The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of brand image with purchase decisions at Restaurant Lezzat Kutoarjo. Sampling technique in this research use Accidental Sampling. Since the population is large and the number is unknown and can not be measured with certainty, then the sample used is 100 people. Data analysis techniques used are simple regression, coefficient of determination,and t test. Based on the research that the authors do ultimately obtained the regression equation of the effect of brand image on the purchase decision as follows: Y = 5.163 + 0.646X. This means that, if the value of the brand image variable in the research object is equal to zero, then the level or amount of decision variable purchasing fried chicken products Leete 5.163. The amount of change of decision variable of purchase of fried chicken product of Lezzat Restaurant is 0,545, this means purchasing decision of 54,5% influenced by brand image variable, while 45,5% influenced by other variable not examined, such as price, strategic location, life, role and social status, and so on. The hypothesis produces a positive and significant influence between the brand image and the purchase decision.

This study aims to determine how the influence of brand equity on consumer purchasing decisions on Mister Burger Purworejo. This research uses quantitative approach, where data and information are collected through survey with questionnaire tool and also library study. The population of this study is consumers who have made purchases of products on Mister Burger Purworejo more than 2 times. The sample in this study amounted to 50 people. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination test, t test and F. test of multiple regression calculation obtained regression equation Y = 1,500 + 0,198X1 + 0,204 X2 + 0,513 X3. This means that, if the value of the brand awareness variable, brand association and brand quality perceptions in the research object is equal to zero, then the level or amount of purchase decision variables in Mister Burger Purworejo will be 1,500. The result of the determination coefficient hypothesis Adjust R Squaresebesar 0.734, that the variable purchase decision 73,4% influenced by brand awareness variable (X1), brand association (X2), and brand quality perception (X3). While 26.6% influenced by other variables. It can be concluded that partially there is a positive and significant influence between brand awareness, brand association and brand quality perceptions of consumer purchasing decisions. And simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the brand awareness variable, brand association and brand quality perceptions of purchasing decisions.

The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence Working Capital Turnover is limited to Cash Turnover, Turnover Turnover and Inventory Turnover to increase Return On Assets (ROA) generated by the company and know which among the three variables that give the most dominant influence on Retutn On Asset. The data used is secondary data derived from the financial statements of PT. Sahid Jaya International Hotel, Tbk registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2016 obtained through Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple correlation analysis, multipleregression, t test, f test and coefficient of determination and using tools computer program Statisrical Product and Services Solution (SPSS) version 16. The results of analysis based on calculations using correlation test relationship between ROA variable with cash turnover of 0.663.Sementara correlation between ROA variable with receivable turnover is equal to-0.057.Kemudian correlation between ROA variable with large inventory turnover of both relationship is -0.444. In the multipleregression test the following equation is obtained: Y =-3,243 + 0,170 X1-0,040 X2 + 1,273 X3. From the t test results obtained partially no positive and significant effect between cash turnover variables on ROA (Return On Asset), partially no positive and significant influence between cash rotation variables to ROA, partially no positive and significant influence between variable receivables turn over to ROA, partially there is no positive and significant influence between variable inventory turnover to ROA, and simultaneously there is no positive and significant influence between variable cash turnover, receivable turnover, and inventory turnover of ROA. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination is 0.658 or equal to 65.8%. In this research ROA at PT Sahid Jaya International Tbk has unstable performance, due to ROA of PT Sahid Jaya International Hotel, Tbk each year experience increase and decrease profit and cash turnover, receivable turnover and inventory turnover not directly affect on ROA. 

An improving of the education quality can be required at an educational supervision level. The word supervision as a form of supervision has a dual role that is academic, and clinical supervisions. Vermindo Utama Semarang still sells conventionally by using salesmen. And the marketing area still covers Central Java and East Java. Based on the problems above, the writer wants to propose a web-based booking system design to be considered in helping in the promotion of goods from PT. Vermindo Utama Semarang. Application Order System PT. Vermindo Utama Semarang by using PHP and MySql database. Making this application is expected to be one of the efforts that can be done to overcome the problems that often occur so as to increase the effectiveness of work which will certainly affect the quality of service to customers.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis korelasi antara civic knowledge dalamPendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan dengan kesadaran hukum berlalu lintaspada siswa kelas X SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Gemolong Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017.Populasi yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan siswa kelas X SMAMuhammadiyah 2 Gemolong Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017, yang berjumlah 120 siswa,terdiri atas 5 kelas yaitu kelas X A sampai kelas X E. Sampel sebanyak 25% dari jumlahpopulasi 120 yaitu 30 siswa dengan teknik Sample Random Sampling dan SamplingKuota. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, observasi dan dokumentasi.Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas danreliabilitas. Teknik analisis data Korelasi Product Moment.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diketahui nilai r hitung sebesar0,824, kemudian dikonsultasikan dengan N = 30, yang menunjukkan ttabel pada tarafsignifikansi 5% = 0,361 dan taraf signifikansi 1% = 0,463. Nilai rhitung lebih besardaripada rtabel, atas dasar taraf signifikansi 5% maupun 1% atau (0,361 < 0,824 >0,463). Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, maka hipotesis yang diajukan yaitu: ”Adakorelasi yang kuat antara civic knowledge dalam Pendidikan Pancasila danKewarganegaraan dengan kesadaran hukum berlalu lintas pada siswa kelas X SMAMuhammadiyah 2 Gemolong Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017”, terbukti kebenarannya.Kata kunci : Civic Knowledge, danKesadaran Hukum Berlalu Lintas.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan kedisiplinansiswa dan pembelajaran pendidikan karakter dengan perilaku menyimpang pada siswakelas XI MAN 1 Surakarta . Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XIMAN 1 Surakarta. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 30 siswa dengan teknikpengambilan sampel menggunakan Random Sampling yaitu sampel random sampling ataucara pengambilan sampel secara undian dimana semua individu dalam populasi baik secarasendiri-sendiri atau bersama-sama diberi kesempatan yang sama untuk dipilih sebagaianggota sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metodeangket. Metode angket digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data mengenai hubungankedisiplinan siswa dan pembelajaran pendidikan karakter dengan perilaku menyimpangsiswa. Uji coba instrument menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dengan rumusProduct moment dinyatakan valid untuk angket tentang kedisiplinan siswa (X1),pembelajaran pendidikan karakter (X2) dan perilaku menyimpang (Y). Teknik analisis datamenggunakan korelasi product moment.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: ada Hubungan kedisiplinan siswa danpembelajaran pendidikan karakter dengan perilaku menyimpang pada siswa kelas XI MAN1 Surakarta tahun 2017/ 2018, dibuktikan dengan nilai F hitung yaitu F = 16,689 > F tabel5% = 3,354.Kata kunci: Kedisiplinan, Pembelajaran, Pendidikan Karakter, Perilaku Menyimpang

This research analyzes the effect of perception on customer orientationand perception on company reputation on perception of strategic serviceorientation and its impact on customer satisfaction. The research problem isbased on 2 (two) issues: first is research gap based on previous researchbackground for example, referring to the borders and direction of researchwill come on and inconsistent with previous findings such as in Homburg etal., ( 2002); Chenet et al., (2000); Pelham, (1997); Doney and Cannon(1997). And the second comes from the research problems, which is found inthe data that gives an overview of the condition of PT. MandalatamaArmada Motor deals with the targets and sales realization of "Honda"brand products in Semarang region, where in 2005 PT. MandalatamaArmada Motor can not meet the targeted marketing of 869 units and canonly be realized 725 or 83% only.A model has been developed and five hypotheses have been formulatedto address this research problem. Sampling technique is purposive method(purposive sampling). Respondents from this study amounted to 120respondents, where respondents are customers of PT. Mandalatama ArmadaMotor. The data analysis tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)in AMOS 4.01 program. The results of this research data analysis show themodel and research results can be received well. And furthermore the resultsof this study prove the influence of perceptions on customer orientation toperceptions of strategic service orientation is a significant positip.Perceptions of a company's reputation have a positive effect on perceptions ofstrategic service orientation. Perceptions of customer orientation have apositive effect on customer satisfaction. And the influence of perceptions onthe company's reputation on customer satisfaction is a significant positively.As well as perceptions of the orientation of strategic services positively affectcustomer satisfaction

The issue of legal protection for consumers is one that is championed in order to provide protection for the community as consumers. BPOM Semarang City has the duty to provide services for the community to supervise the circulating products to ensure their safety, however, there are still products that contain hazardous substances in circulation. Therefore this thesis is entitled "The Function and Role of BPOM in Consumer Protection Against Foods Containing Hazardous Ingredients in Semarang City".                The problem under study is to find out how the function and role of BPOM in dealing with food containing hazardous ingredients, what efforts have been made by BPOM on foods containing hazardous ingredients and the rights obtained by consumers in order to be safer against substances that contain hazardous ingredients.                The research method used is the type of normative juridical legal research. Specific research is descriptive analysis of primary and secondary data sources. Data collection methods used are interviews and literature study with research locations at BPOM Semarang City.             Based on the research obtained shows that the position of consumers is weak compared to producers, so consumers need the existence of UUPK and POM agencies as supervisors on the feasibility and safety of drugs and food to avoid losses suffered by consumers considering that there are still dangerous substances in the circulating products. The role of the government needs to be maximized in controlling, supervising and coaching and counseling to consumers and businesses.

SMP Muhammadiyah Salatiga designing a Website which is also integrated with social networking is equipped with  several  facilities,  such  as  school  bulletin  board,  news,  articles,  schedule of  events,  photo  gallery,  downloadable content and web forums to provide convenience to members for sharing online. This  study  was  developed  using  the  method  of  system  development  Research  and  Developmnet  [1]  which consists  of:  Research  and  Information  Collection,  Planning,  Develop  Preliminary  Form  of  Product,  Preliminary  Field Testing,  Product  Revision  Main,  Main  Field  Testing,  Operational  Product  Revision,  Operational,  Field  Testing,  Final Product Revision, Dissemination and Implementation using the programming language PHP with MySQL database. The results showed that the system serves as a medium of information kominukasi with students, teachers, employees, alumni and the community as well as a media campaign.

The purpose of this research is to design goods sorting equipment automatically using ultrasonic sensors, load cell sensors. A valid arduino-based servo motor so that the prototype product sorting device automatically uses ultrasonic sensors and arduino-based load cell sensors can be received by PT Wahana Prestasi Logistik Semarang. The method used in this research is the Research and Development (R&D from Borg and Gall) research method. This research discusses about building a sorting device automatically using ultrasonic sensors, load cell sensors, servo motors, conveyors and arduino. The final product results obtained The prototype product is valid, proven from the ultrasonic sensor, the load cell sensor detects the height of the package, and the weight of the package, the tool will sort the items automatically and know the price to pay, then this prototype product has been declared good and accepted by the user (PT Wahana Semarang Logistics Achievement) through user validation,

Utilization of a mobile device with the Android operating system that is used as a supporting medium and supplement in improving learning outcomes combined with demonstration and discovery learning or demon-disco learning methods is needed to help students improve learning outcomes in vocational competence subjects in hydroponic crop cultivation in vocational high schools Kristen Terang Bangsa, because the use of android-based applications can provide new experiences regarding the use of information and communication technology, as well as provide opportunities for students to be able to learn more independently. The concept chosen as a learning media is to explain the material about understanding, introduction of parts, types, and quiz containing questions about hydroponic plant cultivation. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 stages research that is the potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement, product trials. The results of this study are to produce learning media in the form of Android-based applications. The validity value of media experts is 2.6 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of material experts is 3.6 which is declared feasible, and is able to increase the average value in the subject of vocational competence in hydroponic cultivation in Christian Terang Bangsa Vocational Schools which initially 67 (with 13 students who had not yet reached KKM) to 80 (with 4 students who had not yet reached KKM).

This research generally aims to design a system that can overcome the problem at Wisma Menoreh Sampangan Hotel Semarang. In addition to the process of using bathroom equipment, a gas controller is needed in the bathroom, especially the ammonia and other gas levels in the bathroom . The bathroom control system at the Wisma Menoreh Sampangan Hotel in Semarang is currently considered ineffective, in the use of the bathroom equipment to hotel guests and hotel staff.The research method that I use is a Research and Development (R&D) research method that goes through stages of preliminary studies, planning, product development, testing, product design, product revision, and product testing. This system is made with the Arduino programming language. Based on the analysis, the ammonia gas detector in the Arduino-based bathroom can overcome the existing problems and help the hotel in controlling the bathroom, both to guests and hotel staff effectively and efficiently, as well as making it easier to manage bathroom rooms in the Hotel Wisma Menoreh Sampangan Semarang.

An educational institution such as a school certainly needs a learning medium as one of the methods in the teaching and learning process. SDN 4 Krajan Kulon is one of the educational institutions that always strives to improve quality both in terms of achievement and service. SDN 4 Krajan Kulon needs a learning media that can support the learning process to improve student performance that is still lacking, especially in science subjects. The solution offered in this study is a learning media with self direct learning method that makes it easy for users to understand the material being studied. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement and product trials. The results of this study are to produce learning media with the method of self-direct learning. As for the validity value of the media expert at 2.7 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of the material expert is 3.4 which is declared feasible, and increases the average grade of the class of students 4 SD is 12% from the initial average score of 71 to 83.56.

In designing the system tools used are Flowcharts, Entity Relationship Diagrams and Context Diagrams, while for data collection using observation, interviews, and literature study. Database application development tools using MySQL and programming languages ​​using Visual Basic 6.0. This study aims to design learning media that can increase enthusiasm, motivation and understanding of students towards Javanese script material, as well as media that can be used by teachers in learning Javanese language learning activities by reading Javanese characters and their partners. The method used by researchers is the R&D (Research and Development) method while the method used in the development of instructional media is the waterfall method. The material presented in the Javanese script learning media are (1) Introduction of Javanese script, (2) Sandhangan, (3) Couples, (4) Swara script, (5) Wilangan. In making learning media researchers used Adobe Flash CS6 software, CorelDraw X5, Adobe Photoshop CS6 and Adobe audition CS6, with the final product being an interactive CD (Compact Disk). Validation test from material experts and media experts got the criteria of "good" - "very good", while the results of the final product trial evaluation with 52 students stated "agreeing" - "strongly agreeing" with the use of Javanese script learning media. thus the Javanese alphabet learning media on elementary students of Muhammadiyah Weleri was declared feasible to be used in learning activities to read and understand Javanese script.

Multimedia-based learning media is a method of learning that can interact with its users besides having animated explanations of material. The problem at SMK Wisudha Karya Kudus about learning mechanical engineering drawings using AutoCAD is the difficulty of understanding the tools in the AutoCAD application, it becomes unattractive and difficult to understand the material in the teaching and learning process. The purpose of this research is to create an interactive learning media for machine engineering drawings using AutoCAD semesters I and II as media to assist student learning processes, providing alternative learning media to help teachers choose the right learning model for students. This type of research method uses the R&D method, the methods used include descriptive, evaluative and experimental methods. Descriptive method is used to collect data about existing conditions, evaluative methods are used to evaluate the trial process of developing a product and the experimental method is used to test the efficacy of the product produced. The results of this study are application programs, applications that have been designed can be used as an alternative to solving problems in SMK Wisudha Karya Kudus. By using electronic media in learning media, the benefits of creating alternative solutions from existing problems, namely in the form of Machine Engineering Image Learning Application, are able to provide complete video tutorials according to the basic competencies that the authors take from the source of mechanical engineering drawing books.

SP-Plast screen printing is a company engaged in the field of printing that uses tools or screen printing media. Company profile is a promotional media that can be used to support promotions that already exist on screen printing SP-Plast. Based on sales data available on SP-Plast screen printing, there was a decrease in the number of sales from March - May 2017. SP-Plast screen printing requires a media to help more attractive promotions to attract clients and keep customers from switching to other companies without eliminating the previous promotional media, namely with an interactive multimedia company profile. Company profile can be used to improve the presentation of company identity which was previously still in the form of print media, namely banners and business cards. The results of this design in the form of an interactive multimedia-based company profile that contains the history, vision & mission, screen printing production processes, contacts, and addresses SP-Plast screen printing. The results of this study are based on the validation test assessment of users is 3.13. These criteria are in the range of 2.51 - 3.25 which is included in the effective category, so this company profile tool can be said to be feasible.

Calculation of Cost of Production is one of the important aspects in carrying out business activities. Cost of Production is one of the determinants of the selling price of a product. Besides the cost of production can indicate a company's profit. But the activity of recording the cost of production at PT Semeru Karya Buana still uses a manual method that is using excel. This causes ineffectiveness in time, the resulting information will take longer because they have to look for the components one by one. Not to mention the data generated is most likely an error in the calculation. This research is intended to study the system that is already running. And later it will produce a program to calculate the cost of production as a determinant of the selling price which is implemented with the PHP programming language and MYSQL database. The calculation method uses the Job Order Costing Method where the price of the product to be given to consumers is calculated by dividing all costs incurred to produce a product by the number of orders. So the benefits of each product can be directly calculated. The more accurate the data produced, the better the company is in carrying out the buying and selling process.
