The aim of this study is to analyze and measure the factors affecting Indonesia's economic growth rate by focusing on a number of factors, such as the human development index and inflation. The study use eviews10 software with its fixed effect model (fem) to see its enormous value of determinations and correlation between non-monetary variables and variables. The data studied came from the statistical central body in Indonesia, as well as several literature studies ranging from 2017 to 2021. From research and theoretical studies itis concluded that in 2017-2021 there is no effect between the human development index and inflation and economic growth in Indonesia.  

Computer network technology is developing rapidly, and wired networks are being replaced by WiFi technology. The limitation of the WiFi coverage area is the main problem with this technology. Therefore, it is necessary to design for optimal placement of access points. This study analyzes the need for access point placement at KSOP Tanjung Mas Port, Semarang, where the need for internet connection via WiFi is very high. Simulation Annealing and Trilateration method is used in this study to determine the position of the access point. With the point blankspot method can be reduced.

Pemilihan metode kerja Erection girder yang tepat dan efektif akan mendukung pekerjaan di proyek. Proyrk percepatan menuntut kontraktor dapat menyelesaikan pekerjaan tepat waktu. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan studi kasus memerlukan data berbentuk kuantitatif (angka), pembahasan dilakukan dengan membandingkan biaya, waktu, resiko dan kelebihan kekurangan dari masing masing metode kerja. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini, adalah: Pemakaian Metode Kerja Beam Launcher biaya sebesar Rp. 1.115.049.012,00, sedangkan  Crawler Crane  biaya sebesar Rp. 218,670,575.90. Sementara dilihat dari segi waktu, pemakaian metode Crawler Crane dapat dilaksanakan selama 11 hari, sedangkan  Launcher dapat dilaksanakan selama 38 hari. Meski demikian metode Beam Launcher dipilih untuk proyek jembatan Kedawung ini, disebabkan jembatan tersebut melintas di atas jalan TOL Semarang – Batang yang berakibat fatal apabila dilakukan penutupan total.

The involvement of citizens in creating a harmonious society is important in this era of globalization. However, in reality, social and religious problems are still the background to the occurrence of conflicts to this day. Citizens' concern for interacting and maintaining communication between people is expected to be able to reduce the conflict axes that exist in society and this can be done by citizens, one of which is through religious dialogue. The purpose of this study is to find out how citizen involvement through religious dialogue is able to maintain community harmony. This research is a type of qualitative research with a phenomenological approach where data collection techniques are used, namely interview techniques, documentation studies and through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activities. Test the validity of the data by using triangulation techniques and data analysis techniques by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions.The results of the study show that interfaith dialogue carried out by the community through interfaith communities can be said to be successful in efforts to increase citizen involvement to create a harmonious community life in the current era of globalization, seeing that there are still many conflicts in several areas that are motivated by social and religious issues. Interfaith dialogue also provides knowledge of the diversity of religions and beliefs adopted by the Indonesian people, all of which aim to maintain the unity and integrity of the nation with the existing diversity. Interfaith dialogue can also be used as an alternative in increasing civic engagement by directly involving people of different religions

Society has a meaning, that is, a group of human beings interact with one another and need each other. This is because humans themselves are basically social beings. The aim is to identify the characteristics and habits of urban communities in the city of Serang. The author chooses to use qualitative methods in writing this article, which are supported by conducting interviews, observations and reinforced by literature studies. Urban communities themselves have various characteristics, this is due to cultural differences in in depth. The results in the field found differences in the characteristics of the people of Serang City in the Ministry of Religion complex with the characteristics of other urban communities with findings in the literature review which became the reference in writing this article.

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, motivation and work stress on employee performance. The sampling method is purposive sampling method with a sample of 68 respondents. The criteria used in this study are active Gojek drivers, members of the Gojek 24 Yogyakarta community, the second is the main job as a Gojek driver and has no other job. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that compensation had a positive effect, motivation had a positive effect, and work stress had a negative effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination shows that 88.8% of compensation, motivation and work stress variables affect employee performance, while the remaining 11.2% is influenced by other variables not examined.

This research is a type of field research, where the author goes directly to the field in processed tempeh SMEs in Tempe Processed Village, Sampangan Village, Gajah Mungkur District, Semarang City. The study used data analysis techniques, namely qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. In analyzing the data, the researcher conducted observations, interviews, and documentation to obtain the required data. The results showed that to survive the COVID-19 pandemic, the efforts made were marketing through social media, promotion through social media and maintaining the quality of products and services from Tempe Processed SMEs.

Seiring berkembangnya zaman dunia teknologi semakin berkembang, sehingga UMKM perekonomian masyarakat harus mengikuti alur perkembangan teknologi untuk mempertahankan eksistensi dalam menjalankan bisnis dan usaha, karena Sektor Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam mendorong pertumbuhan. perekonomian Indonesia. UMKM memiliki andil sebesar 85% dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja. Dalam suatu usaha dibutuhkan studi mengenai kelayakan dari usaha tersebut. Namun kenyataannya masyarakat hanya terfokus pada status kerja sebagai karyawan diperusahaan untuk mendapatkan penghasian. Karena itulah pengembangan masyarakat dengan metode sosialisasi penanaman jiwa kewirausahaan dan bisnis online dilakukan untuk membantu memotivasi masyarakat untuk menjalankan usaha mandiri. Pemberdayaan merujuk pada kemampuan seseorang, khususnya kelompok lemah untuk memiiki akses terhadap sumbersumber produktif yang memungkinkan mereka dapat meningkatkan pendapatannya dan berpartisipasi dalam proses pembangunan serta pengambilan keputusan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Desa Bange Kecamatan Sayur Matinggi memiliki potensi yang besar untuk mengembangkan perekonomian desa melalui UMKM. Faktor pendukung dalam pengembangan masyarakat di bidang ekonomi ini meliputi sumber daya alam dan sumber daya manusia yang melimpah serta partisipasi masyarakan yang cukup tinggi. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah keterbatasan modal, sarana dan prasarana.

One form of progress in the current financial sector is evidenced by the adaptation of Fintech, which stands for sharia P2PL Financial Technology. Financial institutions in carrying out their activities cannot be avoided what is called risk. That's why to gain profit and customer trust, financial institutions are required to have good risk management, especially fintech companies that offer convenience and efficiency in transactions, so they will be very vulnerable to various types of risks in the financing process that can affect the sustainability of the fintech itself. fintech companies, before channeling financing to potential recipients of funds, also need to be able to pay attention to various risks that may arise, both predictable and not, and also have techniques for mitigating risks from all possibilities that may occur in the future, so there is a need for strategic steps and ways to minimize existing risks. This type of research is empirical and uses a qualitative approach with secondary data source. From the explanation, it can be said that PT ALAMI Sharia has carried out Sharia fintech P2PL transactions that are following existing economic principles starting from the identification of potential recipients of funds, analysis carried out by PT ALAMI and risk mitigation carried out by PT ALAMI Syariah.

Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis bentuk dari laporan keuangan organisasi nirlaba yaitu Masjid Raya Sulaimaniyah Kesultanan Serdang, Kota Perbaungan, penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana bentuk laporan keungan dari masjid raya sulaimaniyah, apakah bentuk dari laporannya sudah sesuai pada ketentuan PSAK, untuk itulah penelitia ini di lakukan. Untuk mendapatkan hasil data dan informasi yang efektif penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk mendapatkan hasil yang baik dan akurat Jenis dan sumber data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis primer dan sekunder, dalam jenis penelitian primer penulis melakukan kegiatan wawancara dengan pengurus masjid, sementara jenis penelitian sekunder adalah didapat melalui laporan keuangan dari masjid tersebut, metode yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dan observasi, sehingga didapatkanlah hasil dari penelitian Masjid Raya Sulaimaniyah memiliki pelaporan keuangan yang baik.

This study aims to analyze the ease of making payments, ability to pay and compliance with making payment of the individual participant National Health Insurance (JKN-KIS) in the BPJS Kesehatan Magelang. This research, it is hoped that it will be able to contribute to BPJS Kesehatan regarding matters and ideas to form a strategy which can increase the collectability of JKN-KIS premium payment contributions, especially for the individual participant segment. This research belongs to the type of quantitative descriptive research. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data were collected through distributing questionnaires given to 400 individual participants BPJS Kesehatan. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data that has been collected through distributing questionnaires, then testing the instrument. Where, the instrument test consists of validity and reliability tests. Researchers in this study took samples using purposive sampling technique, specifically for individual participants BPJS Kesehatan. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis by calculating the average (mean). The results of the analysis show that the ease of making payments shows the dimensions mean high category in all dimensions, so it can be concluded that the participants are very easy to make contribution payments with the payment mechanisms and procedures and channels provided by BPJS Kesehatan. The results analysis of the ability to pay and the results analysis of compliance with making payments show the dimensions mean value of the low category in all dimensions. That it needs to receive special attention from BPJS Kesehatan so the ability and compliance in paying contributions will increase.

Building security is a mandatory requirement that must be met by a building. Before being built, it is necessary to review academic studies and structural analysis in advance regarding the technical requirements of the building whether it meets the standards or not against existing regulations in Indonesia. Currently, the Brebes Regency Education, Youth and Sports Office has an outdoor tennis court that is not yet representative. So it is planned that the field will be upgraded to become a semi-indoor field, by adding a curved roof in the 2022 fiscal year. The purpose of this community service activity is to determine the safety of semi-indoor roof coverings from a structural point of view. The method of activities carried out to achieve the goal of Community Service (PPM) is the method of literature, field surveys, data processing and report preparation.

Menstrual pain caused by the release of excess prostaglandin causes the increasing contraction of the uterus, a common gynecology disorder in young women that can interfere with learning and social activity. Based on a preliminary study in the village of the gadung young women take pharmacological medicines and warm compresses to hold or reduce menstrual pain. The study to learn the aromatherapy of cinnamon on primary menstrual pain in young women in the village of gadung tangerang. This method of research USES quantitative with research design quasi nity, one group pre-existing and post-existing. The study conducted according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria amounts to 38 respondents and instrument of the observation sheet. That was done with Shapiro wilk and a statistic wilcoxon signed rank. Studies show 7 days of cinnamon aromatherapy intervention, a scale of pain reduced from 1.79 to 1. Wilcoxon signed rank test results of a significant influence between the scale of pain before and after an intervention on cinnamon aroma recipients in the village of gadung sand. Aroma of cinnamon therapy may be an alternative to reduce menstrual pain.

Studi ini bermaksud untuk mengenali imbas Profitabilitas, Leverage, serta Nilai Pasar kepada Harga Saham. Populasi menggunakan perusahaan perbankan BUMN dengan rentang waktu observasi selama 2017 sampai 2021 sejumlah 4 perusahaan. Basis data sekunder yang dipakai didapat dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode analisa informasi dengan bentuk regresi linear berganda menggunakan alat bantu analisa IBM SPSS model 26. Berpangkal pada hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa Profitabilitas, Leverage, dan Nilai Pasar dengan cara simultan mempengaruhi positif signifikan kepada harga saham. Profitabilitas serta Leverage dengan cara parsial mempengaruhi negatif signifikan kepada harga saham, sedangkan itu Nilai Pasar dengan cara parsial mempengaruhi positif signifikan kepada harga saham.

Rendahnya literasi membaca siswa menjadi masalah utama dalam pendidikan di Indonesia. Literasi membaca merupakan dasar yang harus ditanamkan dalam diri siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor penghambat minat baca siswa pada sekolah dasar kelas V pada salah satu sekolah swasta di kabupaten Lembata. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus (case study). Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada dua faktor penghambat minat baca siswa sekolah dasar yakni faktor internal yang terdiri dari siswa belum lancar membaca, kurangnya motivasi dan pembiasaan dalam membaca, dan kurang memahami isi bacaan, sedangkan faktor eksternal terdiri dari lingkungan sekolah yang kurang mendukung, faktor ekonomi keluarga, kurangnnya fasilitas dan kebiasaan siswa bermain gadget.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis, serta memahami penerapan karakter disiplin bagi peserta didik melalui peran dari ekstrakurikuler polisi taruna. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di SMK Taruna Nusantara Jaya desa Cisomang, Data di peroleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitiannya sebagai berikut: 1) kondisi kedisiplinan peserta didik mengalami perkembangan yang lebih baik, tetapi masih ada beberapa peserta didik yang melakukan tindak indisipliner (ringan) diantaranya indisiplner dalam waktu masuk sekolah, rambut panjang, tidak membawa atribut, dan tidak membawa helm saat berkendara. 2) pandangan peserta didik mengenai ekstrakurikuler polisi taruna bahwasannya adalah ekstrakurikuler yang baik terutama dalam hal penekanan kedisiplinan diantaranya kedisiplinan waktu dan tanggung jawab. 3) Peran ekskul POLTAR terhadap kedisiplinan peserta didik yaitu dengan melakukan kegiatan pelaksanaan kedisiplinan diantaranya mengawasi, mencatat, memperingatkan, memberi pengarahan dan menindak sesuai intruksi dari pembina dan kesiswaan.

One the big tasks for toddler is toilet training, so that children are not dependent on using diapers. The aim of this research is to find out the general pictures of the impact of using diapers on toilet training failure of 3 year old children an the Masagena Daycare Centre. The type of research used is non-experimental quantitative research using a cross sectional design, namely by studing the dynamics of the correlation between risk factor dan effect, using an observational approach or collecting data at on time (pont time approac). This research want to know the effect of using diapers (as a riskfactor) on the success of toilet training for children aged 3 years (as an effect, where riskfactors and effect are observed and measured simultaneously at the same time). Based on the research results, diapers are very dominant in influencing the failure of a childs toilet training is compared with the childs own readiness.

Economic growth is a process of economic change that occurs in a country on an ongoing basis to lead to changes for the better over a certain period of time. The development of the Indonesian economy cannot be separated from the influence of various factors, including factors from abroad. Economic growth is influenced by several factors including exports, imports, fiscal deficits, and foreign debt. This study aims to determine the effect of exports, imports, fiscal deficits and foreign debt on economic growth in Indonesia for the 2017-2020 period. The sample selection in this study used the cluster sampling method because the objects and data sources to be studied were very broad, consisting of 34 provinces in Indonesia, the total data used was 680 samples. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that exports have a negative and significant effect on economic growth. Imports have a positive and insignificant effect on economic growth. The fiscal deficit has a positive and insignificant effect on economic growth. Foreign debt has a positive and significant effect on economic growth. Further researchers can also continue this research with a qualitative approach, where several variables that have no significant effect can be studied and analyzed by several key stakeholders who have a direct role in economic growth, so that further research models can be better.

The character of a child formed since he was small, whether consciously or not, will influence the way the individual perceives himself and his environment which will be reflected in his daily behavior. What is prioritized in character education is the strengthening of religious values, as a means to form a generation that has character, has noble character and loves the sunnah of the Prophet. One of them is in this study, which aims to shape children's character through living hadith learning in the form of a module which contains several components, namely: definitions, to clarify children's understanding of the title being studied, motivational sentences as children's learning motivation,  adab-adab, namely a series of daily sunnah practices that students can carry out and get used to, prayer, namely prayers taken from hadiths related to the material being studied, and memorized hadiths, namely short hadiths that students can memorize. This research was conducted at SDN Muara Baruh, North Amuntai District. This study uses a qualitative descriptive field research method. The results of this study indicate that learning living hadith is very helpful in forming children's attitudes and behavior in everyday life, such as the etiquette of wearing shoes and sandals.

Banyak dari negara berkembang di dunia sedang berusaha dalam mewujudkan pembangunan berkelanjutan untuk mengembangkan kegiatan ekonomi juga taraf hidup warganya, salah satunya adalah Indonesia. tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat apakah terdapat pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan tingkat efektivitas pekerja dengan peningkatan kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia. metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Studi Literatur Review dengan mengkaji beberapa artikel penelitian yang pernah diterbitkan dan berkaitan dengan masalah penelitian yang sama. Berdasarkan 6 jurnal yang telah dianalisis terdapat persamaan bahwa dengan peningkatan kesehatan akan berpengaruh baik terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan tingkat efektivitas tenaga. hal ini dikarenakan efektivitas dan produktivitas bekerja menjadi faktor utama dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi. Sehingga semakin baik derajat kesehatan seseorang akan mendorong tingkat produktivitas dan efektivitas dalam bekerja yang kemudian akan memberikan dampak pada pertumbuhan ekonomi.
