compete to win the champion title in this competition. The various stories presented include interesting themes related to folklore. The competition jury, which consists of experienced lecturers, observes and assesses each participant's presentation based on criteria such as grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, how to tell a story, mastery of the stage, clothing, properties used, moral message, time management, and so on. This competition is not only an opportunity to show students' speaking skills, but also develop creative thinking and self-expression skills. With full support from the school and the enthusiasm of the participants, the Story Telling Competition at Langsep Challenge 2022 created an atmosphere full of enthusiasm and joy among students.

Women have a deeper attachment when in a romantic relationship because they have an orientation towards having a mutually supportive relationship with their partner and gaining love and intimacy (Wiraswati, 2014). Violence against women is prone to causing post-traumatic stress disorder or PTSD. PTSD includes the emergence of unwanted intrusive thoughts, avoiding activities related to the traumatic experience, and exhibiting excessive emotional and physiological reactivity. In this study, interviews were conducted based on the PSSI-5 and mapping of the severity of PTSD symptoms using the Davidson Trauma Scale on three respondents. The research results showed that two respondents showed sub-clinical PTSD symptoms, while one other person showed high PTSD symptoms that interfered with daily activities. All respondents showed the emergence of PTSD symptoms including the emergence of repetitive intrusive thoughts without intention, avoiding stimuli that resemble traumatic events, feeling emotional dullness, and showing increased reactivity.

Radio Communications Media of the Republic of Indonesia (RRI) Aims to: Objectives 1) To find out the role of one of the communication media, in this case Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Biak, which is used as a means of information presented by Radio in the form of news events, information and environmental education to the community through non-formal channels. 2) To find out the responses given by the community regarding radio programs/broadcasts related to the environment. Subjective Objectives to fulfill one of the requirements in completing a bachelor's degree at the North Sulawesi University of Technology. To find out the expectations and experiences of the listeners of RRI Biak, the data collection technique in this study was the data triangulation method. Document analysis is carried out before respondents or informants, direct interviews will be conducted with respondents or informants along with direct observations in the field. The data analysis used in this research is using qualitative analysis. Data analysis is a process in which the data is simplified into a form that is easier to read and interpret. This research was also conducted in the Biak Numfor City area of ​​RRI Biak, with the criteria of the respondents being radio broadcast listeners. Based on the results of interviews with several respondents or informants, it can be concluded several things as follows: RRI can be a bridge or link of information to the community regarding an event or events that occur.

Background: Osteoporosis is a common disease that needs to be treated by a health professional promptly. To address this issue, osteoporosis prevention exercise instructors were trained and certified as part of empowerment initiatives. Purpose: The aims of this program was to create competent, nationally certified instructors. Method: The Indonesian Healthy Bones Community Association (PERWATUSI), a non-profit organization whose objective is to ensure that Indonesians have healthy and strong bones, is responsible for carrying out this empowerment program. The event took place on July 19–20, 2023, in a hall at Bali International University. Results: A total of 59 instructors were selected from various sports communities and trained to provide the public on how to prevent early osteoporosis, conduct suitable exercise program, and emphasize safety training. Before the training started, candidates had to have the necessary educational background, professional qualifications, training in osteoporosis preventive activity, and a commitment to continuing learning. All of participants (100%) met the qualification. Conclusion: These instructors are crucial to the fight against osteoporosis. Those who have earned certification are anticipated to be committed to encouraging healthy lives and lowering the risk of bone fractures.

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Pati Ea Culture of the Lewuk Tribe in Natarita Hamlet and the Socio-Economic Conditions After the Pati Ea Ceremony in Natarita Hamlet, Darat Gunung Village, Talibura District. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The research subjects were the Lewuk Tribe Traditional Leaders, community leaders who had organized pati ea events and community leaders in Natarita Hamlet who were actively involved in pati ea events. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in the form of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that pati ea is a traditional ritual performed to honor the spirits who have died and ask for abundant yields in wulan lelen (rainy season) and to give thanks for the harvest in wulan daran (summer). Kula babong (deliberation), Teme Pelang ( soaking rice), Leron pati ( slaughtering animals) and Ekak ( feeding the ancestors). The Socio-Economic Condition of the Dusun Natarita community after the Pati Ea ceremony experienced a decline due to the community's non-compliance with adat.

Handling criminal cases that occur in society can be resolved using two methods, namely penal and non-penal. One of the non-penal solutions is Penal Mediation. Penal mediation itself is born from the culture that exists in society so that the content of its values is in accordance with the characteristics of the Indonesian nation. Mediation is a procedure based on "good faith" where the disputing parties convey suggestions through channels on how the dispute will be resolved by the mediator, because they themselves are unable to do so. Through this freedom, it is possible for mediators to provide innovative solutions through a form of resolution that cannot be carried out by the court, but the parties to the dispute obtain mutual benefits.

Based on the information we got, it can be concluded that Dharma Wanita mothers are still confused about how to start a business from their husband's limited income, therefore we help Dharma Wanita mothers how to manage their income so that they can set aside part of their income which will be used as capital in starting a business. The method of implementing this service is carried out by means of presentations and interactive discussions. The result of this service was that the women of the Dharma Wanita Association of the National Park Hall were very enthusiastic about the event. This could be seen from the many questions asked related to family financial management
