JNE is the largest logistics company in Indonesia, this company is a freight forwarding company both domestically and abroad. In its business process JNE has an Outbound unit which is responsible for receiving goods from Sales Counter Official (SCO) agents and branch offices, processing, checking, packaging, and transporting goods to the appropriate destination. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), supervision, and Information Technology on Employee Performance in the operational management of the JNE Main Branch Medan Outbound unit. This research uses Descriptive Qualitative method in identifying problems. The results in this study state that SOP has a significant effect on Employee Performance because it is an important part of the smooth work process for employees, Supervision and Information Technology also have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Supervision ensures employees work in accordance with SOPs and achieve previously set work targets, and the use of Information Technology in the work process will increase the efficiency and effectiveness of employee work.

The recruitment and selection activities for prospective partners at BPS (Central Statistics Agency) involve a process of seeking and acquiring applicants capable of collaborating with government institutions. Various recruitment and selection methods for BPS partner candidates are commonly employed by government agencies, including job postings, employee recommendations, collaboration with universities, advertisements, and so forth. However, with the current technological advancements, the internet has become a widely used medium for job seekers. One of the methods in use today is through the use of applications. The effectiveness and efficiency of using applications in the recruitment and selection of BPS partner candidates aim to determine how well these applications perform in the process at the BPS Palu Central Statistics Agency. This research is qualitative in nature with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques involve observation and interviews with prospective BPS partners in Palu. The results of these methods indicate that the effectiveness and efficiency of using applications in the recruitment and selection process for partner candidates are highly effective. This is evident in the significant number of applicants who register and the smooth execution in line with the application's usage. Prospective partners are targeted accurately, understand the program, adhere to timelines, and bring about tangible changes. Any shortcomings, issues, or obstacles in using the application can be resolved effectively, although challenges such as server website downtime need improvement to optimize the application for recruiting BPS partner candidates.

This research focuses on optimizing accounting business processes through efficient stages of the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC). SDLC is a framework used to plan, develop, test, and maintain accounting information systems. In this study, each stage of the SDLC is analyzed to identify steps that can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting systems. The research method used is SDLC with a Waterfall approach, involving the stages of planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The results show that applying a structured SDLC can help companies manage accounting data more effectively, increase accuracy, reduce errors, and speed up accounting processes. This optimization also includes selecting the appropriate SDLC model, such as Waterfall and Prototype, based on the specific needs of the project and business environment. Thus, this research is expected to provide practical guidance for companies in optimizing their accounting business processes.

Kelurahan Mlangsen, Kec. Blora, Kab. Blora is one of the locations with stunting cases. Mlangsen is one of the target areas for implementing the stunting reduction programme policy, because there are still many children suffering from stunting (short stature, stunted body). The role of the posyandu team is very important in reducing stunting in Mlangsen. The stunting reduction programme carried out by the Mlangsen posyandu team, is by providing counseling and counselling to prospective mothers and mothers of toddlers about nutritional health and child food management once a month by going from house to house, distributing PMT (Supplementary Feeding) for 3 months, giving Vitamin A and Zinc to toddlers. The purpose of this study was to analyse the stunting reduction program in Mlangsen, Blora sub-district, Blora district. The type of research used is descriptive research, with the population being identified and positive stunting families in Mlangsen as many as 22 informants, namely 12 identified stunting family informants and 10 stunting family informants.  The sampling technique used a census technique, the data collection technique was carried out by observation, interview, questionnaire & documentation.  The data analysis technique used uses complementary descriptive qualitative methods, in order to produce strong data analysis to respond to various kinds of questions and research objectives, besides that it is equipped with percentage data. The results of this study conclude that the level of efficiency in achieving the objectives and precisely the target group of the stunting reduction programme is good / high, namely 72.5% based on the cumulative score calculation. In addition, the use of posyandu team resources and the infrastructure used to generate awareness of families at risk of stunting. The Stunting Reduction Programme is doing the rights things (Druker). Meanwhile, Duncan's 3 important points of effectiveness in the Stunting Reduction Programme in Mlangsen, namely in achieving programme objectives, integrating the programme and the adaptability of families at risk of stunting, the level of effectiveness is also good/high.

Regional government financial performance is a measure used to ensure the region's ability to implement financial implementation regulations properly and correctly to maintain desired services. 11 districts in Jambi province, Jambi City government and Tebo district government. Fluctations occur. The difference in regional income between the Jambi city government and Tebo district government is the highest and lowest in 2022. This research aims to determine the comparison of the financial performance of the Jambi City Government and the Tebo Regency Government. 2018- 2022. This research is descriptive quantitative research. Data collection techniques in this research use documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis with the formula: Regional Financial Independence Ratio, Effectiveness Ratio, Efficiency Ratio, Harmony Ratio and Growth Ratio. The results of the research show that the financial performance of the Jambi City government and the Tebo Regency government in 2018-2022 seen from the regional financial independence ratio shows that the level of financial independence of Jambi City is on average higher than that of Tebo Regency, seen from the effectiveness ratio shows that the level of effectiveness shows that the government Tebo Regency is more effective than Jambi City, judging from the Efficiency Ratio, it shows that the percentage of Tebo Regency's efficiency level is smaller than Jambi City. Tebo Regency and Jambi City are categorized as less efficient in managing finances, seen from the harmony ratio, it shows that the two regions allocate more funds for operational expenditure than capital expenditure, and seen from the growth ratio, Jambi City's PAD growth is higher than that of Tebo Regency.

This article explores the effectiveness of industrial relations work implementation at PT. Interline Indonesia. The study aims to investigate and analyze the extent to which the implementation of industrial relations work in the company can contribute to efficiency, productivity, and welfare. Through literature review, research findings, and discussion, factors influencing industrial relations, the role of management in improving effectiveness, and recommendations for improving harmonious industrial relations in the company have been examined. The study found that effective industrial relations work implementation can lead to improved efficiency, productivity, and welfare in the company. The article concludes with recommendations for companies to improve their industrial relations work implementation to achieve better outcomes.

Digital transformation has become an urgent need for the government and public sector to improve efficiency, effectiveness and quality of service to the community. The government needs to adopt concrete steps to improve ASN competency so that they can keep up with developments in information and communication technology (ICT). Implementation of the ASN competency development strategy will enable ASN to use artificial intelligence facilities for analytical purposes to improve efficiency, effectiveness and quality of public services.

This paper aims to find out about the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment together on employee performance. performance is the success of an employee's work that has been carried out on the tasks or work assigned to the employee with indicators a. Work quantity includes completing work programs, completing work, making work reports, achieving work quantities, and adjusting work plans; b. Work quality includes developing competence, creating work strategies, having work quality standards, and being motivated to complete the leader's work immediately; c. Efficiency includes the amount of funds provided, working methods, competition with other employees, paying attention to work needs, suitability of work schedules, and completion of work administration; d. Effectiveness, including achieving work targets, utilizing potential, utilizing work time, setting work goals and work responsibilities, and e. Initiative includes several aspects such as the ability to take appropriate steps in the face of difficulties, the ability to do work without assistance, and the ability to take the first step in an activity. There is a positive and very significant influence between organizational culture and organizational commitment together with employee performance.

This research aims to understand the level of competency of accounting staff at the Tarbiyah College of Science (STIT) Batu Bara, the quality of regional financial information, the role of accounting staff competency at the Tarbiyah College of Science (STIT) Batu Bara, and its impact on the competency of accounting staff. The research method used is Census with a qualitative and quantitative approach. The analysis tool used is simple regression. The research results show that the important role of accounting staff competencies such as a thorough understanding of financial accounting standards, proficiency in financial analysis, and technical proficiency in accounting information systems in maintaining the quality of regional financial data. This shows that there is a need to increase investment in developing the skills of accounting staff through training and continuous education to support the efficiency and effectiveness of financial management in the educational environment. It can be believed that this research can expand knowledge about the relationship between the quality of regional financial information and the ability of accounting staff, especially at the Tarbiyah College of Science (STIT) Batu Bara.  

This research aims to apply the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in the context of procuring materials to support services at PT. XYZ. The implementation process begins with problem identification, literature study, data collection, identifying Odoo software, designing an ERP system using Odoo software, and implementing the system that has been designed. The results of the comparative analysis between the implementation of the ERP system application and manual processes show that the advantage lies in using the ERP system application using Odoo software. This application was successfully implemented, as proven by the results of the tests carried out. This success makes a positive contribution to effectiveness and efficiency in procuring materials for service work at PT. XYZ. This research also proposes recommendations for further research, namely the creation of a comprehensive integrated system in PT business processes. XYZ. The hope is that this research can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes as a whole.    

This research aims to identify the effect of workload on employee performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya. This study was carried out by analyzing data from employees at the company. The research results show that workload has a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya. High workload can cause a decrease in employee performance, while moderate workload can increase employee performance. In this context, management needs to pay attention to factors that can reduce employee workload, such as assigning tasks that are appropriate to their abilities and experience, efficient time management, and increasing support and training from the company. This research provides a better understanding of the relationship between workload and employee performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, and can be a basis for increasing work effectiveness and efficiency in the company

The industrial revolution today is not only oriented towards quality results and cutting-edge technology such as the industrial revolution 4.0. Today's industry is developing by implementing the concept of green building or green industry. Green industry is a concept and idea that an industry no longer only takes into account the advantages and benefits for its company, but also needs to pay attention to the level of efficient use of natural resources and energy sources and minimize the impact of the production process which is felt by the surrounding community and has a negative impact on the environment. , PT XYZ is one of the companies engaged in integrated plastic recycling in the world which processes plastic waste into quality and environmentally friendly products. In order to move towards a green building era that applies efficiency and effectiveness standards for a work system, PT XYZ will plan to determine the effectiveness value of a sustainable production line using the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) theory. To measure the effectiveness value of a sustainable production process in TPM, the OLE (Overall Line Effectiveness) measurement method can be used. OLE is a tool for measuring the effectiveness of the production process, a modification of the OEE tool which is specifically for determining the value of process effectiveness in sustainable production. From the TPM measurement results, a production line effectiveness value using the OLE method was obtained of 91.7% during September 2023.    

A construction testing laboratory is a special facility used to carry out various types of testing and analysis of construction materials, structures and construction components. It is always busy with customers, so sometimes there are huge queues of customers. Thus, research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the construction testing laboratory queuing system. The method used in this research is Queuing Theory. Queuing Theory is a theory related to mathematical studies and queues or waiting lines. Queuing theory is always related to all aspects of the customer's situation in obtaining a service. Analysis of material testing queues in construction laboratories using the M/M/S model shows increased efficiency after adding servers. Previously, the server usability rate was 50%, with a queue time of 0.5%. After adding servers, the usability rate increases to 75%, queue time decreases, and the probability of customers being served increases to 2.11%. These results are the basis for recommendations for improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction .  

This research aims to reveal the role of madrasa head leadership in improving teacher performance at MAS Islamiyah Tamiang. The research background illustrates the importance of educational leadership in achieving the effectiveness and efficiency of educational institutions. The focus of the research is on the duties and functions of the madrasa head in Learning Management (PBM) at Madrasah Aliyah Islamiyah Tamiang. The research method used is field research with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, field notes, documentation and observation. The research results show that madrasa heads play an active role in improving teacher performance by involving them in training, training, seminars and other activities. Routine supervision is carried out to accompany and improve the teaching and learning process. Apart from that, the madrasah principal provides motivation, rewards, and includes teachers in workshops to improve professional competence. The research conclusion shows that the leadership of the madrasa head has a positive impact on teacher performance. The madrasa head carries out his role by involving teachers in various activities that support competency development. However, the research also identified several weaknesses in the supervision of teacher discipline and use of time, as well as suggestions for improving the optimization of supervision by madrasah heads.

The development of technology is linear with human needs that must be met quickly, easily, and practically. A sector that can fulfill human needs is the trade sector. Currently, the trade sector is one of the sectors that is highly developed along with the trend of online shopping. Although online shopping is currently very popular, it does not mean that offline shopping is necessarily abandoned. Conventional payment systems usually require customers to queue at the cashier to make payments after choosing grocery items. Therefore, there is a need for technological innovation that can overcome this. The solution to overcome these problems is by planning to create a Smart Shopping Scanner machine by considering lean project management. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the application of the Lean Project Management method to the Smart Shopping Scanner project planning at PT ABC has resulted in significant improvements. Reduction of project completion time by 33.33%, reduction of component inventory value by 40%, and improvement of team communication by 66.67% show the effectiveness of this method in overcoming waste and increasing efficiency.

The focus of this study is to identify variations in clarity, accuracy, and efficiency of nurse communication using both documentation methods.The research methodology involves surveys and document analysis on a sample of nurses engaged in both types of documentation. Surveys will assess nurses' perceptions regarding the clarity of documented information, the accuracy of information, and the efficiency of usage. The analyzed documents will include patient records, care plans, and incident reports.The research outcomes are expected to provide insights into the strengths and weaknesses of each documentation method, aiding healthcare organizations in decision-making regarding the implementation or development of documentation systems.
