This study discusses the effect of risk and capital on profitability of banks issued on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2013-2017. The data used is panel data, which is a combination of time series data and cross section data. The method of taking data uses purposive sampling. Technical analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that credit risk (NPL) and operational risk (BOPO) have a negative and significant effect on profitability (ROA). While liquidity risk (LDR), market risk (NIM), and capital (CAR) do not affect on profitability (ROA). Furthermore credit risk (NPL), operational risk (BOPO) and capital (CAR) have a negative and significant effect on profitability (ROE), while liquidity risk (LDR) and market risk (NIM) do not affect on profitability (ROE). One of the various reasons underlying the breakdown of a marriage is the departure or disappearance of the husband from the wife (mafqud). The issue of a husband's mafqud is a complicated and difficult problem because of course the absence or disappearance of a husband can cause misery to the people left behind who are his responsibility, especially his wife. On the issue of a husband's mafqud, each mujtahid has a different view. Imam Maliki and Imam Syafii are among those who have different views on this case. Therefore, in this research we will discuss what is the opinion of the Imam Maliki School regarding mafqud husbands and their marital status?, and what is the opinion of the Imam Syafii School regarding mafqud husbands and their marital status? The purpose of writing this thesis is to find out what the Imam Maliki School thinks about mafqud husbands and their marital status, as well as to find out what Imam Syafii Mahab thinks about mafqud husbands and their marital status. The type of research used in this thesis is qualitative research in the form of a library review, the primary data source is the books al-muwwatha' and al-Umm, while the secondary data sources are al-Fiqh Wa Adillatuhu, Bidayah al-Mujtahid Wa Nihayah al -Mustaqhid, Fiqh al-Sunah, al-Muhazab, al-Muntaqa Syarakh al-Muwwatha', Qawain al-Fiqhiyah, Munakahat fiqh books, Al-Qur'an translated by the Department of Religion, journals, and other appropriate literature with research themes.  

Infrastructure is an important thing in an organization/company that is used to support activities carried out within the organization. Infrastructure that includes STMIK Rosma, including hardware, software, data, and information, and human resources that support information systems. Hardware resources include PCs that are used for clients with application program software. Windows 10 professional 32 and 64 bit as the operating system. While the software on the server uses Linux OS and PHP programming language. Data and information include infrastructure data, device data, server data and data on staff, students and lecturers at STMIK Rosma. So the need for the sustainability of this system is increasingly important. Problems that have existed in the STMIK Rosma infrastructure, such as those related to information security vulnerabilities. If this problem cannot be fixed in a sustainable manner, it will have an impact or risk on the sustainability of this infrastructure, especially the academic community. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang pola komunikasi pada penerapan praktik meditasi di sekolah berbasis Buddhis di Banten. Sekolah berbasis Buddhis di Banten terdiri dari: Sekolah Dharma Putra, Sekolah Ariya Metta, Sekolah Atisa Dipamkara, Sekolah Jaya Manggala, Sekolah Bodhisatta, Sekolah Punna Karya, Sekolah Perguruan Buddhi, dan Ehipassiko School. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif-komparatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan studi dokumen yang kemudian data dianalisis lintas situs menggunakan teknik Miles & Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik meditasi di sekolah berbasis Buddhis di Banten berdasar pada ajaran Buddha dengan tipe pola komunikasi pelengkapan (complementary relationship) dan jenis pola komunikasi interaksional dengan tujuan yang sama yakni membentuk karakter positif siswa sesuai harapan pemerintah, sekolah dan orangtua. Penelitian ini berimplikasi sebagai bukti upaya sekolah Buddhis dalam mensukseskan program penguatan pendidikan karakter yang dicanangkan pemerintah serta dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan pengambilan kebijakan terkait pola komunikasi pada penerapan meditasi di sekolah-sekolah.

Covid-19 mulai muncul di daerah Wuhan, tepatnya di provinsi Hubei. Terjadinya covid-19 ini di tandai dengan adanya pasar di daerah wuhan, pasar itu menjajakan berbagai makanan dan hewan mati ataupun hidup. Sekarang ini covid-19 sudah menyebar di berbagai negara yaitu Indonesia, Pertama kali covid-19 ini muncul di Indonesia yaitu di daerah Depok. Untuk mencegah penularan covid-19 maka pemerintah menghimbau program pembelajaran di lakukan dengan daring karena adanya pandemic covid-19. Seluruh universitas baik negri maupun suasta melakukan kegiatan belajar mengajar secara onlain yang biasanya di lakukan di kampus maupun sekolah. Kegiatan yang dilakukan secara onlain juga memiliki beberapa kendala yakni pengunaan jaringan internet, karena pembelajaran daring merupakan solusi yang tepat untuk mencegah terjadinya penyebaran covid-19 ini. Pemerintah saat ini juga mengeluarkan kebijakan New Normal yang tujuannya untuk menghidupkan kembali perekonomian masyarakat maupun negara yang lumpuh akibat pandemi covid-19 . Metode dalam penelitian ini mengunakan metode studi perpustakaan. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian saat ini yaitu tentang nilai-nilai demokrasi di tengah pandemi covid-19. Untuk bisa memperoleh informasi kita bisa mendapatkan itu semua melalui prosedur yang kita gunakan dalam pengkajian yaitu penelitian kualitatif.

Konsep ketahanan nasional merupakan pengetahuan dan pelaksanaan kesejahteraan serta keamanan secara seimbang, serasi dan selaras dalam segala aspek kehidupan bangsa. Pembangunan kesejahteraan diperlukan sebagai bagian dari pembangunan nasional. Karena, pembangunan kesejahteraan sangat memberikan peran untuk pencapaian pembangunan nasional, yaitu pertumbuhan ekonomi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menentukan pendekatan kesejahteraan dalam ketahanan nasional dibidang ekonomi. Untuk melakukan penelitian, digunakan metode kualitatif dan metode studi kasus. Terkait dengan penelitian ini, objek analisisnya adalah indikator metode kesejahteraan dan klasifikasi tertentu terhadap elastisitas nasional dalam sektor ekonomi sebagai geostrategi Indonesia. Hasil kajian ini menunjukan beberapa indikator penting terhadap ketahanan nasional melalui pendekatan kesejahteraan di bidang ekonomi ialah : (1) Indikator Pendapatan; (2) Indikator Pendidikan; (3) Indikator Kesehatan. Cara pandang kesehatan ekonomi rakyat sangat diperlukan demi peningkatan kesejahteraan ekonomi tersebut yang selama ini dianggap dapat memenuhi program penanggulangan kemiskinan yang hasilnya sampai sejauh ini masih kurang menyenangkan. Dalam hal itu sangat diperlukan adanya solusi masalah untuk semua golongan dan gotong- royong yang baik dari seluruh elemen masyarakat supaya tidak bergantung pada pemerintah dalam membantu kehidupan perekonomian masyarakat tersebut.

ABSTRACT           This study is aims  to determine the effect of the level  of (1) cash turnover against economic rentability, (2) the accounts receivable turnover against economic rentability, (3) cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover for  economic rentability. Subjects in this study is a credit cooperative Tuke Ler Hewokloang and its object is cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and economical rentability.  The type of date in this study were collected quntitative data with documentation techniques and analyzed using multiple linier regression analysis. The Result of this study showed  (1) the level of cash turnover does not affect the economic rentability, (2) the level of accounts receivable turnover ratehas an effect and not significant to economic rentability, (3) the level of cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover rates affect and significant the economic rentability in Credit Cooperative Tuke LerHewokloang. The Company has short-term and long-term. In the short term the company aims to maximize current profits, while in the long term it aims to increase the value of the company itself. This research aimed to examine and analyze the effect of profitability, company size, leverage, and CSR disclosure to the value of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2015-2019. While, the sampling collection technique used purposive sampling with 10 samples which fulfilled the criteria. The data analysis technique used multiple regression linear with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). In this research, the testing variable of profitability used Return On Asset (ROA), company size used total assets, leverage used Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), CSR used Corporate Social Disclousure Index (CSDI), and the value of the company used Tobins’Q. The research result concluded that: (1) profitability effect the value of the company, (2) company size did not effect the value of the company, (3) leverage did not effect the value of the company, (4) CSR disclosure effect the value of the company. Political education is an important tool in increasing political awareness of the community, especially in the challenging era of globalization. This study aims to explore how political education at SMK N 1 Jayapura can contribute to increasing political awareness of students and the surrounding community. The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that structured political education can improve students' understanding of political issues and globalization, and encourage them to actively participate in the democratic process.

Presence is an activity that aims to determine the level of attendance of a person in an agency, school or company. One of the problems that occurs is the student attendance system at STMIK Rosma Karawang due to cheating when making attendance at lecture activities begins. By looking at the problems contained in STMIK Rosma Karawang, a program is needed. To create a program requires a method. The method used is a waterfall as a software development method. The proposed database design is a DFD (Data Flow Diagram). Implementation of the program using Android Studio. With the design of the program is a solution to solve problems that exist in the presence system at STMIK Rosma Karawang, and can achieve an effective activity in supporting activities at STMIK Rosma Karawang.

This study aims to test and analyze: (1) a comparative analysis of the level of performance of conventional commercial banks with Islamic commercial banks in 2015-2019, (2) the effect of the CAR, LDR / FDR, and NPL / NPF ratios partially or simultaneously on financial performance. in conventional commercial banks and Islamic commercial banks in 2015-2019.                 The population of this study is all published financial report data from Bank BNI and Bank BNI Syariah, Bank Mandiri and Bank Mandiri Syariah, Bank BRI and Bank BRI Syariah, Bank Bukopin and Bank Bukopin Syariah, Bank Mega and Bank Mega Syariah. The sample of the research is financial report data for 2015-2019. The process of collecting data is done by using documentation method in the form of published financial report data. The instrument test used was the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation. Data were tested using multiple linear regression, determinant test, F test (Goodness of Fit), and hypothesis testing using the t test.                 Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded as follows: (1) there is a significant difference in the level of financial performance of conventional commercial banks and Islamic commercial banks, this is evidenced by the results of the count test 3,724> t table 2,0086 and the probability of t count 0.001 <0.05: (2) Capital Adequacy Ratio has a positive and significant effect on financial performance at conventional commercial banks and Islamic commercial banks, this is evidenced by the t-count coefficient value of 3,724 <2,0086 and the probability of t count 0.325 <0.05; (3) Loan to Deposit Ratio has no effect on financial performance at conventional commercial banks and Islamic commercial banks, this is evidenced by the t value coefficient of 0.325 <2.0086 and the probability of t count 0.747> 0.05; (4) Non-Performing Loans have a significant negative effect on financial performance at conventional commercial banks and Islamic commercial banks, this is evidenced by the t-count coefficient value of -8.232> 2.0086 and the probability of t count 0,000> 0.05; (5) Capital adequacy ratio (CAR), loan to deposit ratio (LDR), and non performing loan (NPL) affect the financial performance of conventional commercial banks and Islamic commercial banks in 2015-2019, this is evidenced by the Fcount of 35,827 (> F table = 2.557) with a significance probability of 0.000 (<0.05). The results of the adjusted R2 test in this study obtained a value of 0.940. This shows that the financial performance is influenced by the capital adequacy ratio (CAR), loan to deposit ratio (LDR), non performing loan (NPL), amounting to 68.1%, while the remaining 31.9% is influenced by other factors not examined. in this research.

The implementation of activities in PT Global Indotech Industry has run quite well but has not used a computer-based system to check and calculate raw materials. As the author observed, it turns out there are still problems that occur in checking and calculating the raw material supplies of helmet sockets, such as miscalculating raw material stocks and slow checking of stock availability of raw materials, so that it will disrupt scheduled production systems and can harm the company. Based on the things mentioned above, the author argues that in order to overcome the problem in question, it is necessary to design and implement a system that is integrated between related functions in a system using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and its database Microsoft SQL Server 2005 while system design includes design input output, DFD, ERD, data and database dictionary. With the implementation of this system, it is expected that the process of checking and calculating helmet socket raw material supplies for the future can run smoothly and on time.

Bank BJB Syariah Karawang provides Loans and KPR. Loans and mortgages are Bank products in which the Bank provides a sum of money to lend to customers, with interest giving, but only a small proportion of them know the interest calculations or called Sharia-Buying when taking credit, whether it is a home loan or vehicle. The methodologi that the authors use in the writing of this thesis include the method of identification and system design. System identification includes organization identification, system running, and problem identification. While the design of the system includes design input output, DFD, ERD, data dictionary and database. Implementation activities in this company has been running well and also has been using computer-based systems, but the technology used is still a technology of the past. In doing the calculation of home loans based on sharia has also been using a computer system. As the authors observe, there are still problems that occur such as recording the margin calculation of each customer that takes a long time, so that will result in errors in the calculation of bank margin that has been established Based on the above matters, the authors argue that to overcome these problems, it is necessary to design and implement an integrated system among related functions in a system using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and its database Microsoft SQL Server 2005. With the implementation of the system it is expected that the input process and calculation of margin bank syaiah needed for the future can run smoothly and on time.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas sumber daya manusia, komitmen organisasi, dan insentif terhadap penerapan SAP berbasis akrual pada kantor dan instansi Pemerintah Kota Surabaya. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 26 perangkat daerah yang terdiri dari 104 pegawai yang bekerja pada 26 Perangkat Daerah dan Pemerintah Kota Surabaya, namun data yang berhasil dikembalikan dan diisi hanya 95 responden dan disusun secara purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS versi 2.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sumber daya manusia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerapan SAP berbasis akrual, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerapan SAP berbasis akrual, dan insentif terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerapan SAP berbasis akrual.

This design aims to determine the cash receipts system for new student registration in order to support the effectiveness of cash receipts for new student registration at SMP KARTIKA XI Bandung. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach while the software development method uses the water fall method. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and library studies. Design information system using visual studio and ms.access. Based on the observations made, it turns out that the accounting information system for cash receipts for new student registration is still not perfect. The problems that occur are that the system used is still manual, the reports produced have not been presented quickly and accurately, the files presented are still in the form of hard files. The suggestions that the author gives, it is hoped that the school can manage finances using a good internet network and server. Thus, prospective students can access the software and servers more optimally.

Dana pensiun merupakan salah satu bentuk perencanaan dana di masa depan untuk menjamin kesejahteraan finansial bagi karyawan yang telah pensiun. Studi ini bertujuan menguji secara empiris pengaruh bias konfirmasi dalam keputusan investasi dana pensiun pada karyawan PT. Pearland. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 32 karyawan yang berada pada level manajemen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Studi ini membuktikan bahwa karyawan tidak dipengaruhi oleh bias konfirmasi dalam keputusan investasi dana pensiun. Gender juga tidak memoderasi pengaruh bias konfirmasi dalam keputusan investasi dana pensiun.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, fasilitas, harga terhadap kepuasaan konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada konsumen pengguna jasa PT. Kereta Api DAOP IV Semarang. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 96 responden dengan metode purposive sampling, adapun kriteria dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang menggunakan atau konsumen yang pernah menggunakan jasa alat transportasi PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Semarang. Metode analisis pada penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda, dan data yang telah memenuhi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik dan uji t yang sudah diolah menggunakan progam SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan, fasilitas dan harga bepengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasaan dan loyalitas konsumen PT. Kereta Api Indonesia DAOP IV Semarang. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari ketiga variabel yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan.

This research was conducted in one of the retail state sukuk distribution partners, namely Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) with the aim of knowing how the sales procedure and accounting treatment for the sale of retail type state sukuk issued by the government. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis method, and this research uses technical analysis of case studies. The results obtained in this study are that Bank Syariah Mandiri as a sales distribution partner in carrying out sales procedures, there is one provision that is not in accordance with the State Retail Sukuk Information Memorandum, namely the provisions for securities account storage fees. Meanwhile, the accounting treatment for the sale of Sukuk Ijarah at Bank Syariah Mandiri is in accordance with PSAK Sharia 110 concerning Sukuk Accounting with disclosure of the explanation of the underlying assets by the Minister of Finance, not Bank Syariah Mandiri.

Research on the Influence of Communication Quality and Conflict Management on Customer Relationship Marketing aims to find out the influence of The Influence of Communication Quality and Conflict Management on Customer Relationship Marketing as Variable Intervening Research Location PT. Bpr Rudo Indobank in Semarang City. The population used is PT Customer. Rudo Indobank. The sample was 100 respondents. Research data comes from two sources, namely primary data and secondary data. This type of research is quantitative. Sampling using purposive random sampling techniques. The collected data is then analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with AMOS 24 software. The results of this research Communication Quality has a significant positive effect on Customer Relationship Marketing, Conflict Management has a significant positive effect on Customer Relationship Marketing.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of internal organizational support perception toward affective commitment to change the employees of the Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Kerinci. As an independent variable, namely organizational support and the dependent variable is the affective commitment to change. The sampling process using a questionnaire which further calculation process validity test and reliability test. The analytical method used is linear regression and t-test to determine the magnitude of the influence between the internal organizational support perception for affective commitment to change. The linear regression equation of the results obtained was Y = 29.348 + 0.328X. The result of t-test value was 4.115 and the t-table is 1.668. Because the t value is greater than t-table, this indicates that there is a significant influence between the variables of Internal Organizational Support Perception on Affective Commitment to Change
